hello Sir,

I have watched many times www.bigtv.co.in. but found nothing about which channels we can watch on website. nothing more details about package. No facility to open my account directly from site (although only option of my account is shown there). Now a days from the home page we can not go further due to big advertisment.

So try to improve your website as well as your services.

I am repenting on the purchase od Big TV services, becoze the recharge coupens are not available in the city, even tried to get it in the Delhi kapasehra border shops, They are out of stock from last six months.

Even customer care has called and noted the reasons nearly a week back for the same.
still no one has conveyed or mailed the address of the shop or even contacted us so for.
I wish to discontunue the services now .
Can I get the money back ?

I have recharged the required amount and requested for the change in start-up package but the service is not yet activated even after 24 hrs and the person answering the toll free no.is always saying that the server is down and I will have to wait for some more time for the activation to take effect. This info is being repeated everytime I call the toll free no. This is the worst experience I am facing after shelling out my money. I now repent having opted for Bigtv and maybe at the time of my renewal I will cnange to some other option available.
I am availing big tv services since 09 months & unable to know the rates of the chenels & in a packege how meny chenels are to be shown in the packege from any shop or net.

they are asking for the reason of not recharging but they are not providing rate list .
I HAVE RECHARGE FOR 3 MONTHS BUT IT HAD NOT RECHARAD
I have opted for south premium channel, but they have changed the list of channels, now I don't know what channel I can view, till date the option is as starter pack.

The worst after sales service, within three months the remote is not working properly, big tv squeezing publics money.

I have purchased the Big Tv product, and they told me that for 3 months is absolutely free. And last month my 3 months free period is finished, and I had recharged through my credit card for Rs. 115/- and activated within half an hour. But after 2 weeks there is no tower for channels. I really shocked and never expect from that the one of the leading company Reliance will do like this.

I had complaint to customer care about my adopter and set-top box which had been disorder. After COMPLAIN came a service Engineer named TAUFIQ he demanded Rs.450/- against a new adopter
and an old set-top box which he had brought with him. While customer-care had told me that nothing is Payble to service Engineer, and all the chargable Amount will PAY through the Recharge-Coupon.I told to your Service Engineer all the above matter. He took away all his adopter and Old set-top box. After that Dated 21.9.2009 (When my Account Balance was Rs.123/-) I have been complaint 8-10 Times to customer-Care. the logo of bigtv shown on tv screen is very big.it cover many informations.we want a little or transparent logo.
My set top Box was not working and i lodged a complaint in Reliance BIG TV Customer care on 26/10/2009 they gave me a complaint number ([protected]) and i call 30/10/2009complaint number[protected] and told me it will be done in 24 Hours. and i callcomplaint number[protected] yesterday engineer call me i will come 6pm he not come i call 7 pm than he say i will come more one houre till problem .. I want to sue them and ask for compensation of Rs. 1000000 for the service they are providing. Such a big company and a very very very bad service

This system takes several times and we are busy and hence my request to activate my service to Bronze Pack+ Zee TV cancelling other channels like sports, kids, etc . Rs. 58/- only available in my account. About 45 days back before disconnection I have intimated to the customer care that I require only value pack with 81 channels. Even after payment of my subscription
of Rs.200 within a space of ten days my entire subscription of Rs.200 utilised to the tune of Rs. 142/-
Atleased take necessary action immeditely and switchover my subscription to value pack. Only on seeing your reply I could pay further subscription. If my request is not accommodated kindly disconnect the TV and take over the Dish antenna and set top box. Expecting your erly message yo my above mail.

my complaint is i recharged my big tv voucher on on 18th feb of RS 125 on 18th feb for a month now my validity is of a month so the next recharged should be on 17th march but my service is stopped 2 day why? that is 7th march can you please look into
this matter and sought out my problem.There is no doubt the clearity of channels is too good n clear but this the 1st time i am facing this problem can you reply to my mail.

On 14 th feb i had got a message please recharge your BIG TV A/C before 18th feb so i recharged my a/c on 18th feb again got a message to rechrge my A/C...?.

I agree with many of the comments
I have asked for all Telugu channels in the 3month free package but I find the DD Telugu channel-Sapthagiri not available on Big TV.Customer care is unhelpful.
Also customer care is unhelpful in deciding the packages after 3 months even when the channel nos.are known.

MY COMPLAINT is that one of your resident have come to our house and given us a wrong information regarding the packages, saying that inclusive of all the installation and one year charge shall cost of Rs 1400 (ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ONLY ), He has introduced us saying that he was from BIG TV and collected CASH OF Rs 700 . I came to know that it was a wrong information given to us when we had called the customer care . I would like to request you to please take an action regarding the matter mentioned above . The person who had come to our house was Mr santosh, the given mobile number by him is [protected] . I WOULD LIKE YOU TO REFUND OUR MONEY BACK.

Moreover the packages we asked are not connected instead they provide something different. please do rectify the problems soonest possible before it is too late cancel services of Big TV.     I was gone to buy a LCD TV at Reliance Digital Vadodara on 5th of August at that time sales man said that you will gate in installment ie without any charges.but today is rakshabandhan so finance guy is on leave but you come tomorrow along with ID Proof, Bank statment and salary slip.

    i gone on 6ht august and met the Finance guy but he refused that this scheme was till the 5th august and now you have to pay interest if you want to buy a TV.

    Due to misinformation of Sales guy i felt trouble.

    My personal experience says nave trust on Relinace.

    hi i got same experience from reliance digital vadodara, , , sale man came my home to collect document and asured that finance will be done but after 6 days they simple denied... this happen two times in two week ...they are there to just make u look fool.

      hi,

      This side lalit bansal from gurgaon, i had purchased CAR sterio from reliance digital store on 02.08.09 from Mr Harmeet Singh ( mob no [protected]) and he promised me that it shall be installed on 03.08.2009 by 11:00 am but i called him at 12:00 pm but he dint picked up my phone and then i had made a call on[protected] but here also the response was the hell as they forwarded my call thrice to Mr Sandeep but he dint have words then he provided me sandeep ( mob no [protected]) no who has again not picked up the phone.

      After a lot of calls made by me i had words with sandeep who then asked me for service chareges for installing which was not told to me by Mr Harmeet. still i need the work to be done so i agreed to pay him rS 100/- as he asked but now he is asking for Rs 200/- but still this is not the matter, thing is that he promised me to send his person by 4:00 pm but now again they are getting me torchure as they both are not picking up the phone.


      now please help me from this.

      also i want to suggest my other frnds not to get anything from RELIANCE DIGITAL as these guys not fit for provideding services to the customer.

      Plz sort this if you can

        I had bad experience at Reliance digital on multiple occasions. Infact, they seem to do everything that they claims you will not have to worry about. I bought, a Split A/C from Reliance Digital in Banjara Hills,
        - It was installed the very next day and started leaking in few hours
        - It took us 2-3 weeks to get the A?C mechanic home. So if Reliance says that they will take care of any services needs, just be careful for in my case they simply washed hands
        - In peak summer, I was without A/C for 3 weeks and no one from Reliance even bothered to call to find out how are things, was the installation done or not.
        - I bought the A/C, under a offer where I was suppose to be re-imbursed my electricity bill, based on the scratch card. First time I asked them, they said..you need to get next month bill
        - Next time when I went, they told me to get a bill which has address on it. Unfortunately my bill does not contain address, as the property is still in the name of the builder, and Reliance guys wants to me get a bill with address.
        I rang up reliance digital at 3.51 pm on 2.3.2010 to find out their exact address. Although I live closeby, I wanted to find out the truth from the spate of complaints appearing on web. Instead of giving me the exact location, the lady is putting all sorts of irrelevant questions and ultimately she did not give me the correct location. I think complaints against this stores appear to be genuine.
        I have very bad experience with reliance, i have purchased the microwave oven from reliance digital, secunderabad. sales men given the promise that their technician come on next day and give the demo on the same. no body has come to my place and even while checking the microwave i have founded that oven body is not in proper manner. i have called the store they promise me that some body with call me by 11 am and will come to my place and rectify the problem but no body is came to my house.

        Reliance sale person made so many promises while selling the product, and he is even forcing me to take additional warranty on the proct by paying money thanks got i have atleast save my that money
        We bought Split AC from Reliance Digital, Amsri Faust, Secunderabad on 14th April 2010. As per the promise it was installed on 15th April 2010. After a week the was no cooling from the AC. On 27th April 2010 we went to Reliance Digital showroom and made our complain to Jyothi. She told us technician would be coming next day morning but till afternoon there was no sign of any technician so we called the showroom and spoke to Prashanth and he send the technician on 28th April 2010 at evening. The technician checked and told us that the technicain who had installed the AC did not install the gas thing which resulted in leaking the gas and hence AC stopped cooling. He assured that he would come today i.e 29th April 2010 at 10:00am - 11:00am. Till afternoon nobody came so we again called Reliance Digital showroom to check and this time we spoke to Ravi. Ravi assured us that technician would come before 5:00pm and he would call 1 hour before coming. Till now nobody has called or nobody came so we again called and after checking Ravi said technican would come by 6:30p.m today.
        Reliance sales persons make so many promises about after sales service and here we are facing so much problems. They are not following up at all. It has become our job to follow up even after making complaints.
        We went to Reliance Digital because of its brand name and here we are getting harrassed.
        We have a 3 month old baby at home and we stay in 7th floor..and there is just one more floor over us. It is so hot here in Secunderabad and we are suffering in this heat even after buying AC.

          I purchased a LCD television from Reliance digital express, Amedkar road, Ghaziabad on 16/06/2009 for Rs.18, 500. I was told the amount will be converted into 6 EMI with 0% interst and 0 processing charges if I pay from ICICI Bank Credit card. On 18/06/2009 I recieved a SMS from ICICI Bank that my transaction of Rs.18, 500/ is converted into 6 EMI @ 14.97 % interest. I was shocked and contacted the persons at the store. They promised me to get the things rectified within two three days. But till today 18/07/2009 they have not given me the assurance that the interest will not be charged. I have visited store personaly 3 times and called several times.

            1. free kit worth rs.999/- was not given at the time of purchase and not willing, deliver at the time of installation
            2. No enquiry about the delivery of the product by vendor

            I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine in June 2009 in Reliance Digital, ECIL branch near Radhika Theatre, Kapra Hyderabad and it was out of order in November 2009. I complained to the service cell and the engineer visited and tested. He told that the PCB and mechanisam are not working and the service cell personnel took the washing machine to the work shop in November itself. Whenever I telephone the reply was " the spares are yet to recive"
            When I telephone to 44722222, I will not get the phone. If I get no body respond to the call

              I have purchased a Microwave of Eletrolux from Relience Digitals, banjara hills on 19th November 2008 /( #[protected] to give a gift to my mother and to our surprises we tried to use it and also asked reliance people to show us the using method of the microwave but they were sending technical people of refrigeration knowledge, after requesting them for so much time and frequent visits, they finally started to ask me the invoice a valid point, Hence I have misplaced it in my papers, then finally I have handed that microwave to reliance Digitals Banjara Hills, and asked them to look in to the matter hence keeping that thing in my house is of no use ?
              and to our next surprise they asked us for a Invoice ( #[protected] again, they said without invoice there's no chance of replacement u get the invoice we will see n replace it, Then a good news I was expecting a baby ... in mean time i found the invoice also ? and then we got a baby girl .. after sum time when we visited with the Invoice the said manager was not available and the other person received us very well and he called the concerned manager and gave phone to me ... A new Surprise the manager over the phone started shouting and told us it is not possible hence it is too late now ? to replace ? then i also gave him the same reply .. there were so many customers with the complaints ... I think these peole are selling all old and defective stuff and cashing on there brand name( Reliance ) .

              please look in the matter n do the needful .

              Iam also trying to visit your office soon to get the complaint forms .

                A Painful Experience in Mukesh Ambani's Outlet at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.

                Hot Summer without Refrigerator ! ! ! !

                I, Kavita yadav, purchased a SUMSUNG REFRIGERATOR, Model no RT29/2009, 280 Litre from Highly Reputed MUKESH AMBANI'S RELIANCE DIGITAL RETAIL OUTLET, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon on Monday(Dt.22/06/09).After paying the required amount for frige, When I asked about Delivery, I was shocked to hear that Delivery will be on next day.Any way, I managed .Actually, this is the beginning of the problems.
                I got the DEFECTIVE SAMSUNG Refrigerator on Tuesday(Dt23/06/09) with keys & manual papers missing.I contacted many officials for replacement .They gave me lot of false committment about the Delivery of new one.I didn't get delivery even on Wednesday(dt 24/06/09).Again I talked to many officials of Reputed Reliance about Delivery . But all in vain. I was still without frige even on Thursday(dt 25/06/09).I was very confused what to do as i have paid all amount to Reliance.Then, I went to their office physically & pleaded to return my money as you people are unable to delivery the same, So that I can buy the frige from another shop. They refused to return my money. Working culture of Reliance employee is just like Govt. Deptt. Reliance offcial never contacted me.

                RELIANCE has brought the shopping culture of EUROPE, but it lacks the attitude of GOOD SERVICE/ACCOUNTABILITY.

                In such a busy life, where people orders the things with a click of button, my experience of purchasing the Refrigerator especially from RELIANCE DIGITAL is panicking & reflects the very poor services of " RELIANCE ORGANISATION"

                I hope Mr. Ambani should provide good training to their employee so that they can feel the sense of accountability like EUROPE.

                  Dear sir,
                  it is surprising to know that such a huge company like Reliance Big TV is closing the complaints without verifying from the costomer anyway i want to submit my case details are as under
                  1. My Smart card no. is[protected]
                  2. My TV is not working feom last 10 days
                  3. I have made a complaint on 20/21 june 09 complaint no. is[protected] and it remains un attende by local service center.
                  4. I have made another call to your costomer care no [protected] on 24. it was informed by your representative that my complaint has been closed and they dont have any rule to verify from the customer about the complaint, whether solved or not ? So i made another complaint and No, is[protected] on dated 24 june 09.
                  5. Local representative stated his name as Mr. Sabir came to my home on same day and informed that the location of installion of disc is not proper because he cant plug the cable. And if hewil relocate it it will charge Rs. 750/-. Same time i called to your customer care no. and your representative also talked to local representative Mr. Sabir and said that it is fault of initial installation so you do it without charges.

                  Sir, Dsc was installed at the top of house near water thak wher two other discs of TATA and BSNL already installed. But the location of this Big Tv disc was on side wall so no one in this univers has 30 feet laders in the home or repair. and why require this time because we are everyday going up on water tank. Also installed comfortably during first installation.
                  Please start my BIG TV at the earliest.

                    I have bought a Fly mobile (model # B720)from reliance digital, cunningham road, bangalore on 21st September 2008 for Rs.8, 899.00, while buying i have asked for a demo for the same for which a sales person named "mahesha"(mobile # [protected]) has come for a demo in 1st week of october.
                    Intrestingly after the demo this guy has taken the original "drivers software CD" along with him as he tried this in his laptop.
                    after which i have tried to call him on his mobile several time but he never responded.
                    after using the mobile for some time, i had some problems with it, namely;
                    a) The Key pads were not functioning properly.
                    b) Most of the incomomg calls were displayed as "restricted no"
                    c) Very Low battern back-up...i had to charge this phone atleast thrice, inspite o[censored]sing it moderately.
                    d) Phonebook had a problem..i.e if i need to search any name starting from "L"..i need to scroll entire namelist of J, K to reach L.

                    On 21st Feb, I went to reliance digital to to give my phone for servicing, where some Mr Shiva (Mobile #[protected] told me that after sales service will be taken care by the company itself and asked me to go to the service which is also located on cunningham road.

                    I gave the phone for servicing on the same day i.e 21st Feb 2009, and highlighted all the problems which they had written in their records for which i also have a copy.
                    on 28th feb, saturday i got a call from the service centre saying that phone is serviced and i can collect it.I went on same day to collect the phone.i specifically asked the staff if all the problems are corrected, which they told yes.
                    I couldn't check the phone while collecting as i was not having the Sim card.
                    After reaching home when i checked the phone, i was surprised to see that all the problems were intact and nothing was sorted out.


                    I again gave the phone on 3rd march 2009 on same service centre telling that the phone is not serviced and all the problems are intact.Same day i also went to Reliance digital to highlight this problem to Mr Shiva, he took all the details from me and assured that he will follow up with the company and make sure my moblie is serviced asap.

                    I have called them several time to check on the status and have been there atleast twice..just to hear that they are facing parts problem from the company and will get it shortly.
                    Intrestingly on the same day while browsing the store i found out from sales staff that even Reliance Digital has stopped keeping this company's phone since november last year(which i was never told by Shiva).

                    It has been almost 2 months now since that phone has been given for serviving but till today i have no status.
                    Now, even Reliance digital has washed off their hands...

                    Kindly help me in this as Rs 8, 899 is not a small amount to be given as a charity.

                      BIG TV - The big cheater - COMPLAINT


                      Dear Sir,

                      I am V. SANTHAKUMAR. I am one among the cheated customer of BIG TV.
                      I want to tell more detailed on what happened after purchasing BIG TV.

                      My big tv account no :[protected]

                      My complaint number given by BIG TV customer care on 9th June:[protected]

                      I have purchased BIG TV on DEC 13, 2008 and activated with SMART SOUTH PACKAGE.
                      I paid total of Rs 2690 for hardware and 6 months free subscription.
                      From the date of activation my free subscription is till 11th June 2009.
                      After that I have to recharge for new package. So I called to customer care of BIGTV on 9th june, 2009
                      and enquired about package costs and finally I choose to active SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE for Rs 1698
                      for six months usage. So as per the procedure provided by the customer care member at BIGTV I have recharged
                      for RS 1698 for activating SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE. BIG TV’s procedure is first recharge the account and go
                      for activating the package. After recharging for Rs 1698 I called to customer care to activate my package. So customer care person after checking
                      my account balance of Rs 1698 said that my account will get activated for SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE WITH IN 2-3 HOURS.
                      Today’s date is 17 June 2009.still the new package I opted for is not activated. I have already asked them on 10th June to deactivate my current package
                      and activate my NEW SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE

                      When I called to customer care 2 timesON (17TH JUNE 2009), I get the reply like my old package is still running and that has detected Rs 75 of its usage for last one week.
                      Right now My account balance stands Rs 1623 . Go for recharging another Rs 75 to make the account balance Rs 1698 and then we will activate the SOUTH PREMIUM PACKAGE.
                      They saying that because of some technical problem the NEW PACKAGE is not activated and the old package is still running .Even though it’s a technical problem of BIG TV service they are asking us to pay the amount to get the required package activated.

                      So I request you to look in to this issue immediately and take action and let the future customers of BIG TV not get cheated.

                      I have the audio proof recorded when I had my conversation with customer care person of BIG TV for the 3rd time and its clear from that he confesses himself that its BIG TV’s service fault and asking my money again to recharge even after accepting as their mistake.

                      I had recharged for a year of amount Rs. 2560/- (One year package) with 16.6% discount in the month of June 2011. Service is provided only for 10 months i.e. from 07 June 2011 to 04 April 2012 instead of 06 June 2012.

                      When i called customer care, they are saying your scheme is not activated because you dint col up for the same. But actually when i recharged for the amount Rs. 2560/- i got a reply from customer care.I have that message replied by customer care of BIG TV saved on my mobile.

                      From June whenever i was checking my account status, they were showing only the balance amount not the recharge validity.In the first week of April i got a message on the mobile to recharge and same was displayed on TV. Now if i call up customer care they are asking why u dint intimate us about the scheme? when a person gets a message on mobile why he will he again call up and ask whether the scheme is activated?

                      Customer care No. is [protected]. I communicated to the boss also. even his reply was same 'that you did not give us intimation of scheme activation? Your monthly charges were getting deducted from that amount. And now your balance is over so recharge'.

                      Today 05.04.2012 i received a message on mobile: Dear Reliance Digital TV Customer services for your account No.[protected] are suspended. Please recharge minimum of Rs. 246/- to resume the service.

                      Currently my Reliance Digital TV is not working.

                      So I request you to look in to this issue immediately and take action.

                        we had been to this reliance digital store in Nashik, Maharshtra on[protected] in the city centre mall which is very recently inaugrated. In one particular section of the store there is one metal cover on the floor, which is maybe used for covering concealed wiring or something of the sort.
                        this cover is so elevated that my wife tripped over the same. to make matters worse she was in her hands holding our baby daughter aged 9 months.whilst falling down she made every effort to save our baby & was lucky enough to be sucessful.
                        but due to this my baby got scared & started crying which lasted for a couple of hours.Also my wife's leg got twisted & had to be taken to the physician. which was a dfferent ordeal.
                        when at that time we raised our concern to the store staff & demanded for a complaint book the store manager was very inconsiderate & said that he would get it rectified, to our surprise he did not even apologise for the event.
                        he send shivers thru my spine thinking of what could have happened to my baby if we werent lucky enough.

                        I had also visited Reliance Digital. The experience is really bad. I had purchased 5 Datamini pcs from the shop on 2nd october and made all the payments upfront.The delivery was scheduled in next 1-2 days which got delayed & eventually landed after 4 days. All the pcs delivered were faulty. 2 pcs are used one . Till today one pcs has not yet been delivered to me. I had repeatedly gone & requested but they do not respond.
                        Yesterday eveining i went to shop & i asked who is your incharge or boss i want to speake to him . No one was ready to answer then one of the sales / ResQ person "They arrogantly replied Mukesh Ambani". I said i want to speake to the person call him or connect him. They were speach less like dumbs. Finally they did not allowed me to speake to any concerned person.
                        Then I asked them i want to register complaint . The so called store manager proudly replied they do not have process of regitering the consumers complaints. If any one wants he can write in a 100 pgs book kept there. I registered the complaint & asked them for acknoledgment. The store manager, the sales persons started saying they do not have authority to give any acknowledgement & it is also not in there process.Me & my father were requesting them to give me axerox of the complaint & a sign atleast which was also not taken care . After a long verbal exchanges, verbally the so called store manager ( Deepak/Sandeep/ ...) said that he has spoken to seniors and arranged the amount for refund which will be delivered to my credit card next day Till 4.30 pm on 26/10/2009 i have not yet received the amount. Now i have a feeling they all are cheats.
                        During this 2-2.5 hrs in the shop i saw atleast 5-6 more customers facing similar type of problems.
                        They also felt cheated & disgusted.

                        I will not beg for help because i know they do not have process to help the consumers & register their complaints.

                          I bought BigTV connection in April first week with 3 months subscription offered as free. However I am not getting any channels from May last week. Now I have recharged Rs.125/- on 14.06.2009 and still it does not get activated. In spite of our contacting the customer care telephone and operating the tv as per their instructions, we are not getting the channels. I made a BIG mistake by buying BIG TV.

                            I bought Haier Refrigerator HRB271/306/331 and a Washing machine HBF 655 Tnfrom Reliance Digital Retail Ltd, (Plot No.1/2/3/4, 8-2-684/2/A, Banjara Hills, Road No.12, Hyderabad-34) on 08 Jun 2008. ORDER NO.[protected] for Rs.13990/- and ORDER no.[protected] for Rs.19290/-.

                            On 15 May, all of a sudden cooling stopped in the refrigerator. I called the Haier Service centre number to log in the complaint. For some reason phone[protected]was not answered at all in the first place, after trying for more than 15 times. Then I called on[protected] and was informed that they only accept complaints for North India and for South India I need to try the 1860 .. number only but when i explained to the staff that there is no response, she was kind enough to take down my complaint and said that someone will be getting in touch with me the same day itself. I kept waiting that whole day but no one turned up. Then I found out the Reliance Digital's service number[protected] and tried this number for almost 10 times. I logged in my complaint with them too and they sent someone the next day, thats almost 72 hrs after the refrigetor stopped working, everything in it (vegetables, milk, all the other food stuff ) got spoilt and I had just dispose them off. By the time the technican came in for some reason unknown the cooling started, he came and checked and said there was some problem with the timer and said he had rectified it and placed the refrigerator under "Observation" and told me very clearly that if it doesnt work again, I need log in a complaint and it will be rectified the same day itself. It worked only for next 4 days and again the cooling stopped on 21 May. I logged in the complaint again with Reliance Service people on 22 May, went personally to their office and explained them that the unit was under "Observation " and it was not a fresh complaint, I kept on following up the whole day, each time I called the service desk, they just kept telling me that someone will come the same day for sure but no one turned up untill 23 May 1745 Hrs..

                            When the technican came and checked the unit, he said that some "assembly kit" had to be replaced and they need to get it from the store and he will try and replace it on the next day (24 May) but as usual I kept on following up with them, there was no response from them and he just said that "today is sunday, I cannot come", ultimately he got the part on 25 May 1600 hrs and fixed it. On 03 Jun at 2145 hrs I got a call from Mr Kumar saying that he is calling from Haier service centre to check if the refrigerator was working or not and in future to call him, if there is any issue.

                            To my surprise, the cooling again stopped since 05 Jun and I called Mr Kumar today and he told me to log in the call with the call centre. I called and I am very sorry to say that the response from the staff at the call centre is extremely poor, I told the staff very clearly to route the complaint to Universal Electronics which covers the service for the area which I reside. They confirmed that the complaint has been registered and someone will come today itself, I called back Mr Kumar again on[protected] giving him my complaint id number [protected], which he said has been routed to a dealer which does not cover this area.. I called the call centre again and told them the issue and got a fresh complaint number [protected]. I gave my cell phone number[protected] to register the complaint. Mr Kumar told me that he will send some one today positively but as usual no one turned up. That means no one will turn up till 08 Jun.

                            Its almost 4 weeks that my house is without a refrigerator and you can imagine the amount of wastage that has resulted due to this in this peak summer month.

                            I am astonished to see a brand like Haier has this poor durability of its parts and to top it all extremely poor service both from the company and one of its top dealer like Reliance Digital. I am convinced now that in future I will never buy anything from Reliance and of Haier. Please convince me why would one even think of doing so after going through all the above.

                            I am looking forward to hear a reply for this poor service from both the esteemed companies

                                I would like to post a complaint against Reliance Digital in Hyderabad. My husband and I recently purchased a Kent RO water filtering system. They came and installed the system promptly, however, when we recently had it serviced we were shocked to find out that the purity of the water was not up to standards. It had only been after three months o[censored]se and for the water purity to be so poor would almost have to mean that the person who installed it in the first place did not test it properly. I am pregnant and had been becoming ill from the water. Reliance came and rectified the problem-so they say. However, this does not rectify the three months of exposure to poor quality water that we and our unborn baby experienced. Be very vigilant if purchasing any water filtration system to make sure the technician installing and testing your water is qualified and knowledgeable!

                                Same problem faced by me, i had bought a Kent Water purifier 1 year back and this is teh 4th time it is giving a problem. I have already spent Rs. 6000 in 1 year on its maintenance and now i had taken a rescue care plan for Rs. 3700. After I took the plan, the purifier again gave problems and I have logged a request again. AFter following up for 12 days (they say thet respond to requests within 48 Hours!!!), the technician came and finally told all 3 filters need to be replaced. He dismantled and took the filters away saying that he'll replace within 2 days. Now he is also not responding neither is the service centre.

                                  I Mr. Ramesh Shirodkar had purchased Big tv connection with subscriber id no[protected] and subsequently after a few months i purchased a secong connection with subscriber id no:[protected] and i was told while filling the form during installation form that this is the child connection for the earlier one i had also confirmed the same while filling the form and it will be automatically shifted to parent child connection after the completion of the free period
                                  Now on 30/05/09 i contacted your customer care service and one of your executives confirmed me the state as parent chile and if i recharge in the parent account the child account amount will be debited from the parent account. I wanted the yerly package and he gave me the breakup and totalled and rounded the amount to Rs. 4700 and i shoud contact after recharging

                                  After i recharged when i contacted the customer care another executive is telling me that it is not a parent child connection hence you will have to recharge the second account also
                                  I talked to your superviser Mr. Bunty but he said that nothing can be done other than saying sorry
                                  Iam feeling that reliance is cheating us on this Account and trying to fool people.

                                  Pls do the needful and make it aparent child connection and i will be very great ful to you

                                    I purchased an LCD TV from Reliance Digital (RD), Banjara Hills, Hyd. in the month of January 2009. At the time of purchasing they gave me many prmosises. Some of them are i) free wall mounting facility whenever we move to other place as we are rented, ii) immediate response for problem rectification, iii) free periodically service, etc., But never i felt the same what they promised to offer.

                                    I logged a request on 23rd May 2009 for wall mounting as we shifted to KPHB Phase VII. But till today i received no response from them. I had many such experiences in the past from the same company in providing the services. The customer service is so bad. Before 23rd May too, i requested the same service but the management if very careless about the customer's need. I waited for an hour for registering my complaint.

                                    I purchased the product since I felt RD is one of the reputed companies.But now i don't feel the same about the company. Please take an action against the management. My mobile # [protected]

                                    I purchased a washing machine from reliance digital, they delivered damaged product, they promised us they render the service as soon as possible but they are delaying, till now they didnt came for demo also, we (our) family members are getting irritating towards their reponsibilitliy

                                    from now onwards i suggest to my colleauges, friends, relatives, etc
                                    kindly not to purchase any type of product from their stores
                                    my advise is, it is better to purchase near road side retail shops

                                      Around one moth before we bought some electronic items from Reliance digital Gurgaon. Now After installation of Inverter, we got some problem in other equipments. This inverter was also taken from Reliance digital and its installation also has been done by those people.
                                      We have called customer care many times, also visited personally Reliance Digital outlet 2 or 3 times but still no response.
                                      Also we have taken extended warranty for some products but till now we have not received any extended warranty card for the same.
                                      It is too bad, pathetic customer support.

                                      Were you able to resolve the extended warranty paperwork? I've purchased the extended warranty on my LCD TV, and the first year of warranty is almost up - yet there isnt any sign of receiving the extended warranty documents. Each time i call the customer care number, the person i speak to confirms that the warranty paperwork is being despatched via courier that very same day. No one at the store can help, because evidently the store can only sell and cannot handle support/ service related queries - It seems to be a futile mess ... Any pointers you can provide would be much appreciated?

                                      I have purchased a Iron (press) from Reliance Digitial , Shipra Mall Ghaziabad (UP) . It stop working after 3 months . Product has 1 year guarantee . I had deposited that at the store for repair . It's almost now 6 months , neither I got press nor get any satisfactory response from them . I have called so many times and every time they say you will get next week and we will call you . I have written so many mails to them but no response yet . This is cheating with customer . Can any responsible person of Reliance Digital look this complaint and take action .

                                        I bought one Voltas AC from Reliance Digital and was not at all happy with their (un)professionalism.

                                        1) They promised that if billed before 3:30 they will deliver it to my home the same day, but did not happen, infact one person called up and said if he he has so many other deliveries and would I like a delivery at 1:00 Midnight.

                                        2) I bought the A.C from reliance because of the promise that the service / installation would be done by Reliance and we would not be at the mercy of the customer support but when the time of Installation came they started making excuses that for Voltas it is not Reliance supported. and even installation got delayed, even after around 20-25 calls(in which they kept telling we will come in 15 min, 20 min talk to this guy, that guy etc. etc.). Finally got it installed after 3-4 days.

                                        3) Although reliance had charged me 600/- already for installation, the person who came for installation asked for 750/- etc. saying Reliance doesn't pay them well and hence he will charge 750/- for the small pieces of wood which he had to put in install the AC!!

                                        And all this the customer service ppl kept sayin this and that?

                                        I bought inverter from Reliance Digital on 28/06/2008, order #[protected], they delivered damaged inverter stand and after that i called up customer care many times asked for the replacement, its been 2 month they didn't replace

                                        Reliance — given a false promise

                                        hi,
                                        i am ramesh, applied for 300kbps broadband connection just a week before. paid a amout of Rs.500 for a connection. installation person connected broadband connection. but it was 75 kbps plan.

                                        i just complainted to their costumer care, but they are not reasponding.Several followups being made but nothing has been done till now

                                        Reliance Digital — Faulty AC delivered

                                        Bought Carrier AC on 31st May 2011 from Reliance Mart sector 29, Gurgaon
                                        Delivered on 1st June 2011.
                                        Installation attempted on 2nd June 2011. But found the AC was faulty.
                                        They have left the faulty AC packed in my home.
                                        Still waiting for replacement.
