Dear sir/madam,
Yesterday i booked a jiophone and made payment by debit card. The payment was a success and 500rs. Was debited. My transaction id is - fv0000019rsg and txn# ju[protected]. No confirmation message was recieved on my phone and also there is no jio phone voucher shown on page. Iregistered with mobile no. [protected]. And after this transaction this page sown { https://www.jio.com/JioWebApp/index.html?root=prebookingConfirmation&msg=RELJIOD... }
Please help me with this big issue.

    I have tried to book the jio phone and made the payment through paytm. Money was successfully deducted of rs.500 from my paytm balance.
    There was a notification from jio that the transaction failed... I didn't get any order status and not any confirmation msg.. Than why my money deducted.
    The transaction id is fv000001l800
    Kindly look into this issue. Either
    Provide me order id or refund my money

      Dear sir, i am jio customer with mobile number [protected], due to validity was ending on august 15th. I recharged my number [protected] for 399 rs in paytm cc transaction no [protected]. Service was provided until 24th august morning later it has been disconnected. Kindly resolve this issue and provide me the service. From since jio launched i am prime customer of.

        I paid 500 ruppes for jio phone booking via paytm (Sbi), 500 ruppes deducted from my sbi account, and sms come like this you're 500 ruppes paid to billdeskuti, but still not showing any sms of you're jio phone booking successfully, you're payment successfully for jio phone, also still not getting any sms from jio team
        Pls suggest me, why this happening, i show review for jio phone booking same problem comes every one.
        So pls pls do needful and helpful

          I have booked jio phone through http://www.jio.com/ and paid 500 rs through sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i got a message from bank stating "thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx6996for a purchase worth rs500.0 on pos reliance jio at reliance jio txn#ju[protected]." i checked my a/c for last 10 transactions and found the deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

            Today i tried booking one jio mobile. From my bank of baroda bank account they deducted 500 rs but till now i didn't recieve any confirmation message from jio about booking of mobiles. I did payment using sbi net banking as it was given in payment option and my mobile number which i used for booking is [protected]. When i called the jio customer care no. They said thereis no voucher for this number. Kindly resolve the problem or atleast give the refund as soon as possible.

                Yesterday i've booked jio phone through my jio app and for payment i chose paytm. Rs 500 deducted from my paytm wallet but in jio app its showing transaction terminated. Didn't get any confirmation about the status. I am not sure whether the booking is confirmed or not. If it's not then refund my money asap so that i can place the order again. Please look into this issue asap.

                              No voucher for mobile no.[protected] issued when i call to. No.[protected]. Amount 500 deducted seriously are you cheating on me.. Please at least make some confirmation or refund my money.. I tried calling customer care they are giving wrong information and diverting one to another.. Are they trying to cheat.. They should come up with reasonable answer.

                                Same has happend with me. Situation was different. I'd booked 2 Jio Phone from 1 different number(1 for me, 1 for Friend), i have made the payment of 1000/- for 2 phones. I have received the message at my friends number who is form Kanpur. Which adds my number with Kanpur Pincode(I am from Ghaziabad) but diddn't received any text on my handset. She has received her number's Confirmation too.
                                What to do?Please Help!
