Hi, i am atanu pal. I have a reliance jio connection since from the day of opening of jio service (4g vioce call) bearing jio connection no-[protected]. But unfortunately we are seriously facing a network issue with this server. I complaint several times. They recorded this matter as a serious note. They assured me it will recover within 6 months. Still i am facing low frequency signal or sometimes no signals at first floor of my house. I am seriously hope less in this matter. If you want to do something please do for us otherwise i will left from this connection very soon.

Mere acount se paisa debit ho gaya par recharge nahi huaa. Company ke dwara koi bhi sahi jaankari mujhe prapt nahi ho rahi hai.
I have Wrongly recharged My Reliance JIo No.[protected] recharge has been send to JIo no.[protected]. How can i get the reversal amount.Is it possible to get reveral from the comapany??

    My jio number [protected].. Its very disgusting to say that i have recharged with 399rs on 22 july and yet i have not been able to use the services.. They always ask to recharge again.. Utter rubbish!! Its been a very worst experience with jio that i have still not received my refund. Thieves!!! When called for 100 times they always raise complaints and give me 100 different reference numbers for that complaint.. And not resolving the issue.. They promise to give a call everytime and still i am yet to receive any calls.. Liers!! I was also promised for the refund within 48 hours, 5 days, 7 days and still i am yet to receive any refund.. Refund is a far away thing, they don't even bother to acknowledge the complaint.. Its a misleading service and will advise all my friends and relatives not to use such disgusting service.. I will write on all the social sites about this misleading company who stole people's money without giving any services.. I want my refund and compensation for the waste of my precious time and money.. I will take legal actions on this company.. Please please please nobody take this service as this is a misleading company who steal money from public.. Useless company... Worst customer service.. All robots handling complaints with the same empathy sympathy statements when called.. Tired of hearing the statement when called customer service from all their advisors - sorry for the inconvenience caused!!! There are no humans handling the complaints.. They all are robots who pass the buck from one pillar to another.. I want the compensation for the "inconvenience caused" with 1000rs extra refund!!

      I'm using jio prepaid connection from last 6 months no any issue till that time but now from last 3-4 days my downloading speed is 20-30kbps very poor, in my sim already jio 303 dhan dhana dhan plan active. Before 1 weak my speed is approximately 900 kbps to 1mbps, so kindly request u to solve my speed capping problem..

        In magarpatta city we are unable to use internet in day time. It shows full network but internet is not working. We are facing this problem since 20th july 2017. We thought it will sort out in few days, but it is not yet solved. Kindly look into this.

        Otherwise we have to use different operator.

          I purchased jiofi in the month of february 2017. The salesman offered me 4 free sim cards, for he gave me this idea that i'll have 4 gb per day to use. Neither i told him that i want post-paid sims nor did he bother to tell me. Now he has given me two post-paid sims with his own will. I didn't knew untill yesterday when i got two bills​ posted at my doorstep for the post paid sims which i haven't touched after the free offer ended. So i am being cheated here, for i am forced to pay for sims i haven't used at all. I am willing to report this matter to the consumer forum against jio whose delegates don't have proper kwoledge about there work or as i may dare to say it's a way of misleading customers without giving them prior knowledge that they are being given post paid sims. I may give this incident a second thought if you convince me action will be taken against that employee and i'll not have to pay for sims i haven't used at all. Moreover that salesman phone number does not exist now which was [protected] his name was ravinder. I have got bills for [protected] and [protected] each of rupees 471. These sims were registered by the name of chander shekher turki s/o makhanlal turki. Contact no.- [protected]

            Jio has a messed up system. Even after 399 recharge 149 plan got auto reactivated. I don't understand how is that possible. I paid 399 but instead of activating that service they degraded the service to 149. Now after that they are not accepting that there is an issue and neither they are supporting customers with immediate fix or solution. Their solution is they will take 48 hours to deactivate 149 plan and by that time i have to spend additional money to buy booster plan. If i had to spend that much money why would i go for jio then.
            Jio should either arrange for data for free since they messed up at their end and if they cannot afford that then their system should such that they are able to deactivate 149 plan immediately active the already paid plan 399 immediately over call. If over call is not possible then they should not take more than 2 hours. No other provider takes so long as 48 hours. It is still understandable that problems may happen, but consumer should not be suffering due to that. I faced issues with plans with other provider also but those got fixed immediately over call.in today's time every second is valuable and and jio is talking about 48 hrs, till then i have to manage without data or waste money. Think about users like students, low income groups how they afford this. Really disappointed.

                My pan# afupd4317e is de-activated by the authority without citing any reason/prior intimation. I have been using the captioned pan# afupd4317e for past several years for the purpose of filing my it returns.
                Surprisingly, i got to know that i have been issued with one more pan# aglpd1367j, which i have neither applied nor received the card.
                As such, i request you to please activate my pan# afupd4317e & de-activate the pan# aglpd1367j.

                    I am job seekers. I want job then i have received call from reliance jio recruitment. Then i asked this is consultancy or direct company hiring so she is say it is direct company hiring. After that, next i am going for interview process when i am going to interview then hr said pay 500 rs. For selection process.
                    So, i want to asked you if i have money then why am i trying for job. Some days before i have no ideas so i paid 1500 rs for job in reliance jio.

                      Not able to use proper internet surfing and not able to download as speed is less than 10 kb. Kindly check or intall a tower as not satisfied with the services you are providing as per your commitments...

                      Your customer services representative told me to buy another jiofi with the payment of amount -2350 with more offers for good signal ..i had taken this one from kangra ...branch ...so need to confirm is there any difference between 2000 jiofi and 2350 jio fi ...
                      need to install a tower for signal so we can use jiofi as high 4g speed...

                      I had complaint before and now sending you the snapshot speed is very less for downloading .as per my plan speed should be at least 186 kb ...not satisfied with the services as per your commitment...
                      kindly install the tower near by place or increase the signal because this looks a waste of my money ...

                        This is to raise an network issue facing inside mindspace it park, airoli, navi mumbai.
                        There is no signal at all coming inside the building wherein i am using my jio number. This issue is been raised several times but still no action has been taken, i request you to kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis as important calls not able to get and internet issue is going on since long.

                        Hope i will get a response with this regards.

                          This is regarding my jio number [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                          Yesterday i did a recharge online of rs 509 for my number [protected] and other two numbers got automatically recharged. How??

                          I tried to raise this issue at customer care, the calls have been recorded at that point in time which i want to share with you guys. The executive tried to play a very smart game by putting my call back to ivr as he failed to give me any solution.

                          All two numbers which are auto recharged has been blocked at the same time.

                          Please clarify and give my money back.

                            I recharge my friend number of jio from jio money app. And they show me transaction failed then after i recharge again and recharge successful but after some times they cut money twice. I complaint about it on them care number and everytime they give me different answer. Now i am tired of them and i m complain about them. How i can give my money back???

                                I received a message from jio that my number [protected] is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. And this is a violation under terms and conditions. Why i got this message!!!
                                And what does it mean??
                                And also written please taken immediate action otherwise my jio service will be discontinued.
                                Therefore, i want to know what actually this message is??? And what action i should take??? Please suggest

                                  I have recharged of 399 rs on 20th july @ 7:37 through the message link. But i check that my number is not recharged. My number is [protected]. Jio reference number: br00008gn6ih through jio message link. Amount has been deducted and the and it showing payment is success. I called up customer care and very disappointed as they confirmed that this recharge was done for the number [protected]. How could this happen when the link is sent by jio to recharge. I am surprised that there are already similar complaints.

                                  Can you please do the needful.

                                  If there is no help from the company it is not being a customer friendly.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    As i have done recharge of rs 149 on my jio no [protected]. And that data get exhaust bt my plan still have validity upto 15 august. I have 2 another plans in my account but still not able to use internet because of that 149 plan validity. I make request to cancel that 149 plan but your customer care is unable to do that.
                                    So i request you to cancel my rs.149 plan so that i can get benefit of my other plans. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I did recharge in my no. [protected] of rs 301 booster on dted 20th july. I recieved message of successful but i didnt get 10 gb data. When i call costumer care they just delay my complaint im fed up with the service of jio. Please resolve my problem. I said them to check my usage in my jio app if you are not satisfied then they say we know sir but the resolution of your complaint will come in 48 hours. I tried continusely telling them to resolvre my problem from 20 july upto date but they really do not care about my problem. Please solve my problem its a humble request

                                        I wanted to port my postpaid mobile number from airtel to jio. By default this number should have ported to jio as postpaid. However, this was ported as prepaid. On enquiring about this error i was told to submit cancelled cheque as per the requirement for auto pay option. I wanted to know why this requirement is compulsory and need to be fulfilled. We are free to opt for any payment mode we want to.
