Ported to jio on 5th aug 2017. Using a non-volte mobile. Can make calls using jio voice app only. But calls and message can't be done can use internet. It was sim complaint. Went to replace sim at jio centre 2 times. But not got replaced. The customer care team not give attention to my complaint. They just doing their own business. Not even take a single movement to replace my sim.

Hi sir, I'm one of the customer of jio,
I got recharge of 399/- pack benfit 84 GB for 84 days, I haven't received the same benefit, I'm Here enclosing some of proofs that what I have been suffering daily, pls have a look on my problem and action against on company.

    Made payment of 399 but no solution made till now it shows amount credited but plan is not active jio customer care guys said different things everytime last they said u have to do again select a plan then recharge with 399 and the one i did is in my credit balance i don't know what that means!! Simply terrific!! Even not refunding my amount so i can recharge again

      I bought a jio sim from digital express.. .. And that sim does not Work... But my refund also pending from 20 days.. i received msg of refund but refund cant received.. please kindly check my problems otherwise i will give complaint about it in police station.

        Request status : still not resolved (As of 07th august)
        Description : i am not able to make any call with my jio connection as it shows insufficient balance on my postpaid sim. First of all i have validity till 12th august and my connection is postpaid. So in both cases insufficient balance doesn't make any sense. I am very tired speaking to the pathetic customer care service which always just reopen the case and don't provide any resolution.

        Today aug 2nd 2017 i recharged my jio plan 399 but i did not get any internet browsing from morning onwards.please refund my amount immediately. today i talked jio customer care executives nearly a 10 times. no one can answer properly. please refund my amount immediately.
        Already available balance in my jio pos lite account but showing me Balance insufficient. Why?

          Also when i am trying to make a payment (Recharge) to my jio number i get otp to my registered number but it shows an error while processing the otp.

            In our village single is strong bar but in data speed some area high speed and some area data speed is very terrible. And that time network is high but data speed ia 0 even surfind is also terrible. Slow slow slow why u create this type network. Plz boost your signal, and provide best 4g data speed. We recharge for 4g and we get speed not even 2g speed plz check your network in our area so we better use your network. And feel something grate for jio. And we do in our village best work.

                data showing exhausted without using.

                Recently i'm having this issue couple of times this month and one from last month.
                Sone time data gets automatically exhausted without using it.in using jiofi device and getting 1 gb per day pack. Now without connecting to any laptop and auto updates which is off on my phone and no watching videos it gets consumed within couple of minutes.
                Now raised couple of complains which they can't resolve one word to say that you used...

                  We have two numbers of reliance jio [protected] and [protected]. No where talking is not easier since your connectivity required improvement. There is lot of calls drop or no network either your network is very busy. Even we are not able to talk at public places like railways and airport. Gathering of huge customers and scarifice for quality like call drop shall not help jio in any way.

                    Hi am been facing data heavily dducted that too even when not used 1 gb getting deducted saying becoz o[censored]pdate option and hotspot when not even using update or hotspot and also saying that becoz of background data using and when checked in other networks 1 gb is not getting consumed so fast unless download is done plz help my number is [protected]

Sim is not start till now.i was called to jio care on 3/8/2017 at 2030hrs the person told me your sim will start on 05/08/2017 in any condition.your all paper work is updated only manager approvel is left and it will approved in between time on 5/8/17 at 2030hrs before.and he also told me I am sending you service request number on your resistor mob.no. and today I call than customer care person told me your data is not showing. You want to fill again form.but I have a massage on my registered mobile no...dear customer we regret delay in activation of your jio number [protected] your service request no. is SR00000BP44O. We are processing your order the earliest and shall reach you with an update by 05/08/2017. Your patience is appreciated. Many many times i called customer care representative but always they told we are doing work for tower.in one week we will solve this problem.                           Done a recharge of 399. Bank confirmed with tran i'd (Jscb[protected]) but jio is not confirming. Recharge date 22 july 17.
                          Money is vanished in thin air. Jio is completely denying..
                          No jio customer care is accepting it but when bank has asked for confirmation via mail from their end they have replied that this was successfully done.
                          This looks like some scam. Jio is
                          Taking money from. Customer and neither crediting money nor recharging.
                          Please invistgate this.

                            Dear sir,

                            I recharged my jio number [protected] with rs 498 (399+99) on 31st july, 2017. I have contacted on customer care more than 10 times (And also jio store) to activate calling facility but it is still not activated. It seems there is some software bug linked to my jio number. Every option has been tried but no success. No communication through sim, not even otp is coming. Calling immediately ends after dialing any number.

                            I have another number [protected] which is not recharged but sim card communication is ok. Otp also comes.

                            I want my money back or transferred to my second number [protected]. Customer care is unable to do this. Please help.

                                  This is to inform you that we have not been getting jio signal in our house from last 5 months. Not only can we not access data on our mobile phones, we are unable to receive or make any calls. Most of our family member and neighbor have jio phones (Approx 10) and are extremely unhappy with this situation. We have company work and require high quality network to be able to work efficiently. We have made several complaints to customer care regarding this, but nothing has been done to resolve this issue. If this problem continues to persist, we will have to switch to other mobile service providers.
