I bought a whirlpool fridge from malakpet, Hyderabad reliance digital store and with in a year time the fridge had a complaint of not getting cool . I registered a complaint at the call center on the 9th May and the complaint no is hdo[protected] . They were to attend the call with in 48 hours but nothing happened during that period and after continuous reminders one person came and said some parts( fan ) to be changed and will revert . After which no response from anyone . Now whenever i call him and he is not even responding. Infact it was a shocking to me that Whirlpool COMPANY CANT DIRECTLY DO THE SERVICE JUST BECOS ITS BOUGHT FROM RELIANCE WHICH IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE WE DID IN LIFE . NOW IF I DO NOT GET A RSPONSE IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS THEN I MAY HAVE TO CALL THE MEDIA AND COMSUMER COURT .

    This is in reference to LYF Flame 1 bought with JIO Unlimited Preview offer on 13-May-2016. Details of which are as follows:

    It's been two days I'm continuously receiving SMS of CAF rejection. First on 10:24AM and Second on 8:53AM

    The reason for the first rejection was given that the store forgot to tell me to sign on CAF application (DLP00417QB). Due to this mistake of the store person, I had reschedule my other programs and went to the store on[protected] at around 11:30AM and got another CAF filled up (DL004GHRA).
    The store person (Mr. Praveen Pandey) this time promised that no further action would be required and that JIO will get activated by evening. On[protected], Mr. Pandey called me up at 5:55PM stating he had processed the application and that connection will be activated not today but tomorrow i.e.[protected].

    However I again received an SMS of CAF rejection on 8:53PM. Upon calling up the store the person didn't gave any satisfactory stating servers are down and told me call back the next day on[protected]:30PM. I've even called up the JIO customer care but they stated they did not have any information regarding the registered number. Even querying AADHAR number and PAN gave him no result since according to him there exists no one in the database with such name; and told me to contact the store from where I purchased LYF phone.

    I request you to escalate the issue and take necessary steps since even after sending and amount of almost ₹5500 I'm sitting with a phone as good as a paperweight as JIO services are not activate.

    Sir,
    I have collected a jio sim card from a retailer( Chinaki store, Jayanagar Chariali, Tripura Road, Beltola, Guwahati-780122, Opposited by Agile Hospital) on 29th Oct. I received order no. NO00000VY66Y on 1st Nov. But My isn't activated till now. I contacted to jio care many times. All of them said that my CAF is rejected due to overwritten and it returned to retailer. They advised me to resubmit it. But I have gone there about 150 times, my rejected Caf not reached there till now. 19 days have been alleady passed. The retailer don't agree to take any more step without the rejected Caf.

    Please do something...

      We have a parent connection for reliance digital TV. Connected to that are two child connections. We have been repeatedly trying to call your call centre for the past two weeks and after once the call is attended, they say the connection will be resumed, but this does not happen.

      We have paid yearly subscription for the above on 20th Nov 2015. Hence services should continue till 20th Nov 2016.
      From 16th April, on and off the services are being suspended for the child connection, saying that as of now we have to pay extra for child connection every month.
      when we have paid annual subscription in Nov, how can any new changes be applied to our account. We can understand the changed tariff from next year, but as of now this is not acceptable.
      Please get this resolved and get the services resumed on priority.
      It is two weeks that we are having this issue.
      Hope this can be resolved within 24 hrs as we have been hassled enough

            I am a big tv customer. My card no is[protected]. I am not receiving signal for more than 12 hours. It shows error 400. When i reported to customer service no showing on screen, he has cut my phone rather than registering my complaint. Now when i re-tried, no response received. Should i think that this the nature of reliance people having no intention to provide services. If i will not get solution of my problem even after writing this complaint, i will go for consumer forum to get solution and compensation.

              I have recharged my reliance dth smart card no.[protected] with Rs. 380 on 10.5.2016.
              However, company is not activating my connection. When contacted to customer care all the time they are saying your account is closed. Nobody is coming forward to clarify the matter. for this I wasted my 15 rs. for calling them but no use.
              If it is so, then why they have accepted money for closed account. Either they reactivate account or refund the money.

                My name is Cedric Drego. I had purchase a Lenovo laptop 2580W-321, sr. no. [protected] on 12/10/13 from Reliance Digital, Hill Road, Bandra (W), Mumbai 400050, as a birthday present for my daughter. My daughter has been very careful in using the laptop & does not let anyone including myself touch the piece. She is particular & keeps it in her laptop bag after cooling it down. She used it sporadically for her assignments however the display started giving problems, with a blurred image & we gave it to Reliance Digital, Bandra (W), Hill Road, from when we had purchased it, for repairs since it was on extended warranty, on 31st July 15.
                It was then that our problems started. In spite of asking them time & again for it, since my daughter needed it, they delayed the delivery with promises. They did give it back, on 11th Sept, but the product was damaged, the cover hinges were broken, the case scratched & the wifi was not working & gave it back on the 15th Sept.
                When we complained, we were fobbed off. They claimed that was the way the product had been given. If that was the case, should it not have been noted on the service order when the product was accepted for repairs???
                Finally they added an external wifi to the product saying that they could not diagnose the problem & that they were doing us a favour by adding the external wifi at no cost. There had been no problem with the wifi when we gave it, & what had the display to do with the wifi??? We were also charged Rs. 2500/- for the repairs. We received the product in Oct ’15, well after my daughter’s exams were over
                The laptop worked for some time, since my daughter did not use it often but had heating problems & my daughter did not have faith in it since it would go off at random. It finally conked off & showed a software issue. On the 3rd May 16, we gave it to our computer consultant (who maintains our PC). On opening the laptop he found
                1) The wifi card was missing
                2) The hard bracket was missing
                3) The Microsoft windows were a pirated version (when it shows Windows 8 installed on the back sticker of the laptop). Is it Lenovo or Reliance Digital????
                He also said that since the display had been the problem, they needed only to open the screen & had no need of opening the laptop. Since they did not have the proper tools, the damage was the result. He also said that it was because of the pirated version; we were having problems with the software. I paid Rs. 2400/- to get this rectified & an original version of Windows installed.
                I had been advised on the day of purchase, to make a copy of the Windows, in the event it crashes & purchased a 32 GB pen drive for the purpose, that could be used as a backup. I have never used it & it is still with me.
                To say that I am appalled at the service is a misnomer. I will never trust Lenovo or Reliance Digital & this complaint is going to be uploaded on my Whatsapp, email & will be forwarded to all & sundry.

                  Dear team,

                  I have sony 43 fhd smart led tv purchased on 07.08.2015 from reliance digital.
                  Few months before i have observed horizontal lines are coming on screen however those are only visible from close looks and yesterday i went to sony television showroom to understand those lines are visible in all sony television or coming only in my television.

                  Today engineer mr. Srinivas (Sony technician) visited and he said there is an issue with display panel, i have got shocked how come sony television being top brand in market can have such issue within 6 months of time frame.
                  Bring a middle class family person i have chosen best brand because of the quality of the product however i never thought such kind of issue also can occur with sony brand.

                  Even when the television was arrived at my place, the seal was tempered and i have asked reliance and sony technician, is this fine, both told nothing to worry about it even reliance digital people has told, if anything happened they will replace the television instead of repair.

                  I have informed mr. Srinivas that, i will not go for repair and i need replacement and he have told, they have 15 days' replacement warranty however i am only looking for replacement.

                  Kindly help me to get the replacement of my television.

                    I bought tv (Rs: 18000) on 8.8.2015. They said reconnect tv has very good features and with many advantages... I maintain tv in excellent way. But on april 15.4.16 (Friday) i booked a complaint in service centre that i cant hear audio. They said within 2 days they will rectify the problem. Then for a week i didnt get any call so again i called on 22.4.2016 (Friday). They said the compliant data got erased as they didnt save it. I asked them without a backup r u working. They replied " i said the truth why r you shouting at me". Then finally they booked a compliant again. Then one service guy came with speaker and checked... He said speaker are good but audio board is under problem within 3 days we will replace. I said ok. Then till 10.5.2016 no service boy came no one didnt respond properly... Keep on calling service centre and team leader number :[protected], [protected].

                    When i call that reliance service boy's team leader : his responds was very good (He didnt pick the call) (He cut the call). What a team leader!!!
                    I appreciate this. Reliance digital gave 2 years warranty.. When we start our compliant in this year mostly by next year end he will definitely respond saying that your warranty period got over... This is how reliance digital chrompet works...

                    Till now queries didnt get solved ... Store manager is doing fake Promise (Mr.Syed)

                    Waste of money waste of time... you TV is totally waste...
                    For 3 months i have a TV without audio. Final result my energy waste. Reliance if you try to satisfy my quire kindly replace the TV with new one.

                      Bought a 48' reconnect TV which blew up in under 6 months.

                      It's been 10 days and no update from those guys
                      I called up customer service almost every day who always says we placed a mail to service team and part pending. And service team says part is not available and we should get it from Bangalore. And as of now I didn't get Bangalore contact number but I am sure if I call them up they will say it should be imported from China.

                      So the main problem over here is customer doesn't know what to do and no one is taking the responsibility. That implies the crappy service Reliance is running.

                      I want them to take garbage TV back which blew up in under 6 months or get it rectified.

                        I am writing this email with utter disappointment. I had purchased a Yamaha YHT -299 5.1 home theater for Rs-34990.01 from Reliance Retail limited store –Chrompet branch, Chennai on 14 th April 2016 and I made the payment through Citi bank Credit card. But till date the product is not delivered to me. I made multiple calls and visited the store but I never got any response. I was given mobile numbers of Store Manager (Syed khaleel Ahmed), DM (Karthik), TL(Karthik), Sales person(Kathiravan), but I didn’t get any response.

                        As they haven’t delivered the product with in mentioned time. As per their request and I have submitted letter to refund the amount on 23-April-2016 and requested them to refund also returned the gold coin offered to me as compliment. They said they will transfer money into my Credit card a/c. But still I didn't get any update. Everyday I am remembering them from call they are saying your request is pending with Head office.

                        It has already been passed more than 25 days but I have not received refund amount or Product. I am extremely disappointed and feeling cheated. I request to refund me amount and compensate the loss incurred by you.

                          I have registered a complaint on October 2014 about summer lines on my TV they didn't care that no one has come and checked TV in 2015 March warranty has been completed and now they are telling we will refund some percentage of money and need to submit TV to us as they said we have submitted TV in February. Till now no money has given and even they are not responding. Please give a solution am feed up ok reconnect. Else I will go to consumer Court

                            I got the split ac install yesterday on 7 May an it throwing water from the out let an spoiled my walls badly . I bought it from the reliance retail limited in Panchkula sco 322 sector 9 . I have a bad customer experience an my prob have not been fixed .
                            Kindly revert me will the ac be replaced or fix as I having a hard time as my wall have been damaged which will occur a cost of 15000rs for repair.                             washing machine not delivered

                            I bought a washing machine from reliance digital inorbit mall madhapur on Saturday 12th April 2014, but still the machine is not delivered its been three days since the order is being placed.the store people also are not responding.

                              Sir, i have purchaged a 1.5 ton split ac from relience digital najafgarh new delhi on 15 aug 2015. Now it is giving problem of cooling since the start of this season. I have made several complain to relience costomer care. My registered mob no is [protected] and complain no are [protected], [protected],[protected] &[protected] dated 22/04/2016 to 07/05/2016, fistly they told that gas is to be recharged in compressor. After that also problem still exit. Now i request you to guide me what i should do. Waiting for your quick responce.

                                I had puchsd one samsung refregirator, from reliance digital ltd, oberon mall, kochi.
                                15 days over till now our problems is not rectified. They delivered product opened one. I asked show roomthey said generally product will deliver like that so, its not our mistake.
                                There is no samsung brand name printed taped or sealed . After that we purchsd another model and said we shoud need fresh one without opened.
                                Installation technian after delvierd 48 hrs till not come and product not installed. Iam waiting for him.

                                Very worst customer care services in kochi reliance digital ltd, kerala. There is no customer care managers and pros.

                                No one has follow up, customer service.
                                Without working they are getting salary thats it.

                                  I bought an a c 1.5 ton from reliance digital in may 2015 from reliance digital.From april2016 it is giving trouble. Repeated requests and complaints no one has come to repair it. After sales service is very poor. Infact i think they are not providing after sales service in warrenty also. Big mistake. Never buy any product from reliance . Very bad experience.

                                    I bought an itek power bank from the reliance digital banaswadi store in bangalore on the 13th of february 2016. Within 2 months it stopped working. I took it to the store and they said they can't do anything as the company is based out of mumbai and we would have to send it ourselves. If they had a service centre in bangalore, they would have taken the responsibility. What logic!

                                    Anyway so they gave me a number which was of itek business solutions which is an it company and has no relation to the product itself whatsoever. I called their customer care and after 7 minutes someone picked up. He seemed to be stock fed with the responses "this is the number we have on our records sir" and "you have to walk to the store sir". When i told him that he is completely useless, his response was "how else can i help you sir?" :d

                                        I purchased 2 Nos Samsung split A.C. machine on 17/04/2016 vide Invoice No. C#67640000 .(Sales man ID 886772). The product is supposed to be installed free of cost at our residence.
                                        On timely delivery of the goods, I gave a call for inspection of site for undertaking installation, which they ignored completely. . On 20th April I called up your customer care and was told that both the machine have been installed as per their record, whereas the machines are lying unpacked at my premises. I called up Reliance store and I was politely assured of installation within next few days. On repeated plea a technician was deputed on 23rd April at around 10=30 a.m. to install both the machines.
                                        However the technician, who I consider is inexperienced, fixed the indoor unit, but the outdoor unit was left without proper fixation. I took up the matter with the store and 4 teams of A.C installation personnel were deputed on diverse dates. I had to defer my professional work, to accommodate the visiting technicians. Technician used to turn up around 2 p.m. when they are supposed to turn up around 10=30 as per appointment and discussion with your service in charge Mr Rajendra Prasad. For installation of two A.C.'s I along with member of my family, visited the store several times with a eye to install the A.C's. Being aggrieved my mother, who is a working lady, went to your store on[protected] around 5 p.m. and met your stores in charge Mr Narayan SahuKha. He visited the site and on physical inspection of the site was convinced about readiness of the site for installation, contrary to your internal reports. I had to engage labour to help the visiting technician, who never turned up and I had to foot their labour bill, for no fault of mine.It is a matter of record. On 29th April a team was deputed around 11 a.m. to install the A.C.lead by Mr Uday. The concerned personnel was rude and would ask for silly things which were not directly related to the site. His team did install the indoor unit but due to inadequacy for installation goods, he could not complete the work and walked off from the installation site without information. The matter was again taken up and Mr Narayan pleaded his helplessness regarding the situation. Both the machine were installed by our technician on 29th April and we had to foot the bill towards installation. Pl. note that no official paper was signed regarding completion of installation.
                                        You are, therefore, requested to : a) Pay for installation - Rs 3, 000/= for installing 2 Nos machines. b) Pay compensation for harassment, humiliation, loss of man-hour.as deemed fit and correct.c) To pay labour charges incurred by us for installation.
                                        Please note that if you are unable to pay the charges, along with compensation amount, within next 48 hours from receipt of this complaint the matter shall be forwarded to higher authorities for redressal of my grievance, and you shall be liable for consequences thereto.
