Dear sir
I am deeply pained to complain against such a reputed name in dth services. i had to bring the matter to your notice after suffering for more than 7 months at the hands of your inefficient local service providers in jaipur. iam your customer for last 3 years and my setupbox customer no. is[protected] and i have been paying yearly instalment for different packs. last time paid were rs.3620/-in nov.2015. the real trouble started from dec 2015 when most of the channels started showing error 400. this error has continued since then. i had been complaining for this regularly at your customer care no.[protected]. response from your service providers had been luke warm and it seems they failed to understand the problem. i was charged rs.175/- atleast 4-5 times without any permanent solution of the problem. the details of complaint is as follows:-

The complaint lodged on 22nd june 2016 was attended on 6th july that is after gap of 15 days. the error 400 reappeared on the channels very next day for that the service engineer was contacted immediately but no body attended. on dated20th july i received a call from your customer care telephone no.[protected] and some mr vishvanath was calling to find customer satisfaction about the complaint no.[protected] dated 22/06/16
I gave him details of the unfortunate happenings confronted by me for last 6-7 months. he assured me to register my complaint again and not to be charged this time. complaint no.[protected] was lodged and iwas assured that the problem will be rectified with in 24-48 hrs. but alas nothing happened, to my exteme surprize igot a message from big tv that your request no.[protected] is closed. trust the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. if you trust your customer no body came to attend the complaint, then where is the question of satisfaction.
Sir enough is enough, i don't think your team in jaipur is competent enough to rectify this problem. for the last 6-7 months we were almost devoid of watching the tvprogrammes, inspite of paying for this for full one year. i request you to refund my money since it was severe breach of service on your part.
Ibelieve appropriate action will be taken from your end at the earliest. ihave decided to change the service provider of dth.

    Dear sir
    I request i visited reliance digi express store at ajmer kesarganj near martindral bridge to see the mobile 15 days ago. They told me the scheme of reliance jeo 4g. I was interested in that. On 16th july after 1 week i visited again with my id. There in store smbody told me that i can get this sim without purchasing mobile as already i was hvng samsung edge 6s & apple iphone 6s.
    This shocked them, they denied to gv me sim
    As i n other peoples requested they hv taken my id n photo but return me that same day by saying that ur id not clear or back not clear. Atlast they hv to recv my form which they were not interested in taking.
    They throw my form in back smwhere after i left store. That all u can see in video recording of 21 july.
    After 3 days i asked on phone they denied that we hv no time. U try after 3 more days.
    Today after 8 days feeling insulted i reached ur store. The executive gagandeep singh ji & chandrashekhar ji denied to gv me connection saying that 1st i hv to purchase sm set else they will not active.
    This makes me angry, i click their face in my camera with their employee id.
    I asked them to complain at high level as my form was not even processed at single step after 8 days.
    Asap i click their pic they felt that now smthing will happen wrong like action so gagandeep ji abused me n said do where you can do our complain. We will say that you hv misbehaved. Now we will not process ur sim.
    I asked well u now will not process but from last 8 days where were you why u not processed. U cal see all that in ur camera recording. Today time of my visit was 11.30 to 12.30pm.
    Then i got other peoples also that were saying that these guys hv sm problem. They dont want to work. Else system of reliance jeo is well maintained.
    O i request, plz tk some action on them as m the person working as a owner n director of my pvt ltd company n earlier was vp in company. I dont know how to abuse.
    This all hurted me very much
    I hv taken pic of that guy chandrashekhar's employee id... That was 60223172
    Another guy gagan deep ji's employee id was not visible as he has not weared company's id card.

      After 4 hours i have opened & noticed that by mistake i have purchased mic less earphone.
      I have gone to the store to exchange my product. But their team at kadapa reliance digital in ap are not responding properly. Also they are exchanging my product.
      AV connection problem Tv is under warranty

          Hi,

          Reliance digital/reliance jio not giving free sim for lyf phone brought from online (homeshop18).

          I bought flame 3 online from homeshop18 with invoice no:reli/16-17/23798.

          As mentioned in their site (http://www.homeshop18.com/lyf-flame-3-true-4g-android-phone/mobiles/mobile-phon... free reliance jio sim should be provided at any reliance digital shop for online purchase phone.

          When i went to reliance digital gachibowli hyderabad, they said free sim only for those who is buying phone in their store and the when i insisted, they sent me to reliance jio office gachibowli. reliance digital manager was not their, when i wanted to talk to their manager, they don't have his phone number.

          At reliance jio office some employee came (contact no [protected]), they sent me again at reliance digital for only dis-appointment.

          They are just playing with me, wasting my time and money. and i think reliance employees are not at all serious about jio success as i can see from jio employee came (don't remember his name, contact no#[protected])

          Please let me know, if you are serious in providing jio sim and it is just a marketing jimick to sell phone to clear the stock or give me the jio sim at the earliest with no nonsense.

          I have seen smiling dhirubhai ambani big photo at the reception in reliance jio office, though it is free sim only, i hope he is not smiling at me by cheating on me.

            My smart card no.[protected]. I had submitted a request for relocation of connection from surat (Gujarat) to gurgaon (Haryana). My connection was uuinstalled on 02.07.2016 and my account was debited for rs.175/-. Further to the same, i tried my best to connect reliance customer care on toll free numbers[protected], but failed due to poor management of toll free number. Ultimately i was able to connect on 14.07.2016. I was utterly surprised to know that my relocation request was not put in the system by your person in surat (Mr. Amit -[protected]). I tried to contact him, but despite connecting the call, he did not pick up the call. Thereafter i tried to connect with toll free number as many times as possible and sometimes my complaint was attended, but there was no redressal of complaint despite assurances from your customer care executives. Ultimately i had to get installed tata sky on 19.07.2016. To my further surprise i got a message on 20.07.2016 that your service request no.[protected] is closed and you are charged rs.175/- again.
            In view of the above, i would request you to close my connection and refund the amount wrongly charged as above along with recharge amount paid up to 09.10.2016, for the unexpired period

              I m Rohit Pal..purchased a Samsung air conditioner from reliance digital kanpur, product delivered at my Lucknow address. When my ac got cooling problem so i contacted at your Kanpur office, after few days an engineer came to my address to repair but he couldn't and when asked he replied that he doesn't know much about repairing air conditioners. So another engineer came on next he repaired it . My question is how can your staff be so careless and how can he send someone to repair somethingwhen he doesn't have any knowledge about that product. Now also my ac has some issues, water droplets are falling from right side of ac. This time when I contacted Samsung service centre they told to contact to reliance digital first. Really so dissatisfied from services of both relianceas well as Samsung.

                I am Sumeet ..we purchased LG washing machine 5 days ago that is 13/7..as per the staff our machine would have been installed by 14/7..but it didnt happen..we had been making calls to them n all we hear is an apology and the promise to get it installed the next day..when i spoke to Shweta who is the manager or the supervisor supposedly she informed us that they had forgotten to punch in the vital information in the bill n hence the delay..I request u to take strict action against such negligent staff..coz we sure arnt buying anything from ur department after such appalling service..

From past 3 months i hopelessly tried to disconnect this data card due to its bad performance which makes me forced to take another data card. Currently you people have been closed the cdma service to upgrade the same. No issues. But while i m trying to put a request to disconnect the number tour agent given a address of your service center and found there is no proper procedure to disconnect...

                  On august 16, 2105, i bought an apple iphone 6 from reliance digital mini express, lawrence road branch amritsar, and the box of my phone was already open when i bought it but the sales man over there convinced me for buying it at a 1000rs less. So i bought that phone with the box of it open. My earpods stopped working around three months back and today when i had free time i went to apple service centre to get them repaired but i was told that those earphones are fake and are a duplicate copy. This is obvious that reliance digital sold me fake product for there profit. And now i wish that a strict action should be taken against the manager there who misbehaved with me today when i went there today to speak about the matter with him. He was rude and was very ill mannered. My contact number is [protected]. I want this matter be be sorted out asap and i should be given brand new apple earpods and also i have been fooled by them and was given fake products. A strict action should be taken.

                    Writing this mail with a hope of help from your end, i had bought an split ac from reliance digital dwarka new delhi on 30th of april 2016 which was installed on 1st of may 2016 by reliance engineer,

                    On 28th of may it stopped cooling and reliance digital has sent there engineer, he said gas is been leaked and they have refilled the same after few days on 27 of june we again noticed that ac is not working, this time also reliance engineer told that gas is been leaked, please note that in two months’ time gas was leaked twice,

                    We told engineer that we want replacement as it seems like it’s a damaged product, we had lodged the complaint in reliance digital and the complaint number given by them was [protected], we had lodged this complaint on 3rd of july 2016, since then we were following for the replacement, reliance told us that panasonic engineer will visit and check the same after his approval the same can be replaced this was done last week,

                    Today i received call from panasonic that reliance has sold this product so they can repair or change the ac, panasonic is nowhere related to this concern, i talked to reliance digital and they told me that replacement of this ac is not possible and your request is been declined by product, i told him that i am ok for repair but what will happen if the gas will again leak will they replace this ac, unfortunately they are not agreeing on this term as well.

                    Sir/madam, i am a middle class person who have a very little income, i am paying monthly installment from my account and they have sold me a damaged product and not ready to change my ac, with lots of hope i am writing this mail to you, i beg you to please intervene and help me to resolve this issue, from the past 15 days we are not able to sleep because of this problem of ac, you can understand that temperature of delhi is very humid these days,

                      I had bought a hp laptop, hp pavillion 15- ab522tx from your reliance digital store in bijapur, karnataka on[protected]. firstly they sold me a display laptop. the same day the laptop became very slow and the next day i took it to reliance digital store they said they will fix it within few hours but they have corrupted my genuine os and the laptop was unable to start. when asked about when will i get my laptop back then they give stupid reasons, excuses. i am an engineer and have a lot of work to do in my laptop. since 4 days my new laptop is in the store. i want a replacement for my laptop as soon as possible.

                        I bought a refrigerator in jul 2015 from reliance digital, at the time of buying it reliance explained us about resq and how each complaint will be answered quickly and if there is any issue with it, the product will get replaced easily. we trusted them.
                        Within 2 months the refrigerator started giving problems. we raised 1st complaint and it was answered. the problem resolved for 1 month. after a month again cooling problem - again we raised the complaint - again 1 month-again same issue. this continued for 9-10 complaints. basically if a product is a faulty product, to understand this reliance engineers take 9-10 visits? but its not that because resq is only on paper. we asked for replacement for 100 times but reliance didn't take any action. they kept sending engineers but kept pushing the issue. if reliance cannot provide the normal warranty period replacement on a totally faulty product, how will they provide resq service??

                        Now we raised a complaint on 28th jun 2016, no body responded. again we called, nobody came. after our 1 year was complete, customer care is now saying "sir aapka warranty period gaya, now we cannot replace it". i don't understand. i feel reliance has cheated me and hence i am putting it here.

                        I had bought refrigerator from reliance thinking its an indian brand and ultimately india will earn money but i am disappointed.

                        This Sentence is By Heart Now. But this is only a statement. Reliance doesn't act on what it says. It is 6 months now we are asking for replacement. And we had a very pathetic experience with Reliance Digital. Hereinafter we will not buy a Reliance Product and we will urge rather convince others not to buy if our Very Old Complaint doesn't get resolved satisfactorily. Thanks

                          Hemadurgadigital shop boy srikant not behaving proper way with custmers not responding properly. they are working irresponsible with us. first he made a bill and took my money and then after he is verifying proofs and compiling on us he wasted our valuable time and energy till now we could not get any activation of our lyf phone. still it remains as it is.

                            My whirlpool washing machine having extended warranty of 2 years bought in november 2013. totally 4 years warranty. i complained about this machine about one week ago as it was showing de error. technician visited two days after and said motor needs to be replaced. thereafter no reply and feedback from them. i have been calling their toll free no since 3 days. every time they are saying technician will come tomorrow but no positive action from them. really bad service. somebody please take action and solve my problem. my contact no is [protected]. i am from hyderabad.

                              Please refer our previous complaint that has been resolved partially by local technician who replaced dish antenna as per the instruction of mumbai service centre but later it has been observed that they people (team expert) from local franchise did mischief by fixing old lnd at dish antenna without replacing complete assembly. old lnd got broken from the bracket & it was told that it is not available in the market, hence can't replaced.
                              On making request locally, they do not respond properly. now we are totally fed up with the services of local service provider.
                              We won't have option except to leave the services of such dth.

                                Hi I bought this Sony Android TV around 1 month ago and its been a really bad experience buying it from reliance digital. I have three points to complain about:-
                                1. This TV has got 8gb o[censored]ser memory and when I downloaded games this 8gb got full and then the real problem started. This TV got really really slow to switch ON or doing other stuff on it. It is hanging like an old age smart phone.
                                2. Reliance digital sales persons told me that I can play all android play store games on this TV using its remote. This was a huge cheating. All its good games can only be played using external gaming remote which I will have to buy spending another 5000rs. This is really stupid that I can play only asphalt 8 using TV remote. The sales persons fooled me just by showing asphalt 8 running.
                                3. I was told that this TV has millions of applications on android but it doesn't even have 200 applications.

                                I need all my money refunded or exchange the TV to some other model immediately. I am absolutely unsatisfied with reliance digital even after spending 60000rs on this product.

                                  “a big fraud with customer”

                                  A very very very disappointed customer of reliance digital, empress mall, nagpur

                                  I am purchased a tv from reliance digital, empress mall, nagpur on sunday, 26.06.2016 at 14:21:07.
                                  Tv model is lg 43uf770t at cost of rs 69000 /-
                                  Invoice detail is as follows.

                                  Agreement no. (bajaj finance ltd.): 4060cd24615989

                                  Salesperson convinced me a lot. okay...
                                  This tv is purchased on bajaj finance.
                                  I surprised about that sales person because once i paid down payment after that immediately he forced me to bring this tv with myself to my home, he is not ready to give home delivery, (as i know every dealer providing such kind of facility and i hope you can also doing the same.) i asked that sales person forcefully to deliver at my home so he said it will be charge extra 400rs.
                                  (i didn’t understand this logic at that time. this was the first thing that i am not expected from store like reliance digital.)
                                  But i don’t agree to carry that tv, so he arranged the delivery of tv at home and delivered at same day.
                                  But he doesn’t send the wall mounting kit for the tv. at the time of purchasing he committed me that the kit will be delivered with tv. okay ………………..

                                  Second day, on monday, 27.06.16, the service engg/tech came to my home for installation but don’t carry the wall mount kit, he contacted the reliance store for the kit and the kit is delivered very fast but engg/tech leave my home before reaching the kit and committed me that he will definitely will come back and will install the tv same day, but he has not come that day. i am waiting for a long and waste a complete day.
                                  Third day, tuesday, 28.06.16, another service engg came at 1:30 pm for installation, he fitted the tv on wall but tv doesn’t get start (it starts for 2 seconds).
                                  He declared the tv is faulty and unofficially ask me from where it is delivered means from store or from warehouse/godown. i said it is from store, and then he replied that generally we are delivering the product from godown and not from the store, generally faulty products are stored there. (and for your kind information this tv was delivered from store.)

                                  He reported the store that tv is faulty and leaves my home. before that i am asking the one technical question about tv that whether this tv is capable for to install the internet dongle, he said this model is not supporting to install the dongle.
                                  And at the time of purchasing salesperson insists me that this model is capable for the same.

                                  Conclusion is that the service engg has no knowledge of that product and not trained for the installation.


                                  Then i contacted to store and requested to replace the tv immediately, but they don’t agree for immediate replacement. on the other hand one lady name vijeyata on phone replied me that it is a warranty issue and we are not responsible for the replacement please contact to lg company as warranty started from the date and time mention on the bill.
                                  But, i forced to replace the tv from reliance digital store as the packed piece/product is faulty and it is your responsibility.
                                  After forced a long for the replacement, after 2 hours they send a person from lg service station to inspect that tv, he also declare that tv is faulty and will not start and must be replaced.
                                  Then at the evening i personally meet to mr. rajesh, store manager for this issue, he agreed that tv must be replaced tomorrow up to 2.00 pm but replacement will be confirmed at 11.00am. and promised me if tv replacement would not be possible for him then he will cancelled the bill and will refund the amount i paid. before that he confirmed about the stock, he said that one piece of same model is available there in reliance store.
                                  Next day at 11.00 he called me and said that one available piece is also faulty and replacement is not possible and agrees to cancel the bill. okay …………………
                                  (this is the confirmation that generally faulty products are stored there in reliance store.)
                                  I agreed for cancellation of bill and refund of money that i was paid.
                                  At night 8.45pm he sends the 2 employees from the store to my home to collect the tv. then that person refunds me amount in cash the down payment that i was paid but i ask about “loan cancellation letter” from “bajaj finance”.initially they avoid giving such kind of documents but later on they agree to give loan cancellation letter from bajaj finance ltd., but after few days later.
                                  Then i am not agreed to take off/ carry out the tv from my home and not handover the tv to that person.

                                  Finally, after long period of two weeks on saturday, 09.07.2016 at 8:00pm reliance store gives me a loan cancellation letter from bajaj finance ltd. and i handover that faulty tv as received condition.
                                  In this entire issue just one person mr. rajesh, store manager, reliance digital talks to me politely and supports me,
                                  But others are not.

                                  Conclusion:
                                  1. i think the complete team of reliance involved in this issue already knows that tv was faulty but they forcefully sale out.
                                  2. this is a well planned already that someone customer will came for that model and sale it forcefully.
                                  This is a big fraud with customer.
                                  3. reliance digital is interested in selling product only and not in after sale service.

                                  All the commitments they made at the time of purchase are absolutely false.
                                  This is a very big fraud with customer. this is the worst type of selling and worst type of service.
                                  This is a very very very bad experience with reliance digital, nagpur.

                                    I purchased a sony vaio laptop on 20th april, 2014 from reliance digitial, phoenix marketcity, chennai for rs 46, 990.00.

                                    The sales representative forced me to purchase additional warranty for 2 years provided in the name of resq and i was informed that this will cover installation and service of the newly purchased laptop.

                                    On 15th april, 2016 there was an issue with the laptop and the laptop didn't turn on. I submitted the laptop to reliance digital, thiruvanmiyur on 17th april, 2016 for service under reliance resq scheme.

                                    Two weeks went and i wasn't informed about the status of the complaint. Then after that i called the concerned person multiple times and there was no response. After number of attempts, some one from his family picked up the phone and said he has left the phone at home and he will be contacting me once he comes back home. He didn't even bother to call me back.

                                    On 8th may, 2016 a sms was sent to me stating that my service call has been assigned to an would be attended by a technician. On 20th may, 2016 another sms was sent to me stating the service call has been completed. So, i visited the store and claimed the laptop. I was told that the technician couldn't resolve the problem in laptop and it would be assigned to another technician.

                                    On 9th jun, 2016 it was assigned to another technician and they didn't even inform me about the status for a month. I called the reliance digital, thiruvanmiyur twice on 9th july, 2016. There was no proper response by them. So, i called the customer care and informed about it. They informed me that they have arranged a call back from the reliance digital, thiruvanmiyur. I got a call back around 5:00pm in the evening and i was informed that the laptop cannot be repaired and i will be paid 50% of the laptop price if age of the laptop is less than 2 years and 30% if it is more than 2 years. I

                                    Yesterday, i went to reliance digital, thiruvanmiyur to claim the refund. At that time they told me that since, i had submitted the laptop to them before 3 days of the end of 2nd year, there are chances of 30% of laptop price to be claimed. When i ask the customer care center, i was informed that they don't have a defined policy for commercial solution and only the service center has to take a quote on this regard.

                                    It means reliance digital resq doesn't have any defined policy by itself and it is just for taking additional money of the customer at the time of purchase of any product.

                                    I have two questions to reliance digital resq.
                                    - if i submit a product for service, is there an eta for the completing the service call? It's almost 3 months, i have submitted a laptop, only i am following up on this every day.
                                    - if you don't have a defined policy, why you people sell the service to customer?

                                    @consumers, please purchase products @ tata croma. They promise to service your product within 21 days. Failing of which, they would refund you a definite percentage of the product's price based on the product's age. They have given all these information in the product catalog and terms and conditions sheet

                                      I have bought, pureit morvella ro+uv water purifier from relience digital store at pheonix united mall, lucknow on 23.07.2016.

                                      On 02.07.2016 three led of water purifier (change sf+change gkk1+change gkk2) continuously glowing red. i have registered a complain on reliance digital on 02.07.2016. vide call no.[protected] but no any technician visited to the site till date. on phone they told your product is under 'brand warranty' so we can't repair it free of cost, if we repair it then charge will be applicable.
                                      When i contacted to pureit costumer service, service technician of pureit at lucknow told that in their system date of purchase of product is 01.07.2016 so warranty has expired and charge will be applicable. when i asked that i have physical proof of bill date then they told that, you buy the product from reliance digital so contact to reliance.

                                      Overall i am being cheated between illiterate service center of reliance digital and pureit at lucknow.

                                      yesterday, i received a call from Reliance Service Center of lucknow (No.[protected].

                                      Technician reaped same things that till 23.07.2016 water purifier is under ' Brand Warranty' therefore we could not repair it free of cost. if you exceed your warranty with us after 23.07.2016 then we repair it free of cost.

                                      Then please clarify that where i have to go for repairing under warranty.
