I have recharged twice 309 on 20th march 2017, now on 20th july my o/g calls and msg & data has been stopped as the validity of one recharge is over and i called customer care 198 on 20 july and told them about the double recharge and they said it will be activated and they raised a complaint and said it will be solved within 48 hrs, but it did not activated so i called them and asked about the complaint they said it will solved...

Jiska 50 rs ka coupon nhi recieve hua h aur uske pahle bhi 3 recharge kiye the jiska benefit bhi nhi mila h

Well aware before the date line of jio 303 offer, i did my recharge on 19 july 2017 with an amount of 399 through inb by united bank of india by ref no reliance jio/[protected] of ifsc: utbi0atlg62. The company sent me message of recharging and it makes me frustrated whether it is unreliable mode of transaction in case of jio but it never happened to others....

I have a jio prime number and do the recharge of rs 309. I live in panipat refinery township, haryana. The internet speed is just terrible. It hardly reaches above 100 kbps when 1 gb of data is left and when that is over i hope you can understand what would be the condition. If it is a very lucky day then we get a speed of like 400-500 kbps. I hope you guys will look into the matter. People say they have forgot about buffering but...

There are 3 jio users in my house and all are facing the same problem of call drop, voice break we cant even contact to customer care they are also saying that even the cant hear us after colling many times they told to update to latest software update but it is already updated even they said that they are having many consumers problem from our area due to less...

But the same was not done by reliance jio and i have lodged the complaint twice with complaint no. Dear sir my jio mobil number is [protected]. It is not getting connected to the caller or to the net from 21jul 2017. I have tried from every angle.
Few days before it has been recharged fro rs 399. When i am dialing the number the screen just jump and do not stay thert.

I have a jio number [protected]. The pack expired on 20 july 2017. I recharged with rs 399 twice. Amount was deducted but number not recharged. Tried contacting customer care but of no avail. Really pissed offwith the service. They should clarify and if recharge is not successful they should refund funds. And also recharge should be done. It is really disappointing

Sir i did recharge of 399 on yesterday from the website u have send it in my message... I recharged it through paytm for 399 pack but later on i came to know that it was paid through billdeskutil order #jpt[protected]... But when i am checking in my account it's showing nil... I called in customer care complaint number but no one is picking my call since yesterday... Please kindly clear my doubts what it is whether it's recharged or not......

I have done wrong recharge done through mobikwik order: rj[protected] to [protected] (Wrong num) dated 20-7-17 of rs 399/-. I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected]. They are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge. But every other telcom provider will reverse expet jio. Last time i had same problem with vodafone they have reversed the amount. Why isnt jio reversing the money?...

My jio mobile service no is [protected] and i have paid rs.399/- for recharging the same on sunday, 16/07/2017. However still the voice, net /messaging services has not started.
A long delay. It should have been started maximum of 12 hours. My other service provider no.[protected]. In case of any problem pl contact on that no....

Please help me with my issue as jio always delivers. Please attend to the customer queries and public satisfaction.
I have contacted customer service but there arent any responses from it....
