We have been trying to get the Jio Phone prebooked by online transfer of INR 500/-. For the past three weeks the Jio Store in Indirapuram Ghaziabad have not been able to give. They have numerous excuses - Phone not in stock, come after two hour, we are busy, server is down etc. etc. What is the process to get refund back of the paid amount? Please reply to e-mail. Do not call on the phone. Phone booking transaction ID is : FV000003LA2N

    We have bought a jio booster. And u all said that it would bee too fast and it can't send a single photo in what's app nor able to download anything. If we connect it to the laptop it takes atleast 15min to download only one song. And cant download a PDF of 437 pages it took 49min to download that PDF. The worst network I have seen is jio. And please increase u r signal. THANQ.

      From jio costumer care calls are company ng daily 15 to 20 calls by audio recording for booking of jio Mobil contacting for jio RR mobiles.but we went to that store and asked about this calls and messages they can't giving response.calls comig from

      THIS CALLS ARE MENTALLY HARASHING TO ME AND LOT OF PEOPLES PLEASE DO GOOD AS SOON.

          I would like to informed you that, i am now (Jaipur, rajastan) out station of west bengal but my mobile is ready now for pick up in west bengal (Durgapur) by 30 november.
          So right now i am unable to receive my jio phone due outstation of west bengal.
          So my humble request to you if i can collect my mobile phone from jaipur then i will be verry helpfull for me.

            I had done my pre-booking of jio phone through vishnu traders bjs colony jodhpur rajasthan in the month of september but not yet received the phone.
            Everyday from last 25 days i'm receiving a message and a phone call that my phone is ready for pickup from the above mentioned store, but when i went there he said that company has not delivered the phone and was unable to give satisfied reason.
            I am facing problem, everyday i visit there and he says same reason.
            I request you to quickly resolve the problem as fast as possible unless i will take a prompt action.

              I have requested to stop the service of sim no [protected] but they are not doing the same. They have also send me bill of excess amount for two month instead of one month. I have communicated several time to jio coustomer care but no response towards deactivation of sim service. The jio coustmer care no is also not working. I had been using above sim of jio for last one year, i have paid the bill regularly.

                Dear sir,
                We had prebooked Jio phone in August for the use of my mother and aunt. The reason we got it is it was advertised as free of charges for voice calls, and cost is only for sms and data.
                Today 23-11-17 we got the phone using aadhar card and they said after getting this phone that we have to pay 153.. We bought it as a free voice calling option, for very few calls. We cannot pay 153 per month to use this phone, there is no sms or data used.
                We want to return it immediately (we have not used it) for a refund, because this is not what we signed for.We are not going to use this phone.
                If this is not resolved, we will approach the court in this issue, as my elderly parents have been tricked.They were only told after fingerprinting that have to keep paying every month. They use ohone only for enmergencies, that is they bought a free adveryised phone.

                THe jio phone given to us is [protected]and [protected].Both the phones are unused and please let us know how to get a refund and return the phone.
                Usually consumer courts will return things in the same or next day or if the company cheated you. In thus we were misinformed.

                  I have recharged my two jio numbers of Rs 399 with transaction ID BR0000GKNDO0 & BR0000GKNK4V through retailer Nikita Studio Kolar road Bhopal MP. The recharge on one of the number was failed but the amount was deducted from the account. On calling on JioCustomer Care, they said that the amount will be received within 4 to5 days. It has been more than 3 weeks but the amount has still not been received in the account according to the retailer. I am attaching a photo with the complaint. Kindly look into this matter and refund the amount.

                    My jio no is [protected].I had recharged my said no. by Rs.399/- on 22/09/2017. but I could not avail the services due to jio infocomm negligence.
                    I sent many mail to jio.com but they didnot show interest.
                    Hence i request you to interfere in the matter and refund me Rs. 399.00 as soon as possible.

                      I'm received 70 day validity instead of 84 days on recharge 399 (Diwali offer).
                      I recharged my no on 17 oct 2017.
                      Previous validity expired on 7 nov 2017 & than started new plan on 8th nov 2017
                      It will be valid up to 31 jan 2018 but i received validity only 17 jan 2017. I has called to jio care (198) but no positive response.
                      So sir please take a necessary action.

                        Placed iphone x on 8th nov 2017 by paying ~90k (Oder id jef[protected]. You promised for the deliver of the product within 3-10 business day. Till now i have not received any call/message any kind or verbal and written communication regarding this. No help from your help line number as they asked me to wait till 22nd november 2017. Now they are not clear and asked me to go for refund process after holding my money for this many days and waited with patience.

                        I have pre-booked the iphone x and later successfully placed the order on 8th november after by paying full money rs. 89000/- booking id - jef04163649

                        You had promised that you would develiver in 3-10 business day. Till now i have not received any call/message any kind or verbal and written communication regarding this. I have tried to reach helpline but they have asked me to wait till 22nd nov 2017. Now, he is ready to return back the money without any regret. Please help me how to proceed further.

                            I'm complaining slow speed in my area since from last February but the company is just taking my complaint and not resolving the issue. Now I complained again and they taken 60 more days to solve and I knew even they don't solve this time as well. The speed now is just 0.2mbps. This is ridiculous to use 4G in this speed. The outdoor speed is also very slow. Before 15 days back the outdoor speed is 10mbps but now it's 0.4mbps. They really not worried about my complaint. They just take complaint and let the days to go and won't solve the complaint. That's why I'm complaining here

                                Such a pathetic customer care service, there is such negativity, tarnishing the brand Reliance Jio, no process for cancellation, no refund.. so sorry, ..Got recharged on [protected], the active number, no response if you try this number, actual number is [protected], they don't have any solution to this. Very rude customer service indeed, believe, must be paid well. Eventually they said someone will call, still waiting, it's a sheer waste of time, surely want refund of my money Rs 499 and would like to terminate my number immediately, Don't whether they have customer friendly cancellation process either, .. ..There is no validation process in UI and hardly any security feature in direct outlet, .. hardly any trigger to retort, .. very sad, so sorry for reputation of the esteemed brand Reliance Jio. Believe, someone will take it seriously and resolve the issue ..

                                  I have done pre-booking of iphone x in jio.com and i got a message from shop online jio to collect iphone x from the store given in the email.

                                  On 3rd november i have visited provided store and not got the phone, because of no stock.

                                  I have written so many email to jio customer care and had calls with them but still issue is not resloved.

                                    I have purchase jio wifi2 router 8-9 months back, i had issue with router that it was not working (It was switched off), saturday (18th november) i went to jio customer service center in hadapsar, pune (Near sasanenagar), contact person told me that you need to but new battery. So i purchased new battery of 560 rs, then still i had same issue with router, then again i went to same service center that he did some thing to my router and then i router is working from that time. But my problem is customer service representative gave me wrong information that i need to buy new battery. Actually the problem was in device not in the battery and he did not troubleshoot problem. He wasted my money and he is saying their is no refund policy for batter purchase.
                                    I want to refund that battery and my money back.

                                        Booked jio phone rs 500 paid upfront. After going through terms and conditions, i no longer wish to buy jio phone i. E. Pay 1153.

                                        No such option available at jio stores. I am already using 2 jio sim cards with mifi and smart phone. I don't need a cdma type phone. I don't need sim card. I only need phone.

                                        Provide facility to not to take delivery of phone and refund of rs 500 to customers.
