Sir i made pre booking from jio website with the number [protected] and paid 500 through internet banking but i think due to some server error it shows transaction failed but i got message that money is deducted from my account but i didn't got confirmation from jio sir please refund my money sir and so many people are facing same problem please see this sir

      Pre Booking of JIO phone may be the loot by Reliance Jio infocomm.
      As I was in a process to book the phone, at last it was transaction page where I have completed all the credentials and finally it showed transaction failed but the money has been deducted by my bank.
      I want my money back.

        My problem was not resolved until but site shows that problem has been resolved.. What is this..??? Don't try to cheat me.. I am a student i compromise on other things to book this phone for 500Rs.. And now all such things happening with me.. Plz refund my money that was deducted during the booking process..             Yesterday, i was booking jio phone, balance of 500rs debited from union bank debit card but did not get any confirmation msg.

            Screen was showing transaction failure an id was fv000001mafd.

            A. Now what shoul i do?
            B. Do i need to book again?
            C. If yes then how would i get my deducted money?

              When i am trying to book jio mobile in online. While completing the payment gateway process i' be entered otp pin for transaction and suddenly website stop responding and also rs.500 deducted from my account, but didn't get any confirmation of booked status from jio. But i got confirmation of debited amount for jio mobile from my account. Will u guy's plz confirm whether i' ve booked the mobile or not, if not then when i 'll get my money back into my account.

                  I'm trying to book jio phone but after completing the payment gateway process I've entered OTP as well and suddenly website stop responding, and also ₹500 deducted from my account, will you guys please confirm whether I've booked phone or not, if not then when I'll get my money back.                     I prebooked jio phone at 7:25pm on 24/08/17 from myjio app with my airtel mobile number. I paid ₹500 with my paytm account. ₹500 got deducted from my paytm account in the name of billdeskutil but myjio app didn't show me any booking id or confirmation of my order. I didn't even receive sms for successful order placement from jio. The only proof i have is the transaction id of paytm.

                    I prebooked jio phone at 7:25pm on 24/08/17 from MyJio app with my airtel mobile number. I paid ₹500 with my paytm account. ₹500 got deducted from my paytm account in the name of BILLDESKutil but MyJio app didn't show me any booking ID or confirmation of my order. I didn't even receive sms for successful order placement from Jio. The only proof I have is the transaction ID of paytm.

                          If you want your transaction IDs from Jio open the exact transaction failed URL from your browser history and carefully read it.
                          You will get a bunch of ID's like FVXXXXX... and some IDs .
                          Note it down for further reference.

                              I have tried to book the jio phone on aug 24, 2017 and the payment through net banking (Sbi) was successfully deducted rs.500/- from my bank account...

                              There was a notification from jio that
                              Your transaction failed
                              Your transaction id is fv000000wubi

                              On my net banking a/c it's showing that on 24-aug-2017, rs.500/- transfer to inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments with ref. No. Jsbi[protected]igabwwbfh5

                              This is a complete deficient service from your end.
                              Pls review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my sbi bank account urgently for which i shall remain obliged.

                                I was booking jio phone from my jio app and after doing payment from paytm the app does not give any information about my order as well as no notification has been given by jio that your order is confirmed or not. If my order was not placed they should refund my payment or they should complete the order. This all happens today i. E., 24/08/2017 at 7:45 pm.

                                    DEAR SIR,
                                    I am vishal saxena my booking number is [protected] and my delivery code is 313001 and my issue is my transaction was successful while booking RELIANCE JIO PHONE and the payment was debited through debit card payment, and there is null showing in place of transaction id and now in my bookings i dont have any details of phone booked or any type of voucher numbers and i dont have any message either on my mobile from RELIANCE JIO

                                    bank:- hdfc bank
                                    date and time of transaction :[protected] and time is 21:04:39

                                    so kindly solve my problem sir

                                      I have tried to book the jio phone and the payment through net banking (Sbi) was successfully deducted rs.500 from my bank account...
                                      There was a notification from jio that the payment failed.
                                      The transaction id is fv000001m7ou
                                      Very bad service from your end,
                                      Pl review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my federal bank account.

                                        There was a notification from jio that the payment failed.
                                        Again i tried to book the phone and got deducted the payment of rs.500 from m account... To which no success or failure information received.
                                        The transaction ids are ecm/7682/reliancejio/ &
                                        Ecm/6062/reliancejio/ dtd.[protected].35 & 20.43 hrs.
                                        Thus rs.1000 is in suspense due to your website failure.
                                        Very bad service from your end,
                                        Pl review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my federal bank account.
