Hi team,

Not sure how to explain my frustration because of a reliance ceiling fan. I have purchased a fan on 27th feb 2016 and on 26th march it has stopped working. I have called the reliance resq team on the toll free number and they advised me to take this to the pimple gurav service centre. I have taken the fan to the service centre and the technician checked it and suggest me that re winding need to done for this fan and this is tripping off. He suggested to get a replacement as this product is not even 1 month old. Then again i called the reliance toll number from the resq service centre regarding this issue as the local service centre person was unable to reach their manager for approval regarding tr. The contact centre guy then conference me with the swapnil and he assured that the issue will be sorted by 27th march 2016 and max to max by 28th march 2016. The local rep given me their contact number and ask me to reach them after 4 pm same to get further information regarding the approval for replacement. I called the rep and she assured me that she will come back to me by 5:30 same day but she never did and i kept on calling through out sat and sun (Working day for resq) but no one responded and some times picked up the call and didn't reply. I called the toll free number atleast 25 times until monday evening and 3 times they assured me i will get a call from someone senior but no one bothered to call me. I went to the resq centre on monday 28th march to know get some further updates but i was in a sock as the rep present on the service centre didn't have any clue about my issue. She tried to call the local ssm (Swapnil) several times and even me but he didn't bothered to respond. I even tried to call the owner praveen but he also didn't received the call either. I sent and sms swapnil and he replied to call me back in few mins but he never did. I called up the customer service centre and requested to speak with some senior but the rep disconnected the call. As a last resort i went to store but i came to hear the same story. I just cannot explain the service i have received from reliance and not sure if it will be resolved ever. I am very very disappointed and frustrated with reliance resq service centre. I want to take some action against them please let me know the process.

    I have purchased Panasonic-csys12rky AC from Reliance Digital Store on 13th March 2016 from R-City Mall and took delivery of it on 25th March 2016 and installation was done on same day but from day 1 of installation I am facing with cooling issue and some kind of noise is coming from indoor unit. So I raised my issue to their installation team and they have sent their technician to detect the problem but the technician(Insan Ali- Stating his name) was rude with us stating that there is no problem in your AC and left my place without solving our issue.So I have again called their installation team to send senior technician to solve problem and they said senior technician would be visiting my place to check problem but after that there is no support or information passed to me regarding this issue.This is first time I have purchased something from reliance digital and may be this would be last time also I have purchased goods from Reliance Digital. Worst Customer Service Support. If Reliance Support people are seeing this please help me to get my issue solved.Also sales person has made many false statement.

      My lenovo p780 mobile phone is not functioning properly and it is in extended warranty of reliance care. i submitted my phone to reliance digital service center on 24/2/2016 for the first 10 days they said is part is not available in the market. then what can I do. its in warranty and you have to manage it. they said they will refund me then i said how. they said it will take 7 days for the process to complete so i requested to opt for the refund process. now its 28/3/2016 over a month and still no response about my refund. i have bill and all related documents. job sheet no.6083 and presently i don't have any phone . on calling for my process they say we will call you when it arrive. but for such a long period of time it is annoying.

          Dear sir,

          I am an old customer of Reliance Digital.Due to some reasons I could not recharge my Disc connection for long period.My cable connection was suspended .So I contacted representative of Reliance Digital and agreed to pay necessary amount for reconnection and paid one month recharge amount Rs.220/-0n 21/03/2016 but since last 5 days no one came to connect for the cable connection.

          I informed to your representative 5 to 6 times but all in vain.I think you are not serious about my complain.My 5 days are lost so I am now not satisfied your service. If you are unable to satisfy customer then you return back my money.Other it will compel me to take hard action.

            I bought a Samsung Galaxy J5 for my uncle(70 years old) yesterday(25/03/2016) from Reliance Digital, Bansdroni near Usha stop in Kolkata. After coming back home we discovered the charger not working properly. My old uncle again had to visit the shop to report the problem. There was no help extended to him in the shop and now he is not able to charge and/or use the phone he bought. I want the charger to be replaced as soon as possible and that too, without him visiting the shop again. We have provided the contact number and the house address during billing and that should be enough to get the issue resolved.

              I had logged complaint against my washing machine one month before . I regularly visit reliance digital store sector 9 Panchkula, Haryana, for status about my complaint but they didn't bothered about customer after regular follow up they gave me Mr. Nishant (Service Head ) number .When i word with him on 20th March 2016. i really shocked he closed my call without my consent no one visit my house to check the machine.He commit me problem problem will be solved within 2 days. but till date on one visit at my location.i have purchased reliance care also. I request all customer please not to purchased any material from reliance digital they are not bothered about customer . very poor service . Now i file case against reliance in consumer court.

                I had recharged my big tv after consulting the consumer care office and later on the company barred many of the channels without giving any reasons... Upon enquiry, i was asked to recharge for another 100 rupees... Further on when my cable became in-operative for all practical purposes, i registered a complaint a week ago, repeated the complaint after three days and again on today. That big tv does not have the time and minimal respect to reach out to the customer speaks well about the company's absolute disregard for the customers and their complaints. Those who attend the complaint are not able to even respond adequately. Pity big tv and pity those who have paid money for it!!!

                      I have purchased a Micromax 43' TV from digital Xpress BTM Layout Bangaluru on 13th Mar'16. they told that the delivery will be done on very next day that is on 14th Mar'16 but they didnt delivered our TV till today(21st Mar'16) everyday they are just delaying us by saying some nuisance Excuse and telling us hat they dont have STOCK . if they dont have stock why they have selled that product and we don't have budget to go for 50" or some other option and we don't want less than 43". when I asked for the refund they are telling that it is against the policy and even now they told us that it will take 9 more days to deliver. and i asked for some alternative they told that we will give a display piece and will give discount of RS 1000. we are harassed by this type of behaviour from store and they are just playing joke with us as if we are continously following up just to get rs 1000 Discount Everyday we are reaching them and every day one exceuse is ready with them. the thing is that i want my TV to be delivered in 1-2 working days i dont know how they will manage but now I cant wait for 9 days . or otherwise I want the refund of my money in a Day I can buy from other store. I also registered a complaint in customer care with number :[protected].

                      KIndly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible otherwise i will have to Go with Consumer court which I dont want.

                          Hi,

                          I have bought a JBL headphone model# T100A on March 9th 2016. It was working fine for only two days with full clarity. After that clarity is gone. While selling the product that showroom executive told if any problem u can approach us and they said we have service center in Hyderabad. But when the problem occurs for the headphone I went to the showroom they are saying that product is working fine they didn't accepted because they have sold duplicate product. They are saying to approach service center. But in Hyderabad there is no service center for JBL. So I don't know if I send to service center how long will take and whether they will repair this one or replace with the new one. I would suggest you guys don't go and buy in any reliance stores. They are cheating the customers.

                            Sir i have purchased whirlpool refrigerator 355l for 29000 rupees but we gave money on 12 march 2016 for sales man punna ramesh and asked original invoice he said it takes 1 hour for billing give me the money i will pay it and send the original invoice along with the refrigerator but he used the money and did billing on 13 march 2016 on his name (Punna ramesh) on emi.He used our money and took refrigerator on emi and did billing on his address and the fake invoice on our name.How you will take action on him.If you are not going to take action on him.We are going to drop a petition on reliance digital.

                              I am having issues with Marvella UV purifier which is in AMC and no resolution from Reliance Digital and tickets closed without informing. Details:
                              1. case [protected] logged on 6th March. Engineer Mr Netaji visited on 8th March. Checked and closed the case without informing. When contacted, he said he had asked support team to keep call under observation and not to close it.
                              2. I tried to reach Mr Netaji on his number [protected] but he did not respond
                              I called the call center again on 12th March. Contact person was Sonali.
                              She took Miss Reshma from the support team in conference.
                              3. She said the previous call was cancelled because it was not logged properly (!!!) and she raised new call and assured that engineer will be visiting same day in the evening.
                              3. case [protected] was logged and since then no one has contacted/visited .
                              4. On 16th March i again called the call center and contact person Mr Vijay was not able to reach anyone from support and assured for a call back.
                              5. No one contacted yet!
                              6. SLA is 48 hrs for any case and per my all experiences, none of the call got resolved within 48 hrs.

                              to my suprise, Mr Sachinder who took the call says there is no person named Vijay and there was no call from me!!

                                This is to raise my complaint against Usha food processor, which I had given for servicing related to overload issue almost three weeks before. I got it yesterday after servicing, I can see it is not switching to overload option very often. The side effect what I can see now is once it went to overload, doing reset is of no use. It will stay in overload situation. I can say reset button is not at all functional.

                                I had given sufficient time to get it fixed still I am facing the issues and this is really unacceptable. Reset button was working properly before giving for servicing. I don't know how reliance treats its customer. In between also, reliance had called us saying that issue is fixed though it didn't work properly in front of service people only. If this is the behaviour you provide to the customer, please let us know. We really need to stop following up with reliance in that case.

                                  So i purchased a TV from a nearby Reliance digital store.
                                  And when they delivered it the next day they just came and threw the box at our home and went away. There was nobody to do the installation, and on asking about the same they said that the installation guy would come and do the installation. Nobody ever turned up and the unit is lying there for one week.
                                  Nobody from Reliance digital seem to give a damn about customers.
                                  Moreover their behaviour in the store was very rude.

                                      Hi,

                                      We have bought 39'' AOC LED TV from Reliance Digital store located in Kurla Phenix mall after 2 years TV stops operating for which we have requested for services. We have been keep waiting for long saying that part is not available at this moment and neither they are willing to replace the TV with new one. This is going on for last 3 weeks and still yet to get fruitfull response.

                                      I bought this TV from your store my keeping faith that anything goes wrong you are the one you provide best services among all other competotors but now after experincening such long haul i'd not recommended to any others.

                                      Please need you concrete action on this to make this happen.

                                        Am Vamsi Sai, I have bought LG Top Load Fully Automatic Washing machine on 31/08/2012 and also bought extended warranty to it till 31/08/2016. on 3rd of march 2016 i have complained about sensor not working in my machine(Reference No : [protected]) and i have got instant reply that i will get a call with in 4 business hours to get to know the problem.I have waited for two days still didn't get any call from them.So, i decided to once again send them a mail and after sending the mail i got the call from the service guy, he visited my place and told me that with in one or two days another service personnel from LG will come and replace the sensor.To my surprise after an hour of his visit i got the message that my complaint has been resolved and once again i had to send them a mail stating that its not yet resolved. Now i got a call from their service guy named Mr.Shankar(Relaince person-[protected]) who seems to be talking in a very care free manner asked me whether my washing machine is in warranty or not (i guess he asked me just for the sake of it) to which i replied yes and also i told him the problem in my washing machine . After listening to the whole thing VERY CAREFULLY, Mr.shankar (Cool headed, who cares kind of attitude guy) gave me an advice that the LG people will come and rectify it but I HAVE TO PAY THEM. first of all why do i need to pay them if my washing machine is in warranty.By the end of our conversation on phone when i told him that he is not responding properly, i will contact headoffice people to which i got a very good reply from him saying FEEL FREE TO CALL THEM and second of all exactly six months back when i have faced the same issue with these service people, i have complained in this same forum to which i got immediate response that it will not be repeat and the problem got resolved with in two days.But, here after six months am facing the same issue with these arrogant service guys again n again.

                                        Its been three days since i got message from reliance guys that the problem will get resolved and also its been 10 days since my complaint Still, the problem is being unattended. We have to stop our works all these days just to get it rectify this small problem. This shows how concerned reliance people are towards their customers.
