I got following message on my register mobile on on 08/06/2016 :
"Dear Customer, Your repair/service request [protected] has been completed, for any further assistance please get in touch with our team on [protected]@resq.in. Regards, ResQ H.O"
But when i called Reliance digital City center Mall about picking my mobile they told it will come on Saturday 10/06.2016, but it's not came.
Today (13/06/2016) again i called them about mobile, now they they told me it will take another 15day,
it is already 15 day over i have submitted my mobile to you on 28/05/2016.
without Smartphone i am facing alot of problem i am unable to check my mail and i have missed many imortant messages.
Please clear me you ResQ policy because during purchase of ResQ plan you have not mentioned how much time you will take to repair to mobile, so please clear following point:
1.What is maximum time to take for repairing products from your side?
2.in case like my case if you pur product at your place more then one month will you extended ResQ period by that time(Like my plan is expaired in 13.09.2016, so will i get extension upto 13.10.2016, without any cost)
I am also requesting to you please provide alternate hand set for time bing, why which i can continue my works
