Dear sir,

I have done wrong recharge on [protected] on 16/08/17 at around 2:30 am. I have done the recharge of rs.399 via amazon pay balance and it is showing payment is successful.

I have done recharge on 16/08/2017 at around 2:30 am. I have attached the image of a successful transaction and also attached the order details.

Please reverse this recharge to the correct number.
Please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.

            I have 2 jio card. There is no network at harij (Patan). And another problem is regarding poor connectivity at chanasma (Patan). My account number is[protected]. This type of problem create daily. If i want to use jio net i must have to came out of house. I am living at chanasma and my job is at harij. My phone model is mi readme note-3 which is support 4gvolte. And second phone is lenovo 3g volte supported.

            Please do the needful immediately.

              I have your number[protected] i am already getting prime membership 99 and plus recharge 303 and i'm getting voice calling and 1 gb data till 17 of august 2017 after the due date i am doing the recharge 399 dated 16 august 2017 my recharge it is successful and getting message in my registered email address and confirmation sms in my mobile number but after the recharge i am not making any type of call incoming and outgoing and my jio number please resolve my problem and continue my service regarding[protected]

                  Yestrday morng, i made a recharge of rs.399 for my jio no, on my jio app. I was logged in 2 app wid my wifi dongle no. & i wanted to recharge my phone no. So l clicked on 'recharge for anothr no.' entered my mobile no. & did d recharge. Bt dey rechargd my wifi no. & on complaining they r not transfering it or giving any oth. Help bt its their fault

                      Contents of what i had mail them-
                      I receive information from your call centre that phonepay is giving 75 cashback. So i recharge from it than i receive information that recharge has failed for mobile no. [protected] (Anil surana) from phone pay.

                      I recharge on 16.08.2017

                      I tried to contact your call centre but it but all in vain so i again recharge the no. [protected]. Now i contacted your call centre after waiting for 10 minutes they told that you have done double recharge and for second recharge and you will get only one month instead of 3 months.

                      I told to refund my money they told no procedure of it. And for second recharges there will be no offers also and no benefit will be available.

                      Why i would do double recharge and pay for one month instead for 3 month. I tried to lodge complaint but there is no procedure.

                      Please refund my money otherwise i will take appropriate action.

                        My name is mahesh chand upadhyay, and i am customer of reliance jio 4g, i have recharged jio rs.399. Plan in my pnb a/c date 23.07.17.
                        But i have debeited in rs.1197.in my pnb account.
                        Pls. Send my remaining amount in my a/c.
                        I have sent both screen short. What i debited form my pnb a/c
                        And which massage i got form jio.
                        I have also sent a invoice of my recharge thiat is got form
                        My jio app. I didn't get my money in my bank a/c and i am
                        Continusly doing follow up from 23-july to till now
                        They didn't give me a positive responce.

                          Hai sir i am thirupathirao moyya working as a odss in reliance jio infocomm
                          At srikakulam jc my emp id 1093535 i am joining at 28.10.2016. My employees harsh me from 4th month of my joing and i don get my full salary they are reduced every month finally they are reigned from my job with me on 26.06.2017.

                          Till to date they are not release my salary for the month of june
                          I asking every time about my salary sir emp id 1093535
                          They are not responding
                          They are not settled my f & f
                          Til to date i have so many responsibilities on my shoulders i've not paid the room rent from the last two months, i've not sent money back home from the last 3 consecutive months, i never thought i will ever be needed to write you for salary but now it is something which i m desperately waiting for. Please help me i m so depressed.

                                  Iam jio customer having mobile no[protected]. Lam facing network issues with jio. Iam reside in marutharoad. Distance 5km from palakkad district town. Kerala. Here jio has very poor network & data speed. But other companies such as bsnl&idea has much better signal strength & speed. Many many times l called customer care representative. But always they told we are doing work for tower in two weeks. But after several weeks continuant this problem. Ian not satisfied this answers. Please solve this problem. Otherwise i will left from this connection. Immediately. Darsan

                                      I made a special recharge of rs. 501 for an isd pack. The jio advisor at customer care as well as the jio website mentions the international call rate to saudi arabia to be around rs. 5 per min after making a recharge of isd pack. Though when i called to saudi arabia at code 966, the balance was deducted at more than rs. 12 per min. Even after contacting jio advisor by sending a series of mails, they were not at all helpful.

                                        I have bought jio prime wifi device and getting 1 gb high speed data every 24 hours as per the 399 plan for 84 days. But from last 5-6 days i am observing that there is theft of my high speed data the high speed data has been exhausted too early. When i raise this issue with customer care first they have not give any satisfied solution of this problem.
                                        Please look into the matter. Thanks in advance.
