I have recharge rs.399 and the offer is i will get 50*8 voucher, but i am trying to redeemp it in rs.91 recharge but it is not sucessfull & when i call at customer care they said that offer change, how can jio company change offer??

Another issue that when i call before recharge they said me that you can use it coupne in another jio number also, but this also cant sucessfull..

So i nedd help and support..

    Issues:
    1. Unable to make calls isd calls though my balance which used to work fine for last 3 months.
    2. I contacted customer care 3 time.
    * caller 1: not enough credit so the call not getting connected. - so i did top-up for rs.100 after that too the call was not getting connected.
    * caller 2: advised me to top up isd pack 501 to avail isd service. - why should a customer have to topup monthly plan for a prepaid sim?. The international calls should be activated upon customer request.
    * caller 3: i asked to raise a complaint case or connect call with floor manager. - nothing was done.

    What the point of toping up main account balance where everything is monthly subscription.
    During the first 90 days with jio they where able to process my call without any additional topup. After validity expired i don’t understand why company is ripoff from us.

    ISD recharge 501 / Package is Ridicules service, calls drops in seconds for Dubai, Saudi, Qatar . not able to use package lost my rs 501 due to jio network issue... customer care just not doing anything .

    jio should stop isd service as they are not capable of giving isd service. also should return customers hard earn money which they are taking without giving service

    DONT Recharge ISD 501 Package ..

    JIO ISD service is very poor. Call drops in 20 to 30 seconds then hearing the conversation made at the beginning of the call. Called customer care three times and got the response that "this issue is specific to the location of the subscriber". I asked them to tell any location where I can go with my mobile and call :). No response and drops the call. In effect, I lost Rs: 501.

      I have recharge with rs 408 but i am unable to get the benefit after that i complaint customer care against recharge the customer service ensure me that you will get the benefit and they mail me in written but four month has been gone but not able to solve my problem.

      Sir kindly do something for regarding my recharge issue and i have written mail and bellow mention the written mail.

        Hello,

        After raising so many complaints at last jio given stable network with a new site. But as per jio network administrator information last saturday[protected], they tuned network for better quality it seems. I know this matter because i was present at the working place. After tuning am not getting even single bar network. Two weeks i was using jio with stable network coverage. But again same issue is begins. Such case why i have to use this dumb network.
        Fed up with complaining. For your kind reference am sharing my contact number with address.

          Its been an year that i have purchased this mobile and since then i am facing multiple issues.
          1. The screen often gets blank for 2 to 3 mins while working and hangs.
          2. The phone takes a lot more time to charge than the time specified by the company.
          3. The charger as well as the phone very often heat up while charging and the phone heats while normal usage.
          4. Despite having no application installed in the phone other than the ones that were preinstalled the phone very often hangs.
          I have been making complaints from the month the phone was bought and visiting the service centre as asked by the online executives but the person in the service centre resets the phone to factory settings rather than a permanent resolution. The phone still under warranty i want a satisfactory resolution asap.

          Feeling Cheated by JIO .. Also I am seeing many such complaints on social media too.

            Hello,
            I accidentally recharged my jio number through paytm and i want to cancel the recharge and want to get my money refunded to my paytm wallet.
            Please help me.
            I was going through the offers when i accidentally tapped on recharge now and it showed that recharge was successful and the money was debited from my paytm wallet. Please cancel the recharge and refund my money.

I called to jio but problem not resovled. Today around 9pm i called to jio so many times but call not connecting to customer care.
              If you don't solve the problem, i will change to other network

                Respected Sir/Mam Reliance jio infocomm Ltd placed the tower at our place (Site ID:-DDGL-RIL-0013) by the lessor of P. Magudeeswaran
                for past three months we had not receive rental amount.we contact the local office for solution they have not answer properly.I request you to take further step to make solution to the credential of rent
                And the authority of dindigul office Mr.senthil kumar demeanour as irresponsible while we compalin about the complaints

                  Dear sir,
                  I have booked jio phone on 24 august 2017 and is receiving on daily basis messages and call of congratulations to pick up the phone which is ready with premier communication but to my surprise the guys from above mentioned dealer or agent always telling me that they had sold this phone to someone else and is waiting for next batch of delivery to come from jio and often telling me that if you want you can take your money back.

                  Please let me know if this is fair and justify accordingly.

                    I have done pre-booking of iphone x in jio.com and i got a message from shop online jio to collect iphone x from the store given in the email.

                    On 3rd november i have visited provided store and not got the phone, because of no stock or store manager sold iphone x to some one. Still now i have not got credit note or refund.

                    I have written so many email to jio customer care and had calls with them but still isuue is not resloved

                      Worst app ever, every time it is not connecting at all, unable to call or message or use internet. If we uninstall the 4g voice app then we are able to use internet only but with the 4g voice we are unable to do anything. Remove the linking of 4g voice app with internet or call or message.

                        Please tell me what action taken till date?
                        I am using [protected] no from jio, I am using unlocked handset from us and called them logged ticket but of no avail. I followed up and finally executive who got rude said my phone is not compatible which was laughable. Issue not resolved

                          Nowadays jio is going to very bad. Since last 7 to 10 i was trying to open ibps site for downloading my my exam call letter even for applying for exam form. I am using jio special for my exam, this time jio really sucks me. I was using jio since last 9 months. Kindly think about it, otherwise i will for other network where i will get better than you.

Is[protected] was collected by [protected]@icici as per bank records. But recharge was not done in my jio no. [protected]. I have raised issue with bank for refund, but refunded back till date. Kindly look in the matter for refund... Please i am feeling so bad for ur costumer service

                                  I have port my airtel no. [protected] on dt. 09 nov 2017 and for the same airtel deactivated the services on dt. 15 nov 2017 but till today dt. 19 nov 2017 time 19:00 the jio company not activate my no., i have complained too many time on jio costumers care and on jio store (Sec-18, noida-201301) but they gave me 48 hour's time on every call and from 15 to 19 nov their 48 hour's not done, and today i have received a msg for sim replacement, (All sms's snapshot is attached) it seems that costumer problem is not have any mayne for them, i have last date of payment of my various bill 20 to 23 nov, if their is any late payment charges applicable then it's payable by the jio company or jio store sector-18, my alternate no.                                       After complaining many times, jio is ready to install jio site in my area. I am facing weak network and speed problem since 3th october. They said that after 60 days you will be able to use seamless 4g speed but my plan of 399 is going to expire on 6 jan 2018 therefore am not able to use internet speed is less then 40kbps and call drop is major issue and sometime i recieve voice from second person but my voice can't be sent to second person, only one way comm. Is happening.. All i want is my 399rs because am not able to use service why should i pay for that. I want my 399rs as soon as possible or give me me free recharge of 90 days which i have recharged earlier. Mesaage i recived from jio is attached.
