I have done pre-booking of iphone x in jio.com and i got a message from shop online jio to collect iphone x from the store given in the email.

On 3rd november i have visited provided store and not got the phone, because of no stock or store manager sold iphone x to some one. Still now i have not got credit note or refund.

I have written so many email to jio customer care and had calls with them but still isuue...

Worst app ever, every time it is not connecting at all, unable to call or message or use internet. If we uninstall the 4g voice app then we are able to use internet only but with the 4g voice we are unable to do anything. Remove the linking of 4g voice app with internet or call or message....

I have purchased mobile set in jio offer from pingla west bengal. From the very beginning the set is giving me trouble in operation. I requsted them to change but they run the software and return me, again after few days same thing happening, set became hanged and stopped.

Nowadays jio is going to very bad. Since last 7 to 10 i was trying to open ibps site for downloading my my exam call letter even for applying for exam form. I am using jio special for my exam, this time jio really sucks me. I was using jio since last 9 months. Kindly think about it, otherwise i will for other network where i will get better than you....

Recharge of rs. 459/- was done with sbi bank upi app on 17/11/17 for jio number [protected] at 2:23:14pm. Transanction no. Is[protected] was collected by [protected]@icici as per bank records. But recharge was not done in my jio no. [protected]. I have raised issue with bank for refund, but refunded back till date. Kindly look in the matter for refund... Please i am feeling so bad for ur costumer service...

I faced slow network speed in previous time and my plan 4g. I have already registered many times complaint. But you note resolve.
I call customer care. Custmer care say i raise your comlaint but not provide complaint no.
And after some time customer care cut call.
So i am request to you please resolve my problem.

After complaining many times, jio is ready to install jio site in my area. I am facing weak network and speed problem since 3th october. I had ported my vodafone number to jio on 18\11\2017 the porting process was completed smoothly. And all my services are resumed on my new jio sim. Except incoming calls from vodafone and landline numbers. Any vodafone number trying to call on my ported on my jio sim is not able to call me. I have called to jio customer care but they are telling there is an issue with vodafone. And vodafone customer care is telling you are no longer our subscriber....

I have been communicating with jio customer care since october the 23rd and i am not getting anywhere with my dispute.

I requested international roaming to be activated by paying rs. 1100 on. 7th october. As soon as it was activated, my sim stopped working and the network was showing “no service”. I immediately went to the jio store and got a new sim card. I couldn’t even use my phone.

I had got sms on [protected] that my jio phone is ready for pick up pn 29/10/2017 but it have not been delievered yet. There is a total failure from your part as far as communication, costumer satisfaction and commitment. I regret to say i had thorowly hearted by this.

When i was doing rechharge for my number ([protected]) of rs 100, at that time there was impliedly selected other three numbers but i could not see those numbers and by default there was a payment of rs 400 instead of rs 100 from my bank account. When i got message for rs. 400 payment from my bank account that time i came to know. Please do refund for my money. Please do needful....

Yesterday i tried recharging for jio service mobile number : [protected] for rs 459.

In the payment option, i chose upi as a payment means and entered my upi id and i was able to successfully transfer the amount as well.

On 5th november i have paid rs.399/- online per debit to my current account with sbin0001082 branch of sbi bearing number [protected].. It was for jio phone [protected]. The journal number appearing in my account debit narration is jsbi[protected]gachxrs26. The phone was not recharge and later on again i have paid on line on 9th november rs.399/- vide reference number jsbi[protected]gacireqy3 by debit to same account which was done.
