Yesterday my 4g dat got exhausted hence i recharged my phone with plan of 153. I received mail saying my recharge is successful and data is renewed and i have 0.5gb per day till 2nd jan 2018. So as i was travelling this morning, i had made recharge yesterday and after confirmation messages of recharge i stopped using data. This morning when i reached bangalore railway station i was suppoesed to leave a mail to my office regarding my delay to office and book a cab to office.
For this i switched on 4g data on my mobile, then it said my data is exhausted and i dont have enough balance in my mobile!! Boom!! I called customer care 4 times, following is the response from each executive (I had to narate whole story 4 to 5 times to everyone and finally no solution!!)
Executive 1: your data is exhausted for today (8.30am when i switched on my data my data is over!! Really!!)
Executive 2: i can see u have 0.5gb in ur account but may be settings is wrong, please check ur settings blah blah blah (I told her everything is right and i have made no changes to my settings and pretty sure its not settings issue over my phone)
Executive 3: now comes the twist, this executive told me, this data pack is not applicable for non-jio phones, wherease 1st 2 executives confirmed on my mobile type and raised arequest to network team assuring this issue will be resolved soon. I demanded to talk to supervisor.
Supervisor: after again repeating the whole story, she said they cant help, neither they will refund money.
And i was running late to my office and neither i had mailed them about my delay, so even after explaining my emergency, for all 4 of them they took my 50min early morning and finally they said they cant help neither can they refund.
What about my money and data pack now. Please note, this same incident is happened for 2nd time. Earlier recharges also i have faced same issue.
What part of emergency didn't they understand???
No data no refund???
Why the hell couldnt they find any solution for my issue when already paid money???
I asked them to convert it to other plan, i begged them to do something as it was an emergency

I m Anant Enterprises Sales and Services retailer of Cholapur Dharsauna Varanasi location 221101, I m working with Jio for Last 4 month, but Jio Employee Swadesh G as a Team Leader for Jio not taking my call and not giving service nor visiting at Store, I m following with him for my amount was debited 555 for recharge date of 14th Dec 20 but still I have not received he has confirmed amount will back in your account within a month, but still not received.
