Today 24 aug 2017 i have booked a jiophone through jio.com on pc and made payment through sbi net banking. Rs 500 was debited from my ac. My transaction id is - f000000xo6u
No confirmation message was recieved on my phone from jio.
My mobile no [protected]

Please solve the essue and help me what to do next

    Today i booked a jiophone and made payment by debit card. The payment was a success and 500rs. Was debited. My transaction id is - fv000000dx7c
    No confirmation message was recieved on my phone and also there is no jiophone voucher added to my jio account

    Please help me with this big issue

    I have the same problem.
    I have tried to book the Jio Phone and the payment through Net banking(SBI) was successfully deducted Rs.500 from my bank account...
    there was a notification from Jio that the payment failed.
    The transaction ID is FV000001N19E
    Very bad service from your end,
    Pl review the matter and arrange to revert the payment to my Federal Bank Account.

      I had ordered Jio Phone using my JiOApp.and at last showed failed transaction with transaction Id -FV000001LYQB and also money has been deducted through my Net banking with this message "Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Your Transaction Ref No IGABWWJHB4 for Rs.500.0 on 24-Aug-17 20:04" So what i have to do now?

            Payment deducted from Paytm but transaction failed.
            Transaction ID : FV00001ME88
            Date : 24th August, Time : 8.00 Pm.

            The transaction was for booking jiophone with prebooking amount of 500 rupees.
            The payment was deducted from the paytm wallet account but the transaction failed message appeared with reference ID, screen shot of which is attached below, but no communication message from reliance jio came !

              I ported my airtel network to reliance jio as i heared from my neighbours that jio is speed in browsing and good signal quality than airtel in our location. I paid rs.408 for 3 months period. It provide good signal quality and speed in browsing for 1 month. Now it getting problematic to me from last 3 weeks. When i register a complaint through customer care, they simply told that change your phone settings.
              But when i went to city (Visakhapatnam) i got good signals and speed in browsing. Then i realised that the problem is with the network. Couple of times i registered the complaints but they are not responding. Can you solve the problem or else please refund 2/3 of rs.408 which i paid to you.

                  Today, i booked my jiophone with mobile number:[protected] and after completing the transcation it showed a message that my trnascation is suceesfulll and my transcation id is null.
                  Is my phone booked or not???
                  My money from the bank account is also transferred..
                  After a while i got a message on my screen giving this number:fv000000x4ke.

                  I request jio to inform me whether my phone is booked or not???

                  I have also added picture proofs of files.

                      I have ordered a card online and my appointment was scheduled the next day but they didn't came and just called and ask me for if its okay if postponed one day. I agreed but next day the service didnt contact me so i called and she talk very rudely with out any explanation and even no service fulfilling. Its was one of the most irresponsible thing by jio services.

                        I'm subscriber of jio prepaid sim.

                        While selecting the plan, by mistake i have opted the rs 9999, 399 days plan on aug 17th 2017 (Online transaction).

                        I wanted to opt for the plan rs.399, 84 days.

                        Hence, i visited ji care center at midc, andheri east. They said there is process to revert. But it is 3 days since i visited them, no action has been taken.
                        I would request jio officials to acknowledge and take action to resolve it. I can provide further details when required.

                          I accidentally recharged the wrong jio number. The owner of that number was contacted by me. She also wanted the reverse recharge. I called the customer care to inform about this. They said they cannot do it. But all other service providers are able to do it. If both the parties consent to it, why is there a problem. I have the transaction id with me for reference.

                            Hi, i have applied for the job of store managers in shine.com. I applied to reliance jio infocomm. A lady named krithika answered the call and said i need to take a telephonic interview. Next day i took the interview and they said i'm selected n need to pay1500 as security amount to enter next round. I paid. I cmpltd the second round and they said i'm selected. I need to pay6500 which will be returned after 1 week of training. I paid. They sent the call letter. I'm happy and overly excited. Date of my working and place i. E., vijayawadais given but not the location. I had called them and asked they said they say the location before 2 days. I'm happy as it is my home town. But they didnt call. So i called them... Yes your guess is right they didnt answer and it is saiyng to please check the number. They are fraud. But i'm unable to do anything.
                            I'm fooled like anything.
                            Plzzz friends beaware of this type of frauds.

                                I had recharged my jio number [protected] recently (Almost a 15days back),
                                Since that time onward i had hardly received any signal in my work
                                Place (Near bel circle bangalore) and in my residence (
                                Abhigere, bangalore).

                                I had put a complain also in this regard but no action has been
                                Taken till now. My recharge in jio was valid for 84 days and time is going
                                Without me be able to use the jio phone.

                                  Sir maine apne mo. No.[protected] ko recharge kiya. Recharge krne ke liye net ki jarurat hoti hai. Maine dusre jio no.[protected]se hotspot connect kr liya. And jb recharge successful ka message aaya. To usi hotspot no.[protected] pr aaya. Jabki recharge maine apne no.[protected]pr kiya. Keval net connection[protected] no. Se hotspot ke dwra chal rha tha. Paisa mera cut gya aur recharge dusra no. Hua.

                                    I have port my number dated 08/08/2017. But yet not port. I call jiocare to know why are my port request cancelled. But they said we are not cancelled your request they blaim to others. I not understand what they are thinking about public. Every customber care officer runaway from their liability, they said call later after that new person again this process. Sometimes they cut call.

                                    i received call from [protected]. whenever complain they said you have to pay 30 rupeess charge due to complain in consumercomplains.in . after 1 miniute another call received from [protected] and said me to you have to charged 10 rupees due to complain in consumercomplins.in

                                      I have done wrong recharge done through amazon pay to [protected] (Wrong num). I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected] (Last number is 8 but i wrongly entered 4). They are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge. But every other telcom provider will reverse except jio. Last time i had same problem with airtel they have reversed the amount. Why isnt jio reversing the money? I contact to that person[protected] (Wrong num) he is ready to reverse (That person like to give). But jio not provide any options like other tele companys. Why jio?

                                        I recharged my no. [protected] with 399 rupees under which plan is unlimited free calling and one gb data per day. But my voice call is not working till 4 days. It is showing call end all time when i am connect to any number. I am facing the problem to contact any body even my parent so resolve this problem. Kindly take action against this.
