    Dear relience help support,
    I purchased a power of brand reconnect from your relience digital store pur road branch bhilwara before four month. Before few day ago my power bank doesn't working so your executive told me on selling time that we are giving six month warranty. So thats why i visit at your pur road branch but they don't have manner to deal with customer. They dorectly told me that give me the power bank box. But i don't have the box because in this generation who care about the box. He told me that either you take the box or we don't replaced the power bank.

      I purchased a lyf water 7 mobile phone from reliance digital at bangalore near ramamurthy nagar signal. Actually i want to go for samsung mobile, but the sales guys promoted their own reliance brand of lyf mobiles and forced me to buy that of cost of rs.9999/-. After coming home within 5 minutes of flipping the phone got heated and the touch screen is not all responsive. The lyf mobiles are very cheap quality and the poor performance. I went to reliance digital and told them the problem about the bad performance of lyf phone. Asked them to go for other model they are not agreeing me or allow the change the other model and also they are not giving refund of the money. I am a regular customer of relicance digital, and i lost my rs.9999/- that lyf phone not even worth of 1000 rs. I was thinking reliance digitial will sell the quality and standard product, the image is lost, i never buy any thing from reliance digitial. Just need to share the experience o

        I have raised complain on 01/08/2016 & got complain no.[protected] at 11:48 am, but still not resolve my setup box is still not working no. Of times dial your on phone they are saying your complain forwarded, again raised fresh complain on 13/08/2016 complain no.[protected] but no any service call recd. From reliance side please suggest who are the responsible for the same.

          Hi...
          I just want to inform you that the reliance digital store employee names as mansoor mushtaq sayyad has rude behaviour. While talking to customer he behavios like he doesn't require customer. When one of my cell phone got some problem and i told him he was like its not my responsiblity and when i ask him for a sim card of jio he's first sentence was who allowed you to enter my shop. Later on he has given me sim card but he's behaviour was little abnormal. I kindly request you to please have a word with him and make shure he will not do such a thing again.

            I have purchased whirlpool washing machine in dec 2015 from reliance digital store. Recently the machine stopped working becasue of some technical issue. On calling whirlpool guy we came to know that after service of machine will be provided by reliance digital as it was purchased from them. It was shocking to know this. Then on informing reliance guy some 4 engineers have visited to see what is the issue and have not resolved the issue yet, its almost being a month. I want reliance digital to take back the machine as it is of no use to me as well. I need compensation for the same. Firstly they had cheated me while purchasing by not informing that after sale warranty will be coverred by them, secondly no one is bothered to resolve the issue of non

            I just don't want to continue with your product (Whirlpool Washing Machine). Since one month more than five technician representing from reliance or whirlpool has visited my place and after verification they all informed that they need approval from whirlpool/reliance to repair the product for which they will visit next time with approval. Sorry to say but i can't give my entire day and month for getting the same repaired. I was not informed at the time of purchase about this nonsense otherwise i would have never trusted reliance digital. I am buying products from reliance digital from past and also referred my relative about its competitive pricing and services.

            Purchased Bill attached for your information. Kindly check the same and arrange for refund of the same. I don't want to continue with your product at any cost (As warranty of two years is of no use). I dont know whats going on between whirlpool and reliance, but we as customers would not tolerate such bad service when we pay price for the same. So its my final decision to get the the full refund of my product. NO REPAIR NOW! REFUND

            Kindly expedite the process. I am also writing mail to escalate the matter. Matter would be worsen if not resolved on time.

              Hello sir my name is Bikramjeet singh meine last sunday Reliance Degital store ( Bathinda ) meine payment apne bajaj emi finance card se ki thi. Store se mujhe promise kiya tha k next day morning apka product delivery hoga but 2 din tak nhi hua jab meine unhe bola k i m not intrested now to mera refund kar di jiye but unho ne clear deny kiya kisi bhi return policy se . meine unke head office mein bhi mail kiya but unhe ne bhi formality kar k apne aap meri compliant resolved kardi bina mere marzi k . and ab mujhe na chahte huye bhi woh product lagwana pada .mein woh product return karna chahta hu but koi rasta nhi diya Reliance Degital ne so plz help me sir i need ur help sir/mam plz g hope u will help me my contact is [protected]

                Hi,
                i bought refrigator from reliance digital r-city branch. But when i got delivery i told them to keep it at my original place, but they told for that some other person wouldbe coming and doing all.So, even after waiting whole day no person came from rd. And at late night i was told they would not be providing any person for that . so i requested them to send but i was left hopeless and whole work was done by me.

                  QT 166 remote control is not working and its not available in the market to buy. please help in procuring the same. its very urgent. I have been searching for it but all my efforts have gone in vain so far.

                  And the local engineers who had come here for repair are asking too much money to replace it.
                  Also please let me know if it can be repaired instead of repair. If not i am ready to buy new on urgently.

                      During purchase panasonic led have one year additional warranty from store and i have document for same, last week tv display was gone so i contacted to reilence store hinjewadi pune branch from this atom purchased. After three day they send panasonic ingeneer for repairy but he told that additional warranty given by store so i cannot repair this atom if repair me then charges apply, i contacted to reliance store again but nobody can cumunicate properly. So consider my problem needful and take my problem on priority

                        The reliance digital xpress store in uditnagar, rourkela, odisha is frauding people.. They use the coupon code of reliance jio sim of genuine public who are eligible for it and activate a sim of their own and they use that sim and tell the public that your sim cannot be activated because the code is already redeemed.. The same has happened with me, i purchased a new samsung galaxy note 4 to avail the jio offer.. But the staffs in the store used my coupon code for their advantage..

                        Apart from this i have heard that they are selling activated jio sims with unlimited offers for 3 months at some prices.. And they get these sims activated by using the coupon code of genuine public who come to avail the offer.. Ultimately they cheat the genuine public for their monetary advantage..

                          I am a harrased customer! I bought an iPhone from reliance digital(Bandra, hill road). Reliance employee: 'Mukesh

                          Phone sold to me by a lucrative offer of 10, 000 cash back after paying 3rd or 4th Emi and a selfie stick. Got a selfie stick but still awaiting for cash back! Now, both reliance and Bajaj finance employee is responsible for my cash back. I am appaled by your service that my Emi did not start on time and I was running behind your employee. Below, is the mail attached by bajaj finance stating that the cash back offer was from reliance digital not bajaj.
                          I have paid 5 Emi but won't pay further till the time I don't get this issue solved.

                            We have submit intex mobile for repair at intex service.they checked the product that found touch issue and it will be changed touch within 15 -20 day.i contact after 20 days they replied that part is not available & you to wait 10 days.after 10 days went at intex svc center.i knew that it has permanent closed.we complaint logged at Customer care but not respond from intex care. Kindly provide the intex mobile.

                              Dear sir i purchased kelvinator ac from reliance mart kakinada year ago
                              and when i asked for servicing the response from the staff is very very bad
                              im calling from 20 days every day several times a day for technisian for servicing and the technisisan didnt arrive till today
                              sir this is the second time im facing worse situation with these people
                              last time in the month of april 2016 the make me call them continously 30 days
                              and sir they charge extra amount in the name of extended servicing but the service is really very very worse

                                Today I had done recharge of 200rs approximately 10pm but amount was not updated in my smart card. I checked with the dealer he told your recharge done successfully and he showed me the message. Where my money gone, something is going wrong. Are you fooling the people's.                                   Hi, i bought a dell laptop from reliance digital and as suggested got resq device extended warranty (Care plan). Now within the covered period harddrive failed. I sent it for repair. I was promised repair by 10th august 2016. When i went to the service center on 10th august i was told that due to some financial situation staff was not working.
                                  Now they are also not taking our calls. Please get something done about it

                                  enough messages..get me a solution..either get my system repaired or get me an alternative whatever.. i just need a solution quickly. Reliance has already wasted my 15 days because of their internal financial matters. No more.

                                    My Smart Card No.[protected] of Reliance TV, Error 400 Signal lost from Monday 8th Aug, 16. Weather is cloudy but massage constantly shown on screen, Others TV working on same weather. you are request to pls. resolve the problem urgently. Local servicer provider in Indore are doing very late.

                                      Dear concern,
                                      I register my complain regarding my panasonic washing machine spin tub is not working properly, it was ragisterd on 22 july 16 and your team is promise me to they will resolve said problem in 3 working days, and on 22 july reliance people come at my home and take my machine to their workshop via job sheet [protected] after that i give call to customer care almost every day. But they people always used to give me new tkt no for my complain.

                                      No body is bothered to revert... This is hight of mismanaged and irresponsible behavior.

                                      If any body is hearing kindly resolve this issue

                                        I have given my Reconnect Oven- Model No.. RHMCB2501 for repair at your Kozhikode Service Centre (at Karanthur) on 03/07/2016. ( The Job Card No. being OW[protected] When I entrusted the oven for repair, I was informed by the service centre that within a week I will be informed about the status. Since nobody contacted me from the centre, I contacted the centre some 20 days back and was informed that the board of the oven is damaged and they will deliver it shortly.

                                        It is more than a month since I entrusted the oven to the service centre. Till date (as on 06.08.2016) nobody bothered to call me or update me the present status of my repair work.

                                        This is totally unacceptable from a company like reliance . You people should not have accepted my oven for repair if it is not possible to repair it in a time bound manner. The only mistake I made was that I bought an oven made of Reliance reconnect. The punishment you are awarding is too much. I will never ever recommend your product or service in future to anybody. Enough is enough.

                                        If possible, please make immediate arrangement to deliver my oven duly repaired at the earliest.
