Hi, i have applied for the job of store managers in shine.com. I applied to reliance jio infocomm. A lady named krithika answered the call and said i need to take a telephonic interview. Next day i took the interview and they said i'm selected n need to pay1500 as security amount to enter next round. I paid. I cmpltd the second round and they said i'm selected. I need to pay6500 which will be returned after 1 week of training. I paid. They sent the call letter. I'm happy and overly excited. Date of my working and place i. E., vijayawadais given but not the location. I had called them and asked they said they say the location before 2 days. I'm happy as it is my home town. But they didnt call. So i called them... Yes your guess is right they didnt answer and it is saiyng to please check the number. They are fraud. But i'm unable to do anything.
I'm fooled like anything.
Plzzz friends beaware of this type of frauds.

Please reverse this recharge amount to the Paytm wallate.

I had recharged my jio number [protected] recently (Almost a 15days back),
Since that time onward i had hardly received any signal in my work
Place (Near bel circle bangalore) and in my residence (
Abhigere, bangalore).

I had put a complain also in this regard but no action has been
Taken till now. My recharge in jio was valid for 84 days and time is going
Without me be able to use the jio phone.

Sir maine apne mo. No.[protected] ko recharge kiya. Recharge krne ke liye net ki jarurat hoti hai. Maine dusre jio no.[protected]se hotspot connect kr liya. And jb recharge successful ka message aaya. To usi hotspot no.[protected] pr aaya. Jabki recharge maine apne no.[protected]pr kiya. Keval net connection[protected] no. Se hotspot ke dwra chal rha tha. Paisa mera cut gya aur recharge dusra no. Hua.

I have port my number dated 08/08/2017. But yet not port. I call jiocare to know why are my port request cancelled. But they said we are not cancelled your request they blaim to others. I not understand what they are thinking about public. Every customber care officer runaway from their liability, they said call later after that new person again this process. Sometimes they cut call.

I have done wrong recharge done through amazon pay to [protected] (Wrong num). I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected] (Last number is 8 but i wrongly entered 4). They are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge. But every other telcom provider will reverse except jio. Last time i had same problem with airtel they have reversed the amount. Why isnt jio reversing the money? I contact to that person[protected] (Wrong num) he is ready to reverse (That person like to give). But jio not provide any options like other tele companys. Why jio?

I recharged my no. [protected] with 399 rupees under which plan is unlimited free calling and one gb data per day. But my voice call is not working till 4 days. It is showing call end all time when i am connect to any number. I am facing the problem to contact any body even my parent so resolve this problem. Kindly take action against this.

Recently i ported from vodafone to jio.. I am a i phone user.. From the day of first i am not getting network for make a single call... Jio is not working on my complain.. I m not able to make a single call in a day.. Jio is suggesting me change the phone.. But my phone is new and no objection fro apple india.
I have 4 complain no what i got from jio in last 20 days...

As the inform with that i have already recharge rs. 399 from jio money to jio no. [protected] but till time i have not recharge my phone and calling services stop and jio customer care no any responses so kindly do this matter as soon as possible.

Jio ne mujhe cheat kiya hai mere pas jio ka 399 ka plan tha jo 3 mahino tk valid tha mtlb 13 oct. Tak lekin 23 august ko mene call kiya to mjhe information mili ke apka balance khatm ho chuka hai to mene 149 ka recharge kiya lekin usme bhi balance nahi aaya mjhe galat information di ki apke mob. Me balance khtm ho gya hai or jb mene customer care par bat ki to unhone saaf saaf mna kar diya ki hm 149 ke recharge ko deactivate nahi kar payenge...

Dear sir, this is atul tripathi jeo no -[protected], has taken an other jeo no [protected], only. But when i went to jeo recharge option at[protected] tuesday. I find there is an another no which i have not taken any more which is [protected] in true caller it is showing in name of any ankit asus haryana. Pehaps it is some worker of hotspot mobile store tin no -[protected], hotel u r compound, first floor above standard charted atm 7/3-a/1 mg marg civil lines allahabad 211001mob [protected]. As i have purchased a mobile there at 3-2-2017 and they had tried to provided me jeo sim but shown that server is not available and before this they have taken my identity (Adhar no and bio metric) kindly take some action against these people as i had blocked this no at[protected] thanking you.

Sir i was recharge of an amount rs. 399 in my jio number.
Entitlement: benefits of 399 plan free voice, unlimited data (Post 1gb high speed data per day, speed will throttle to 128kbps), 100sms/day & validity: 28+28+28days
Recharge was successful. But validity is not yet shown in my jio account. Please help me

I got a message to redeem a voucher to get extra one month validity since i recharged twice before march for 303. When i call customer service, they said it is to get bonus 5gb data, not for validity. And i redeemed the voucher, now 303 and 309 plans got activated simultaneously, without any use. Customer care is not helping me with this. I need to get that extra 28 days validity

Jio looted my money.. Activates 2 309 plan at the same time.. These fools dont have a good software... Also network is not stable.

They dont have a good customer care who can solvd any problem... Only option left is porting.. But before porting i want the people to know about the act of jio. How they are looting peoples trust and money..

They never work on their network despite several complainss. But this 309 isncident is too much

नेटवर्क प्रॉब्लम से यहाँ पर अक्सर कोई भी जिओ का नंबर लेने से राज़ी नही है।
यहा नटवर्क सुविधा नही है
जिसके चलते यहाँ कॉल और डेटा में दिक्कत होती है
आपसे मेरी बिनती है की आप मेरे गाँव पंडरावल में ज़ल्द से ज़ल्द नेटवर्क की सुविधा करे ।
यहाँ जिओ के काफी कनेक्शन है जो नेटवर्क प्रॉब्लम की वजह से कम होते जा रहे है।

Wiithreferance to the above i have already paid rs.399 for my jio no as follows through my sbi credit card but jio service[ outward calls barred, internet speed reduced]

Hello, sir i am from lucknow i have recharged balance of 399 inr. On [protected] it is the number of that sim which is missed earlier and i recharged on this number because i forgotten the number and i checked the message and this number displayed instead of the present number which is [protected] so kindly reverse the recharge on number [protected] thanks sir

Hello sir,
My name is raunak j. And i ported my vodafone sim (+91-[protected]) to jio in rajasthan circle and i lost my sim in gujarat and when i reach to jio outlet in ahmedabad, they refuse to provide the duplicate sim., they told you will get sim in rajasthan only.

Could you please help me out with this so that i can stay longer with jio.

Looking forward for your affirmative response.

Whenever i tries to call aircel network found network bzy anytime. I am frustrated with jio network. But immediately i tries other network sim & found call. This is really very stupid. I recharged at jio & no calls to aircel network.
I do not want to hear false commitment from you. If you unable to solve this issue plz let me know.
