My jio no is [protected].I had recharged my said no. by Rs.399/- on 22/09/2017. but I could not avail the services due to jio infocomm negligence.
I sent many mail to jio.com but they didnot show interest.
Hence i request you to interfere in the matter and refund me Rs. 399.00 as soon as possible.

I'm received 70 day validity instead of 84 days on recharge 399 (Diwali offer).
I recharged my no on 17 oct 2017.
Previous validity expired on 7 nov 2017 & than started new plan on 8th nov 2017
It will be valid up to 31 jan 2018 but i received validity only 17 jan 2017. I has called to jio care (198) but no positive response.
So sir please take a necessary action....

Placed iphone x on 8th nov 2017 by paying ~90k (Oder id jef[protected]. You promised for the deliver of the product within 3-10 business day. I'm complaining slow speed in my area since from last February but the company is just taking my complaint and not resolving the issue. I have done pre-booking of iphone x in jio.com and i got a message from shop online jio to collect iphone x from the store given in the email.

On 3rd november i have visited provided store and not got the phone, because of no stock.

I have written so many email to jio customer care and had calls with them but still issue is not resloved.

I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number but they are saying that they dont have any option for recharge reversal while every other telecom company is able to do so except jio. Why isnt jio reversing the money?

Booked jio phone rs 500 paid upfront. After going through terms and conditions, i no longer wish to buy jio phone i. E. Pay 1153.

No such option available at jio stores. I am already using 2 jio sim cards with mifi and smart phone. I don't need a cdma type phone. I don't need sim card. I only need phone.

Provide facility to not to take delivery of phone and refund of rs 500 to customers.

I have recharge rs.399 and the offer is i will get 50*8 voucher, but i am trying to redeemp it in rs.91 recharge but it is not sucessfull & when i call at customer care they said that offer change, how can jio company change offer??

Another issue that when i call before recharge they said me that you can use it coupne in another jio number also, but this also cant sucessfull..

After raising so many complaints at last jio given stable network with a new site. But as per jio network administrator information last saturday[protected], they tuned network for better quality it seems. I know this matter because i was present at the working place. After tuning am not getting even single bar network. Two weeks i was using jio with stable network coverage. But again same issue is begins. Such case...
