I was booking jio phone from my jio app and after doing payment from paytm the app does not give any information about my order as well as no notification has been given by jio that your order is confirmed or not. If my order was not placed they should refund my payment or they should complete the order. This all happens today i. E., 24/08/2017 at 7:45 pm.

      DEAR SIR,
      I am vishal saxena my booking number is [protected] and my delivery code is 313001 and my issue is my transaction was successful while booking RELIANCE JIO PHONE and the payment was debited through debit card payment, and there is null showing in place of transaction id and now in my bookings i dont have any details of phone booked or any type of voucher numbers and i dont have any message either on my mobile from RELIANCE JIO

      so kindly solve my problem sir

        I have tried to book the jio phone and the payment through net banking (Sbi) was successfully deducted rs.500 from my bank account...
        There was a notification from jio that the payment failed.
        The transaction id is fv000001m7ou
        Very bad service from your end,
        Pl review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my federal bank account.

          I have tried to book the jio phone and the payment through debit card was successfully deducted rs.500 from my bank account...
          There was a notification from jio that the payment failed.
          Again i tried to book the phone and got deducted the payment of rs.500 from m account... To which no success or failure information received.
          The transaction ids are ecm/7682/reliancejio/ &
          Ecm/6062/reliancejio/ dtd.[protected].35 & 20.43 hrs.
          Thus rs.1000 is in suspense due to your website failure.
          Very bad service from your end,
          Pl review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my federal bank account.

            To day iam booking two mobiles through jio web site. My mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. The required amount of rs. 1000/- was also paid to inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments through net banking and the same amount deducted in my account vide reference number lsbi[protected]igabwwsbp7. But conformed message and coupon number was not received from the jio mobiles.

                        The transaction was for booking jiophone with prebooking amount of 500 rupees.
                        The payment was deducted from the paytm wallet account but the transaction failed message appeared with reference ID, screen shot of which is attached below, but no communication message from reliance jio came !

                          I ported my airtel network to reliance jio as i heared from my neighbours that jio is speed in browsing and good signal quality than airtel in our location. I paid rs.408 for 3 months period. It provide good signal quality and speed in browsing for 1 month. Now it getting problematic to me from last 3 weeks. When i register a complaint through customer care, they simply told that change your phone settings.
                          But when i went to city (Visakhapatnam) i got good signals and speed in browsing. Then i realised that the problem is with the network. Couple of times i registered the complaints but they are not responding. Can you solve the problem or else please refund 2/3 of rs.408 which i paid to you.

                              Today, i booked my jiophone with mobile number:[protected] and after completing the transcation it showed a message that my trnascation is suceesfulll and my transcation id is null.
                              Is my phone booked or not???
                              My money from the bank account is also transferred..
                              After a while i got a message on my screen giving this number:fv000000x4ke.

                              I request jio to inform me whether my phone is booked or not???

                              I have also added picture proofs of files.

                                  I have ordered a card online and my appointment was scheduled the next day but they didn't came and just called and ask me for if its okay if postponed one day. I agreed but next day the service didnt contact me so i called and she talk very rudely with out any explanation and even no service fulfilling. Its was one of the most irresponsible thing by jio services.

                                    I'm subscriber of jio prepaid sim.

                                    While selecting the plan, by mistake i have opted the rs 9999, 399 days plan on aug 17th 2017 (Online transaction).

                                    I wanted to opt for the plan rs.399, 84 days.

                                    Hence, i visited ji care center at midc, andheri east. They said there is process to revert. But it is 3 days since i visited them, no action has been taken.
                                    I would request jio officials to acknowledge and take action to resolve it. I can provide further details when required.

                                      I accidentally recharged the wrong jio number. The owner of that number was contacted by me. She also wanted the reverse recharge. I called the customer care to inform about this. They said they cannot do it. But all other service providers are able to do it. If both the parties consent to it, why is there a problem. I have the transaction id with me for reference.

                                        Hi, i have applied for the job of store managers in shine.com. I applied to reliance jio infocomm. A lady named krithika answered the call and said i need to take a telephonic interview. Next day i took the interview and they said i'm selected n need to pay1500 as security amount to enter next round. I paid. I cmpltd the second round and they said i'm selected. I need to pay6500 which will be returned after 1 week of training. I paid. They sent the call letter. I'm happy and overly excited. Date of my working and place i. E., vijayawadais given but not the location. I had called them and asked they said they say the location before 2 days. I'm happy as it is my home town. But they didnt call. So i called them... Yes your guess is right they didnt answer and it is saiyng to please check the number. They are fraud. But i'm unable to do anything.
                                        I'm fooled like anything.
                                        Plzzz friends beaware of this type of frauds.
