I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the sms of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

I Radhakrishnan KV, Mobile No [protected], had Pre-booked Jio phone on 24 Aug 2017 and had paid Rs 500-/- through Paytm Wallet Txn ID:[protected] under BILLDESKutil Order #JPT[protected]. However on checking my status of my booking it has been intimated that no Voucher on the no provided is existing. You are requested to please check and intimate the booking voucher No or return the money credited into your account paid vide the above Transaction.

Same has happend with me. Situation was different. I'd booked 2 jio phone from 1 different number (1 for me, 1 for friend), i have made the payment of 1000/- for 2 phones. I have received the message at my friends number who is form kanpur. Which adds my number with kanpur pincode (I am from ghaziabad) but diddn't received any text on my handset. She has received her number's confirmation too.
What to do? Please help!

I booked a jio phone from jio.com yesterday. After confirming the payment amount from sbi online banking it redirected to jio and shows the transaction failed. But the money is deducted from my bank account. I called customer care but no use. They aren't updated about jio phone yet.

The transaction id is: fv000000wh2o
My sbi transaction id is : jsbi[protected]
And found some randome id's in the url : igabwwbgi7

Yesterday i have booked two jio phones cost of 1000rs through my jio app. I got message of amount debited from my bank canara but didnt get confirmation message of jio mobiles not even transaction failure message. What to do help me in this. I keep on calling jio customer care they making to wait 24 hrs whenever i call them. I called[protected] number which is given by jio care to manage mobile phones i called to that number there is no vochers in that. Please help me to get back my money or else book mobile phones

I tried placing an order for 2 jio phones via jio.com phone ordering page on 24/08/2017. When i proceeded to pay the amount of ₹1000, i was given an option to pay via paytm along with all other options. I selected the paytm option and entered my citibank card details to make the payment. After few seconds of entering ipin for transaction ₹1000 were deduced from my citibank account. But when the transaction was processed and i was brought back to jio transaction page, i was presented with a message stating that "your transaction id is fv000001uk1i" and it said that the transaction failed below this message. There was only one method for me to order phone and that was by entering my mobile number and placing order. After the transaction failed i haven't received any message from jio and also the money is still not refunded. Please help me get my money back from this fraud.

With this email i want to inform you that after recharge in my jio number still i have received 8-10 call from customer care and this is so recitative.

Here i request to you please update data in your system and stop that spam calls

Money got deducted from my account and i even got a transaction id for that but i did not get any confirmation mail of any sort on the mobile number which i used to register. How can i possibly be assured of the product.
