    I booked a jio phone in 24 august around 7 pm, all process done clearly but in finally a message is shown that * transaction failed, when i checked bank account rs 500/- deducted and transferred to jio telecom. How's this possible? Please kindly let me know it has booked or not; if not need to refund my money and i will book another one.

      Have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from sbi debit card but transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

        Jio plzz solve my problem. I had ordered jio phone by this no.[protected] first the payment is successful but confirmation not received then i had tried after them both messages received of confirmation by jio and paytm but the above first payment is successful but confirmation of jio phone is not successful.. So please see to it. I being a loyal customer believe in you that you will solve my problem plzz refund my money [protected] from this i have first booked one phone in which payment is successful via paytm but jio phone not successful. Then i had tried another time from this no. Only then it is confirmed so plzz send me the refund of my first transaction..

          I'm trying to book jio phone but after completing the payment gateway process i've entered otp as well and suddenly website stop responding, and also ₹500 deducted from my account, will you guys please confirm whether i've booked phone or not, if not then when i'll get my money back. Or else you guys can rebook, i've the sms confirmation of debited amount.

                Pre Booking of JIO phone may be the loot by Reliance Jio infocomm.
                As I was in a process to book the phone, at last it was transaction page where I have completed all the credentials and finally it showed transaction failed but the money has been deducted by my bank.
                I want my money back.

                  My problem was not resolved until but site shows that problem has been resolved.. What is this..??? Don't try to cheat me.. I am a student i compromise on other things to book this phone for 500Rs.. And now all such things happening with me.. Plz refund my money that was deducted during the booking process..                       Yesterday, i was booking jio phone, balance of 500rs debited from union bank debit card but did not get any confirmation msg.

                      Screen was showing transaction failure an id was fv000001mafd.

                      A. Now what shoul i do?
                      B. Do i need to book again?
                      C. If yes then how would i get my deducted money?

While completing the payment gateway process i' be entered otp pin for transaction and suddenly website stop responding and also rs.500 deducted from my account, but didn't get any confirmation of booked status from jio.                               I prebooked jio phone at 7:25pm on 24/08/17 from myjio app with my airtel mobile number. I paid ₹500 with my paytm account. ₹500 got deducted from my paytm account in the name of billdeskutil but myjio app didn't show me any booking id or confirmation of my order. I didn't even receive sms for successful order placement from jio. The only proof i have is the transaction id of paytm.

I paid ₹500 with my paytm account. ₹500 got deducted from my paytm account in the name of BILLDESKutil but MyJio app didn't show me any booking ID or confirmation of my order. I didn't even receive sms for successful order placement from Jio. The only proof I have is the transaction ID of paytm.

                                    I tried to book a phone yesterday., the money got deducted from my SBI account but its shows the transaction failed. But what I got are some IDs.
                                    If you want your transaction IDs from Jio open the exact transaction failed URL from your browser history and carefully read it.
                                    You will get a bunch of ID's like FVXXXXX... and some IDs .
                                    Note it down for further reference.

                                    Just install the app, click on manage your orders and full your ordered phone number ... it will show you Jio mobile for which you have paid money

                                    I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs 2 times from sbi internet banking but transaction 1-successful but any information (SMS) not found my booking mobile no., 2- Not to be found any Information . So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 1000 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    Sir, i booked Jio mobile on 24 Aug at 19:35 hrs and Rs 500/- paid vide credit card. However the amount was debited from my credit card but not got any Transaction ID or Voucher in regards of this. I booked by my mobile number [protected]. Please do needful action of above transaction or advice me for further action.

                                    Hallo sir, i have paid rs 500 jio.com for Jio Mobile pre-booking but massage so transaction failed than some time later my balance is dedicated .I have paid amount my Paytm wallet.than II am call Jio care he told me you're amount is refund 48 hour but my balance not received .I have returned call after 48 hour he told your amount not received for jio.com you call Paytm care. Paytm care reply that Paytm send a amount in Jio .com & Paytm not received any amount for Jio .com pls help.

                                    I have tried to book jio phone on 24/8/17 from jio website. Everything was good but after payment done from by Sbi account through netbanking, jio site showed failed transaction and the amount of Rs. 500/- deducted from bank and received by Reliance. After emailing to jio's customer care till date no refund got. Please arrange to refund my money immediately.

                                        I have tried to book the jio phone on aug 24, 2017 and the payment through net banking (Sbi) was successfully deducted rs.500/- from my bank account...

                                        There was a notification from jio that
                                        Your transaction failed
                                        Your transaction id is fv000000wubi

                                        On my net banking a/c it's showing that on 24-aug-2017, rs.500/- transfer to inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments with ref. No. Jsbi[protected]igabwwbfh5

                                        This is a complete deficient service from your end.
                                        Pls review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my sbi bank account urgently for which i shall remain obliged.
                                        Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        When we are talking about digtel India, modernization India, super power of global, when we reached to moon. But as of now my home town in my village still getting 00.11 KBPS Internet by JIO is this really 4g service ? When I have compline about it 6 month before they have same said the same Ans " we are working on it we are going to fix it ASAP " today again I have complained about it but god knows when this THERE ASAP will come. Seriously one word to Jio team Ua also in same way to Airtel. Vodaphone when we India trusted on you u should gain that trust my compline no is - Mr00nxxtey and m sending you the screenshot of present network connectivity
