You are denying that you have received Rs.99.00 twice. You are telling blatant lies. I can prove it instantly. I paid Rs.99.00 twice inadvertently, both through your websites only to get me registered as primary member. In my bank statement your company name is appearing clearly twice. As you have registered me as a primary member, it is obvious that you have received one Rs.99.00 into your account. Then how come the second Rs.99.00 is not received by you? To my complaint on the same day, your team member promised to refund the amount in due course. Even the same promise is again given to my reminder. Hence now you accept your fault and refund the amount without further delay. I am feeling compelled to propagate against you, when the cost to you may be much beyond Rs.99.00.

Mr.Srinivas,
I don't believe that you have not received Rs.99.00 twice as it is clear from my bank statement wherein your company name is appearing as the receiver of the amount twice. Regarding messages with prefixes like BR etc. may be in practice in any other bank. Andhra Bank messages never carry such prefixes. I doubt your enquiry is inconclusive & you do not care to take any pain so that you can gain that amount. I am disappointed. I have decided to bring my complaint into public domain and a bad publicity is imminent against my wish.

It seems you are a new entrant to this irritating brigade. All Banks do not furnish transaction reference numbers through SMS, which I had already clarified earlier. The reference number received through account statement is already furnished to you many a times. You people had earlier promised twice to refund the amount, which you are now silent about. The amount is debited to my account and definitely credited to your account, which you do not want to refund. May I request that a competent executive of the company take responsibility and stop harrasment by refunding my amount.

You are sending regret messages for deferring refund of my excess payment of Rs.99.00 towards primary membership by 48 hours. Till now I have received 13 such messages. It is just like a habitual street debt defaulter who tries to hide himself from his creditor and if came front to front by bad luck, requests for further time to repay the loan. What a shame on a company claiming to be a pioneer in the field. Do you expect a communication from me abandoning my claim? Your such meaningless excuse messages itself prove that my claim is true. I am disheartened by your careless reply of asking me proof of double payment. It seems you are careless enough not to go through your own e-mails acknowledging double payment and assurance of refund. Please go through your e-mail dated.06.03.2017 from Mr.Amit Bhatt, 17.03.2017 from Ms. Sangeeta Saran & Mr.Sumit Mishra etc. I had inadvertently paid Rs.99.00 twice on 06.03.2017 for enrolling for primary membership through my credit card account in Andhra Bank. In stead of refunding this small amount you people are engaged in procrastination and raising irrelevant doubts. What about reputation of the richest person of India owning your company. I am totally disappointed by your mail.

What happened to your promise of returning the excess amount paid by me? Now why you have stopped my voice call service?
