Dear sir,

I am very sorry to inform you that i had purchased a Sony Ericson S312 on 16-Dec-2009.

I am facing the following problems from the moment(when switched on mobile in the shop for the first time, i am having the following problem)

1. For the first time(in the shop itself) when mobile is switched ON after inserting the SIM, the problem is "SIM CARD Error".(shop keeper Switched it OFF and ON it again, this time it was hanging and not able to make any incoming and outgoig calls.

In the outgoing call, for the other, call is going and in my mobile its handing & its not showing the dailtone and immediately when the other lifts the call, my mobile get disconnected and its hanging and viceversa)

2. when someone calls to my mobile, it rings(say, one ring and not continuous ringing) and it vibrates with some irritating noise.(here, not able to exit and have to switch it off forcefully)

3. Hanging and No tower.
4. Mobile is Resetting automatically

I Went to the shop on next day and showed the mobile and there is no proper response.

One Shop keeper told that i have to get it serviced in Sony Ericson Center only and Shop is not at all responsible for this.

Even i have not used that mobile for a single day. i am very much depressed and worried with the response from the shop.

Please let me know, whether Mobile shop is responsible to solve my problem or i have to go to sony Ericson Service center.

Hello Sir,

There is a correction in the Subject that its not working.

Its "Sony Ericson mobile not working" and not "now working".

Dear Sir,

I got a call from Reliance retail shop asking me visit the shop and they will get it replace the mobile.

but when i went there, they were telling that they wont replace the mobile. and there is no guy with that name who called me in that shop. i am frustrated and i completely dont know how to get the new mobile.
Now i am thinking that i have been fooled by reliance retail shop in ambience.

since the time i bought the mobile in the shop, it was not working and shop is not responsible for this.
Atleast the mobile should work when they are handing over the mobile to the customers at the time of purchase.

My mobile is not at all working from the moment and they are not responsible for this.
Then why they are selling this product in that shop. This is completely fraud, they are making the people foolish. here my concern is atleast the product should work at the time of purchase.

i went twice and they made me fool by asking me to come over there and wasted my time.
i will go to sony ericson service center and get it serviced, but the seller should guarentee that product should work at the time of purchase, if not they have to give the new piece which is working.

Please give solution to my issues with Reliance retail communication shop in ambience mall, gurgaon.

    I have recently purchased/hired Big Tv services from the below said dealer/subdealer.

    Sri Raghavendra TV center
    No.7, RSG Complex, MG koppal main road, Hebbal, MYSORE

    I have paid Rs 2590 + Rs 60

    I have not been given any Invoice or Cash bill or Receipt for having paid the money.

    Also, after installation the BIG TV person who installed the has not taken any signature of the Customer for having installed satisfactorily at the premises. I expected a document like Service report being handed over to me (Customer) with both the installing party and customers signature on the same for future references.

    Now, I am in physical possession of the BIG TV equipments.
    If stolen by some one, What should I do. I can not give a complaint to Police as I do not have any document.

    I have come to know that BIG TV is available since last week with the joining offer of Rs 2390 for South Bronze (12 months). I feel the dealer has cheated both me & Big TV by charging me Rs 2590/-

    Please clarify on this issue.

      This is one of the biggest blunders created by your company and the call/contact centre. I was repeatedly told by my friends about the inferior service from Reliance BIGTV, which I never believed.
      As a loyal customer I have been using your service from past 1.3 yrs. (Rather I should say I have most of my communication through Reliance …. I have a Reliance landline/mobile, Reliance broadband and now the Reliance BigTV.)

      ISSUES/CONCERNS

      1. Balance in my account has disappeared.
      2. Reliance TV not functioning.

      Issue – 1 (Balance in my account has disappeared.)

      My subscription for the first year was due to end in Sept’2009 and that is when I contacted your call centre to know about the available packages and subscribe further.
      I very clearly told your customer care that currently I had to pay extra for certain channels like POGO, ZEE, etc. and as such I wanted a package which would provide all these channels by default instead of paying separately for them.
      She suggested the Diamond Pack for Rs. 2976/- all inclusive (which had all the channels I wanted and I did not have to pay anything seperately). She asked me to make the payment thru my credit card and then call back the Call Centre to get it activated.
      My account at that point of time already had a balance of Rs. 600+, all I did was made a payment of Rs. 2,500/- so that after purchasing the Diamond Pack of Rs. 2,976/-, I would still have a balance of Rs. 150/- in my account.
      To my surprise when I called your contact centre today (because there was no TV coming from your end), I was told that my BigTV account had a negative balance of Rs. 5/-. I asked for the account details and I was told that I had subscribed for KIDS Channel, ZEE Channel, etc. for which I was paying Rs. 86/- per month.
      I was stunned and told the agent that it was already a part of my Diamond Pack which I had subscribed for, but the agent reacted stating that I had not asked the Contact Centre to Unsubscribe the said channels. I repeatedly kept telling him that I had bought the Diamond Pack on the basis that I would not have to pay separately for the required channels and this was clearly discussed with your contact centre in Sept 2009.
      I asked your agent to log a complaint and give me the complaint no. so that I can follow up and ensure the amount is credit back to my account. He denied.
      I asked your agent to connect me to his Supervisor/Manager so that I can speak and explain the situation. He denied and as usual said his manager was in a meeting.
      I asked the agent to give me the name of his manager and he once again denied. Instead he asked me to call back after one hour.
      All my morning leaving everything else I had to speak to your contact centre with an agent who hardly had any idea of whats going on. This was one of the most ridiculous situation speaking to Chetan who was not in a position to do anything right from giving a complaint no. to communication with his manager.

      Issue – 2 (Reliance TV not functioning)

      Today morning when I switched on my TV, it was not working, so as usual I called the BigTV toll free no.[protected], after trying for a couple of times it connected me to the contact centre and I spoke to a lady who logged my compliant as per the above complaint no.
      After intial troubleshooting, she said that the issue had to be checked by the service people since I had a problem receiving the signal. She mentioned about a charge of Rs. 175/- for the visit if the issue is not resolved after the trouble shooting by the 3rd party.
      In sometime I was contacted by one “MAHENDER” calling from the no.[protected]. This was one of the most uneducated communication that I landed with. The person who called me was harsh/rude all that I can say, absolutely terrible. Without discussing the issue, all he said is “Paise bharo uske baad baat karenge, tab tak my trouble shoot bhi nahin karta”.
      I was told by the Contact Centre lady that he would try and trouble shoot the issue remotely and if needed he would drop in to your place with the recharge cards to recharge your account and then check the issue. But this serviceman “Mahender” did not trouble shoot or speak anything else apart from communicating rudely about making the payment, I was only lucky that the ladies in my house did not speak to him.

      After all this I do not see any value in further enhancing this relationship. My options are straight – You either fix the issue for me or refund all my money and I completely quit this relationship.
      All my morning has been wasted in this conversation/mail, etc. and all I got is a terrible customer experience and extremely inferior service from a renowned group like RELIANCE.

      Big TV consumer service is very penic for their consumer yester day I call their toll free No [protected] for my problem of lost signal of some useful channels but call center agent say me for resolve this problem @ Rs 175/- for not this complaint and hardware charges are excluding.

      I hope u resove my problem with Big TV soon

        One Mr. Maruthi Prasanna-BABTO71-00004 of the company had taken cheque for Rs.1490/- in the name of APPCO Marketing India Ltd., and the amount has been credited into their account on 18.08.2009 and till today no service has been provided and no response for the contact numbers provided and inspite of a legal notice to Reliance Big TV Limited and till today no reply and no one ever tried to contact regarding giving service, how can such a big company cheat and dupe public in a broad day lite.
        i have purchased big tv for max pack paying rs. 4990 but fraudently the activated premium pack that costs rs 3990. i have lodged a complain in customer care on 05/11/08 vide complaint no. 79554151 regarding activate my max pack i send mail to thier customer care several times but they did not activated my max pack i phoned to customer care several times and was replied that it will be activated, but it has not been activated, so i became frustated and mentally tourchred by this company my smart card no. is[protected]

        i comlanent many time about my problem by calling customer service that my tv screen displays the first installation message and after this signal poor.they said that engineer will come my house but no one came to my house.my no. is [protected] please look after it.

          no proper technicians at reliance digital resque in vijayawada. We have lodged complient on 28th november and they have responded on 4th of december, after attending the complient a new problem has arrived instantly it has lost ts auto functioning regarding this reported the same to the resq manager response is same push the restart button of water heater and use it, new technique is for bajaj water heater lauched by reliance resq.

          Reliance Digital — no proper response

          we have purchased bajaj water geaser, in reliance digital in vijayawada. one of the thermostat coil have been burned away the service persons are taking too much time to replace it. The complinet has been loged on 28th of November, till now no proper response. each and every time when we are calling they are saying that it till take 2 more days.

          Any support requirement is being dealt with to the customer's satisfaction by Reliance Resq (service) personnel, and they are all the time available in the store. This is the facility which can be used for such issues, when faced. Pls do contact them in case of any requirement. Regards

              Its bad that Big tv is not willing to broadcast a free to air channel, even upon multiple requests since 6 months. Every time I get an answer that they are working on this and will get back as soon as possible. But no Luck :(

              BIG TV — CHANNEL NOT SHOWN

              I BOUGHT BIG TV ON 6 NOV 08. AS PER WEBSITE AND THE SIDTRIBUTORS THE 3990 SMART PACK HAD NDTV CHANNELS INCLUSIVE IN IT. AFTER 15 DAYS THE CHANNELS ARE DISPAPPEARED FROM MY BIG TV. CONTACTED THE CALL CENTER, BUT THEY SAY I HAVE TO BUY THE TOP UP. MY COMPLAINT IS WHEN I PURCHASED, THE OFFER WAS HAVING THESE CHANNELS. WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHERE SHOULD I GO.

                I had bought a new card of airtel on saturday,i had called to your call center and spoken to surendra he was so rude and told me that i have to call after 48hrs and don`t call to waste our time,now also i had spoken to someone he was also helpless he told me that i have to consult with our retailor from where i bought the card it is so far from here and i m unable to visit there..

                May i pls request all of you to take an action against Surendra and activate my outgoing calls immediately,waiting for your positicve reply immediately..

                  I have purchased Big Tv connection But is was not as per the plan which were explain by big tv executive at the time of sale.
                  Also the service is also not proper..... i have to communicate lots of time with them to sloved the problem...... Also the person is alloted for our area is not responding properly..... They had taken three days to solve two min problem..... Still one problem is pending and i am following for this since 4 days.... But all the time i geting only promices...... No action.....

                    I am manoj from TENALI.We had owned a BIGTV.Before we owned it we are having TATASKY when we are on that service we did not have any problem and after a year later we had came to your service.just for only two months it was good .

                    Thenonwards the problems are arising.we had changed BOX NEAR TV there by it was good for ONE OR THREE MONTHS. Now Due to the cause of airit says
                    SIGNAL LOST.After some time it says SIGNAL QUALITY IS GOOD but the T.V IS NOT TELECASTING.i BUZZED TO THEM THEY TOLD TO PAY SOME AMOUNT

                    i have installed this on 24th nov 2008, and from 26 the tv is not working, it shows that there is a smart card error

                    i have lodged a complaint from 27 nov but till date it seems that no one cares about. the customer service of bigtv is very poor, they have not cared to send a single engineer till date that i e december 16, 2008. with such bad customer service i feel that everyone should know that bigtv has a very pathetic customer service. We are not able to view any channel from 26th nov.

                      I have purchased the micro ovan L.G COMPANY from reliance digital on 31/10/09 and they have told us to they will give a demo on our house on 2/11/09 , but demo servise they have send on 4/11/09 after so many making calls.While demo that new packed micro oven not worked. there service told to show room and he was made a report and gone back . after that callling to show room they have told us to bring the ovan back and they will give another one,but after returning to show room they have not replaced the ovan till date 10/11/09 and eventhough they have not infromed us to what they are going to do. we are calling to there showroom some diff person will lift the phone but he will not give proper action. it is same to this organisation so kindly take the neccessary action

                        we have booked a refrigerator with reliance digital vashi . at the time of booking , reliance digital person assured that they will deliver within 24 hrs to my home but after 5 days i havent yet got the
                        refrigerator . when contacted 3/4 time to the reliance digital world they just only put the call off.
                        when we made a visit they again assured us to delivery by next day and told me to follow up with
                        their warehouse.. this is the third class way of service by reliance
                        Even I find it the same, today, I had booked a LED on 30.12.09 for 85000rs, no sign of delivery till now, and today the sales man tells me that I can take the display piece!
                        this is the way they learnt to do business
                        Even i[censored] say i will not buy anything from u next time they are least worried bcos like us they think lot of fools come to them. but one day they must get back everything they have done to us...
                        they are least bothred to even respond to u once they get ur money

                            I had also visited Reliance Digital. The experience is really bad. I had purchased 5 Datamini pcs from the shop on 2nd october and made all the payments upfront.The delivery was scheduled in next 1-2 days which got delayed & eventually landed after 4 days. All the pcs delivered were faulty. 2 pcs are used one . Till today one pcs has not yet been delivered to me. I had repeatedly gone & requested but they do not respond.
                            Yesterday eveining i went to shop & i asked who is your incharge or boss i want to speake to him . No one was ready to answer then one of the sales / ResQ person "They arrogantly replied Mukesh Ambani". I said i want to speake to the person call him or connect him. They were speach less like dumbs. Finally they did not allowed me to speake to any concerned person.
                            Then I asked them i want to register complaint . The so called store manager proudly replied they do not have process of regitering the consumers complaints. If any one wants he can write in a 100 pgs book kept there. I registered the complaint & asked them for acknoledgment. The store manager, the sales persons started saying they do not have authority to give any acknowledgement & it is also not in there process.Me & my father were requesting them to give me axerox of the complaint & a sign atleast which was also not taken care . After a long verbal exchanges, verbally the so called store manager ( Deepak/Sandeep/ ...) said that he has spoken to seniors and arranged the amount for refund which will be delivered to my credit card next day Till 4.30 pm on 26/10/2009 i have not yet received the amount. Now i have a feeling they all are cheats.
                            During this 2-2.5 hrs in the shop i saw atleast 5-6 more customers facing similar type of problems.
                            They also felt cheated & disgusted.

                            I will not beg for help because i know they do not have process to help the consumers & register their complaints.

                            I think with the increase in business of Reliance, there is dip in customer care service. I also bought a Samsung Microwave from Reliance Digital on Dushera 2009. There was a scheme with the purchase. That is i was to get a dinner set and a pearl set. Both the things were not available at the time of purchase. I was given the pearl set after one month but the dinner set is still pending. This is a simple case of careless satisfying a customer as well as cheating for more profit. It seems that the recession has really hit badly to Reliance.

                              Dear all,

                              I am very sad to see the dissatisfaction level of employee in Reliance Digital Retail Ltd.
                              When i talked to the employees of the various store i came to know that most of the person
                              are dissatisfied with the company. There is no word of mouth of the seniors level managers.
                              If the managers have no word of mouth then how can a junior associate be happy & honest.
                              Associates were provided magnificient dream before diwali that they will get bonus but after sometime they told there will no any bonus.

                              So this is such a big disaster for such a big company. I would like to get attention of owner of this company for welfare of their employee. Otherwise there will not be goodwill of this company.

                              Unfortunately the management by coercion is the rule in Reliance Ada. Corruption in purchase is rampant and the senior executives are sure that they will remain only for a few days and pressurise subordinates unnecessarily. Un usual methods to increase revenue are used from eich the low level employee or the customer suffers. For example Reliance insists that the consummables for BigTV should be purchased from them and the quantity is much more than what is required.
                              may be somebody in purchase gets a commission. And if the franchisees do not purchase the quota there is apenal deduction from their bills
                              Reliance has the roughest management and least efficient

                                i have rejected the Big tv plan on 19.09.09 due to false promises by the executive of m/s appco marketing india p. ltd. and asked them to refund my money back on same day with the service engineer of m/s national motors thane. after calling m/s appco; they promises me to refund the money within 4 working days. after two telephonic reminders they have not refunded any money to me & the office bearers are not receiving the phone calls which i have tried 20 twenty times. kindly arrange to refund my money within a weeks period.

                                Reliance BIG TV Ltd — Worst Services Policy

                                The Reliance BIG TV has the policy to contact customer care after the recharge of monthly pack, on its toll free no. But its toll free no keeps us holding for more than 10 min, which I cant afford to keep my telephone line engage. Second think its add the negative balance as soon as the due date pass, and after recharging till we have not been it touch with the Customer care, our services is not activated, automatically. So we have to always wait to get call connected to the customer care officer and till that our services remains de-activated even if it is recharge. Its very dis-satisfying, Please suggest what to do. It is creating a tension in my family, because my mom and dad, cant call every time on their so called toll free no. and keep requesting to start the services.

                                Reliance Big TV — Worst service

                                Hi,

                                I bought Reliance DTH around 11 months ago but in the last 11months I had to lodge 7 complaints about there service. I had to call up there Mumbai call center which is worst where they can barely speak English or Hindi and then need to make them undersatand about the problem which I'm facing. Every other day the set-top box stops working and I need to lodge a complaint. After lodging a complaint there TAT (Turn Around Time) is 48 hours i.e 2 working days to solve the problem. But every time I need to wait for at least 72 hrs i.e 3 working days to receive a call from there so called engineers. No one takes the responsibility to solve a particular complaint ASAP. I am sick and tired of there services. Please advise.
                                On[protected] evening a man Named Ratan([protected]) came to my house & introduced himself as Marketing Executive of Appco Mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing and take Cheque 1490/- for installation of BigTV DTH but till date he is not installed the nor he refunded the cheque amount to me . please look into the matter and ask them to installed the same at the earliest without any further action.

                                Here like me many of the consumer is facing similar kind of issues from Reliance digital tv (big tv).

                                My issue is, I am using a HD setup box from Reliance Digital Tv. And the set up box has some issues because of which it is automatically getting shut down. And the device is under warranty period, so they have to replace this or rectify the issues.

                                For which they assured to replace without any charge. And due to stock unavailability they have asked me to wait for 15 day and for which i have waited for. Now they are saying will do it but finally no result. This is a first and final complaint, after which i have to log a complaint near karnataka consumer court.

                                I have contacted more than 6 times to reliance customer care No. [protected]

                                They use to assure that with in 24 hrs issues will get resolved. When i have booked the complaint, got an complaint No.[protected] /[protected] and some more.

                                But still they have not resolved and non of the executive has turned up. Still for every request i have received an sms saying that my issues has been resolved to my satisfactions. About this when i have contacted to customer care, they are saying sorry and with in 48 hrs the issues will get resolved.

                                Similarly i spoke to 2 customer support guys, but finally no result.


                                This is a over committed company but doing nothing. I am really fed up.

                                I bought voltas coolerproduct Apr 16 2015, 10 days back I faced one problem, I raised complaint on 23 may 2016, till now my problem is not rectified, every day the guys saying technician come today End of the day but no one attend the problem till now,

                                  i have the problem in my remote and to solve it i complained on 10/oct/2009(complaint no.[protected] but no action was taken from your service centre in 48 hours so i again compalined on the suggestion of customer care dated 12-oct-2009(complaint no.-[protected]) but again no action was taken from your service centre in 48 hours so i again compalined on the suggestion of customer care dated 14-oct-2009(complaint no.[protected] and again complain was closed according to your customer care executive.
                                  as you can see that i complained 3 times but no action was taken, so i request please solve my problem.

                                      I bought Acer 5738g Laptop on 9-10-09 from Reliance Digital Showroom at Anna salai, Chennai.
                                      after paying my bill of Rs.42490/-, i switched on my laptop in the showroom.
                                      it showed "OPERATING SYSTEM NOT FOUND"
                                      The service person told that they will install and give it on next day[protected]
                                      but they dint give.

                                      they offered 9 accessories as a compliment for my purchase
                                      1. 16 set of games CDs,
                                      2. SPYWARE doctor original version,
                                      3. Power plug,
                                      4. Moniter cleaning kit,
                                      5. USB mouse,
                                      6. CD pouch,
                                      8. Back bag
                                      9. Wireless headphone
                                      in the above accessories,
                                      after paying the bill,
                                      1. CD pouch and Back bag were marked as Due and asked me to get after a week (no stock reason).
                                      2. The sound quality of wireless head phone is not even worths a headphone of 50Rs.
                                      3. Out of 16 Games CD's 4CDs are repeated.
                                      4. The laptop was a Old model of 2.1Ghz(intel C2D) and with nvidia grafix card.
                                      But the latest version is 2.2GHz(intel C2D) and have ATI Radeon Grafix card.

                                      5. Still I haven't got my Laptop in my Hand (as on 11-10-09, 9:00PM).

                                      my only question is,
                                      HOW DOES THIS LAPTOP PASSED THE QualityChecking OF ACER?

                                      The latest laptop is sold at the price of Rs.40,999/- at CROMA

                                        Sir,

                                        I had done subscription of Starter Pack - 2 for one year since 01/09/09 to 31/08/2010 and in this pack NDTV Imagine was not include but as per company brochure the customer can avail NDTV Imagine on extra payment. So, I was availing NDTV Imagine till 24/09/09.

                                        After this company had withdrawal NDTV Imagine channel. On inquiring the customer care request no. [protected] attendant person Mr. Devendra Singh, I came to know that company have changed plan and I can't avail this facility in spite of I had Rs. 48/- in my big TV account no.[protected] yet.

                                        As already we have done agreement on 01/09/09, So it is company responsibility to give me this facility.
