We are jio retailer please help us i have done wrong recharge means double recharge on single number please help and return the amount of rs399 to no [protected]
I will provide the wrong recharge number in screenshot
And one more compliant is some where in mumbai our jio pos i'd is used for recharge of rs509 that time our rs509 amount is deducted from account uptil now 1 month is over they had not returned the amount by doing compliant please help my contact/retailer no is [protected] please contact me and please solve this issue

    data showing exhausted without using.

    Recently i'm having this issue couple of times this month and one from last month.
    Sone time data gets automatically exhausted without using it.in using jiofi device and getting 1 gb per day pack. Now without connecting to any laptop and auto updates which is off on my phone and no watching videos it gets consumed within couple of minutes.
    Now raised couple of complains which they can't resolve one word to say that you used...

      We have two numbers of reliance jio [protected] and [protected]. No where talking is not easier since your connectivity required improvement. There is lot of calls drop or no network either your network is very busy. Even we are not able to talk at public places like railways and airport. Gathering of huge customers and scarifice for quality like call drop shall not help jio in any way.

        Hi am facing no service error on reliance jio on my 3 nos and then have even recharged with 309 for 3 nos and when called customer care they said will take 90 days to resolve and they not refunding money too nor giving any solution this a true injustice to customer plz I request immediate action my number is [protected]..

        Hi am been facing data heavily dducted that too even when not used 1 gb getting deducted saying becoz o[censored]pdate option and hotspot when not even using update or hotspot and also saying that becoz of background data using and when checked in other networks 1 gb is not getting consumed so fast unless download is done plz help my number is [protected]

          Sir, I was taken jio postpaid sim from Udhampur. Sim is not start till now.i was called to jio care on 3/8/2017 at 2030hrs the person told me your sim will start on 05/08/2017 in any condition.your all paper work is updated only manager approvel is left and it will approved in between time on 5/8/17 at 2030hrs before.and he also told me I am sending you service request number on your resistor mob.no. and today I call than customer care person told me your data is not showing. You want to fill again form.but I have a massage on my registered mobile no...dear customer we regret delay in activation of your jio number [protected] your service request no. is SR00000BP44O. We are processing your order the earliest and shall reach you with an update by 05/08/2017. Your patience is appreciated. Now I can't listen any thing I want to start my jio sim because i can't go to retailer because he's 400 kms far way from me.if you want my biodata I can tell you only on mobile as call and pictures also.             In my village we have no jio tower. So please provide. Many many times i called customer care representative but always they told we are doing work for tower.in one week we will solve this problem. But unfortunately we can not call by jio unfortunately if we are going forway our village 1km we can use jio sim.

              Done a recharge of 399. Bank confirmed with tran i'd (Jscb[protected]) but jio is not confirming. Recharge date 22 july 17.
              Money is vanished in thin air. Jio is completely denying..
              No jio customer care is accepting it but when bank has asked for confirmation via mail from their end they have replied that this was successfully done.
              This looks like some scam. Jio is
              Taking money from. Customer and neither crediting money nor recharging.
              Please invistgate this.

                Dear sir,

                I recharged my jio number [protected] with rs 498 (399+99) on 31st july, 2017. I have contacted on customer care more than 10 times (And also jio store) to activate calling facility but it is still not activated. It seems there is some software bug linked to my jio number. Every option has been tried but no success. No communication through sim, not even otp is coming. Calling immediately ends after dialing any number.

                I have another number [protected] which is not recharged but sim card communication is ok. Otp also comes.

                I want my money back or transferred to my second number [protected]. Customer care is unable to do this. Please help.

                  I have done wrong recharge on [protected]. I have done recharge of 399 rs via freecharge app. And it showing payment is sucess. I have done recharge on 3 august 2017.                     This area is jio network is very week lot of problem face in calling and networking.
                    Some time only show the network but call not connect.

                      Dear sir/madam

                      This is to inform you that we have not been getting jio signal in our house from last 5 months. Not only can we not access data on our mobile phones, we are unable to receive or make any calls. Most of our family member and neighbor have jio phones (Approx 10) and are extremely unhappy with this situation. We have company work and require high quality network to be able to work efficiently. We have made several complaints to customer care regarding this, but nothing has been done to resolve this issue. If this problem continues to persist, we will have to switch to other mobile service providers.

                            Not able to do voice call from last 02 days. Logged complaint as (Sr00000blnka). Jio customer care are just updating their ticketing tool but no resolution to me. Even i spoke with customer care but giving false answer like " our team had contacted you but however i didn`t received any call. When i tell them, i want to discuss with team leader or manager but they are not ready to transfer call or give me their no. Or mail id. I don`t know further for how many days i am would be suffering. I need some one whom i can discuss and escalate.

                                  On dt 1-8-17 i had wrongly recharged jio mobile phone no [protected] in place of my correct jio prepaid mobile no [protected] through phone pe mobile wallet due to typing mistake. Regarding this mistake correction & cancellation of wrongly recharged jio ph no, i had send e mail to [protected]@jio.com, from there my request is not entertained by intimating that they would not be able to process of refund of my amount for sucsessful recharge & the payment and benifits can not be transferred to any other jio number. While confirmation from owner of the wrongly recharged jio prepaid ph no [protected] should have to be take by them that on dt 1-8-17 was the recharge of ₹399/- done by him through phone pe mobile wallet. If he reply yes then screen shot of recharge page of his phone pe mobile wallet should have asked from him to be send to them & after it's scrutiny the decision on my complain should be given time.
                                  Hence in these bitter circumstances i am submitting my complain to you for giving justice to me against dicesion of jio customer care team's mr qaidali nagri.
                                  You are humbly requested that the activation of recharge done on dt 1-8-17 on jio prepaid mobile no [protected] will effect after 16 aug 2017, hence please arrange for cancellation of above wrongly recharge of ₹399/- on jio mobile no [protected]& in place of this please arrange for recharge my correct jio prepaid mobile no [protected] at your earliest & intimate me accordingly. Thanks.
