I brought my Tata Docomo number to Reliance Jio in the month of April last year.I am faced with a lot of problems in running the Internet and at the same time, when I made a customer care call, he says that first I was told that your mobile is not able to detect your SIM. Then you change your mobile. In the roundabout, I sold my new mobile and then took the second mobile, then they told me that you do one thing, your SIM is not a proportional work You can go to the outlet of the nearest Reliance Jiao and accede to your SIM, when I requested the Reliance outlet to exchange the SIM card, he clearly refused to change and also said that you If the network is coming in the SIM, then why we change your SIM, I have been recharged from the back and used it again and again but they have to say that in the field I I do not have the tower of the place. I would like to tell you Sir, my residence which is in Guru Nanak Colony in Indore and 500 meters away from my house, there is the tower of Reliance on the Mahalaxmi temple, besides which my office It is in Indore Mangal City that I would like to tell you about 200 meters from there, the truth is that of Reliance, JIO says that here you have any kind of network I am unable to run. I do not understand why people are lying, I did them quite a lot. I requested the port two to three times. They did not answer me, I was calling and calling the dialog Disconnecting the phone by speaking, I close up my complain. I'm worried. I would like to request that you take strict action.

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased two jio wifi devices by paying ₹1999/- for each devices ([protected] and [protected]). The customer care executive promised me that there will be several free coupons will be provided. Found the coupons at the my jio application. But while i tried to redeem the coupon of reliance degital store of rs 1000/-, the reliance digital store guy did not had any clue regarding the coupons issued by jio. They have also checked the coupons and found that the coupons are not active status. I am ready to submit proofs of the same if required.

    This is an act of fraud on a large scale by reliance jio infocomm and they are misleading the indian consumers for their own benefit.

      I ported my mobile no.[protected] from bsnl to jio network and my number was activated on[protected]. Eversince, i am facing network problem in that i am receiving my calls only on and off. Many a times i am not receiving phone calls and after sometime i receive in messages that i missed a phone call from so and so number. I receive calls from the same number sometimes and many a times i am missing.
      Further in my family, my wife and 2 children use jio network only and their numbers are working fine. That means my problem could be due to network only.
      So after waiting for 5 days, i lodged service request on 16th march and i was given a service request no. Sr00000itmm2. But they are consuming abnormal time in resolving the issue. From 16th march onwards, for the third time i received a message that my issue will be resolved within next 48 hours. Most annoying thing is they don’t resolve the issue and make me wait, but they appreciate my patience. I contacted the network team via help line, customer care chat but invain.
      So please take up my issue on urgent basis and resolve.

      I am Sebastian from Kottayam. My correct place is Manjamattom, Kottayam, Kerala. Correct location is Manjamattam-Karymbani road. In these are we are not getting jio coverage. There is a tower near this area. We are looking forward if you upgrade your coverage in this area.

        On 11 march, 2018 i have given an aircel number ([protected]) for porting into jio, till the date my sim is not activated. Whenever i called them they are not giving the proper answer, they are just telling me to wait for 48hr whenever i call them. From 19 th of march, 2018 i am hearing the same stuff again and again. They are not telling the exact problem also. Please look into this matter asap as this is my primary number so have gone through lot of loss.

        Please look into this matter asap. Otherwise stop the service.

          Dear Company,

          I was very excited to purchase your product, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.

          I am a regular jio user and a prime member too. With Number :[protected]

          Though the company had extravagantly promised to provide with regular 4G network but it didnot came upto that high touching ambitions.

          Till evening time the network speed is considerably upto the mark but the dumb show starts when the sun hides under sky. My phone catches only a single or not even a single networks strength and it would be meaningless to write about the net speed.

          I hope this letter would awake the jio server providers from their sleep.

            Can you tell me why i'm paying 399. I'm employee in private organization. From morning 11 to night 10 my work. You proving very very very poor. Even 3 g mobile will get more internet facility. If you have not clear up your network within a week. I can raise complaint as per consumer rights. I'm paying and you have to resolve it. If not refund my money back. I will just throw your sim. Also i suggest my all family members to don't use your poor service. Very angry customer

              I have got a year plan of jio with my phone but in between calling was not going through, even net was not working.
              I was did recharge, but once i recollect that i have yearly pack.
              I asked jio customer care to refund or transfer my jio recharge amount, but after hours of calling with customer care provided detail, wrote mails to them.
              But very exclaiming, pathatic service, orientation and response they have given.
              Since 4 month, they not solved issue.

                Reliance jio cheets all the peoples they are telling that 4g net but it is coming less than 2g speed, signal showing full but it is not working voice calls also worst quality automatically calls dros and call connecting issues. They mainly focus on cheeting the people. With out internet speed how can trai cobnfirms indias speedest net. May be they are also cheeting the people or they are not using smartphones for internet speed checking. I[censored] r not providing the good services please stop the business.

                  Sir in my area (Awas vikas colony katra basti, uttar pradesh) the jio internet speed is worse than 2g while jio are claiming to give 4g speed.. Mostly in day time the speed of jio is 0kbps...in mid night the speed is something that it can download the pics on whatsapp...
                  I am just irritate with the problem... On jio customer care i had complained of it before twice and they gave me positive result but the problem remain as it is...

                    [protected] is allotted from gujarat circle, which ported in mp circle on 9th march 2018 and confirmed activation on 13th. After this confirmation of activation on 14th i insert new sim & recharged by rs.399/- the as guided by jio centre, but the sim not activated. At 22 pm on same day i got massage that new sim activated i thought the recharge is successfully but not, i again recharged by rs.498 (99+399) but earlier recharged amount become 0 zero which is refundable to me. It may refunded thru next recharge.

                      I have been trying to link my aadhar to my jio number for nearly two months and every time i go to the store, they don't do it saying that server is down.
                      I have been trying in few places including
                      Jio sealdah and reliance jio store near s. N banerjee road kolkata.
                      It is being hectic to go there and get the same response. All mine important documents are linked with my jio number.
                      What am i suppose to do?

                        1 year and multiple complains regarding network. All the time they said it will take 3 months as network site is being setup. But no change.

                        Finally trying to port to new number. I did a basic top up of 10 rs and got 7 as balance.. But still jio is not allowing me to send sms for porting.

                        They want me to top up again with some plan and then send the message.

                        My simple question is why can't i use my basic balance for sending the sms

                          I am rahul tirpude at gondia maharashtra mb no [protected], i m using jio mobile since 1 year but always having mobile data problem at several location and my working location on my mobile number and not getting proper responce and problem resolving from customer service executives. I always found slow speed and low upload data problem with my hi-fi smart vivo v3 mobile handset. Ao kindly better the service by getting positive feedback from customer.

                                I have purchased a jio phone. Also i have applied for connection with my documents and paid amount of rs.49 for frc. On dated 10/03/2018 at 1.47 pm in jio store situated at mangaldoi, darrang, pin - 784125 (Assam)

                                But after 7 days the connection not active.

                                I have called customer service. But they can't give answer regarding this.

Also when called customer service...Pathetic service. Really disappointed. Looking forward towards positive response.

                                  Today morning i have done recharge my mobile by net banking by my samsung mobile. I have done it properly. I have put my jio number [protected]. I have done it of rs 499. I got the massage from the bank that your recharge is successfully done. And the amount rs 499 is deducted from my account. But till now my phone is not recharged. What happened to it. Where my money has gone. I request you to find out the problem and do further needful action accordingly. Thank you.

                                    I lost my phone one plus 3t therefore i blocked my number by customer care center and i applied for a new connection at jio point the officer in-charge was MAINA JYOTI SHARMA .After visiting so many times after 15 days they informed me that the sim that was issued was invalid so i submitted the documents again but the sim did not get activated now they saying that the company itself has lost my scanning code and my can not be activated .I have issued that number to all my banks for net banking and all and i can not change that number, and if the company has lost any scanning code or anything related to my sim that's company's responsibility .and if the company thinks losing one conman man customer is not a big deal then i would reach to the higher authority .when i called the customer care and spoke to ashish ranjan das he informed me that my sim is active and i am using in my one plus 3t phone .I would like to hear from you guyz as soon as possible with a resolution. Thank you

                                      On 9th jan 2018, i did recharge of rs. 399/= for my two jio mobile nos with ref :[protected]Host id :[protected] and
                                      Ref :[protected] and (Host id :[protected].

                                      Someone from your side did call up asking me all details of bank / credit card etc which i refused to divulge and as such my 2 recharge of rs. 399/= are still pending.

                                      Payment for recharge was effected thru' online banking which usually i undertake to make payments of all my bills like reliance energy / mobile phones / tata indicom landline bill / any online purchases thru' amazon or flipcart etc / d2h monthly recharge etc. This is the 1st time recharge has not been thru' and money has been delected.
