Writing this mail with a hope of help from your end, i had bought an split ac from reliance digital dwarka new delhi on 30th of april 2016 which was installed on 1st of may 2016 by reliance engineer,
On 28th of may it stopped cooling and reliance digital has sent there engineer, he said gas is been leaked and they have refilled the same after few days on 27 of june we again noticed that ac is not working, this time also reliance engineer told that gas is been leaked, please note that in two months’ time gas was leaked twice,
We told engineer that we want replacement as it seems like it’s a damaged product, we had lodged the complaint in reliance digital and the complaint number given by them was [protected], we had lodged this complaint on 3rd of july 2016, since then we were following for the replacement, reliance told us that panasonic engineer will visit and check the same after his approval the same can be replaced this was done last week,
Today i received call from panasonic that reliance has sold this product so they can repair or change the ac, panasonic is nowhere related to this concern, i talked to reliance digital and they told me that replacement of this ac is not possible and your request is been declined by product, i told him that i am ok for repair but what will happen if the gas will again leak will they replace this ac, unfortunately they are not agreeing on this term as well.
Sir/madam, i am a middle class person who have a very little income, i am paying monthly installment from my account and they have sold me a damaged product and not ready to change my ac, with lots of hope i am writing this mail to you, i beg you to please intervene and help me to resolve this issue, from the past 15 days we are not able to sleep because of this problem of ac, you can understand that temperature of delhi is very humid these days,
