we have booked a refrigerator with reliance digital vashi . at the time of booking , reliance digital person assured that they will deliver within 24 hrs to my home but after 5 days i havent yet got the
refrigerator . when contacted 3/4 time to the reliance digital world they just only put the call off.
when we made a visit they again assured us to delivery by next day and told me to follow up with
their warehouse.. this is the third class way of service by reliance
Even I find it the same, today, I had booked a LED on 30.12.09 for 85000rs, no sign of delivery till now, and today the sales man tells me that I can take the display piece!
this is the way they learnt to do business
Even i[censored] say i will not buy anything from u next time they are least worried bcos like us they think lot of fools come to them. but one day they must get back everything they have done to us...
they are least bothred to even respond to u once they get ur money

    This is to inform you that, I am Mr. Suman Das, was employee of Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. Emp Code[protected]. worked for 1.5 years. After my resignation I had submited my Full & final, and also EPF withdraw form to the Company HR...on 01/08/2008..

    After so co-ordination I am not able to withdraw my EPF or they are not giving me any proper reasons for not getting this......

      I had also visited Reliance Digital. The experience is really bad. I had purchased 5 Datamini pcs from the shop on 2nd october and made all the payments upfront.The delivery was scheduled in next 1-2 days which got delayed & eventually landed after 4 days. All the pcs delivered were faulty. 2 pcs are used one . Till today one pcs has not yet been delivered to me. I had repeatedly gone & requested but they do not respond.
      Yesterday eveining i went to shop & i asked who is your incharge or boss i want to speake to him . No one was ready to answer then one of the sales / ResQ person "They arrogantly replied Mukesh Ambani". I said i want to speake to the person call him or connect him. They were speach less like dumbs. Finally they did not allowed me to speake to any concerned person.
      Then I asked them i want to register complaint . The so called store manager proudly replied they do not have process of regitering the consumers complaints. If any one wants he can write in a 100 pgs book kept there. I registered the complaint & asked them for acknoledgment. The store manager, the sales persons started saying they do not have authority to give any acknowledgement & it is also not in there process.Me & my father were requesting them to give me axerox of the complaint & a sign atleast which was also not taken care . After a long verbal exchanges, verbally the so called store manager ( Deepak/Sandeep/ ...) said that he has spoken to seniors and arranged the amount for refund which will be delivered to my credit card next day Till 4.30 pm on 26/10/2009 i have not yet received the amount. Now i have a feeling they all are cheats.
      During this 2-2.5 hrs in the shop i saw atleast 5-6 more customers facing similar type of problems.
      They also felt cheated & disgusted.

      I will not beg for help because i know they do not have process to help the consumers & register their complaints.

      I think with the increase in business of Reliance, there is dip in customer care service. I also bought a Samsung Microwave from Reliance Digital on Dushera 2009. There was a scheme with the purchase. That is i was to get a dinner set and a pearl set. Both the things were not available at the time of purchase. I was given the pearl set after one month but the dinner set is still pending. This is a simple case of careless satisfying a customer as well as cheating for more profit. It seems that the recession has really hit badly to Reliance.

        Dear all,

        I am very sad to see the dissatisfaction level of employee in Reliance Digital Retail Ltd.
        When i talked to the employees of the various store i came to know that most of the person
        are dissatisfied with the company. There is no word of mouth of the seniors level managers.
        If the managers have no word of mouth then how can a junior associate be happy & honest.
        Associates were provided magnificient dream before diwali that they will get bonus but after sometime they told there will no any bonus.

        So this is such a big disaster for such a big company. I would like to get attention of owner of this company for welfare of their employee. Otherwise there will not be goodwill of this company.

        Unfortunately the management by coercion is the rule in Reliance Ada. Corruption in purchase is rampant and the senior executives are sure that they will remain only for a few days and pressurise subordinates unnecessarily. Un usual methods to increase revenue are used from eich the low level employee or the customer suffers. For example Reliance insists that the consummables for BigTV should be purchased from them and the quantity is much more than what is required.
        may be somebody in purchase gets a commission. And if the franchisees do not purchase the quota there is apenal deduction from their bills
        Reliance has the roughest management and least efficient

          i have rejected the Big tv plan on 19.09.09 due to false promises by the executive of m/s appco marketing india p. ltd. and asked them to refund my money back on same day with the service engineer of m/s national motors thane. after calling m/s appco; they promises me to refund the money within 4 working days. after two telephonic reminders they have not refunded any money to me & the office bearers are not receiving the phone calls which i have tried 20 twenty times. kindly arrange to refund my money within a weeks period.

          Reliance BIG TV Ltd — Worst Services Policy

          The Reliance BIG TV has the policy to contact customer care after the recharge of monthly pack, on its toll free no. But its toll free no keeps us holding for more than 10 min, which I cant afford to keep my telephone line engage. Second think its add the negative balance as soon as the due date pass, and after recharging till we have not been it touch with the Customer care, our services is not activated, automatically. So we have to always wait to get call connected to the customer care officer and till that our services remains de-activated even if it is recharge. Its very dis-satisfying, Please suggest what to do. It is creating a tension in my family, because my mom and dad, cant call every time on their so called toll free no. and keep requesting to start the services.

          Reliance Big TV — Worst service

          Hi,

          I bought Reliance DTH around 11 months ago but in the last 11months I had to lodge 7 complaints about there service. I had to call up there Mumbai call center which is worst where they can barely speak English or Hindi and then need to make them undersatand about the problem which I'm facing. Every other day the set-top box stops working and I need to lodge a complaint. After lodging a complaint there TAT (Turn Around Time) is 48 hours i.e 2 working days to solve the problem. But every time I need to wait for at least 72 hrs i.e 3 working days to receive a call from there so called engineers. No one takes the responsibility to solve a particular complaint ASAP. I am sick and tired of there services. Please advise.
          On[protected] evening a man Named Ratan([protected]) came to my house & introduced himself as Marketing Executive of Appco Mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing and take Cheque 1490/- for installation of BigTV DTH but till date he is not installed the nor he refunded the cheque amount to me . please look into the matter and ask them to installed the same at the earliest without any further action.
          YOUR SERVICE VERY WORST BECAUSE I GAVE COMPLAINT FOR PICTURE QUALITY VERY BAD(PICTURE NOT COMING) FROM 27.10.09 STILL ACTION NOT TAKEN (9.12.09) IMMEDIATE TAKE ACTION, OTHERWISE I WILL GOING TO CONSUMER COURT .

          Here like me many of the consumer is facing similar kind of issues from Reliance digital tv (big tv).

          My issue is, I am using a HD setup box from Reliance Digital Tv. And the set up box has some issues because of which it is automatically getting shut down. And the device is under warranty period, so they have to replace this or rectify the issues.

          For which they assured to replace without any charge. And due to stock unavailability they have asked me to wait for 15 day and for which i have waited for. Now they are saying will do it but finally no result. This is a first and final complaint, after which i have to log a complaint near karnataka consumer court.

          I have contacted more than 6 times to reliance customer care No. [protected]

          They use to assure that with in 24 hrs issues will get resolved. When i have booked the complaint, got an complaint No.[protected] /[protected] and some more.

          But still they have not resolved and non of the executive has turned up. Still for every request i have received an sms saying that my issues has been resolved to my satisfactions. About this when i have contacted to customer care, they are saying sorry and with in 48 hrs the issues will get resolved.

          Similarly i spoke to 2 customer support guys, but finally no result.


          This is a over committed company but doing nothing. I am really fed up.

          I had purchased Samsung S5 phone for Rs 51, 500/- at Reliance digital store at Ansal plaza, Gurgaon to avail cash back 20% offer with Citi bank. Purchase date 10-April-2014 Cash back not received.

          I bought voltas coolerproduct Apr 16 2015, 10 days back I faced one problem, I raised complaint on 23 may 2016, till now my problem is not rectified, every day the guys saying technician come today End of the day but no one attend the problem till now,

            dear sir,
            i have the problem in my remote and to solve it i complained on 10/oct/2009(complaint no.[protected] but no action was taken from your service centre in 48 hours so i again compalined on the suggestion of customer care dated 12-oct-2009(complaint no.-[protected]) but again no action was taken from your service centre in 48 hours so i again compalined on the suggestion of customer care dated 14-oct-2009(complaint no.[protected] and again complain was closed according to your customer care executive.
            as you can see that i complained 3 times but no action was taken, so i request please solve my problem.

                I bought Acer 5738g Laptop on 9-10-09 from Reliance Digital Showroom at Anna salai, Chennai.
                after paying my bill of Rs.42490/-, i switched on my laptop in the showroom.
                it showed "OPERATING SYSTEM NOT FOUND"
                The service person told that they will install and give it on next day[protected]
                but they dint give.

                they offered 9 accessories as a compliment for my purchase
                1. 16 set of games CDs,
                2. SPYWARE doctor original version,
                3. Power plug,
                4. Moniter cleaning kit,
                5. USB mouse,
                6. CD pouch,
                8. Back bag
                9. Wireless headphone
                in the above accessories,
                after paying the bill,
                1. CD pouch and Back bag were marked as Due and asked me to get after a week (no stock reason).
                2. The sound quality of wireless head phone is not even worths a headphone of 50Rs.
                3. Out of 16 Games CD's 4CDs are repeated.
                4. The laptop was a Old model of 2.1Ghz(intel C2D) and with nvidia grafix card.
                But the latest version is 2.2GHz(intel C2D) and have ATI Radeon Grafix card.

                5. Still I haven't got my Laptop in my Hand (as on 11-10-09, 9:00PM).

                my only question is,
                HOW DOES THIS LAPTOP PASSED THE QualityChecking OF ACER?

                The latest laptop is sold at the price of Rs.40,999/- at CROMA

                  Sir,

                  I had done subscription of Starter Pack - 2 for one year since 01/09/09 to 31/08/2010 and in this pack NDTV Imagine was not include but as per company brochure the customer can avail NDTV Imagine on extra payment. So, I was availing NDTV Imagine till 24/09/09.

                  After this company had withdrawal NDTV Imagine channel. On inquiring the customer care request no. [protected] attendant person Mr. Devendra Singh, I came to know that company have changed plan and I can't avail this facility in spite of I had Rs. 48/- in my big TV account no.[protected] yet.

                  As already we have done agreement on 01/09/09, So it is company responsibility to give me this facility.

                    I have purchased a cell phone (LG-GB 106) and a microwave oven (onida black beauty, 28 l) from reliance digital (A.S.Rao Nagar, Hyderabad) on 9th of August, 2009. Both the units were defective and non- functional from the very beginning. The microwave oven was an old stock where the year of manufacturing has been tampered with. After complaining, the “RES Q” department of reliance digital, they arranged for repairing of both the products. However, repairing didn’t work. After visiting the shop for almost one month, they agreed to replace the cell phone and intimated me to collect the new one. When I went there, they offered me a cell phone that was packed inside a “self sealing” polythene bag, which I refused to accept. Simultaneously, they informed me that decision regarding microwave oven replacement is still pending with higher authorities. This is the way the number one business house of our country cheats the cattle class customers.

                      I PURCHASED NOKIA 5800 FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL A S RAONAGAR HYDERABAD ON 21/9/09. HOWEVER PHONE HAD SOME DEFECT AND WENT TO NOKIA CARE ON 23/9/09. I WAS TOLD BY NOKIA CARE THAT DEFECTIVE PHONE CAN BE REPLACED BY VENDOR WITHIN 48 HRS. ON GOING BACK TO RELIANCE SHOP I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT REPLACE AND ADVISED US TO GO TO ANOTHER NOKIA CARE. THIS ATTITUDE REALLY PUT ME OFF AND IN FUTURE I DONT FEEL LIKE BUYING ANYTHING FROM RELIANCE AND NOKIA.
                      reliance is selling only defective and old products. we do not get any real discount in price, but it is assured that the quality will be discounted as much as possible.

                        I had made recharge via credit card (HDFC BANK) on www.bigtv.co.in. I return i got the transition id and it is properly shown in my bank statment that payment has been made. But BigTv representative were refusing that they didn't get the money and They do not have the tieup with HDFC, so it can't be possible. But I am having the transition id which only been given on successful payment, how they can refuse it. I had made the payment before also with the same card.....

                          I had bought a LG window AC on 4th may 2008 along with the Totaline stabiliser from Reliance Digital retail store in Shipra mall, Ghaziabad.

                          Everything was fine but in may 2009, the AC started behaving erratically and when we called Reliance ResQ (another service arm of Reliance Digital), the engineer came and declared the stabiliser non functional; it was to be repaired or replaced; I deposited the faulty stabiliser at the relaince digital store after paying 250/- INR as visiting charges of the Reliance ResQ engineer; I was told that the replacement would come in a week's time and that I would be informed on phone;

                          Since then I have made several rounds to the store but everytime I am being told that it would be delivered today/tomorrow and I am being sent back on some excuse or another; Since 6th June 2009 till today (almost 3 months), I am sleeping without an AC and it has been a horrible experience for the whole summer

                          Can something be done considering the fact that we claim today's market is a buyer's market but still in India, companies thrive by selling faulty products to consumers and still get away with it without any accountability; we talk about highly improved service levels from companies/sellers but there is no such service in sight from Reliance Digital which is backed by the so called largest business conglomerate of India and the reputed Mukesh ambani group? But does mukesh care about his customers??

                          I do not think so since there is no website for Reliance Digital, no customer grievance cell; even when you to the Reliance Industries corporate website and click on the "Contact Us" hyperlink, it does not have any email address or any customer care officer's name nor does it display any relevant phone number. The customer would be left groping in the dark!!

                          Its high time, we customers flock towards other ethical business groups like Tata Sons whose Croma seems to be equally big and having enough variety in the digital space.

                            My name is Jaskaranjit Singh. I bought a blackberry curve 8900 Phone on 5 July 2009 from Reliancedigital Retail Limited, S-218, Ambiance Mall, Delhi-Jaipur Highway, NH-8 Gurgaon-122002 (Haryana) . Detail of my purchase as below:

                            At very first day of my purchase, a (Reliance + Blackberry) sales executive Nishant tried to insert the sim card (Airtel Pre-paid) but he was not able to insert it. Finally after a hard struggle they inserted the sim. I was very much worried about the quality of my product but somehow my brain was washed that phone is ok and there is no problem with purchased phone.

                            After 20-25 days of my purchase, I bought a new sim card (Airtel Post Paid) as I need to get my blackberry services activated. I pulled the old sim out but not able to put new sim in. I took the phone back to Blackberry phone provider (Reliancedigital) then they realized that there was some manufacturing defect in the phone. That was horrible for me.

                            Mr. Sandeep, A Care Center In-charge (Reliancedigital) asked me to go to Blackberry Service Center located at Sahara Mall (Gurgaon) to get my phone replaced. I go at my own (Mean no service has been provided by Reliancedigital). I met Mr. Mukesh (Airtel+Wipro+Blackberry); he realized the situation and raised a request to Blackberry for phone replacement. Request no. 22268942. After 15 days (21st Aug) they asked me that my request has been rejected because I purchased the phone on 5th July (10 days before my bad birthday) and request has been raised on 7th of Aug, a phone can be replaced with in the time period of 1 month and I was 2 days late (Now I was in between laugh and cry). I am about to loose my senses. J Almost lost…hahahaah

                            Now Please Let me know, where was my fault..???

                            1. Was that my mistake that I bought the phone from Reliancedigital (So called reputed company)?

                            2. Was that my mistake a bought a Blackberry Phone (So called reputed phone company)?



                            · How a defected (Blackberry) phone came out after the whole testing process of Blackberry?
                            · Why a defected piece has been sold to me…? Why whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

                            From last 1 month & 18 days, I am getting psychologically raped by Reliancedigital + Blackberry. I am phone less from last almost 2 months after paying a full amount, which was 24990rs. As I am not able to make a single call, I am bound to pay minimum phone rent every month.

                            Can I expect justice from anyone of you respected officers? Or please let me know if I have to contact someone else. I am in so much pain.

                            Even i had undergone a similar experience. I bought a Nokia E90 communicator from them "Reliance Digital, Ambience mall, gurgaon". My piece was faulty and realized it on coming back home...Went back there the next day and REQUESTED THEM for 40 minutes to change the piece or refund my money BUT BUT the ignorant, incompetent, smart sales boys even the manager accused me of damaging the piece...n acted very smart...I LOST all my manners and decided to teach them a lesson...SHOWED THEM MY MUSCLE POWER n within next 2 hours they refunded my money..!!! Can't describe what I did...(turned the place into a war zone..)

                            One thing is for SURE...THEY will always REMEMBER ME..!!!

                            Please DON'T lose hope n DON'T give up..!!! Keep the matter fresh by visiting them or by calling them..take up the matter with a SENIOR official of Reliance ASAP in a dignified and polite way and if you can do visit that Senior officer...

                              I purchased Big TV connection and selected south popular pack on a 12 months contract. My smart card No[protected] in the name of CARTHIK SESHAN Mobile No [protected]. I am unable to view any of of the channels on the South Popular pack.

                              1. I have complained many times to customer care but all my complaints have been closed without resolution. The customer care display extremely rude behavior

                              2. The Nodal Officer contact information published on Big TV website, are not functional!

                              Request information on how this can escalated to the Consumer Court.

                                I've purchased a samsung washing machine from Reliance Digital - City Center Mall, Nasik however same was not available in stock but sales person committed to deliver the same in 48 hours & installation within 24 hours of delivery but later I came to know that it's only a dream.
                                Even after 4 days there was no contact from Stores. After 4 days when I called up, person in from told me that he will deliver in another 2/3 days without any apologies. After 2 days I got a call that he need time for another 5 days. After 4 days i personally visited store & asked them to cancel the order however they were not ready for same & requested me to wait for another 2 days & they will make some arrangement.
                                They also assured me to give 1 free gift hamper as a consolation.
                                After 3 days I got the delivery of washing machine however free gift is still pending. It's now 15 days & sales person told that he can't do it due to his system issue.

                                Can someone help.

                                  I am really frustrated with your service. I given complaint on relocation

                                  from Mumbai to Bangalore. When I given complaint that time customer care people told me recharge of Rs750/- and I done recharge accordingly.

                                  During customer care call executive told “Our engineers will come to your home and uninstall the Big tv and they will take the Dish and cable and also you no need carry the dish and cable, once you reach to Bangalore our engineers will come and install the dish and cable”.

                                  Next day engineers came and uninstalled Big tv and taken back dish and cable.


                                  Once I came to Bangalore I am calling frequently to customer care asking them to install the big tv.

                                  One day I got call from service provider that to install Big tv and he is asking me Rs1200/- for dish and cable charges as he got mail from higher authority.

                                  Again I called to customer care and asked “Do I need to pay Rs1200/- for dish and cable?” and they told “No need to pay for dish and cable, our engineers will come to your home and install the dish and cable, I will take as complaint and make it high priority, This will be done within 48Hrs”

                                  I don’t know how many 48Hrs over but nobody responding. Really I fed up with your service and Also I will not suggest any of my friends to go for Big tv.

                                  I was not expected like this service from Big tv.

                                    Dear,

                                    I have buyed Transcend Pen(USB) drive 8GB from Reliance Digital, Ambience mall, gurgaon around 4 months back and after 1 month its goes faulty and go it replaced. Again, USB drive gone faulty on last week and gone for replacement but they are now telling that u have to pay more as now its price has changed to 990 INR but the price when u have buyed it was 799 INR so u have to pay the balance amount.

                                    kindly look into the matter why there is so much fault rate and why they are refusing to replace with the new one as its still under warranty.

                                    Although, they have submitted my fault USB drive and telling will reply to you in 10 days but why they are comitting to the customer that whenever there is problem or fault then we will replace on the sametime...same moment.

                                    I am facing problem of losing my important docs and also problem with the reliance as they are cheating to customer by doing wrong commitments.

                                    Some road retailers are selling trancend usb with their brand tags and material which is most cheap value like 16gb usb worth Rs.75 & they are cheating with all people & it will create bad impact on consumer as well as company brand name & it's goodwill, so pls take immediate aciton against this cheaters they rae sitting near all mumbai railway stn with the help of police permission

No facility to open my account directly from site (although only option of my account is shown there). Now a days from the home page we can not go further due to big advertisment.

                                      I am repenting on the purchase od Big TV services, becoze the recharge coupens are not available in the city, even tried to get it in the Delhi kapasehra border shops, They are out of stock from last six months.

                                      Even customer care has called and noted the reasons nearly a week back for the same.
                                      still no one has conveyed or mailed the address of the shop or even contacted us so for.
                                      I wish to discontunue the services now .

                                      I have recharged the required amount and requested for the change in start-up package but the service is not yet activated even after 24 hrs and the person answering the toll free no.is always saying that the server is down and I will have to wait for some more time for the activation to take effect. This info is being repeated everytime I call the toll free no. This is the worst experience I am facing after shelling out my money. I now repent having opted for Bigtv and maybe at the time of my renewal I will cnange to some other option available.
                                      I am availing big tv services since 09 months & unable to know the rates of the chenels & in a packege how meny chenels are to be shown in the packege from any shop or net.

                                      they are asking for the reason of not recharging but they are not providing rate list .

                                      I have asked for all Telugu channels in the 3month free package but I find the DD Telugu channel-Sapthagiri not available on Big TV.Customer care is unhelpful.
                                      Also customer care is unhelpful in deciding the packages after 3 months even when the channel nos.are known.

                                      MY COMPLAINT is that one of your resident have come to our house and given us a wrong information regarding the packages, saying that inclusive of all the installation and one year charge shall cost of Rs 1400 (ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ONLY ), He has introduced us saying that he was from BIG TV and collected CASH OF Rs 700 . I came to know that it was a wrong information given to us when we had called the customer care . I would like to request you to please take an action regarding the matter mentioned above .                                         I was gone to buy a LCD TV at Reliance Digital Vadodara on 5th of August at that time sales man said that you will gate in installment ie without any charges.but today is rakshabandhan so finance guy is on leave but you come tomorrow along with ID Proof, Bank statment and salary slip.

                                        i gone on 6ht august and met the Finance guy but he refused that this scheme was till the 5th august and now you have to pay interest if you want to buy a TV.

                                        Due to misinformation of Sales guy i felt trouble.

                                        My personal experience says nave trust on Relinace.
