I have bought a refrigerator from reliance digital on 14 may. Till now the installation is not done. The box is in my home unopened. I have called the customer care multiple times and raised multiple complaints. Even went to the store to raise a complaint.

What irritates me is the response i receive every time. No follow up and fixing a time to have a person sent over. Why is a reputed retail outlet like reliance digital acting...

I have purchased an iphone 6 64gb silver color, within next two days the display is gone. When i contacted the apple service center, they said the problem is with the display and it will take 1 weeks time to repair it.

I have paid almost inr.50, 750/- for the phone... I contacted the ashok pillar branch for the replacement of the product, they denied to do so,,,..

I had puchsd one samsung refregirator, from reliance digital ltd, oberon mall, kochi.
