Hi, I have asked reliance team to transfer my LG AC to new location ...after that my AC stopped working in new residential. In spite of my repeat calls to costumer care center for past two months no one came to fix my AC.

The so called authorized agency of Reliance are least bothered to pick calls, if they do pick calls they never come to atted.
I tried to contact LG care they turned us down saying since ur product is associated with Reliance we r not in position to help u out.
So my request pls don't buy product from Reliance where there is no after sales service.

    Reliance dth team,

    This is extremely annoying!! I raised a complain with customer care few days back (Complaint #:[protected] about channels not coming and i asked for an engineer visit.

    To everyone's surprise there was no engineer visit happened till date & i was without network so i tried to move the antenna from its position & was able to view the channels.

    Now again i lost the channels & once i called customer care again to check what has happened now & got to know that there was a engineer visit fee being charged out of my balance.

    This is shoking!! To see such big brands cheating on their customers..

    I have been charged for a service which was never been provided, instead so much of distress i have been facing.

    Is this how you serve your customers??

    Shameful service! I need my money back and my services back up & running

            Our AC stabilizer got damaged due to voltage fluctuation which we bought last month. we already have raised a request since Wednesday for fixing it but nothing has been done.when asked the concerned personnel, the answer we get is that the guy responsible is on leave so it is taking time. It is hard to digest that big organisation like Reliance do not have a backup for the services instead it is dependent on a single person. in this unbearable heat we have to suffer just only for the poor services of Reliance.

            we have been customers of Reliance since last 8 years but after such a horrible experience we would never opt for reliance instead we would prefer to go with local shops who deliver as promised.

                I got following message on my register mobile on on 08/06/2016 :

                "Dear Customer, Your repair/service request [protected] has been completed, for any further assistance please get in touch with our team on [protected]@resq.in. Regards, ResQ H.O"
                But when i called Reliance digital City center Mall about picking my mobile they told it will come on Saturday 10/06.2016, but it's not came.
                Today (13/06/2016) again i called them about mobile, now they they told me it will take another 15day,
                it is already 15 day over i have submitted my mobile to you on 28/05/2016.
                without Smartphone i am facing alot of problem i am unable to check my mail and i have missed many imortant messages.
                Please clear me you ResQ policy because during purchase of ResQ plan you have not mentioned how much time you will take to repair to mobile, so please clear following point:
                1.What is maximum time to take for repairing products from your side?
                2.in case like my case if you pur product at your place more then one month will you extended ResQ period by that time(Like my plan is expaired in 13.09.2016, so will i get extension upto 13.10.2016, without any cost)
                I am also requesting to you please provide alternate hand set for time bing, why which i can continue my works

                  I have purchased a hitachi ac from reliance digitals at avani riversidemall on 28/05/16 the ac is defective piece and had problems on the day the technician installed the ac at my place. the ac model number is HITACHI RAU418HUD. This model is only available at reliance digital stores and cannot be purchased from anywhere else. i complained to the store and there response is worst. they have been continously saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow everyday. and also refused to replace the item. they said they will repair it. why would i buy a brand new ac and get it repaired ? this is fraud . i want a new replaced ac or else my money to be refunded. WORST STORE RELIANCE DIGITALS WITH WORST MANAGEMENT NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !

                    I had purchase Lenovo Laptop from their retail shop at pacific mall Gzb.
                    There was extended warranty of product from reliance digital and they have provide initial service.
                    But since few month, they have not provided service and asking to go their service center to get solution as their policy has been changed.

                    Once they have taken warranty, how they can avoid to fulfill customer complaint by the way of company policy changed.

                    Till now, problem is not shorted out.

                    Your technical support team has replied that they are not able to repair as parts not available with him or it will take 2-3 month time.

                    They offering to take depreciated value of laptop.

                    I am not able to understand how Reliance Digital say like that and it is purely looks likes you are not authorized service partner of Lenovo nor you have service set-up, so that you are not getting properly spares from lenovo manufacturer.

                    This is matter of customer cheating which will get bad customer feed back of product in the market.

                    Now, I have no other option to ask manufacturer of product Lenovo that how their service provider Reliance Digital refuse / not able to make repair of such product.

                    Are you authorised to take extended warranty or not.

                      Hi,

                      I want to log a complaint against reliance digital & reliance resq warranty service.

                      I purchase a soniq led 32" tv from reliance digital 2years ago. Last year in december 2015 we purchase the reliance resq warranty by paying rs 3500.

                      Unfortunately tv stopped working in the month of april 2016.
                      We logged the first complain with resq customer care @[protected] on with ref#[protected] and the story started.

                      1st complain#[protected] on 20th april 2016 — no technician came to check tv from attapur, hyderabad, reliance digital and the ticket was closed on 10th may 2016.

                      2nd complain# [protected] on 5th may 2016 — no technician came to check tv from attapur, hyderabad, reliance digital and the ticket was closed don't know the date.

                      3rd complain# [protected] on 20th may 2016 — technician came to check tv from attapur, hyderabad, reliance digital and he said the power board is damaged and he will replace it by monday 23rd may 2016. However ticket was closed later.

                      4th complain#[protected] on 25th may 2016 — swapna from attapur, hyderabad, reliance digital promised that she will replace the damage part by monday 30th may 2016- but noting is done and ticket is closed on 4th june 2016.

                      In addition to above complains we called them lots of time and no response or no results. I believe these people are cheating us and making us fool.
                      I spend 3500 on warranty and making call to them every time possible but they don't have value for customers.

                      I want to file a case of cheating customer and making them frustrated and stealing money from us.

                      This is my hard work money.

                          I purchased marantz home teater system on 24the Aug 2016.now I am facing a problem with the system. The power is frequently get cutt off. I called the reliance showroom they sent a technician he says that the system has problem so u should send it to bangalore. First off all theyour didn't even say me about the service center is in bangalore. They are asking for the acknowledgement telling that during transportation any damage they areally not responsible. It's still warranty period

                              It is been given by wrapping up with plastic only and due to which it got scratch.                                 I brought Dell laptop worth ₹43, 000 in Reliance digital store in Eluru, it got its first repair in very few days, next the same problem repeated about 12 times. Now after 2years, i.e., i brought it in June 2016, they said that of is an defected piece and they can't replace it, although the problem repeats.

                                I want to to of the spine from the regional manager, they cheated us with that worst piece.

                                      Hi sir, I bought AC from reliance the sale person said free installation. but AC installation services person asking 1000 for installation and bracket. And he is not authorized person also he didn't have staff ID card, some time after reliance authorized person called me i am the person to do for ur home ac installation like that he said tel to him stop the work like that. I am to afraid in because em not in my home my parents there, seriously i dont no who is reliances authorized person. still installation is pending in our home kindly look into the matter do the need full.

                                        Hello (Reliance digital)

                                        I bought ac from reliance digital dwarka sector 10 on 25 may 2016. I gave specific date to deliver to my home.

                                        Instead

                                        (1) before the delivery date i got many calls asking if i have received my delivery. I wonder if reliance digital have any central system to track the delivery date.

                                        (2) on the date of delivery, in spite of many follow ups with the store, i did not received my delivery. I was told the ac is out for delivery but late evening i came to know its postponed for next day.

                                        I followed up whole day with the store people, waiting for information of the delivery person. I had to hold urgent personal work and kept on waiting.

                                        (3) i came to know from customer service people that if it rains reliance cannot deliver. I wonder if reliance can deliver anything when its rainy season? I have recorded the customer representative from the store about delivery issues when it rains. If you want i can share the same.

                                        (4) i wasted my whole day waiting for reliance to deliver my product. At the end of the day it was sheer frustration and feeling of helplessness.

                                        I have really lost trust in reliance digital. I think only people busy in this world are reliance digital employees rest have nothing to do in this world.

                                        Late evening, i was told that my issue would be taken care of tomorrow (I. E. 28 may 2016). But then my day was lost.
