Problem 1: my internet speed is almost dead from 8 am to 3 pm and 6 pm to 1 am, with my speed mysteriously limited at 50 kbps. There are occasional spurs of 1-2 mbps speed for a few seconds then the 50 kbps is back again, which leads me to suspect that the company is internally restricting the internet speed in my area to cheat consumers of their data. My other sim, airtel 4g, runs at a constant speed of 1 mbps+ all day long, so my device is not the issue. I've tried changing sim slots and other tweaks but nothing works for jio. The internet is almost unusable, discouraging me from further putting my money in jio in the future.
Problem 2: i tried to raise a service request for the same on their website, but for some reason the website always logs me out whenever i'm typing the problem details or even the submit button disappears (See the attached picture). It works fine everywhere else even if i'm on the site for an hour, but ruthlessly logs me out by automatically refreshing the page as soon as i try to raise a service request.
And the few times i somehow managed to submit a service request, the records say that 'no service request has been raised in the past 15 days'.
Chatting with a jio customer care in my jio app is impossible because of the 1g internet speed and the website is completely useless other than for sight seeing, so that leaves me here as the only place to actually try to get something done about it.

Updated by abach Still no response from the company. Let me see how long they take to respond, for this compliant and Jio's non-responsive stance will be my proof for bigger actions against the company.
