    I am getting regular abusive & harassing calls from a jio number & i need it to be blocked & some strict actions to be taken on the same. I am getting this call since last one month in the jio phone does not have the blocking facility. So i want to lodge the complaint against this number. Kindly give the prior solution if you have any to this unsolicited phone call

      I am using jio sim. I have recently ported from bsnl to jio. I have recharged my number with 198 plan. Furing morning i am getting good internet speed nearly 10 mbps, but in the evening the internet speed is reduced to 512 kbps and less. My number is [protected].

        My name is Prashant Vasani and I work for Asian Business Exhibition and Conferences(ABEC) Pvt.Ltd.

        I received a message from JIO on Saturday 7th of April at 4:47pm stating that on account of NDNC/UCC violations, the number is being disconnected. I would like to bring in light that the event of calling only took place after the client initiated a calling request through our online registration portal which is www.worldbuild-india.com . I called him just once as per “client’s” request. Post his DND request, no call was patched through to him. On just “one” call made, the client lodged a complaint with TRAI. On speaking to the client personally, he agreed that he had requested a call from me and yet lodged a complaint due to his “bad mood”. And also confirmed he does the same to 5 such calls received on a daily basis. I am in utter shock and disappointment that TRAI decided to discontinue my number without investigation on an extremely fraudulent complaint lodged by a random individual who was apparently in a “bad mood”. Even more shocking is TRAI’s absolute “no response” to my calls, emails, tweets and complaints. I have been using this number from past 11 years and the number holds high relevance in my day to day functionality.

        I would consider this as consumer harassment since I stand at no fault whatsoever.

        Please find attached the proof of the above said things also note only one single call was made To Mr. Arvind Sharma([protected]) and the conversation took place only for 41 seconds.

        Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis and provide me with a speedy solution.

          Hi,

          I want to raise a complaint again jio for harassing me on a phone number which i never authorised to open ([protected])

          In the month of december 2017 i went to jio store in amanora mall in pune magarpatta to port in a from from vodafone to jio. Instead of port in jio executive opened up a new connection in my name which i didn't ask for. Then he assured that i he number he activated in error will be canceled. After which he he did port in process for my vodafone number.

          From february 2018 onwards i started getting calls and emails asking for payment. I escalated this issue with jio but non of the jio employee want to understand the issue. However customer service confirmed that they do not see this number ever used on any cell phone and they submit request to cancel the number.

          Cancellation team then calls me and say that they cannot cancel the number without payment and do no understand the issue which occurred on this number.

          This is going on every month and every time i explain them the mistake done by jio store executive. Now i have started getting harassment calls from jio asking for payment.

          This is really unprofessional behavior from jio for not willing to understand the issue and resolve it and wish to fraudulently continue.

              Jio network and range is not available in trivandrum pravachambalam arikkadamukku region. No 4g coverage or network. Please address this issue as there are many jio subscribers.                 We have received a call from reliance tower ltd that our application ([protected]) has been shortlisted and asked to submit the documents like pan card number and aadhaar card number. As advised, we have submitted documents through whatsapp to [protected]. Next day we got a call that our application has been approved and we need to pay 14, 500/- as registration fee to details as below.

                Then we contacted caller on [protected] to seek some information about the scheme. During the conversation, we realize that it was a fraud call. After some investigation, the caller got frustrated and started abusing us on call. We expect reliance industry to take strict action against such fraudsters who are maligning reliance name.

I have recharge of 99rs & 399rs for double data according to your consult of customer care in jio but i have wait also 48hrs but not give double data voucher. Sr no.                         Starting off, if a telecom company is providing data which we are buying eventually then it's the consumer's right to use it on any phone they want. I had done a recharge of 399 which gave me an add-on of 5 gb, and which should get auto activated once i exhaust my daily package. Which doesn't, so i humbly contacted customer care first via chat and i was informed that your add on will only work on the phone on which recharge was done. So, my question is why aren't we informed about it while doing a recharge. If its my data even if it's free but i got it after paying so it's my wish wherever or on whichever phone i use. So i contacted customer care via phone this time spoke to agent named jennifer got the same reply so i asked her if i can speak to her supervisor for which she kept me on hold for 4 mins and later told me there are no supervisor on the floor. Seriously, at 12 in the afternoon, a peak time, no. Supervisor on the floor. I have worked in mnc's and bpo so i very well know how it works. I relied on the add on and exhausted my daily limit now as i work mostly from my phone to be connected with my office how am i supposed to work. It's just that i am disappointed by the quality of the customer service and no proper information to customer about the usage of add-on. It should be preinformed. That's not at all right. No company can or should keep their customer in dark about their policies.

                          Received a call from [protected] at my jio number and as i was not available, checked back at around 11.18am on 8th april. He said it is from car trading and asked whether iam looking for second hand car, i disconnected the call. As my number is known only for few, i sent text message to him asking the details on who gave my number and i wanted to complain on them. He was abusive and said ' you do not have sense'. He also said 'watch your words' and then added 'his company will make a complaint on me'and finally he said i will close the inquire and will place you on dnd.

                          I never made any enquiry and my number is on dnd mode.
                          I do not use this number much.
                          And when i was asking on how he got my number, he do not have to be abusive.
                          It is he who had called me and then he is abusive, which is not acceptable.

                          Why can't he communicate on how my number was available for car trade. That information will help to catch the culprits.

                          I would require an action on this type of people by reliance jio and would require to know who has provided my number.

                          I was doing recharge of Rss.149 at around 11:20 PM on 8 Apr 2018 and the money got deducted from bank but the recharge didn't happen. On the app it was showing payment failure message. And as it was the last day of my plan so my plan also got expired.
                          I'm from Imphal, Manipur.
                          About a month ago I've pre booked a Redmi note5 pro from a Digital mini store in Imphal. I've paid the amount of pre booking. But till now i didn't get the phone.
                          So, I want to know the reason.
                          Internet speed is so slow around 8:00 p.m to 11:00 p.m in my region. Please look into this matter.

                            U cheated us
                            Since the day one i have buyed the new sim of jio numbered [protected] i had issue with its call. I am not able to call only 10 out of 1 call are connected and only 10 out of 1 call are reaching near me. I have issued a complain against these but no action was taken.
                            The again i tried to contact your customers but they lifted the phone and they were not speaking busy in talking with themselves.
                            Due to this i have suffered a lose of around 25000 rupees as this sim is even my business sim.

                              I have complained that im getting low data speed and there are more call drops in our area on dec 29th. Customer service executives escalated the issue and of no use. They are saying that users are more in that area and we are trying to rectify it within 90 days but nothing had happened in their rectification process. The speed remains the same. Now they are requesting another 90 days. My question is that what's the use of jio if it doesn't serves better to it's customers?

                              How much time it would take to respond for jio customer executives... Are they doing their duty?? If Jio fails to provide high speed internet then what's the use of providing offers... people are using it is a voice SIM due to this problem.. there is much wastage in data provided by jio... it doesn't care about this wastage??? If it provides high speed data then why a customer wastes the offers provided???
                              From 1 year same problem occur, call drop, slow net, if not possible to give good service why u give offer. Either improve network in lalpur region, Ranchi, jharkhand or close your bakwas offer.

                                Hi team,

                                I am very frustrated of no network coverage issue since january with jio. Several complaints were logged but no action taken. Jio is absolutely reluctant on this.
                                * i stay at 6/91 jharera village, subroto park. New delhi 110010. Near lohia park.
                                * i logged complaints as area complaints about no internet and voice connection but signal tower is always full on mobile.
                                *no network coverage issue going on.
                                *no one visited and tried to fix the issue.
                                *i have been confirmed by [protected]@jio.com that i shall not receive any compensation for the loss of service as jio does not provide any compensation.
                                * my issue has not been fixed but jio is consuming my recharged amount without shame.

                                I am very hopeless. Please assist and take an action against jio for cheated me by giving no service at all. Issue is still persists and it is since jan 2018.

                                  I have purchased IR through online in March, 2018 but never worked in any country. I NEED REFUND. I visited Europe four countries, but it never activated in Italy and Switzerland. In France and Spain it activated but never worked. I received one bloddy SMS from Jio saying to switch off Mobile data to save money. Except that no calls received or no calls gone. It was dead. As someone warned me that Jio never works, I took Airtel Prepaid with IR Zone B and it worked excellently. In my office I have full Jio connections and now I am going to remove them.

                                    I have been receiving a bill of Rs. 52on a jio number [protected] which was never used after the free offer ended over a year ago. I also havent selected any postpaid sevice for the number nor any plan. I used jio sims when they were offering 6 months of preliminary service and we were told by the executives that after that tenure we will have to select jio prepaid or postpaid services.But after the free offer got over, I received a message that all my jio numbers have been converted to postpaid without my knowledge. They also asked me to choose a plan. I then converted 3 of the sims to prepaid and are still using it. But suddenly I get emails from jio about this number and I am surprised as I have neither selected the type of service nor any postpaid plan.So how am I getting this bill?

                                        My jio number [protected] has been discontinued without intimation me.
                                        why this happened i was using this number last 15 months and last month i recharged 399 on 13 march 2018. i want to activate my number or give me my money refund. you done wrong things with me. i will go consumer forum and raise complaint against you. your jio care service center unable to solve my issue and customer care 198 not resolved my issue..
                                        i have all the call recordings.
