My number is [protected]... I am facing slow internet speed. I complaint related this for past 6 months u didnot take any action till now... Due to slow internet i m not able use my internet properly and my daily dats 2gb is wasting by uour bad internet speed.. I m very frsutated by ur network... I want a 50 gb data back refund to my issue... As soon possible i want to cleear my issue also..

    In pin code 782003 nagaon assam, the speed is 4g 0.20 kbps no any internet site like google home page not open. Is it 4g??? Plz shut it down like this 4g network and start with starting. Very bad situation jio 4g. In a single day 4 times text me jio phone offer. After push offer plz take a action on network and speed.other wise vodafone 2g is best choice of my thinking.       I hardly talk for some hours with my family only after offive in the evening. Jio customer service messaged that i am making abnormally high no of calls and they have discontinued my outgoing call. When i called jio customer to port to airtel, then they told, jio has no bar on call limit like airtel, jio provides hd voice, plz don't port and continue jio, i recharged 498. Now it has validity until april and they have stopped my outgoing call. I talk 2-4 hours a day. They have never communicated about their limit and conditions that we have to adhere else our outgoing will be blocked. Now they are asking to recharge again. I request to immediately restore my services rather than exploiting me.

      I have recharged my jio number with a recharge or unlimited outgoing calling but jio has blocked my outgoing calls.
      When I bought the Jiofi ie worked well for two months, I thought to again recharge and hence done with 399 pack, but still giving speed of 2g or somtimes not working. Other connections at home are working well but Jiofi is not giving good service atall its very slow, please check for the issue.

        Dear sir,
        I have booked my mobile on line and paid rs1500 through my card based on their sms from reliance jio.

        While booking the mobile number typed mistakenly [protected] instead of [protected].
        I have approached jio customer care, nodal officers many times regarding the issue. But nobody helped me either to cancel the order and refund the amount i paid or to deliver the mobile.
        They keep telling that they don't have provision in their software from last two months.
        I don't know whom should i approach further to get my money back.
        Request you to do needful.

          No of jio 4g tower is - tejt-b003 situated on susela it is installed and all the parts were installed.in current jio operator had no operate properly. So we are suffering from network and our recharge is worthless. Jio operator comes every day and tells false. Status to operating tower always tell that your tower is ready and it 5minute for proper 4g networking this process is going on for 15daya but no progress. And i wait snd i am disappointed for this and i wait for some time if tower is not working in a proper way. So i change the sim of jio. Mobile no is-[protected]

            I recharged my Mobile Phone Number ([protected]) on the Date 05 Jan 2018 11:44:45 for which I have not received any Invoice so far. I mailed the company several times and tried to download the Invoice from my account on their Website and Android Application, but I am not able to download it even after 3 months period of Recharge.

              I have recharged my mobile number some days before. This plan is valid up to 9th may, 2018. My number is barred from outgoing calls. The customer care people are saying that i have to recharge this number as this number i n't in personal use where as i am using this number personally.

              Here, i want to say, if jio company or govt of india have some terms and conditions for outgoing unlimited calls, they should mention it clearly at the time of recharge of this pack. If they have not mentioned it, they are also not authorized to do these kinds of activity my number ([protected]).

              I never these types of non-sense activities by jio. I will share all the activities in almost all social medias.

                I am no longer a jio telecom customer still i am receiving popup full screen display add no matter what i am doing on the phone. If i touch the screen even to close the add it will open up a web page to recharge. I initially thought it is because i have jio apps in my phone and then i uninstalled every jio owned apps. Still it is poping up every now and then amd causing lot of disturbance. I am no longer jio user because of low network coverage at my area. If you are reading this kindly stop doing these types of miscleneous malware activity. People already like you for lowest price packs and you guys was the real reason every telecom company reduced their pricing thats excellent. But please don't disturb.

                  I am vinay kumar verma presently staying in sector 1 salt lake, kolkata-64 working in governments and using jio no.[protected] and two more jio considered better service provider and got recharged with 399 for 84 days in all the three, i requested in jan 2018 first time for poor connectvity bad service but assured that this service will improve in ten days still same reply and today when i complain to them regarding this poor service and conveyed when i was enquiring before purchase you told that service is so prompt that none can bit this in speed as well as no call drop, what happened to all my number. They told number of customers have increased and this will continue till some arrangments. Now i am fed up some time gets calls and remaining either some sound or oh sound. What shall i do? I am fed up even to call customer care because with same replies.

                      I am working in birlasoft sector 135, there is issue with the network connection of reliance jio.
                      I am unable to receive call and make calls. The internet does not work.
                      Please resolve this issue as many other offices are there where people may be using jio, this a lot of inconvenience for everyone staying at that place.
                      Kindly look into the matter asap.

                          I have a jio connection ([protected]) which is recharged an unlimited pack which gives daily 1 gb 4g internet & unlimited call. The 4g speed is worse than 2g internet speed from the early morning. I am unable to utilise the data for the abnormal speed of the connection. But every day it notified (Via sms) o[censored]sage 50% or 90% and 100% usage of data. How is it possible? If this is natural why trai introduce 4g? Why jio can not be use in a non-4g phone?

                            I have relience jio card with 399 plan with 1.5 gb data per day. Daily i am checking balance then it shows appx 500 kb consumed in early morning 1 am to 5 am when my data signal i stop at night for peaceful slipping. How it is possible. I already complaint to company regarding this but till date this issue is not sorted out. This is the corruption by relience jio.
                            Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              Dear TRAI,

                              I am using this jio since more than 6 months raise so many complaints and always getting feedback as issue will be resolved, still no progress and now I m not able to make any calls from jio I suspect due to I have highlight in Twitter they have blocked my outgoing calls.

                              There are so many complaints with screenshot I have raised, think about the people money the company takes and provides such a poor quality services. Company has to compensate for this.

                                Having the same problem as mr. Rohit except with the differance that i used to shut off my mobile in the night and get the message of of 1/ 2 gb, 1 gb data consumption within 30/60 minutes of opening the mobile in the morning without doing any data work. It is happening since yesterday though i am using jio since august 2016. Customer care of no help.

                                This is all about Slow Speed Internet Connectivity of Jio.
                                I have compliant about 6 times in the Jio but every time they give me a time domain that they will solve my problem within 45 days, 60 days and now they are asking for 90 days...
                                And also asking them about the guarantee, they say that their is no confirmation...
                                I want the justice...

                                  Problem 1: my internet speed is almost dead from 8 am to 3 pm and 6 pm to 1 am, with my speed mysteriously limited at 50 kbps. There are occasional spurs of 1-2 mbps speed for a few seconds then the 50 kbps is back again, which leads me to suspect that the company is internally restricting the internet speed in my area to cheat consumers of their data. My other sim, airtel 4g, runs at a constant speed of 1 mbps+ all day long, so my device is not the issue. I've tried changing sim slots and other tweaks but nothing works for jio. The internet is almost unusable, discouraging me from further putting my money in jio in the future.

                                  Problem 2: i tried to raise a service request for the same on their website, but for some reason the website always logs me out whenever i'm typing the problem details or even the submit button disappears (See the attached picture). It works fine everywhere else even if i'm on the site for an hour, but ruthlessly logs me out by automatically refreshing the page as soon as i try to raise a service request.
                                  And the few times i somehow managed to submit a service request, the records say that 'no service request has been raised in the past 15 days'.

                                  Chatting with a jio customer care in my jio app is impossible because of the 1g internet speed and the website is completely useless other than for sight seeing, so that leaves me here as the only place to actually try to get something done about it.

                                    Issue with the network, unable to make a single call, nether able to receive any call due to network issues. Not able to surf the internet as well.
                                    Can this issue be resolved or my amount be transferred to another jio number?

                                    Recharged today with 498 amount and really unable to use it anyways, neither with making calls, nor with the internet.

                                    Kindly help me getting my amount back so that i can select another service provider which has the better network or this network has to be rectified to be used.

                                      I am trying to port out of jio because of very bad network, but jio has blocked sms sent to 1900 in the correct format. My number is [protected] and i have been a jio customer for more than 90 days. I called jiocare twice and they are unable/unwilling to help. I am able to send texts to every other number but 1900 is blocked. I guess i'm not the only one facing this issue. Please help

                                        Next day they called me and interview was there...
                                        I answeres all questions and they offered me 2.6 l. And told u have to pay 1400 rs. As a protection money...
                                        After few days hr aarushi called me wo had taken my interview and told me to submit laptop fees which would be refundable after training... Then i paid 5900 to her...
                                        Then i got training letter and told to me that contact the trainer...
                                        And when i talk to him he is demanding 10000 rs for opening bank account...
