I raised a service request (call no. [protected]) for our Aquasure water purifier more than two weeks back. This product still under warranty and I even bought the extended warranty from Reliance Digital. I was regularly following up with the store and requesting them to send a service guy to check the product as it is not working. After every call, I used to get the same reply that the guy will appear by EOD and check your product. Unfortunately, that never happened and I got extremely frustrated with the response from the store. Finally, they told me that they have nothing more to do except forwarding the request to the service team. I raised my concern several times to customer support team by calling them and sending several email and what they did what just to raise another call request ([protected]) and assured me that they have escalated the matter. Since then 3 days have past but no one showed up. Whenever we are trying to contact the service guy, he is making excuses every day and now stopped receiving the call. The similar situation happened last time also when I raised a service request and I had to go to the store and literally had to beg for sending the service guy. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not at all expected from Reliance and I have no idea what to do with the product as it is not even 1 year old. I even tried to contact the aquasure guy, they were prompt to respond but told me that they cannot help as I have the contract with Reliance Digital.

    I bought a LG made Double door 580 lit refrigerator from Reliance digital at GIP mall Noida in October 2014 and also paid for a comprehensive extended warranty valid upto oct 2017. A month back I noticed a problem in the refrigerator and gave a service call to Reliance digital.The service technician after checking my freeze concluded that they donot have the spares required and asked me to get the same repaired through LG service promising me that they will reimburse me the cost I will incur with LG for the same. Accordingly I got the freeze repaired by LG by paying Rs 2000.A day later when I informed reliance digital customer care for reimbursement they asked me to send all the scan copies of Bills to their customer care address by email and promised a cash payment at my residence within 3-4 days. I have sent all the docs as advised on 4th of April. Since then there is no response and even customer care over telephone is dropping the phone while I had been trying to get an update on status. I really donot know what to do. Almost all my home gadgets are brought thro reliance digital and for all of them I paid for an Extended warranty and I realize now these are big blunders in my part.

      Dear sir,

      This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased 2 led tv (32 inches & 24 inches) from reliance digital retail limited, maithili signet, vashi, navi mumbai on 22nd aug'16. The copy of invoice is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal. I had also purchased extended warranty for 2 years for both the television from reliance resq. The warranty of 1+2 years on the said tvs expired on 21st aug'15.

      I came across some problem with my tv in the month of feb'16 wherein i called the resq helpline and the technician was send to check & fix the issue on paid basis. The technician visited my place & fixed the issue the very next day & also informed about extended warranty for tvs and other electronic product from reliance resq. As i was not available at home that day, my wife asked the technician to come after calling me for extending the warranty.

      I called the technician on 27th feb as it was a holiday for me. The technician visited my place & updated me about the extended warranty concept. He convinced me to extend the warranty of the 2 tvs by 2 years (1+1) and for the 3 acs installed at my place for 1 year. I agreed & issued him a cheque for the total amount that he calculated.

      After a month or so i again faced a problem with my tv for which i registered complaint with reliance resq and a technician visited my place and informed that some parts need to be ordered for getting the same repaired. He said the customer care department will call you with details about the availability of spare parts and accordingly the technician will visit again to fix the problem.

      Since, i did not get any feedback from the customer care desk, i called the resq team once again to check the status of the spare parts, i was informed that the tv needs to be brought to reliance resq office for carrying out repairs as it would need to be kept under observation for a day or two after repairs. However, no one turned up again & once again i called the resq team who updated me that the collection person will be there to collect the tv tomorrow. On 27th / 28th mar mr. Rajesh from the resq team came and collected my tv and handed me a copy of the receipt (Copy enclosed). On enquiring as to when will it get repaired, he said within a day or two, however, the customer care department will update you on the same.

      I kept on waiting for one week but there was no feedback, so i called the resq team again who informed me that they are waiting for the required parts and once it is there they will repair & update me. I again waited for a week & still i got no response, so i called the resq team again which connected me to the technical team who informed me that the part has come & the tv will be under observation for next 48-72 hours and will be delivered thereafter.

      After 3 days, i received a call that it might take a few more days as the tv was running ok for 2-3 hours and again started malfunctioning, they have called for some more parts to check & repair it.

      After some days i got a call from ms. Minakshi of reliance resq team who informed me that the tv cannot be repaired due to non availability of some parts and you can either get a compensation of 30% of the original value as offered by the brand after considering depreciation of 70%, however, there was a clause that i will have to go for the same brand only. The lady also suggested another option of 20% compensation from reliance wherein the amount will be paid through cheque.

      I was not convinced with either of the option given to me as if at all i had to go for a new tv i will have to shell out minimum inr 15000/- to 20000/- more out of my pocket without any fault of mine & after having a valid extended warranty for the said product. I went to reliance resq office at vashi to meet ms. Minakshi on 18th apr who introduced me to mr. Rangnath who assured me to take up the matter with his higher ups and respond within a day or two about it. However, after receiving no response, i called him on 20th to check what was the decision wherein he informed me that his boss is on leave and he will update me as soon as he gets in touch with his boss. Today i called him again, but he did not respond to my call which made me write this mail to you.

      I belong to a middle class family and cannot afford to pay out of my pocket for purchasing a new product. I hereby request you to please look into the matter & advise what best can be done from your end so that my trust on the reliance brand does not break.

      My apology for writing such detailed mail as i felt that the said information would be required by a person like you to conclude the said case.

        I purchased my ac on 10/apr/2016. With bill id ( store:8919 pos:[protected] transaction #:23). I specifically asked for 2016 model, the store manager called the warehouse and confirmed nov 2015 stock is available. I paid the money. Next day i got delivery with indoor unit dated 2014 & outdoor unit dated mar 2015. I called the store same day, he said will check get back ... Communication went daily for 4 days. After that no one picked my phone.
        So i registered my compliant on the reliance portal[protected]. After 2 days i got call from a lady. She said you need to talk to the store :( then why work as a group. I would have got some deal at local shop.
        Its pure cheating. Why should some big shop sell such old stock specially, when i asked for new stock at the time of purchase. Have stopped purchasing anything from reliance.

          Voltas window a/c not working.

          We have been calling up everday. Earlier they were saying that it would take 24-48 hrs.

          Later he said that he will come today.

          Today when i spoke to ryan (Customer care person), he is saying that it will take another 3 days..

          Do you think that it is professional response? I never expected reliance to be such a low profile company - who dont keepup their words.

          Reliance promised hassle free service while taking resq. But now, this is worse than any local company.

          I have also escalated this to the senior head.

          We had already sent an email to center head and we get the automated reply like the one posted above.

          On 23rd April 2016, the service center personal visited my place. He was arranged through Meena. He said that relaince doesnt have vehilce to take the product to the service center and it would take another 4-5 days to take the product. So we paid Rs.400/- for transportation. Later Meena told that relaince will refund the money later.

          Later yesterday Karthik[protected] had called and said that the product is ready but he doesn't have vehicle for transportation. and was asking us to arrange or it would take another 4-5days. When we told about the refund, he said that he will call back. Later he called today and gave us another number and asked us to talk to that person. He gave us a shock saying that the product is still in repair and will be ready on 1st May-2016.

          We got very irritated and when we spoke to Kartik again, he said that he will call back. Not sure if they are trying to get extra money from us or Reliance itself is like that.

          The amount we pay to reliance for RESQ is more. But we dont get proper quality of service.

            When i had purchased air conditioner from reliance digital, the sales people at the store convinced us that the resq plan is unlike any other amcs and the service engineers will come and fix the problem within 24 hours. They also promised that they are available 365 days a year and are available something like 10am to 10pm on every day including sundays.
            Recently i had raised a service request to reliance digital for ac servicing on 15th april. But till date (21st april 2016), no one has called for attending to the service. When i called up their call center, the executives continue to make false promises of 2 hours, 8 hours, etc. But the end result is that my problem is not yet addressed. If this is the quality of service, why should we pay the amc charges - it might be less hassles to get a local service person in the neighbourhood to service our needs.

            Reliance Digital Resq — Ac sensor not fixed from last 6 months

            We were told to get ac sensor replaced and the team is not coming from 6months now and call center is also not able to sort the issue. They are making falls commitments on daily basis. 1st replacement needs to be done in September 2015 and not fixed till today; April 2016. Such a shame for this kind of services.

              Billing was done on 6th of April'16 afterward they delivered defected product & again they deliver on 11th new LCD which was also problematic & still I didn't get my replacement or proper communication. This us creating unnecessary harassment for me because I am calling to their contact no but not giving me right status.

                I purchased one cell phone of make gionee s6 on 08 mar 2016 and billing time 12:52:30. From your branch address maram satish central, 10-10-27/105/1 to 7 & 106/1, municipal colony, main road malakpet, hyderabad-500033.On purchasing the above cell they have given an offer of ambrane power bank 2600 b. While purchasing the power bank was not available in your stock. They told me within week we will call you for collecting the same item. In this connections i visited 3/4 times but neither they are giving the item nor making call to me about the same after elapse of more than one month time span. You are requested to go through into the matter and short out the problem at the earliest to avoid legal complications.

                    What a funny store! When you go to buy they behave cordially but once you part with your money no one is attending to you. An ac purchased on 14th april with a promise to get it installed in next 2 days we are still waiting . Do not ever buy from their stores as they have zero customer satisfaction level. You will run from pillar to post.We had made numerous phone calls to several numbers but not a single person can reply with some responsibility.It is high time good brands in electronics should avoid them

                      We have purchased a samsung a c from phoenix mall on 15th april. I d no. 60144728 . Till now it is not installed. This is not fair for such a big corporate. We feel sorry for the things happened to us. When we contacted the person in the company said that it will be installed today. When we asked today again the person told it will be done tomorrow. Is it the fault of the samsung or reliance. If samsung is not installing in time don't encourage to sell those products it will spoil reliance name.

                        I have purchased a nikon pain shoot camera from “reliance digital at gip noida” .The sales person is aman, his phone no - [protected]
                        I don’t know how such type of person are working on reliance digital and what the reliance digital management doing.I am going to explain the whole scenario happened to me.During the purchase of camera the sales person told me that sir you will get cash back of 5% on your hdfc credit card with in 15 - 60 days.After 60 days i visit reliance digital customer care in gip noida itself.That executives which handle my query asked me to wait till feb 29th 2016 cash back will credited to your account.Then after around march first week i visit again the reliance digital for cash back inquiary that time the sales person was their and told me that customer care person does not know anything they don’t have knowledge abt this.The sales person told me wait for another 15 days and given me his number for any query regarding the call me.After 15 days i called him he did not pick and text me sir i have spoken to nikon head and he told within 15 days cash back will credited.After 15 days again i called him at release digital at gip at that time he was not their as usual did not pic my call and text me wait for another 1 month.I told him i amp going to write on social media for such type of cheating you people are doing with customer care.He again asked me to wait 30 days through text i told him to give me a date other wise i will write on social media (Twitter, facebook, online consumer forum) but he did not reply so i am writing this on social media.

                        I am wondering how these cheaters getting job in reliance digital as sales person and the customer care person.To sale their product they are lying to customer as nobody is taking care of this nor watching their activity after sale customer service.I will never purchase any thing from reliance digital nor will suggest any body.

                          I am buy my new ac reliance reconnect, i using only days. After 3 day not cooling down. Very bad ac. I m calling toll free number reliance digital and complete note down . And i am recv complete number on my mobile. But service boy not come affter 3 day . And i am go to reliance digital store . Till date after 5 day day . But boy is not coming,

                          I am waiting only 2 days more and i am send a legal notice a reliance .

                          Friends pls not never buy any reliance product and spl reliance a/c .

                            Hi,

                            I have registered a complaint for my voltas windows ac repair on 12th april 2016 around 3:15 pm. My call number is [protected]. Today is 17th april and my complaint is not yet resolved. My ac is not working from last 6 days.

                            I already talk to your customer care around 7-8 times but everytime i am not getting any satisfactory reply. Also your local service center head is not picking up my phone.

                            I purchased ac from your reliance digital gip store last year on the month of may 2015 with 2 year extended warranty. I am really disappointed with your services. This is my the worst experience with reliance services.

                              I have taken a one year service contract for eureka forbes ro filter. I have made a payment of rs 4212 vide hdfc cheque number 000029 dated 2nd april 2016. The person who collected the cheque is mr ahmad, cell phone number [protected]. Mr ahmad has issued a receipt number[protected] dated 2nd april 2016. The cheque was debited in hdfc account on april 6th. I have registered service request on april 9th by calling reliance digital helpline number [protected]. The registered service complaint numbers are [protected] and [protected]. The service technician who came to my residence a2-1102, world spa east aptts, sector 30, gurgaon mentioned that he cannot service our ro due to some problem. I have called ahmad repeatedly but he is trying to avoid my calls. Could you please help resolve the problem asap. My registered cell phone number is [protected] and the service contract is in my name (Pankaj goel). I have another amc for kent ro with resq plan which is also registered under same mobile number but in the name of my son, himanshu goel, at the same address.

                                I purchased an digital invertor ac from samsung from samsung in kamnahalli, bangalore on 26/03/2016. The installation was supposed to be free but i was charged rs 1000 for it. The ac is not working since than. Reliance digital and samsung both are asking me to contact the other company to get the unit replaced. The samsung send their technician who told me that the ac will start giving cool air after 2 hours. Nothing is being done. Both the companies are cheats of highest orders. Keep away from them. Pls suggest some way out for me

                                  Hi. I had purchased an iPhone 6s 64 gb rose gold on Friday. Initially when the phone was set up I experienced a problem in the software. The reliance sales person took me to the maple store and got it resolved. Later during the day I experienced a problem with the touch. I went back to the Apple store again and they told me that the piece was faulty.
                                  I would like to being to your notice that faulty pieces are being sold at the reliance store. Even though I have returned the phone back to reliance I want to proceed for a refund.

                                  I have enquired about the DSLR camera...they told me to give the camera next day...but when I went there and asked them for the camera...they were not able to answer because the camera was not available...they were not sure for the availability in next 2-3 days even...I waited for 2 hours and finally I came home empty handed...

                                    I have purchased a LG AC (1.0INVBSA12IBEWHT)from Reliance Digital, Jaladarshini Layout, New BEL Rd, Bangalore-560094 on 09.04.2016. They have promised me that they will deliver the product on 10.04.2016, by worst case2pm. When I have not got any information by 2pm, I have called several times, they were kept on extending the delivery time by 4.30pm, 6pm, 7.30pm, 9.00pm. Even at 9.00pm I have not received the product.

                                    When you cannot deliver the product, why are you committing to the customers.

                                    Not happy with your commitments and delivery.

                                    I had purchased a Bluestar Ac from the Reliance Digital store at Central Mall Guwahati on 12.8.2019. The salesperson assured that the ac would be delivered on 14. 8.19. But there was no information on the said date and when I called at the store they told me they will look into the matter and the it was left as it was. This is a very unethical and unprofessional behavior and lying to customers about the delivery is not acceptable. Please look in to the matter.

                                      I purchased 2 air conditioners (LG pearl terminator, 1.5 ton) from reliance digital, Hubli on 08/04/2016. I was promised 0.5 gram gold coin on each A.C. But I was given only one coin because? ? salesman's mistake. Now they are saying it will take long time to give me my coin because of procedures. This is unfair. Please help. Thanks.

                                        I would like to bring in your kind notice that, I had bought hitachi split ac on 21.03.2016 from reliance digital, Bhiwadi . our installation was booked on 05.04.2016 but instalment was done on 06.04.2016 after I called them at least 20 times as they were giving me excuses that assistant is on his way and would reach in half an hour but the whole day he didn't came. At last they came on 06.04.2016 . but whole process was really disappointing .

                                        but then whole installation was not complete, a wiring connection was left,
                                        they told me that they would come next day, but sadly no one came, I again called them and the same excuse was there. I even got the message that my installation was complete, though it was not and I had not signed any document regarding this. then being fed up I wrote a complain on [protected]@resq.in on 08.04.2016 they assured me to resolve my problem but now its 2 days from that resolution, my service request no as sent by reliance digital is [protected] .

                                        I want my ac installed completely, soon. if you break your resolution so easily then you cannot expect a healthy relation with your customer. I express my great disappointment to reliance services and their commitment towards customers.
