    I booked jio phone on 24.08.2017 by paying advance rs.500 in jio.com website but did not received any message regarding the confirmation of my booking from jio except the amount deduction message from bank. I booked using my non jio number [protected]. Kindly confirm my booking and send a message regarding the confirmation of my jio phone booking. Here i have attached the screen shot of booking successful shown after making payment for your reference.

      After paying 2 times 500 rs payment, i did not get conformation.. I request you to kindly send me conformation sms on my mobile [protected] and [protected].. The payment is done yesterday roughaly at 8.00pm and little later other one. On the mobile no [protected]... Both the time money is deductead from net banking... This complaint is against yester booking was lanchead by reliance jio for hand set...in the evening 5.00 pm...

      I have made a payment of rupees 500 for Jio phone booking from mobile no. [protected] delivery address pin 452002 but haven't receive confirmation message so please resolved my query and send me confirmation message including order no.

        While purchasing the jio phone from jio.com.
        Message displayed : your transaction is successful and transaction id null.

        I haven't received any confirmation message or whether i will get my money refunded.

        Tried to call jio customer care, but they are not helping.

        Could you please let me know from where i will clear my queries and get my money back.

            Yesterday night i tried to book a jio phone, all went super cool till the payment gateway. After payment the is no reference id, no successful message but money got deducted from my bank.

            Do i need to try booking a new phone or just wait for the jio people to call me?

            How can take further action about this process?

                  I am abhishek singh, i booked jio phone and pay 500 balance through paytm.
                  Paytm shows balance has been succesfully deducted but jio phone payment site (www.billdesk.com) shows transaction has been failed.

                  I also do not get help from paytm 24x7 service. Paytm customer help employee is so busy that they are not able to resolve their customer problem.

                  My money has been gone ' i don't know where ' and how to contact them.

                  Plz help me to refund my money.

                      I have ported my no.[protected] to jio from idea.
                      After activation it has never worked properly amd calls are not going thro.
                      The lyf mobile i bought from reliance is also a utter waste. I am waiting for the 3 months period to end so that i will switch over to airtel.
                      There is a proverb in tamil "sontha kaasila soonium vachikarathu" is the right one for joining jio.
                      I have never experienced a worst service in my life so far.
                      Please arrange to port my number [protected] as i do not want to be in jio network and i am ready to lose my inr.399/-+inr.90/ paid.

                        But there was a notification from jio that the transaction failed... I didn't get any order status and not any confirmation msg.. Than why my money deducted.

                          Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          On 24th August, 2017 evening I pre-booked one jio phone using My Jio app and paid Rs.500.00 via internet banking. The transaction was successful and transaction ID "FV000000FFG2" has been shown. Money has been successfully debited from my bank account. But no confirmation SMS or email has yet been received by me at my jio number [protected] or the beneficiary mob. number.

                          Please help.

                                  I paid 500 ruppes for jio phone booking via paytm (Sbi), 500 ruppes deducted from my sbi account, and sms come like this you're 500 ruppes paid to billdeskuti, but still not showing any sms of you're jio phone booking successfully, you're payment successfully for jio phone, also still not getting any sms from jio team
                                  Pls suggest me, why this happening, i show review for jio phone booking same problem comes every one.

                                    I have booked jio phone through http://www.jio.com/ and paid 500 rs through sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i got a message from bank stating "thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx6996for a purchase worth rs500.0 on pos reliance jio at reliance jio txn#ju[protected]." i checked my a/c for last 10 transactions and found the deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

                                      Today i tried booking one jio mobile. From my bank of baroda bank account they deducted 500 rs but till now i didn't recieve any confirmation message from jio about booking of mobiles. I did payment using sbi net banking as it was given in payment option and my mobile number which i used for booking is [protected]. When i called the jio customer care no. They said thereis no voucher for this number. Kindly resolve the problem or atleast give the refund as soon as possible.
