Yesterday i've booked jio phone through my jio app and for payment i chose paytm. Rs 500 deducted from my paytm wallet but in jio app its showing transaction terminated. Didn't get any confirmation about the status. I am not sure whether the booking is confirmed or not. If it's not then refund my money asap so that i can place the order again. Please look into this issue asap.

    I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from axis bank online banking but transaction failed. Message received is as below: info: inb/[protected]/reliance jio infocom (Billd. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.

But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio.           Yesterday i order for jio mobile cash as deducted from paytm but msg or success about mobile phone yet not received so kindly request just return my money back to paytm or message should be success for buying jio free mobile. 500 amount as deducted i have send u screen shot from paytm it's successful transaction but from jio msg not yet received about successful transaction.

                No voucher for mobile no.[protected] issued when i call to. No.[protected]. Amount 500 deducted seriously are you cheating on me.. Please at least make some confirmation or refund my money.. I tried calling customer care they are giving wrong information and diverting one to another.. Are they trying to cheat.. They should come up with reasonable answer.

                  Same has happend with me. Situation was different. I'd booked 2 Jio Phone from 1 different number(1 for me, 1 for Friend), i have made the payment of 1000/- for 2 phones. I have received the message at my friends number who is form Kanpur. Which adds my number with Kanpur Pincode(I am from Ghaziabad) but diddn't received any text on my handset. She has received her number's Confirmation too.
                  What to do?Please Help!

                          Yesterday i tried booking two jio mobiles. From my sbi bank account they deducted 1000 rs but till now i didn't recieve any confirmation message from jio about booking of mobiles. i did payment using sbi net banking as it was given in payment option and my mobile number which i used for booking is [protected]. when i called the jio customer care no. they said thereis no voucher for this number. kindly resolve the problem or atleast give the refund as soon as possible.

                                I booked a jio phone in 24 august around 7 pm, all process done clearly but in finally a message is shown that * transaction failed, when i checked bank account rs 500/- deducted and transferred to jio telecom. How's this possible? Please kindly let me know it has booked or not; if not need to refund my money and i will book another one.

I had ordered jio phone by this no.[protected] first the payment is successful but confirmation not received then i had tried after them both messages received of confirmation by jio and paytm but the above first payment is successful but confirmation of jio phone is not successful.. So please see to it. I being a loyal customer believe in you that you will solve my problem plzz refund my money [protected] from this i have first booked one phone in which payment is successful via paytm but jio phone not successful. Then i had tried another time from this no. Only then it is confirmed so plzz send me the refund of my first transaction..

                                      I'm trying to book jio phone but after completing the payment gateway process i've entered otp as well and suddenly website stop responding, and also ₹500 deducted from my account, will you guys please confirm whether i've booked phone or not, if not then when i'll get my money back.
