    I bought skullcandy earphones from reliance digital store in sector 9, panchkula, haryana, india. I used it just for a day (Purchased on may 16, 2016 and complained on may 19, 2016) and immediately one head stopped working. I contacted reliance digital and met - mr. Kunish anand (Store manager) and satbeer (Receptionist) 3 times in person but there was no satisfactory response from their side. One side of earphone is not working and there has been no replacement or refund yet. They have just been putting blame on the company, saying that earphones work fine on some devices and not on others. I paid 800 bucks for this stuff and can neither enjoy the product, nor did i get any support for it. I need an immediate replacement for my earphones. Please respond asap to this mail. I will be waiting for response.

      I have a reliance big tv dth (Connection no.[protected]. For last 1 month i am not able to use that one due to signal problem. Several time i have made complaints on there customer care toll free no. But still the problem persist.In between they have charge auto detect the visiting charges twice. But no one of there representative visited to rectify the problem.

        I had purchased a hitachi 5 star split ac 1.5 ton from reliance digital on 22 october, 2015. The said was delivered on 22 october 15 and fitted on 24 october, 2015. The delivery note no. [protected]. I paid rs.35710/- for ac and 2884/ for installation. The installation was done by one mohammed (Mobile no. [protected]). The ac did not start working after installation. The installer struggled a lot telephoned to some one and opened panel board of the ac and some how started at mid night and went away.

        After some days the ac gave trouble and i lodged a complaint. One of the assistants of installer came checked and said gas was there. He filled the gas. The ac again stopped working and again i gave a complain. Your people came and again filled the gas. There there was in issue with swing and flap not closing. I gave a complaint and the same was partially rectified one some one.

        Again ac gave trouble and i gave a complaint during may 2016. After two days some came and inspected and gone. The mistake was not rectified. Some naseer ahmed visited (Mobile [protected]) inspected and gone. I have once again complained at your store. One ms. Misba claimed to be customer care executive requested for 24 hrs time ([protected]) for settling the problem. Even after 48 hrs also the problem is not solved. When called her she sent some one by name hassin alam (Mobile [protected]). He just came saw and went away. The next day i once again called her inform that the problem is not solved. I got a message informing that the problem is solved. The i called ms. Misba when i called up requested for one more day. That next day when i called she said she would get back to me in 5 minites and she was not lifting after wards (On 23 may 16). During this process, i visited your store 3 times for making personal compliant in addition to phone / web complaint. When i called up those people who visited there was no response from them.

        On 23 may one mr vikas of reliance promised that he would sent some one. But those people came at night 9.00 pm when my wife is alone at home. She was also not feeling well. So she refused them to check ac as already three people from reliance have come and gone without any use.
        Under circumstances, i feel cheated and dejected by reliance digital, the ac is having a problem as already gas has been filled twice and is not working and so many visiting without any use. As such we are fed up technicians visiting without use. Hence i requested them to refund the money paid for the ac or replace the ac. They even refused to accept and acknowledge complaint by hand.

        I would give zero rating.
        Not even one.
        I purchased Hitachi split AC from reliance digital in may 2015 from their store in r city.
        It's remote did not work from day one.
        The installation team went back saying the remote would b replaced within a week.
        Various calls n visits to the store were of no use. Everytime I was made false promises.
        On 27 Apr 2016, I contacted customer care reliance digital.
        A service person came n disappeared with the remote, promising to get it back in 2 days.
        Have called the customer care at least 50 times to hear the same line that they will find out n get back.
        Till date, I have not been able to use the Ac bought over a year ago.
        Really shameful.

          New ac not working
          I had the worst experience with reliance digital, mount road and their service care unit called by name resq teams (Never turn up on time)

          I have bought a new daikin inverter 1.5 ton ac at rs 46, 500 from reliance digital, mount road. I chose reliance instead of croma, croma is just opposite to reliance and they had 5% discount still i chose reliance as i had one ac purchased from them a year back.

          Ac was installed after 2 3 days of delivery, it didnt work even a single day and the compressor was playing odd. Sometimes it used to start and cut off in few seconds and sometime it never used to start. I had logged many service requests, it's almost 3 weeks still ac is not working.

          I was told at store to buy single boost stabilizer as they dont give stabilizer with daikin, i was told daikin doesn't require stabilizer still you can have a single boost stabilizer. I purchased the same and got installed. After few days of complaint, the technician came and said this stabilizer wouldn't work, store people are dumb they dono what works and what not.

          Really, so you people fool your customers.

          The same technician from resq said i dono whats the issue with the ac will ask my senior to come tomorrow. That tomorrow came after 2 - 3 days. Senior came ac was working when he did some fixing. Once he left it started acting same. Then i was told to buy double boost. I paid extra money and bought double boost.

          And guess what, still the ac is not functioning.In this course of time i had numerous calls to them. Usually they never pick up and if they do they will give some blame reasons and promise for immediate assistance. I dono whats priority mean to them.

          I have these many service requests opened by them: 20226683, [protected], [protected], 20237731,[protected],[protected]

          Never ever buy products from this guys if you really care about your money.

          They will get the product sold and make you run behind them like anything.

          Worst experience of my life

          Repeated mails to cs head, calls to resq team (Sai services) nothing works.

          They have very poor and worst support. You will be promised for fast assistance and that would never come

            As you can see I have got the Reliance TV Digital Set Up Box installed last June by paying subscription for a whole ONE YEAR. Since January this year beginning I have made multiple calls to the Customer Care Center notifying that the Set Up Box is not work and I am unable to view the Programmes.

            Till today the fault is pending and NOT ONCE a Service Engineer/Technician has visited my home to replace / rectify the unit which is STILL UNDER WARRANTY.

            I therefore, demand a replacement of the SET UP BOX immediately and also extend the Subscription by another 5 months.

              Appeal - Who so ever is reading my posts please do not buy maintenance plans from Reliance Resq. It is not worth. For more details please read my posts.
              In the month of April 2016 I had written regarding one of my VOLTAS 1.5 ton window air conditioner which was not cooling and is covered under Resq Care Plan. It was finally resolved after 6 - 7 days when the issued was escalated and posted on the consumer complaint portals. To my surprise the problem has recurred in a month's time and I am being harassed again in the similar manner. I had registered a new service request on 18th May and the call number given was - [protected]. After waiting for 2 days I again called up their customer care centre and was given a reference number[protected] with the assurance that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Thereafter I have been following it up on daily basis however the problem is still pending. Their customer care does not even have the courtesy to call up and update the customer on the status of the issue. Moreover I was given another call number on 23th May as - [protected]. I really failed to understand how this company is functioning. Is there any escalation process in place? If yes then what the senior functionaries are doing? Don’t they ask for explanations for delay in service or simply sit and hatch eggs!!!                   We have reported a complaint regarding our reconnect 6.2 kg washing machine on 18-may-2016. The machine is not getting turned on. The machine is on warranty. On registering the complaint, the customer service representative said that they have assigned it to the technician and they will resolve it by the next day. The next day we called them again and they said the technician will come on that day at any time. My husband took half day leave and stayed at home. But no one came till night. Whenever we called them, they said the same thing. Even when we called at 10 in the night, they said the technician may visit at any time!
                  The same process is being repeated every day and the issue has not been resolved yet. At least 4 times daily we are calling them to check the status. Every time they say that the technician will arrive today or they will give you a call back. But the technician has not come yet and neither did i receive any call from them. I asked for the number of service centre or the technician. But they said they cant give it. I wanted to talk to their manager. They said they will arrange a call back from their manager. That didn't happen either. We are completely frustrated at this point. Either my husband or i are taking half day leave every day to be at home when the technician comes. It has been 2 weeks since we could do any washing. Since both o[censored]s are busy at work, its pretty difficult for us to find time to do the washing by ourselves. Please understand the situation and resolve the issue on priority.

                      I have purchased an LG 1.5 Ton Split AC in Hyderabad Reliance Digital shop.

                      During my purchase, they promised me a good customer service through Reliance ResQ plan through out India.

                      I have moved from Hyderabad to Chennai on May 1st and raised a service request with Reliance Digital Customer service for Re Installing my AC on 4th of May 2016 (Complaint No: [protected]).
                      Its been 20 days since, I have not even received a proper response from them.

                      I have been calling the customer care to follow up ever since. Every time I receive the same old response that the service engineer will contact me in another 24 hrs, but it never happened.

                      I sent an email to "cshead.[protected]@ril.com" and "[protected]@resq.in" regarding my concern and request to address my service request. I got an automated email response from a person named Deepakraaj, mentioning that my request will be looked into in another 4 business hours.

                      But the email was as useless and waste of my time as talking to any other customer care executive. I sent an follow up email too, but got the same automated response and no action was taken until now.

                      I seriously regret purchasing any item from Reliance Digital, and just wanted get this service request done in some way possible.

                        Your mechanics attended my a. C.Installed in house no. C-477 d, indira nagar, lucknow on 8th may 2016 and went away telling that the blades of fan were broken. Thereafter, i have contacted your service representative (Mr. Sanjay - mob. No. [protected]), but till now, nobody responded to us inspite of repeated telephone calls made to mr. Sanjay and mechanics.

                        I am staying in lucknow and temperature is around 47 deg c. You will understand the problem which is being faced by me due to negligence of your representative and after sales service personnel.

                        Kindly arrange to set the ac in order immediately.

                          When ever it was peak summer cooling does not take place repeated complaints have not yielded desired outcome.
                          Company products from tatas and sellers like reliance, largest of the two business houses are supoosed to give a better customer experience, als lot is left to be desired in terms of product performance, customere care and over all satisfaction.

                            I have purchase an voltas a. C. Of rs. 31990/- on 16/5/2016. And sales executives made a promise to me that it will installed with in two working day. But they did not contact me for installation regarding. When i called them they misguided and misbehave with me on phone they told me that you not my only customer, and we sold many a. C. And after installation of that it will be done. I feel very bad and disappointing with their response. The service of that store is very poor. So that i will aware other with the help of social media that please do not go to your's store.

                              I have bought a refrigerator from reliance digital on 14 may. Till now the installation is not done. The box is in my home unopened. I have called the customer care multiple times and raised multiple complaints. Even went to the store to raise a complaint.

                              What irritates me is the response i receive every time. No follow up and fixing a time to have a person sent over. Why is a reputed retail outlet like reliance digital acting like this. We pay a premium to buy from a store like this to have a smooth experience. Online dealers offer better prices, but we go to stores so that we can get the product faster and for the buying experience. I have been let down by reliance digital and i will never buy anything from there anymore. I will also let all my friends know that this is a store unworthy of competing in a digital age. Amazon or flipkart will provide faster delivery than this for sure.

                                I have purchased an iphone 6 64gb silver color, within next two days the display is gone. When i contacted the apple service center, they said the problem is with the display and it will take 1 weeks time to repair it.

                                I have paid almost inr.50, 750/- for the phone... I contacted the ashok pillar branch for the replacement of the product, they denied to do so,,,..

                                What kind of service you are providing then?

                                How can i proceed further? With a complaint.

                                The person who sold the mobile to me is mr. Vimal @ ashok pillar branch.

                                I want my mobile to be replaced with a new one immediately.

                                  I bought a whirlpool fridge from malakpet, Hyderabad reliance digital store and with in a year time the fridge had a complaint of not getting cool . I registered a complaint at the call center on the 9th May and the complaint no is hdo[protected] . They were to attend the call with in 48 hours but nothing happened during that period and after continuous reminders one person came and said some parts( fan ) to be changed and will revert . After which no response from anyone . Now whenever i call him and he is not even responding. Infact it was a shocking to me that Whirlpool COMPANY CANT DIRECTLY DO THE SERVICE JUST BECOS ITS BOUGHT FROM RELIANCE WHICH IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE WE DID IN LIFE . NOW IF I DO NOT GET A RSPONSE IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS THEN I MAY HAVE TO CALL THE MEDIA AND COMSUMER COURT .

                                    This is in reference to LYF Flame 1 bought with JIO Unlimited Preview offer on 13-May-2016. Details of which are as follows:

                                    It's been two days I'm continuously receiving SMS of CAF rejection. First on 10:24AM and Second on 8:53AM

                                    The reason for the first rejection was given that the store forgot to tell me to sign on CAF application (DLP00417QB). Due to this mistake of the store person, I had reschedule my other programs and went to the store on[protected] at around 11:30AM and got another CAF filled up (DL004GHRA).
                                    The store person (Mr. Praveen Pandey) this time promised that no further action would be required and that JIO will get activated by evening. On[protected], Mr. Pandey called me up at 5:55PM stating he had processed the application and that connection will be activated not today but tomorrow i.e.[protected].

                                    However I again received an SMS of CAF rejection on 8:53PM. Upon calling up the store the person didn't gave any satisfactory stating servers are down and told me call back the next day on[protected]:30PM. I've even called up the JIO customer care but they stated they did not have any information regarding the registered number. Even querying AADHAR number and PAN gave him no result since according to him there exists no one in the database with such name; and told me to contact the store from where I purchased LYF phone.

                                    I request you to escalate the issue and take necessary steps since even after sending and amount of almost ₹5500 I'm sitting with a phone as good as a paperweight as JIO services are not activate.

                                    I have collected a jio sim card from a retailer( Chinaki store, Jayanagar Chariali, Tripura Road, Beltola, Guwahati-780122, Opposited by Agile Hospital) on 29th Oct. I received order no. NO00000VY66Y on 1st Nov. But My isn't activated till now. I contacted to jio care many times. All of them said that my CAF is rejected due to overwritten and it returned to retailer. They advised me to resubmit it. But I have gone there about 150 times, my rejected Caf not reached there till now. 19 days have been alleady passed. The retailer don't agree to take any more step without the rejected Caf.

                                    Please do something...

                                      We have a parent connection for reliance digital TV. Connected to that are two child connections. We have been repeatedly trying to call your call centre for the past two weeks and after once the call is attended, they say the connection will be resumed, but this does not happen.

                                      We have paid yearly subscription for the above on 20th Nov 2015. Hence services should continue till 20th Nov 2016.
                                      From 16th April, on and off the services are being suspended for the child connection, saying that as of now we have to pay extra for child connection every month.
                                      when we have paid annual subscription in Nov, how can any new changes be applied to our account. We can understand the changed tariff from next year, but as of now this is not acceptable.
                                      Please get this resolved and get the services resumed on priority.
                                      It is two weeks that we are having this issue.
