I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from hdfc net banking but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

    Yesterday (24th august 2017) i booked a jio phone from the site, and made transaction through my sbi credit card, as the money got deducted from my account but i didn't got any confirmation message from jio about phone booking. Please help. I am also trying to contact customer care but they are not receiving phone. Please help. The mobile number by which i registered is [protected]. And the pin code is 831003. And my transaction id is fv000000xzvy. Please help me out... I am waiting

    I have facing lot of problem
    No connection in model town area of rohtak... 4g works like 2g and other area are ok but model town area has a poor signal strength
    No speed nothing.. kindly look into it or else everyone over here will go to airtel or voda it this problem is not solved asap..

      On 24th august i tried booking 2 jio handsets through my jio mobile app, it asked for phone number and pin code and then it redirected to payment page asking for 500 rupees, i am redirected to payment page and money got deducted from my sbi net banking but the status on app showed transaction is failed and then i get no instructions from jio what to do next. This has happened twice.
      Transaction ids are :
      Fv000000wp3s for mobile no [protected]
      Fv000000yfq6 for mobile no[protected]

      Please help me, i want either phone or my money back.

        Today evening i try to book jio mobile 1500rs. I register my mob no.[protected] pin code -401107. Next step i go to payment page i pay 500 rs. My debit card after few seconds msg show your transaction failed. Rs.500 debit my account. But i can't confirmation message to my mobile.
        I want my money next 24 hours.
        I am awaiting your reply..

          As its seams jio phone pre booking but still after booking no status about the booking amt is deducted this show how company making fool

            Hi,

            Be aware guys i have just posted the complain regarding jio phone and i have given my number at the end.

            I am started getting fraud call from this number

            Fraud call number: [protected]
            True call name display: ebazar ninja backend

            They will ask your credit/defit card number and everything. Thay will tell that u will get refund of money quickly. This is a fraud its not genuine call from jio
            So alert and don't post your number

                  I booked jio phone on 24.08.2017 by paying advance rs.500 in jio.com website but did not received any message regarding the confirmation of my booking from jio except the amount deduction message from bank. I booked using my non jio number [protected]. Kindly confirm my booking and send a message regarding the confirmation of my jio phone booking.                     After paying 2 times 500 rs payment, i did not get conformation.. I request you to kindly send me conformation sms on my mobile [protected] and [protected].. The payment is done yesterday roughaly at 8.00pm and little later other one. On the mobile no [protected]... Both the time money is deductead from net banking... This complaint is against yester booking was lanchead by reliance jio for hand set...in the evening 5.00 pm...

                      Message displayed : your transaction is successful and transaction id null.

                      I haven't received any confirmation message or whether i will get my money refunded.

                      Tried to call jio customer care, but they are not helping.

                      Could you please let me know from where i will clear my queries and get my money back.

                          Yesterday night i tried to book a jio phone, all went super cool till the payment gateway. After payment the is no reference id, no successful message but money got deducted from my bank.

                          Do i need to try booking a new phone or just wait for the jio people to call me?

                          How can take further action about this process?

                                I am abhishek singh, i booked jio phone and pay 500 balance through paytm.
                                Paytm shows balance has been succesfully deducted but jio phone payment site (www.billdesk.com) shows transaction has been failed.

                                I also do not get help from paytm 24x7 service. Paytm customer help employee is so busy that they are not able to resolve their customer problem.

                                My money has been gone ' i don't know where ' and how to contact them.

                                Plz help me to refund my money.

                                    I have ported my no.[protected] to jio from idea.
                                    After activation it has never worked properly amd calls are not going thro.
                                    The lyf mobile i bought from reliance is also a utter waste. I am waiting for the 3 months period to end so that i will switch over to airtel.
                                    There is a proverb in tamil "sontha kaasila soonium vachikarathu" is the right one for joining jio.
                                    I have never experienced a worst service in my life so far.
                                    Please arrange to port my number [protected] as i do not want to be in jio network and i am ready to lose my inr.399/-+inr.90/ paid.

                                      I had booked the jio phone and made the payment through paytm. Amount was successfully deducted of rs.500 from my paytm wallet.
                                      But there was a notification from jio that the transaction failed... I didn't get any order status and not any confirmation msg.. Than why my money deducted.

                                      Provide me order id or refund my money...

                                      But there was a notification from Jio that the transaction is failed...i didn't get any order status and not any confirmation msg from JIO for order booking.

                                      Please take the necessary action for the same.

                                        Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        On 24th August, 2017 evening I pre-booked one jio phone using My Jio app and paid Rs.500.00 via internet banking. The transaction was successful and transaction ID "FV000000FFG2" has been shown. Money has been successfully debited from my bank account. But no confirmation SMS or email has yet been received by me at my jio number [protected] or the beneficiary mob. number.

                                        Please help.
