Hi

I had bought an apple ipod nano from the Reliance digital retail store room Indrapuram ( Shipra Mall ) on 24/03/2009

ANd 14 /04 / 2009 it was communicated that display has been gone

I submitted the apple ipod nano to the reliance digital on 15/04/2009

It was communicated to me that the product will be ok after 7 days and you can collect it back

I told them that I had met with an accident and I will not be able to move so kindly do not delay

they said dont worry this is the maximum time we are taking

I said thanks

after 8 days I tried calling them up because I wanted to make sure that the product has arrived before going there as I had to go there via Auto Rikshaw

But no body picked up the phone

I went there and I was communicated that it will take some more time than expected

However we have confirmed that the product will be replaced

I said fair enough
BUt after four days when I called back they said the product is in the brand

still not arrived they told we will call you with in an hour and they didnot call me even after two hours
then I called them back but after calling four times I had same kind of response

So I decided to go next day

I went there and they had gven me e-mail alais of there managers cccshipra.[protected]@resq.in

I had written a mail to them but there was no response from them

and I mailed two times

finally I went back after another two days and got a phone number of there manager

I talked to them but he took another four days to resolve the issue

ANd in the end I was told that the ipod was not charged properly

and they said no replacement will be given

I dont know why they told that the replacement will be given at that time and i took only 22 days to realise the problem

when I communicated with apple they told it takes only 3 days from there end to solve the problem


this is really a worst part and I will never buy products from the Reliance digital where customer does not have any value

I will make sure that my friends also dont buy a product from there

Really an annoying one

Managers are also there only for bread and butter

    I bought 1.5 Ton Carrier air conditioner from Reliance Digital store at Gurgaon Ambiance Mall. Even after 4 days of taking the payment, They have not sent anybody to install the airconditioner which is part of the package deal. Even after following up with staff since last three days, there has been no committement about who is responsible and when the installation will be done. I will make sure that I will never ever buy the product from Reliance in future since they don't care for their customer.

    I suggest all the customers to take the products from any store which value them but not reliance since they don't care about their customers.

    The people whom I have talked in the store are Mr Sharad from ResQ and Gaurav. I have been trying calling their helpline number [protected] which is hardly picked up.
    Truly said. We bought a 1.5 Carrier air conditioner from Reliance Digital store at Gurgaon Ambiance Mall few days back. The nozzle for the water outlet was found missing from the sealed package. We have been trying to reach Reliance Digital for the past several days, but unfortunately there is no one at the other end to receive our calls. Fortunately though, we had the number of the service engineer who came for the installation. We have been speaking to him (Anand) every day for the past four days, receiving promises every single time we spoke to him. He passed on the 'assignment' to another guy called Deepak, who assured it would be done today - May 14th. It's 10 in the night, and he still isn't here!!! The promise now is of course to come tomorrow, POSITIVELY!

    All for assurances of world class service!!!

      I have purchased Godrej window AC in my wife's name B Sasi Rekha on 27 Apr 09 at 15.08.50 vide invoice no# S04047, Supervisor # 3002. The supervisor has told that delivery will be on the same day i.e 27/04/2009, but at 6pm I called upthe supervisor regarding the delivery, but unfortunately he told that the delivery will be on 28/04/2009 by 11pm and the installation will be done by 3pm, but they failed to deliver the AC with in the time and no response from their end. If they failed to complete the installation with in the time I will return the AC and Reliance Digital has to pay me the Total amount with demurrages since I am waiting for the AC unit by applying leave to office.

      Reliance service is too worst, there is no customer service. I won't visit any Reliance Digital next time and I will inform all my friends that Reliance service is too bad

        I brought a panasonic cordless from Reliance digital in shipra mall, Indirapuram. At the time of selling the cordless the sales guy told me that the phone has around 8hrs of battery backup and it would work for upto that time.
        After purchasing, I found that the cordless didn't work when there in no power connected to the base of the cordless phone. Also the phone disconnects in between the call if the power goes away. The sales guy didn't told me about this feature at the time of selling and when I went to shop to return/exchange the set, they denied by saying that it is feature of the set.

        This is really cheating not disclosing the drawback of the item at the time of selling and also not returning the set after the purchase. These Reliance Digital guys are selling products by saying only good things and not about the drawbacks and later not refunding/exchanging the products. Its really sucks!!!

          Recently my husband bought a Sony Home Theatre from Reliance Digital, Bansdroni. During the purchase the sales guys at the store commited to deliver the good by the following day morning but even at 6pm in the evening nobody from Reliance turned up to install the same. Repeated phone calls were falling in deaf ears. when we called up the installation guy, to our utter shock he said that since he is tired he cannot install it on that day. On forcing him he came but behaved as if he was doing us a favour, he just took the home theatre out and layed it on the floor and left. We had no other option but to contact Sony's sevice centre, I must say we were very pleased by the service and the couteous behaviour of Sony who not only installed it but gave a demo also which was actually the work of Reliance Guys. These shows that a service of a MNC is always unmatchable. I dont understand how Reliance recruits and relys on such to manage their stores and ruin their reputation in the market.

          I had purchased a LG Microwave Oven from the Bansdroni Stores of Reliance Digital on[protected] with a promise by the Stores that the unit will be installed within two days. Today is[protected]. None turned up; the telephones do not respond. The Reliance Digital call no. given to me over the telephone is C[protected].

          At the time of the purchase of the oven, I found the approach of the salesmen most casual, one pushing the other for attending the customers.

          If I knew it before, I would never have gone to that stores. Given my experience, I would strongly advise people not to shop in that store.

          I shall be grateful if somebody helps me with the contact number and/or email ID of the Head of Reliance Digital or LG Electronics.
          On 17 th October I purchased one Acer computer along with accessories. On the very next day their representative came and installed the computer in good running condition. His behaviour was nice. Subsequently, we visited the store on few occasions and were pleased with their dealings.
          service deperment not good.They creat lot of problem about service charge.even service engineer have not proper training they just like helper.I talk to service head of reliance store by phone that person used obscene language.
          I would never have gone to that stores. Given my experience, I would strongly advise people not to shop in that store.
          I agree. It is the worst service provider in Kolkata. please do not buy anything from this store. Even the manager of the customer service Mr. Wasim never holds his cell when we call him after repeatedly bad service and he behaves so badly in case he holds the phone if we call from his unknown number. I think he is not right person for this type of reputed company like Reliance. I request to the head of the the reliance Digital to replace this guy with a decent guy.
          Do endorse the above views...once buy a product the post sales service of Reliance Digitial is grossly unprofessional and irresponsible...
          In Reliance Digital SOP writen that "Grahak Debo Bhava". Customer always write blog about bad service or complaint. But other satisfied customers not writen not a single blog about services. If you go and find always the ratio will be higher.
          I absolutely agree that the Reliance Digital - Bansdroni provides extremely bad service after the item is sold.
          Extremely bad service. one month back i bought a hitachi ac split and from the very first day it was not working . repeated complaints fell into deaf ears. in fact their attitude is as if we have done wrong complaining repeatedly. Till now the machine has not been repaired. we do not know if the machine is faulty. I do not know what to do.
          On 17/09/2011 I have purchased a Nikon camera from reliance digital world (airport kolkata). The policy of the store is any how sell the material, after that they don't have any responsibility and purchased material even accessories not replaced/ exchanged but at the time of purchased they don't tell anything. I suggest not to buy any thing from reliance digital world.The Indian MNC just cheated with customer.

          I had bought an AC of Votas from Reliance Digital, Basdroni on 17th Apr 2011. I was told that I would receive 3 free servicing of my AC. The 1st service of my AC I received after continuous requesting them and calling them in the month of January 2012 (Dry Service). I had called the service centre for my 2nd servicing (Wet service) and they told me that I would receive my service on 17th April 2012. But yesterday as usual no one came for servicing. My 1 year gauranty for free servicing got expired yesterday and my 2 servicing are still left.

          I am very dissapointed with the service reliance digital has provided and also with Voltas.
          HI SIr I purchased a macbook on 17/05/2012 friday they said it is a display.AS i reached my house i came to know there r soo many scraches in the laptop and soo many sounds comming from the laptop. immedeatly i went to Reliance saying that pls replace my laptop.

          But the manager Mr.Sunil has spoked in a very rude way saying do wat do u want we will not replace. I[censored] want we can do service.

          Am very upset with the answer.For reliance 50000/- may be very small but the people like me its very huge.

          I have alos purchased 2 pcs40"&32" viera Panasonic make LED from Bansdrni outlet on 5th Nov'2015.They haven given assurance to instal it on 8th Nov'15, They have also shown me a Laopola dinnerset as a complimentry gift from relience.But sorry to say neither they have installed on time nor they have provide me that gift.I am very much upsate their false committment and misbehave with customer.This is their practice and habit to cheat the customer.I am strongly appeal to peoples not to purchase any product from the Bansdroni retail shop.

            Hi,

            I had purchased a Tommy Hilfiger wrist watch from Reliance Digital (Cunningham Road), Bangalore on 7th April 2009 at 9.30 PM, almost around the time the store was about to close for the day. I picked the watch and next day, realized that the watch had lot of scratches. On 10th April, i went to the store to get a replacement, but was told that, we had delibrately damaged the watch. It had hardly been 2 days and the watch has not been replaced or the warranty used.

            The watch is still with them, because I disagreed to take it unless I get a replacement. The worth of the watch is 3995. I would require your assistance in getting this sorted.

                I purchased One Philips head phones worth 400RS on Sunday 29th March, and I did not notice that seal of the case was broken and case was stapled, as we trust that large retails like reliance keep their quality high. Now when I tried them for the first time, I saw quality of that was really poor. I went next day to get a changed head set and they simply refused to do so, and there explanation was that we have brought it sealed open.
                I do not understand how we can check quality of something without looking/using it – as they don’t even keep trial sets to check, and the quality of headphone is so poor, it makes me feel like the same as you can get from Streets.
                If two big brands like Reliance and Philips will treat customers this way then I would like you to step in and please try to investigate, all I seek is they should replace something which is not upto standred and they have charged for it.

                  I bought a Philips Juicer (JE HL 1631/J) on 3-3-2009 from Reliance Digital Store, Fun City Mall, Shahdra, Delhi on 3-3-2009. We tried that evening to take juice of 'Lauki' but it did not work properly as with difficulty most of stuff was not crushed. The literature with Juicer also mentioned not to use it for fibrous fruits like pappaya etc.

                  So I wanted to return and buy another one. The very next day I went but was refused return & replacement with another one inspite of the express condition of sale for replacement/return within 7 days.

                  More than that, the sales & customer service staff were rude. Even after 2 hours the In-charge did not bother to come. So I wanted them just to write on my Sales receipt that customer had visited. Even that was not done. After I was halfway to my home in Sarita Vihar, some one tried to phone me up.

                  I realised that it was no use breaking my head with the staff and I left the Juicer there itself. Just half an hour before I had placed orders worth 80, 000/= to Reliance Lifestyle store next to them and to me it looked that I was being foolish to spend my time on a purchase of less than Rs. 2000/=. So I thought it to be a gift from me who holds Reliance share to my own company of which Mr Mukesh Ambani is the proud Chairman.

                  This is in contrast to similar shop Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall from where I bought the LCD TV a year back.

                  I don not know what to make of it. A complaint to Consumer Court for Rs 2000/- is not worth my time and energy at age 70.

                    I am a customer of BIG TV. I have recently relocated from Pune to Bangalore. For relocation of the BIG TV setup I was charged R. 750/-. The charges are paid by recharging the vouchers over the phone. I purchased the vouchers from the engineers that came for uninstallation.
                    When I asked for a receipt they said they will not be able to provide me and that I need to contact bangalore when they do the installation. When I went to Bangalore Reliance store at Forum, Koramangala I was surprised to see no counter or customer care person was available to handle queries for DTH. I was directed to one person who looked like the manager of the store. He plainly refused to give me a receiept and said that I should have taken from Pune.

                    When I asked him to please stop passing the buck around he got livid and started an argument. Finally I was told to call the customer care. Obviously customer care ppl were again of little help as they cant provide the receipt. This is the first time I see a service is being charged and no proof is given to the cusomer regarding the payment. All I demand is a bill/receipt mentioning that I have paid Rs. 750/- for relocation purposes.

                      Dear sir,
                      Ref no- smart card no[protected]
                      subject - smart card is bloked by them due to technical problem
                      inter action i.d no[protected]
                      I have subscribed for big tv set of tv during sept-2008, from installation i am facing some or other
                      problem. I am not able to watch Tv un interepted for more than 15 days. Oftenly my S.c is blocked
                      by Big tv duw to some technical problem not known to them. Always form the call center i am assured of solving the prolmeb as soon as possible . During the month of my S.c is blocked for
                      more thane one month & in january for 15 days like that, now again form 21.02.09 it is blocked.
                      I appraoched thier supervisor several time & assured of solving the problem as soon as possible
                      but the time has not come. They are not able to view my balance. I have paid rs.2490+500 for
                      additional 3 months subscription. All my coplaint & mails are not attened by the company.
                      I think they are not botherd about thier service to the exisiting customer.
                      Please tell me waht to do with the set of box?
                      Even the D.D chhanal is blocked by them, even after paying subscription, Is it not
                      A criminal offence?

                        Yes I am talking about the India Biggest Conglomorate which is into retail. Reliance digital @ kolkata basdroni has new promotion going on as scratch card offer.In which you have to scratch the card and whatever percrntage comes up you will get discount.

                        But the cliche is Carriec AC 1.5 TON which cost 18000 in the market is priced at 20, 290 when i inquired about it they told me it is not MRP it is RRP.(read reliance retail price}.

                        When i told them aboiut the market price of the AC they offered me 18261 and then they were not offering me scratch card offer. I was dissapointed the way they have behaved.

                        I am really dissapointed by the way relaince is doing business can samebody check them for their misbehave. I will recommend you not go there for anything.

                        I had bought LG washing Machine from Reliance Digital on 5th Oct'2009, INV NUM- 000421 from Hyderabad Showroom. I was delivered damaged LG washing Machine, LG TLWM WF- T7239KS (Plu#[protected]. They did a wrong promotion activity during the time of Diwali Offer. Rs 9000 worth of Gold chain was given on a purchase of more than Rs 25, 000. The real value of the gold chain is not even Rs.1500 (Checked with the Branded Jewellary Shop).

                          I've bought a IFB microwave oven(30L) from Reliance Digital IInd Floor Shipra Mall(Ghaziabad), dated 15.02.09, but regret to inform that nobody bothered to call or come for the demo of the Product.When I asked during the purchase for the demo, I was told that it will be provided at your home only.

                          When I called the customer support [protected] of reliance i was surprised to know from Mr. Ravi Chauhan that no call has been locked under my purchase of the Micro wave for any demo & when I called on other no: given [protected] Ms. Uma provided me the IFB toll free no:[protected] & asked me to get in touch directly with IFB only.

                          Its really very surprising to see the above complaints from different people have faced tremendous problems with the attitude & after support of the reliance digital dealership based at Shipra MAll (Ghaziabad) & seems as if still no action has been taken in the said context, then why this website has been provided if the same issues are still prevailing at the said Outlet.

                          Perhaps the credibility of RELIANCE is at stake.

                          Request you to take up the matter with some seriousness else, the outcome in long run will be not acceptable.

                            We are Premium customer of Big Tv and have purchased Big TV subscription from Sep, 08. For which we have paid Rs.3990.00 (Premium Pack Charges) for one year in advance.


                            On Nov, 15th, 2008 we subscribed additional Sports Channel Neo Sports by paying Rs.200.00 (recharge coupon) and again i paid Rs 200.00 (recharge coupon) in Jan, 2009 however my a/c today is still showing Negative 50 Rs and as a result you guys have stopped my connection !!!



                            I then called up your call centre and launched complain for the same (Complain No.[protected]on 31st of Jan, 2009 and they promised me that they will look into the matter and come back to me, after which no body responded and i am now calling everyday to your customer care talking to executives, supervisors (feroz, seema, suman and Mr. Pradeep ) still no solution !!



                            Infact your people are not even able to give me proper account statement so that i can understand where the money has gone!! They have agreed that its a mistake from billing side and if that is so then WHY SHOULD I SUFFER AS CUSTOMER.



                            I now immediately request you to provide me detailed A/c Statement for my connection and explain how you guys have debited my a/c,



                            Start my connection if no error found,



                            Refund me money for the number of days you have wrongly disconnected my services.



                            Finally one strong FEEDBACK : You guys are not being able to solve my problem for last 15 Days !! What a pathetic state of Customer service department and what a bad billing department which cant provide me my billing details (legally its my right to know how you charge me ).



                            If you still dont resolve my problem and respond back then i will be compelled to go to media for help and take help from consumer court !

                            We have taken big TV on first week Oct 2008 and my brother Imran paid for this 3000 rs. By this amount we are getting 1 year subscription + 6 month full pack (i dont know exactly the package name). This means for 6 months we can watch all channels and then later (last six month) few channels we can watch. But after six month completion our subscription was closed.

                            When sales person(Mr Prabhat: Jagdalpur Chhattisgarh) came to installed Big TV he only recharged for 500 rs. when i told him, he told me i will do rest 500 rs recharge from office. Then immediately we brought Tata Sky and now we are enjoying to watch DTH service. I already had very bad experience with Reliance product. They are chor guys not all but some.

                              I had complained disruption of all services on 29-01-08 in spite of one year max subscription. Normal service not yet restored.

                              All affected subscribers of BIG TV are requested to also file a complaint with CORE, Dept of Consumer Affairs at their email address [protected]@core.nic.in with CC core.[protected]@gmail.com.

                              They would forward all such complaints to BIG TV and senior executives will try to sort it out. But with no surety of adequate action, as has been experienced by me.

                              If sufficient number of complaints received by CORE they can take suitable action against the company, which would bring the required results.

                              I purchased the Reliance BIG TV starter kit on[protected] for Rs. 2490 and was installed on[protected]. I was assured at time of installation I would be able to view all the broadcasted channels and that service was free for first 3 months.

                              Subsequently in mid September preferred channels like Neo Cricket, BBC, CNN were discontinued. On[protected] customer care executive informed me that these channels were available on the Max pack, whereas Premium pack had been activated in my account. She advised me to pay an additional amount of Rs.2550 to change to Max Pack. I recharged Rs.3000 on[protected], ie, an excess of Rs.500, and informed customer care same day.

                              On[protected] I received sms asking me to recharge Rs.265. On 1-10-08 I lodged a complaint (complaint no.[protected] that channels paid for in Max pack had not been activated. Subsequently I was informed that Max Pack had been activated for one year from 10-10-08 to[protected].

                              On 02-01-09 NDTV channels were abruptly halted. These were restored only after I called customer care.

                              I received several sms on[protected]my Complaint No.[protected],[protected]my complaint No.[protected], 21-01-09, 22-01-09, reminding me to recharge my account. Service was discontinued on 22-01-09. I was advised by customer care that I should recharge Rs. 52 to enable resumption of service. I paid the amount on 23-01-09 and service resumed same day.

                              I again received sms on 24-01-09 and 27-01-09 to recharge my account. Service has again been indefinitely discontinued from morning of 28-01-09 subject to payment of additional Rs.297 per month.

                              In spite of repeated requests I have failed to find out how the money already paid (Rs.5542) has been used up in a period of less than 5 months from 30-08-08 to 23-01-09

                              I have been calling customer care every day 19-01-09 till date[protected], except for 26-01 and 27-01. I have been informed that Max pack was deactivated on 23-01-09.

                              Also that two separate packs “Premium” and “Max” were running simultaneously on a single TV connection whereas the Premium pack should have been terminated when the 12 months free subscription of Max pack was activated on 10-10-08. The executives have blamed error in their “system” and so far I have not got any redressal of my complaints.

                              Reliance BIG TV Ltd. has defrauded me of money by not providing the promised uninterrupted Max Pack service of BIG TV upto 9-10-09, for which payment had been made.
                              The excess money paid for the balance period of 8.5 months, and the excess amount of Rs.552 is not being refunded.
                              I am being penalized for their “system error” which they have failed to correct till date.
                              I have been continuously harassed by unwarranted sms’s demanding additional money.
                              I have wasted more that 20 hours of my precious time on calls made to various customer care executives to sort out the matter.

                              I demand full compensation of the financial losses, valuable time spent and harassment on account of the deficiency of service that had been more than fully paid for till 9-10-09.

                                This is report with very serious note against the way of handling a customer at Reliance Digital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. First knowledge level of Sales Teal is very poor and even after requesting for the person who give more information on technical & operational features of the product then either the customer would not get a response or she will diverted to senior rigid fellow who is sure senior in term of lack of knowledge and impatiently given at a glance casual comments on the queries. More pitiful is that once the product is being sold to the customer their attitude get change now they talk about minimum & maximum lead time to revert on the problem with the product and the customer will be oriented too rigid policy of the store rather than standby with the customer and solving the problem at product’s service centre. Once the customer handover the product to ResQ division at the store then only God can ResQ her because after expiry of stipulated and committed feedback time nobody will bother you to get back to you and customer has waste first her money on communication, she will put on hold and understand the issue for about 10 minutes because he/she will not bother to look at Job Sheet but ask for all the detailed explanation till the customer loose the control on her patience. Ultimately the customer pulled to the store where she has to give explanation to two more strange people individually, who are not involved in the issue previously. And at the end of the day the customer has given the rigid store policy and apology for technical incompetency of the stall and got advised for precautions before buying any product, not to rely on Sale Team, ask for the obvious things also specifically though their staff lacking knowledge for that.

                                3. Battery consumption is very high. I have committed by Reliance Digital sales
                                staff 110 snaps per set of Alkaline battery. I have used Duracell Digital Camera Battery and 2700 MAH Rechargeable Battery which takes only on an average 45 snaps and about 5 minutes video recording.

                                Revert Back Time conveyed to me by ResQ (Mr. Sai) : 48 hrs

                                Complaint Status :
                                After no response till the expiry of 48 hrs on 30 Jan 2009 morning I have to called up ResQ several time on 30th & 31st January, since the Mr. Sai was not available at any point of time, I have to briefed several other persons on my expense for about 5 to 10 minutes on average, you may check ResQ phone number[protected] incoming records from my Cell[protected]. During the discussion one person has admitted that they have send a person called Mr. Pavan to Kodak Service centre but due to lack of proper orientation about problem by ResQ section he has misrepresented the case and Kodak Service centre has returned back the camera without any action report or recommendations. They even have not bothered to refer my Job Sheet where everything is mentioned.

                                After making direct enquiry to the Kodak Service Centre, I have told that this is technically mistake in the camera so that recorded video clip will not play in DVD player and you may do it by purchasing relevant converter software in the market (which is cost me nearby to the cost of the same camera). I have specifically asked regarding this at the time of buying, I have told that you cannot play directly plug & Play but you have to transfer through company provided software. Usually if you by any product like I-pod you will get one installer CD which coverts other formats of Audio & Video compatible to I-pod. In this camera there is option of recording High Definition Television (HD) compatible video clip recording, very commonly across the globe Television attached to VCD/MP3/DVD player not with computer system. So either the company provided software should burn CD/DVD which should compatible to play in such players but Kodak EasyShare software can’t convert the same.

                                Supposing if this is the common problem then it should be communicated to me by your well dressed but knowledge-less sales team, even in product User Manual doesn’t provide detailed technical specifications nor anywhere mentioned regarding non compatibility of video clip in VCD/DVD player. If the highly educated customer could be got deceived by ambiguous set of information in User Manual and Reliance Digital Sales Team what will happen to normal customer.

                                On 1st Feb 2009 I have brought the problem in to the notice of Mr. Kalyan (Customer Relationship Manager) as advised by someone from the store on 31st Jan late evening. First 5 minutes he was not available on phone around 2:45 pm noon and told me Mr. Kalyan went out of store for lunch. I am sure that 2:45 noon is not a normal lunch time in the store and staff may not availe luxury to go out anytime for lunch. Whatever I am not concerned with your internal affairs but there should be anybody to take care of customer. When I have made the issue for lunch and request to report to Store manager, immediately I got connected to Mr. Kalyan. He has taken all details from me and have not get back till 04:30 by the time I have reached the Reliance Digital Store and spared two and half hour to give explanation to different representative including Mr. Kalyan (Customer Relationship Manager). I have even requested to exchange another product if the problems are not being sorted out.

                                But ultimately I have suggested by Mr. Kalyan to report Head Office even and regretted for not giving back my camera with no problem or recommendation remark on my job sheet. He has asked to wait for one day.

                                After taking all details from me till today as I have not got my camera back with actions taken report from company or from Reliance Digital stall in-spite several telephonic follow-up and my personal visit at the store on 1st Feb 2009. I cannot tolerate inefficiency of your stall which increases my expenses on telecommunication and frequent visits at the store. Please take immediate action in this regard.

                                I too had the same problem with their service. As you stated their customer service/ ResQ whatever they name it may be are really rubbish... of no use to customer. Its only to drag poor customers into a mire. Their attitude really changes towards customer after buying any product.

                                I bought an LCD TV and there was no VGA/Data cable to connect to a computer and reached them to get it or to buy at least but they did not have any knowledge about it. Its a pity thing.

                                i dr aravind reddy 20 days back purchesed asus mobile phone . with in 4 days phone batery batery backup was worst stand by time 2 hours talk time is 30 mins . and automitically switch on and off . i gave this mobile to ecil reliance digital manager mrs jyothi .she is very very very worst response, after gave my mobile they didnt call me up to 10 days .one day i called mrs jyothi she gave one no that is not working.
                                i think reliance is selling 3rd class response .
                                this store is use only for second hand mobiles .

                                I Tried to call service desk number, i dont know whether they are using it for call center also, after dailing for 20-30 times i get one person, and keep me on hold for 10 min after listening to my complaint, which was the due for my LG ref wich should happen a day before; and suddenly another person came into picture and ask "sir what is your problem?"...

                                They dont have any estimation times, they dont have the list of customers whome they are going to visit for today, , , ..3 days gone and they are telling the guy is on the way... :-)

                                This is of a piece with what many so called reputed conusmer product companies indulge in. In their quest to grow too fast, quality of customercare takes a back seat, and selfish interests take over.

                                I bought a home theatre from Reliance Digital, Banjara Hills Hyderabad on 22nd Nov.'09 when the sales rep assured me of free installation. Next day, the service rep called me but conveyed that I would have to pay for the capping/channel required for installation @ Rs.85/ per metre. I objected but eventually offered to arrange the capping/channel & hardware at my cost, at which he said they would still charge Rs.35/ per metre for the work involved. Now that is funny. Where is the free installation in that case?

                                Umpteen attempts to call their Banjara Hills outlet[protected] were infructuous (all lines on the route found busy from morning till evening on 23/11) so I had no choice but to visit them. I demanded that they give free installation as promised or take back the product and refund my money. After dilly-dallying for half an hour, I was taken to a Stores Manager who not only dismissed my demand but also behaved rudely. When I asked him if I have to pay for materials and labour both, where is the free installation, is it only opening the box and connecting the wires, he said YES. He also told me he didn't care if I wrote to any forum or a newspaper highlighting their malpractices.

                                Be careful one and all while delaing with RELIANCE DIGITAL Hyderabad.

Its been 1.5 years maximum I purchased the mixer and I have hardly used the mixer and it start giving noise and not working, I approached customer care, but was of no use, I request you to plz look into the matter and solve it at the earliest.
                                I very much agree and am presently a victim of it.I purchased a TV from reliance banjara hill.They have been making me go round and round and havnt installed it yet with the airtel connection.They give me thousands of nos to call but none works atlast I am thinking of returning the TV itself and take money back...worst service ever...

                                I want to know, if there is any lay where we should book a criminal case against Reliance MD or any other Management staff. Since it is day to day conusmer's hedeache.

                                I have similar case where I have purchased my first product from this retailer @IN orbit mall, Hyderabad on 12-Nov-2010.
                                Product details: Bajaj FP FX 10. In their Bill, it is mentioned that demo require with a serial number [protected]. Till today, before writing this I have not heard any news from them for the demo.

                                I will request all the customer who are facing similar fate should write their voice.
                                We purchased a Panasonic LCD TV from Reliance Digital, Begunpet on 26th Jan 2012. But till now didn't get the delivery to the address given. Been following up everyday atleast five times a day, the reply is that it will get delivered in an hour, but till now nothing. Can anybody please let me know how to approach a consumer court and fight for it.

                                  I purchased big TV connection on dated 12 Sep 2008 I selected popular pack for 12 month in this popular pack I was given 133 channels. My smart card No[protected] is named by VISHNUKANT MALPANI Makrana Mobile No [protected]. After two month I can’t see NDTV IMAGIN, NDTV NEWS, NDTV MATRONATION, NDTV24X7, NDTVGOODTIME, NDTVPROFIT. I complain many times in customer care in different period. My complain no are 86812964 and 86957434.I was given 4hours for this complain and told me call you back and they gave no proper respond. I am thouroly upset your services and going consumer court weather you except or not. Please do needful at your level.

                                  The Sun Driect Have the ever dirty and illitarate people to give the service. I had called up the Dealer And has to wait for 5 days to get the thing done. The engineer came to my place and said he requires 150 Rs as he came driving the bike to myplace. Can any of the officials tell where is the forum which tell what kind of charges for which problems. This is really rediculous to see that the this dirty service provider is not banned for giving the service. I will suerly longe a complaint with the consumer fourm and wil see what happens if I don't accurate details of the payment of Rs 150 whish i gave to the engineer for just rotating the Anteena Head

                                    We have purchased a IFB Microwave, 20 Lts, on 24/1/09 from Reliance digital Shipra Mall, Indrapuram Ghaziabad. It was communicated and assured to me that the person from the Reliance Digital Service station would come over for installation and demostration the very next day 25/1/09. Waiting for the person the entire day I checked out at reliance digital store at ph no[protected] and was informed that no person would be visiting my place instead a person directly from IFB would come over for the same. This has given a set back that why the customer is miscommunicated over the counter sale. Still waiting for some one to contact for installation.

                                    I have also been holder of your reliance card, in which almost 282 points were accrued but that also was denied at the customer service desk for encashment. The same story is informed on every purchase of goods from the store, if taht is the case then you issue the points card.

                                    Would also like to mention that on purchase of Samsung TV 29'' the remote of the TV was found non functional which was replaced by the standby and later exchanged after repeadted calls made to store for replacement. Now still the replaced one is also not functioning and there has been no action taken against the same.

                                    All the incidents have given a bad experience at the Reliance Digital Centre.

                                      I would like share my terrible experience with Reliance Digital Retail Limited Ambiance mall Electronic sales division. I had plans to bring home new LCD TV on by 23rd Jan and unfortunately i picked up a wrong store/shop for it. i paid Reliance digital retail ltd for the TV via check and told them that i need it with in 2-3 days on my kids b’day. My check got debited from my account very next day of purchase i.e. 22nd Jan but unexpectedly Reliance digital commercial and sales team simply said that they have not received the finds in spite of my repeated requests/calls and frustrations they simply kept saying the same. Even after two days of check clearness from my Bank account they still kept denying saying thay they have not received the money. I even provided them the proof of the statement from my bank but couldn't change their minds. They have simply spoiled my plans by not delivering the TV for the cause i purchased it! After repeated calls Today 24th Jan and they told me that TV can only be delivered by 27th Jan. Means i have to wait for over 5 days to get the TV for which i've already paid. I am not too confident whether they would be able to deliver it even on 27th Jan. I am feeling like stupid of choosing Reliance digital store over other electron shops which could have happily delivered the TV within a day or two.

                                        I Sri Saumendra Kumar Sahu at- Padmapur (near papu dhaba) po - Jashipur, Dist - Mayurbhanj, Orissa-757034. I beg to state that I purched a Big Tv DTH service from Taj Communication, Jashipur bearing set top box no -SHYSTC00519752 & Smart card No[protected] on 16.10.2008. My instalation Date is 14.12.2008. I recharged Rs1000.00 on 19.12.2008. But from 20.12.2008 problem started on set top box. The problem is that when I started the set top box Tv screen displayed 1st instalation, signal quality good, next step channel scanning. After scanning 188 Tv channel & 10 radio channel were found. Small screen appered on Tv, when I presed ok to full screen the set top box autometicaly switched off and restarted from the begining. I complained this matter at your customer care number [protected] several times. They have issued 13 complain numbers till now and also I e-mailed on 27.12.2008 regarding this matter. Each & every complain number was closed by Mr. Debasa Nayak from cuttack without solving my problem. He also closed my comlain number 84727115 on 02.01.2009 and he reported to your company that he had changed my set top box which is false. If my matter is not solved within 24 hours I shall take the shelter of law. Here I noted the deatails of complain numbers with date and name of complain receiver.
