I have tried to contact several times to check whether my policy is renewed or not but there is no resposne from jio shravak arogyam team instead they have removed all the numbers from their website and the only point of contact is mail id which is not providing proper response. I request you to solve the issue on priority or provide me refund / actual amount paid. Let me know what necessary steps have to be followed on your website for renewal as nothing is clear in website. I have contacted below numbers but didn't...

I have recharge 149 plan in 2 day later but now a day not connect the network . my Jio number [protected]. i am calling many time customer care but not talk in any one person. the call aromatic cut to connect the cutomer care person in many timetake take necessary action very quick

    The jio download speed and browsing speed is very slow in our area (Jalnagar) bijapur, karnataka.. It take 5mins to download 2mb file the it takes alot of time to buffer a video in the youtube. All o[censored]s are facing alot of problem with jio sim. We are facing this problem from past 6 to 8 months.. We could like you to improve the network in our area as soon as possible.. Pls resolve issue the problem as soon as possible.. Ty

      Sir, im complain about the speed of internet. My first complain i give you 21st december 2018. And custumer care said they are working on that problem therefore maximum in 60 days problem they will solved. But now after 3 months problem was not solved. And new problem is also create if i call anyone then my call cut automaticly at any time between 1min to 10 min.

        By mistake i recharged 399 jio pack in my jio number - [protected] today on 1 april 2018, as in my 1st recharge through net banking message said that unsuccessful. But my recharge history reflecting successful of both the transactions. Transaction ids are,

        Net banking
        Mrp 399

        And

        Ref : br0000y1a4zh
        Debit card
        Mrp 399


        I am requesting to cancel my recharge id - br0000y0zgqp, which i paid via net banking and refund the amount in my bank account.

          Jio network speed is not available properly from 2/3 month, most of the time network is very poor.07k/s, 10k/s, i am using your network in ruler area at amravati district in maharashtra at our area your network is very poor so i have requesting you please improve your network at our area as early as possible. If network is not improve early i wish to change our network and most of the people wish to change network.
          So please take a action as early as possible

Deva (As name told by him) used a filthy and abusive language with me, which has recorded in my mobile no.- [protected]. When i react the such language of him, then he refused. But it is true and confirmed in recording during the such enquiry.
            In this connection you are requested to kindly take the suitable action against him on such word used by him to your valuable customer like me and inform me the action taken bu you against him, so that it will be not repeat in future by your representative with your valuable customer.

              This is yogesh kadam. I m from pune, i m using jio from its begining.. My whole family use jio sims...
              I lost my sim card some days ago... I went to jio care centre in trimurti chowk bharati back market, pune, they told me to come on next day they dont having sim cards, on next day when i go there they told me that still they are not getting cards... Come on next day.. Likewise i went there for 5 times... Finally there is one care boy named ganesh...
              When im complaining him about this issue... He saying there is lunch time... I went there on 2 pm when i go therer on 3 pm he still saying me there is lunch time though there is no one for lunch... When im asking about him give service propely he use bad words to me... And misbahave with me... This is not a way to talk with customer... Due to us ur business run... I have 6000/- recharge of jio... Of my family...

              I just want to replace my card... For that these guis ask me to come again and again... Likewise its really very bad experience from jio and
              Because of that... I m going to switch my all 11 family cards... From jio...

              I dont know how you guis sleect persons for service who dont know how to behave with customers...

              Best plans but poor service by service centre...

                I was enquiring about my data pack to support agent named mohammed muzzamil.
                Without any prior message i received a message that 100% of my data pack is used but i haven't. Then i received a call from [protected] and was asked to tell my problem. Then support agent was rude, was talking in a harsh tone and uncooperative. He was ill mannered and had an adamant attitude while he was on phone.
                He was arguing with me rather than solving my problem.
                I had not received any prior notification regarding 50% of data pack has been used.
                Straight forward i received a message regarding 100% data has been used. My internet was off the whole night and in the morning i received that message.

I have complaints about jio phone, i buy 3 jio handset model number (F 81 e black) last six months back but now i'm face a lots of problems, the problem is while phone working it get automatically shutdown & not changing any more, i'm very disappointed.

                    I have calls from [protected], [protected], [protected] on 28th march 2018 saying that they have selected my land for installation of jio tower, i said that's great and told me to discuss with my family. So i discussed and called back to them that i am ready for this you can send your official staff. After one day i. E today they call and ask me send my name and address with my location, i send them on whatsapp with my location. And after some time again they call asking to send my necessary document with iso card, as i don't know nothing about this card they told me that they will help getting this card and it will cost rs. 17000 from the company named dealmoney privt limited and told me that if this company call me i must say i am applying this just for my help and purposes nothing else and they will send their men to collect the amount and my check to get great ready. So i suspect this will be a fraud, i call to jio customer complaint no. And told me to ignore the calls, there is nothing like that in our company.

                          These mother ### company doesn't gives high speed network in my place I had complained more than 3times, costumer care executives behaves rude with me.These people doesn't giving proper information to me.i activated my jio Sim approximately 3 months before from that till I didn't get proper net speed.
                          The costumer care people said wait for few weeks I already waiting for 3 months. But I recharged every month with 150 rupees and how I used 1gb daily with speed 30 kbps so please Indian government take action immediately on the jio network

He called me to his office and asked to submit Rs 1000 through paytm as required by Jio for dispatching my visiting cards. Then asked again Rs 1000 for the training purposes being provided by AIM Enterprises, Mohali (Punjab). Also told me that I need to pay Rs 1000 then only my offer letter will be dispatched from JIO office.

                                  I have been moved to a new place and there is no proper signal here due to which I am unable to make calls and not at all able to use the net.. I have to come out of my home to use any of the service.. raised this with customer care people many many times..they are the dumbest people I ever know.thay are asking me to update the Android version in my phone and one guy told me to give my phone to mobile service centre for check up.. simple thing is SIGNAL IS WEAK.. they can not able to understand this..

                                      The people at reliance jio!!!, you need to work on solving your network related problems because it has been annoying me since the past 6 months!!!, your network connectivity and speeds are so slow and poor!!!, are we paying freely for your network!!!, this is taking it too far, i am experiencing speeds as low as less than 1mbps (Around 200kbps)!!!, whenever i call the customer care people they just take the issue to their "team", who don't even bother to work on it!!!, fix this issue i'm witnessing not even 1% change in internet speeds!!!, do we pay just like that to you guys!!, fix this soon!!!, my location is fruit street, kamaraj road cross, shivajinagar, bangalore, if you have any self esteem and are not a fraud company then fix this!!!

                                        I brought my Tata Docomo number to Reliance Jio in the month of April last year.I am faced with a lot of problems in running the Internet and at the same time, when I made a customer care call, he says that first I was told that your mobile is not able to detect your SIM. Then you change your mobile. In the roundabout, I sold my new mobile and then took the second mobile, then they told me that you do one thing, your SIM is not a proportional work You can go to the outlet of the nearest Reliance Jiao and accede to your SIM, when I requested the Reliance outlet to exchange the SIM card, he clearly refused to change and also said that you If the network is coming in the SIM, then why we change your SIM, I have been recharged from the back and used it again and again but they have to say that in the field I I do not have the tower of the place. I would like to tell you Sir, my residence which is in Guru Nanak Colony in Indore and 500 meters away from my house, there is the tower of Reliance on the Mahalaxmi temple, besides which my office It is in Indore Mangal City that I would like to tell you about 200 meters from there, the truth is that of Reliance, JIO says that here you have any kind of network I am unable to run. I do not understand why people are lying, I did them quite a lot. I requested the port two to three times. They did not answer me, I was calling and calling the dialog Disconnecting the phone by speaking, I close up my complain. I'm worried. I would like to request that you take strict action.
