I have purchased jiofi 4g voice device and i have subscribed for a prepaid plan of rs. 399. As per the terms of this plan, i am supposed to get 1 gb data per day at high speed. However, the data gets exhausted without even using it. Suddenly i get a message that i have exhausted 90% of the data. Within next few seconds it notifies 6.14 kb left.
Many of my friends also complained about the same problem. If this is not resolved i will not continue with jiofi and switch over to other service provider. Many of my friends may also do so.

      Since last 10 days i am unable to make calls from my no [protected]. Several times i have complented but problem is not saved. They simply saying about my phone setting. I have falowed their directions, 4g vlet signals appearing, internet working but cont able to call 4g voice call. I am calling repeatedly and every time they saying that problem will be solved soon but without getting conformation from me they have closed my complaint. It's appear that they never give importance to solve the problem.

        I am having jio network issue from last 2 days, i also complained about it but there was no improvement. A message came about the solve issue and mentioned that if the problem is not solve than contact jio customer care on 199. I called up and had a word with a male executive, first he listened to me and said let me check and than asked the android version so i told him its 6 but he said your phone is not updated new version is 7, so i told him that it's my new phone and i dint had this problem with aircel, it was running good and network was also great, i told him that you'll didn't resolve the issue so you are blaming my phone and then the executive became extremely rude and said than solve your problem by your self and was speaking rubbish, so i told him to shut up but he didn't, he told me to go and learn different language and my parents have have educated me and then he disconnected the the or put it on mute at that very moment, i was saying hello but no answer. I even couldn't reply him for his rude and abusive behavior. If you'll will not take an action than i will file a complaint against jio customer care.

          Hi, i am shivajee verma. I recharged my jio number [protected] with ₹ 499 plan which has validity of 91 days with 1gb data per day plus 100 sms per day plus roaming benifits plus unlimited voice calls local or national to any number. Pack has validity till 18th feb 2018. Today my outgoing calls are barred. I contacted jio customer care and i am told that my calls are barred due to misuse and asked me to recharge again to continue my voice calls. I request him to register a complaint but he refused to do so. Please look into the matter. Thank you.

          I recharged 399 rs in 3 numbers through my jio app. But 399 rs was deducted 2 times and 2394 rs at once. Bank statement has the confirmation of deduction of rs 2394 in Reliance jio only. So i request you to solve my case or i will have to choose some other way to solve it.

            Dear sir/madam.

            Sub: deceived by reliance jio.

            On 4th oct 2017 my jio postpaid pre on post benefit expired and next day i recharged through jio instant pay with an offer of rs 365 and benefit was given for three billing cycles. (*snap shot attached of transaction and service benifit, one billing cycle is 28 days). The same benefit was verified by the voice cystomer care on 5/6 oct, with this jio offer i rented jio serviceses for three months oct-dec.
            But on 10th nov. I was in roaming and my jio mobile services were snapped even i was not to call jio customer support. I used my friends no to contact i was told with in 48 hours we will resolve it. But nothing was tangible next 48 hours and i emailed and chatted with their customer support team. Few jio support told to replace the sim card as it is defected. I replace it from jammu jio centre but still the problem existed.
            Regularly i contacted the jio customer support for solution but till date nothing precipitated now i have received bill of rs 900. But from 10th nov all the outgoing services including data and sms are blocked.
            I registered 4 services requests with jio care that were closed inspire i reminded them with the valid transaction and benefit receipt.

            Now i sir request you as reliance jio are not going to pay attention i implore for redressal. Thank you

              As i purchased new jio mobile and its not charged due to software problem and also charger problrm. I approch to castomer care from satara for replacement of charger. They stand me for 2days to replace a charger. And still not feedback clearly. I want to go further by taking this complain as i officially forwording this content. So please take some corrective action on this

                I requested to you refund my rs 499 against port of my idea postpaid to jio postpaid no but did not port my no because time period within 90 days. Idea rejected the clearance. Therefore as per policy did not portability possible within period.

                Therefore jio portability is not possible. You are requested to refund the above said amount pl.

                  I recharged my jio prepaid number with international roaming while in usa. But i am not able to receive any roaming services. When i called jio customer support they say that i need to be in jio network while doing recharge. Since that is not possible i requested them to refund my money because the recharge pack would expire in another 22 days and i would lose money.
                  However they say that money cannot be refunded. This is cheating and fraud. They are keeping my money and not providing the service. Please help address this issue. I tried to contact them on phone and on facebook but they are adamant that they would not refund my recharge amount.

                    I bought 3 jio plans one after the other. From delhi i shifted to noida. And here jio doesn't work at all. I have made a huge mistake by investing my money in jio. What is the use of it, if the internet doesn't work at all. They don't have the infrastructure to provide the internet speed, and they should have told first that internet doesn't work in these particular areas.

                    My cellphone is working fine. I have checked with the apn settings, data roaming is on. Internet works like charm with other internet service providers such as idea and airtel.

                    I want to take strict action against reliance jio. They have looted me by luring me with their discounted plans. I want my money back.

                      I'm anil kumar kuruva, i used joimoney application to book a travel ticket from bangalore to hyderabad on 1 nov 17 to travel on 10 nov 17. I cancelled the same ticket from the same application on 9 nov 17. To confirm the cancellation, i called ticketsimply.com as i received an email of booking my ticket. They referred to joimoney team with customer care no. I called jio moneyteam and they said to drop an email stating it. After several communications, now they are asking for screen shot of cancellation ticket. But now i see the chat/log which i received at the time of cancellation is deleted. Today ticketsimply.com team called me asking screen shot of cancellation ticket, which i do not have. I need my money back after cancellation. I'm very much disappointed in this transaction. Please help me in getting my money back and assure others will not be cheated in the same way. It's not about the money but trust. I have lost trust on jio for these cheap tricks.

                          Dear sir
                          2-3 days back, an outsourced contractor (Mr amit atri,) of reliance jio has implanted a pole in front of our house (M-162, greater kailash-2), for supporting a wi-fi cable coming from opposite side of the road. The wire has again been drawn to that side of the road, making it a road traffic safety issue as well.
                          The pole has been planted inside a tree in front of our hose & neither we were informed nor our permission was taken for this
                          Also, there is no logic of the wire firstly drawn to this side of the road, & again taking the wire to the other side of the road
                          Please inform us if you have given any permission to plant a pole in this manner, if not please get it uprooted immediately
                          We have also filed a police complaint today for this
                          Please acknowledge & inform the action taken

                            I recharged for an internet booster pack worth 51 and 11 from "my jio" app recently. The app notified me that the recharge was successful and money was deducted from bank acc. But the problem is, the recharge plan never got activated even after the app claims that the recharge was "successful". I double checked the recharge from "my jio" app under "my plans" and found out the plans i recharged for were not added to it.

                            Note: earlier, i was able to see the plans activated after succesful recharges.

                            Also, i still haven't recieved any confirmation text message or email as in the previous days for successful recharges. I contacted the customer care and the only response i get are "technical issues".
                            This is frustrating as "technical issues" seem to be persisting for a long time now. And nothing is being done on jio's part to fix the problem.

                            i restarted my phone a number of times on the day of recharge in the hope that it might work . Nothing happened. Still plan didn't get activated.
                            Also, as one can see from the other screenshot under "My Bill", I've attempted to recharge two booster packs worth Rs. 51 and one Rs. 11 pack between Nov. 25 and December 1, 2017, in all three attempts, money was deducted, yet the plan wasn't activated.

                              Actually i was using this jio no [protected]. After 6 months of time i recharged today for rs.399/- for 70 days. Now they are saying that after 3 months of time if there is not active it will be deactivated. If that is the case then kindly arrange activate or arrange to refund the amount as debited thro' netbanking. Please do the needful. Otherwise if i purchase a new sim whether it is possible to transfer the amount without refunding the same.

                                I have online prebooked a jio phone by depositing rs 500 via net banking.
                                Transaction id: fv000003iiqt. Voucher details are as follows:
                                Mob. No. [protected]. Area pincode 123106.
                                Since last one and half month i have informed through calls & sms that your phone is ready for pickup. I tried too much to procure from their stores but every time they responded as out of stock. Now i do not want to procure the same now. When i wrote to jio care regarding cancellation of my booking and to refund my deposited they are denying to refund.
                                Jio is looting rs 500 from the peoples like me.\

                                  Sir iam living in a village called narasapuram, i made a recharge of jio 499 but jio signal is not available . Jio tower is located nearby 4 km appx . Iam unable to get single point of signal

                                    I have taken jio number [protected] from punchkula sector 20. It has not been activated from some mistake and nobody is hearing regarding my problem. I have given biometric print even and paid 600 rupees. I will be thankful if you help me regarding this. You can inform me regarding this on this number [protected].                                       Sir, i am using jio since a while but i am highly dissatisfied with its pathetic service, the internet speeds are so slow and the call quality is also pathetic and buffering, from the day i purchased the sim i am experiencing such worst issues, absolutely poor speeds and data connections, i hardly get 100-300kbps and even that fluctuates, i am seriously annoyed and irritated, i had raised a query past 3 months back and i got a message saying that they will install a new tower close to my home but now they're not even bothered about it and are relentlessly saying that i may or may not be resolved!!!, i am highly tolerating this so please resolve this issue as soon as possible or i am going to switch to a better network than your pathetic jio. Regards

                                        The most stupid connection in the whole world. There system works as in we are in 1998...
                                        I was going to recharge my relative's number through my jio app as paytm and all don't have the postpaid jio option. So when i was doing from my app it didn't asked which number is to be recharged and it recharged my own number.
                                        Then when i asked the customer care guys that instead of 499 i am using 509 plan so i'll transfer 10 more rupees and my 509 should continue but there stupid system doesn't have this option. Why the hell do you call it postpaid then. Please don't buy this connection use airtel or voda. It sucks a big time.
                                        Totally disappointed and i'll port to other connection..
