I have found that jio infocom is giving factually wrong and misleading information about its product through its website.

Its website (Copy enclosed) claims that jio will provide 20 % more data than competition always but factually it is wrong because its competitors are having better plans.
To give an example, let us take one case where jio gives 20gb per month 4g data at the rate of 409 + taxes without data rollover facility while its competitors give the 20gb data with rollover facility in just 399 + taxes. Obviously jio is not giving 20 percent more data in this case. There are more such case for higher data per month as can be seen from the enclosed images.

Please ask the operator not to give such misleading ads

    My area is vidhyanagar, t. Dasarahalli, bangalore 57, opposite to t. Dasarahalli stop green line.

    I am facing network strength problem as well as speed problem, when i complain about dat to customer care they are answering it takes 60days to get resolved.. My question is till they rectify i should simply keep my connection which is of no use as well as waste of investing money for recharging which i cant get refund nd which i cant make use... And as per telecom rules i cant port untill my 90days completetion, pls my request is allow dem to provide port since i am a new user who ported from other network to jio and not completed 30 days and facing many problems..

      I recently purchased a mobile hotspot numbe [protected]. I am not able to detect the wifi in my mobile unless i bring my phone near your instrument. Also mostly the download speed is less than 1 mbps and my upload speed is roughly 1 mbps. I feel that i have been cheated.

        I have converted my two postpaid connections to prepaid on oct 2017.
        At that time the marketing executive told that the security deposit i paid should be refunded with in 3 months. But till date i didn't get any information regarding the same.

          It's been 3 months since the network of reliance jio has dripped at ribandar-chimbel area in goa.
          The network was very good before but since the past 3 months, it's so bad that many people are considering to switch their network. I believe there had been an issue of a vidafone tower having caught fire in this area. Since then, not just vidafone but even reliance jio network is at it's worst! We actually have to travel 10kms away to use the network.
          Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Paid 448 rs for 84 days 2G recharge in the mobile no on 22 march2018
          so far i didnot got the recharge but the amount is deducted from my uco bank account call me in this no [protected] sureshrao

            I doesn't contact in jio care from last 4 days...
            There has ringing the customer care bell but no one received my call...
            Why the customer care agents are doesn't attend my call???
            So, please solve my problem as soon as possible...
            Otherwise i will be deactivated my and my village members 47 jio sim card...

            The jio tower distance 700-800 meter from our village (Location)... But we all are facing the network problem and internet speed problem...
            We can't call properly from jio sim...
            But our nearest town at bisnupur has full network coverage...
            Why we didn't get full network coverage at our location???
            I send a screenshot of my phn which proved the network coverage and net speed of jio sim..
            Please look at the bottom of screen shot where see the tower sign...

              I have tried to contact several times to check whether my policy is renewed or not but there is no resposne from jio shravak arogyam team instead they have removed all the numbers from their website and the only point of contact is mail id which is not providing proper response. I request you to solve the issue on priority or provide me refund / actual amount paid. Let me know what necessary steps have to be followed on your website for renewal as nothing is clear in website. I have contacted below numbers but didn't...

                The jio download speed and browsing speed is very slow in our area (Jalnagar) bijapur, karnataka.. It take 5mins to download 2mb file the it takes alot of time to buffer a video in the youtube. All o[censored]s are facing alot of problem with jio sim.                   Sir, im complain about the speed of internet. My first complain i give you 21st december 2018. And custumer care said they are working on that problem therefore maximum in 60 days problem they will solved. But now after 3 months problem was not solved. And new problem is also create if i call anyone then my call cut automaticly at any time between 1min to 10 min.

                    By mistake i recharged 399 jio pack in my jio number - [protected] today on 1 april 2018, as in my 1st recharge through net banking message said that unsuccessful. But my recharge history reflecting successful of both the transactions. Transaction ids are,

                      Jio network speed is not available properly from 2/3 month, most of the time network is very poor.07k/s, 10k/s, i am using your network in ruler area at amravati district in maharashtra at our area your network is very poor so i have requesting you please improve your network at our area as early as possible.                           This is yogesh kadam. I m from pune, i m using jio from its begining.. My whole family use jio sims...
                          I lost my sim card some days ago... I went to jio care centre in trimurti chowk bharati back market, pune, they told me to come on next day they dont having sim cards, on next day when i go there they told me that still they are not getting cards... Come on next day.. Likewise i went there for 5 times... Finally there is one care boy named ganesh...
                          When im complaining him about this issue... He saying there is lunch time... I went there on 2 pm when i go therer on 3 pm he still saying me there is lunch time though there is no one for lunch... When im asking about him give service propely he use bad words to me... And misbahave with me... This is not a way to talk with customer... Due to us ur business run... I have 6000/- recharge of jio... Of my family...

                          I just want to replace my card... For that these guis ask me to come again and again... Likewise its really very bad experience from jio and
                          Because of that... I m going to switch my all 11 family cards... From jio...

                          I dont know how you guis sleect persons for service who dont know how to behave with customers...

                            I was enquiring about my data pack to support agent named mohammed muzzamil.
                            Without any prior message i received a message that 100% of my data pack is used but i haven't. Then i received a call from [protected] and was asked to tell my problem. Then support agent was rude, was talking in a harsh tone and uncooperative. He was ill mannered and had an adamant attitude while he was on phone.
                            He was arguing with me rather than solving my problem.
                            I had not received any prior notification regarding 50% of data pack has been used.
                            Straight forward i received a message regarding 100% data has been used. My internet was off the whole night and in the morning i received that message.

                                I have calls from [protected], [protected], [protected] on 28th march 2018 saying that they have selected my land for installation of jio tower, i said that's great and told me to discuss with my family. So i discussed and called back to them that i am ready for this you can send your official staff. After one day i. E today they call and ask me send my name and address with my location, i send them on whatsapp with my location. And after some time again they call asking to send my necessary document with iso card, as i don't know nothing about this card they told me that they will help getting this card and it will cost rs. 17000 from the company named dealmoney privt limited and told me that if this company call me i must say i am applying this just for my help and purposes nothing else and they will send their men to collect the amount and my check to get great ready. So i suspect this will be a fraud, i call to jio customer complaint no. And told me to ignore the calls, there is nothing like that in our company.

                                      These mother ### company doesn't gives high speed network in my place I had complained more than 3times, costumer care executives behaves rude with me.These people doesn't giving proper information to me.i activated my jio Sim approximately 3 months before from that till I didn't get proper net speed.
                                      The costumer care people said wait for few weeks I already waiting for 3 months. But I recharged every month with 150 rupees and how I used 1gb daily with speed 30 kbps so please Indian government take action immediately on the jio network
