    Sir/madam,
    This is to bring to your kind information that my service provider i. E. Reliance jio has somewhat exploited me. I have been lodging complaints since 1 year to the company for a very bad speed in internet services, they have always found out excuses and gave me useless resolutions which did not work at all.4 months ago... I had asked for a serious action for this and to this, they assured to me that they will set up a site/tower in my area which was to go live on 15th november 2017. But i enquired them about the site planned, to which they answered that we have set it up but it would take two more days to go live. I waited for 2 days and no change, i decided to take serious action against this and called the executives. They said that we have to take more 90 days to plan a site here, i was ferocious, i was cheated, i have been paying ₹399 every 3 months expecting to get a good network and 4 g speed but it's worse than 3g, my money has gone for slow speed and they have no resolutions till now, i also warned them to file a case against them but they paid no heed. They aren't serious at all, i want justice bcoz my right to get the desired speed by paying an amount has been exploited.
    I expect that you will help me regarding this and look into the matter, other people using the service are also angry. I would be grateful to you if you could get me the best results. A humble request sir... Thank you

      I have booked jio phone by paying rs 500. Now as i do not want the phone i want to cancel the phone.

      When i contacted the reliance about the same. They are saying it can not be cancelled and rs 500 which i paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.

      Please help me to get refund of my money

      Jio is giving 2g speed, given lots of complains but no use. i called customer care and told that i want to refund recharge money to my bank or pause my plan. They are not willing to do anything.
      Mukesh Ambani a good friend of PM MODI is a great cheater. Need to tell JIO the meaning of LTE and its speed.

        We were trying for porting in jio from relience but after many try portability was rejected.
        They already take deposit from us but then after portability was rejected. So we were port into airtel.
        Rs-6487 was taken from us as a deposit
        So kindly refund us as early as possible in our account.

            Sir, i have jio sim no. [protected] of j&k state. I recharged my sim with rs 459 on 25 nov 2017 with validity 84 days. Accordingly, company extended validity of y sim upto 19 feb 2018. But suddenly, company suspended outgoing and internet services on my number. On asking from customer care, they told me that firstly i have to clear h outstanding dues of rs 559. That sir, firstly i have applied for jio prepaid sim. Secondly, company not opted any postpaid plan from me. They did whatever they want. Thirdly, on asking them to adjust dues from rs. 459 i have paid to company, they said that amount can not use and it has been lost. Fourthly, when i asked to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid, they told that recharge of rs. 459 which have validity upto 19 feb 2018 will be lost. Sir, company making me fool by taking rs. 459 without giving me services. Sir, my request is 1. Company may use rs. 459 to clear my bill. Or 2. After clearing my dues, company convert my postpaid sim into prepaid after proper documentation and extend the facility of rs. 459 which is valid upto 19 feb 2018 to my. New prepaid sim. Plz do something sir.

            Sir second point is that if I paid my outstanding dues of postpaid connection, company should convert my sim into prepaid connection after proper documentation and extend the benefit of recharged amount of rs. 459 which is valid upto 19 feb 2018.

            Services restore by company. Further customer care called me and intimated that rs. 459 which i had paid to company will use as Add on pack recharge. Wheres my said jio number is postpaid and company didn't offer for Add on pack recharge worth rs. 459. Company misguiding me. My request is that company should continue my services upto 19 feb 2018 i.e validity of rs. 459 i have paid to company.

              I have jio connection [protected]. I face slow speed issue from 08/11/2017 after recharge Rs 399. I have lodge 2 complaints but all ticket closed without resolution. I said that please don't closed ticket if you could not resolve my problem but they closed all ticket. I have call many time in jio care but my problem could not be resolve.

                I bought this Jio number along with the Jio phone last month. First recharge was done with rs.153 plan and this plan expired yesterday (28/11/2017). Today (29/11/2017) I recharged with full talk time plan of rs.100 . But I wasn't able to make calls. I called and checked with Jio customer care number. They informed me that that plan can only be used to call exclusively premium numbers which wasn't mentioned in any other official website of Jio. I just want to make calls through the above mentioned number. I really can't understand why I can call premium numbers but I can't make a normal call. I want either refund of rs.100 or changed to another regular plan. Please take the necessary action. Thank you.

                  1st this number was converted to post paid without my consent.
                  2nd now its inactive due to bill not payment.

                  Even though i have made recharges as below :

                  Now jio app is showing unbilled 292.10 and bill of 1016.

                  I called customer care they told to visit jio store.

                  I went to jio store they told me to visit jio center.

                  I went to jio center they told me there is no refund process in rjio and you go to jio store and pay all payments then only we can convert to prepaid and these recharges will be null and void.

                  Even if there is no usage as my number is inactive there is increase in bill amount.

                    Few days back we port our numbers in reliance jio, as we know about reliance communication is not working now.

                    Below corporate connection of reliance jio are not working from day one, i tried to reach assigned relationship managers (Swayam duggal:swayam.                       Dear jio team, sorry to say that many times i have noticed that my data balance are being deducted even though i am not using that much of internet. On 28.11.2017 for a very few minuites i turned on my data service but soon i got a message that you have exhausted your cota of 1gb. It is not a good sing of a fair telecom service provider. So it's a request you to please consider. Thank you

                        Yesterday when my net was working slow I checked the balance and it said "6.14kb left" and I didn't even use it as my phone was switched off...today also this happened I don't know what's wrong with it please look into this matter asap...as I am a student I need internet connection often to study it's inconvenient to have a slow network.

                          My postpaid number: [protected]

                          Is barred for outgoing calls and data services. Customer care tells me that my bill is pending.

                          Whereas, i have already made two payments of rs. 399 each.

                          Since i have subscribed to the 84 days pack twice, i should not be getting a monthly bill as i have already made the payment in advance.

                          For this, the customer care tells me that this is a booster recharge, something that is not mentioned anywhere, not told or explained. These plans are advertised as independent 84 days plans. After taking the payment, you are unethically converting them to booster packs and calling for more payment, which is highly wrong and poor practice.

                          Kindly arrange these payments in your pending amount. I cannot and will not make double payments.

                          Also, since i have already made payments in advance (Along with the security deposit), i expect that my services should be restored with immediate effect.

                          Please restore the services. You cannot stop the services of a customer who has already made the payments.

                              I have recharge my jio sim from rs 399 and validity upto 16 jan 2018. All calls free and daily 1 gb data daily in this plan but from today i am not able to make any call. Today i am found one msg that i am missuse this plan but i am only make a call on my family or family members. When i talk to customer care they advice me to reacharge rs 149 for continue outgoing call. But in term and condition not any place this is not mention that i am not making unlimited call to our family and friends. So please help from this type of fraud promise given by company. Tomorrow on 27 november a customer support was calling on number and give me assurance that my out going plan will be access again but it is not truth. I make any on any number so please help me.

                              i am recharge Rs 52 for 7 days outgoing call. So please take some action for my previous plan in which a have make unlimited outgoing call upto 6 jan 2018.
                              In this time period I am recharge 2 times Rs.21 & Rs.52 . This is penality given by me to the company .

                                Hi i am from chennai. I am postpaid customer for reliance jio. I was holding two postpaid numbers in different mobiles. I lost one of the phone and i raised an email stating to deactivate the number permanently. It was in september and no usage has been done from the day onward i lost.

                                I made a service request on 29th of october. It is almost one month have crossed and still the customer care people is not at all responding. I said repeatably to block my number permanently but still they are not making it happen.

                                I am just paying 358 rs for three time for which i am not using the mobile number itself. Can anbody please look through this and please solve my problem at the earliest.

                                The people who i am receiving mail from is below

                                  My name is prakash rasania. Recently, i purchased a reliance jio card no. [protected]. Now i am rightful owner of this number. However, in whattsapp application, the dp profile shown is that of earlier owner of this number. I am a male & it is embarassing when my dp profile is shown as some lady. You are kindly requested to remove her photo from dp. I have already lodged phone telephonically over toll free number & i was given assurance that within 24 hours, it shall be removed, but even after 5 days, it is not removed. Please expedite this complaint.

                                    I have booked jio phone on 24-Aug-2017, amount has been deducted from my bank account. But the jio team has been refused, they told me they didn't get any amount, but when I contact with my bank they said to me they already transferred amount to the benificary.I have made a UPI transaction with ICICI bank.

                                      Hi i am naresh chandragiri, jiophone booked for mobile number [protected] through online, from the past 2 months i am getting messages like
                                      "congratulations!! Your jiophone booked for mobile number [protected] is now ready for pick-up. Please visit the nearest jio store by 30th november, along with your aadhar number or valid proof of address, along with this phone to collect your jiophone and activate your new jio connection. Tolocate nearest jio store"
                                      On behalf of this message i went to nearest (Reliance digital store madinaguda hyderabad, telangana) jio store and asked for jio phone they are saying stock is not available (I went more than 2 times) and they are saying we will prefer first who booked from our store i am not understanding 2 things here.

                                      1. Why messages and calls are coming for pickup mobiles from stores whether stock is not available in the stores?

                                      2. Why store people giving first preference to who ever booked from stores why not booked from online (In front of me store people handover the mobile to somebody i asked the store person mr. Immanuale he said sir stock is not available and we will give first preference to who ever booked from stores only)?

                                      And i need confirmation from jio please when i will get my jio phone and please send messages and call when if stock is available only.

                                      and he is saying we will cancel your order and please book again and asking for Card number for cancel the booking(May be he is not employee of Jio, I think it is fraud call), So Jio People please confirm me about my order.
                                      BSNL incoming calls not received. Dialling from any BSNL landline or mobile getting check the number dialled error message, BSNL not pointing my JIO [protected] activated on 17.11.2017.

                                        Sir in this area approximately 50000 users are there and no cell phone tower.
                                        So I m again request to you please install a cell phone tower this place.
                                        If any requirement is required we will support any types of problems like land electric etc.
