I didnt use 1 gb on 11/08/2017 but no data aviliabie on my account.. They showing just 200mb i didnt use rust of data... Till now not updated that 200mb is yestadays data....

My sim has not been working from few days. I thought may be it is to be recharged now and the balance might be over.
So i have paid 399₹ for my jio number from the official jio website, payment through paytm but the sim is still not active.
I had called on the customer care they asked me to go to nearby store. What is the need of customer care service if all they can tell us is to go to a nearby store....

During recharging my Jio no. [protected], I wrongly entered a number-[protected].
I maid apartment of Rs. 399/ through Paytm on Aug 10 2017, at 6.15 PM.

I purchased JioFi device from Dimapur one week before. I received JioFi device plus a SIM and I was told that the SIM will be activated within a day or two but it is yet activated. Top up was done on 25th June through on line for 84days package Rs.309 within few days asking me to recharge & my service was stopped on 4th July after complaining to u it was cleared only on 8th July. Out of 84 days already 4days no service in July, only by September 16th from June 25 th 84 days again asking me to recharge now, only 43 days are over....

Purchased a Jiofi device on 10th May 2017, paid Rs. 999 and exchanged my airtel dongle. On which I should get 5 GB more data for 10 times on next recharge as per given T&C. I recharged my device with 999 plan and with repeated complaints that no service is being provided they have only provided me a complaints number and even after 27 hrs no service has been provided.
