I am leave in mamura chawk near chouan daba sector 66 noida.
This area is jio network is very week lot of problem face in calling and networking.
Some time only show the network but call not connect.
And inside the room area network is not found.
Any time volte is gone out side room and road area also.
Kindly solve the problems

Not able to do voice call from last 02 days. Logged complaint as (Sr00000blnka). Jio customer care are just updating their ticketing tool but no resolution to me. I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 399/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 399 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Last time recharged for 303 rs with 50rs cash back.. After one month its missing. I have tired many times calling jio customer care no response... My jio number [protected].. Please do respond as soon as possible... Atleast i wanted to know whats wrong and why this has happened..

This is the complaint regarding the misbehaving with me at reliance jio store ajmer, (Address: ground floor, 31/32, near martindale bridge, ajmer). Date:31/07/2017, time: almost at 7:30p. M.
All it starts, when i visited there with my father for purchasing a jio sim.
He asked me the phone bar code so i gave him my father's phone and he start installing the jio apps.
But afterwards he demand my phone and...

Myself anwesha das having phone no.[protected] reliance jio. I have recharged rs149 on 28 mar 17, 309 on 26.04.17, and rs. 399 on 24.07.17. Now they are saying rs. 149 plan will activate now and 399 after that. I asked them to refund 399 since two plans cannot be activated at the same time. They are not ready to refund.

They are changing plan according to their will, now they are saying that refund for the plans earlier paid...
