Dear sir,
I have recharged my jio mobile no. [protected] by rs.99 for prime membership, after that on 31.03.2017 at 21.13 recharged by rs. 149 for 28 days plan. Again i have recharged by rs. 309 on 13.04.2017 at 19.53.
My service (Data speed slow down and out going calls bard) stopped on 20.07.2017 at 06.45.
My problem is that rs.149 plan not activated.
Customer care officer refused to raise my complaint i asked for their senior officer (Asst. Manager) then he raised complaint. And no. Is sr00000b7dnc and said that problem will be resolved by 22.07.2017 at 10.00 pm.
But till today (25.07.2017, 19.00) problem not solved.
Instead of that daily 4 nos. Messages coming for again recharge and 2 no. Messages for apologises.
Customer care officer replies only that my technical team checking and would be solve.

So please arrange to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    I recharged jio account before 2 days, yet the recharge had not come today.
    I recharged with jiomoney but the balance cut and i did not get anything. Reference id is [protected]. The number is [protected].
    I contacted even jiomoney and nothing happened. Please help me i have recharged with₹ 309

    Most humbly and respectfully i beg you to get back my money.

      cancellation of recharge

      Hello,

      I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via paytm, reference number is [protected].

      I have recharged the ₹399 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
      Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

      I have made renewal payment of rs 399/- for my jio number [protected] through my debit card and subsiquently confirmed immideate after for the same. Later my bank notified that jio has collected rs 798/- on that transaction. Please return the excess money collected as early as possible to my bank otherwise i shall have to take it up with consumer protection forum.

        Acutally I had recharge my jio through paytm app and my money has been deducted already on 20th july but I didn't receive any recharge and jio cutomer care is not picking my phone not even a single tyme. I am continuously calling to your jio customer care since 20th july and jio care not responding me from the beginning . so please kindly resolve my issue regarding this as soon as possible.

            To [protected] (Wrong num). I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected]. They are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge. But every other telecom provider will reverse except jio. Last time i had same problem with bsnl they have reversed the amount. Why isn't jio reversing the money?

              I am palak moryani from indore. I was take a new sim of reliance jio on 30th may 2017. I was applied online for new jio prepaid sim connection. On 30th may mr. Purushottam malviya (Premium relationship manager) from reliance jio was came to my home and they take 408 rupees from my debit card. My bank account was debited but recharge was not done. After this he say, due to some errors your recharge not done and he take cash payments 408 again in cash from me. He told me that the first transaction amount will credit automatically in my account, but i don't get refund of rupees 408 till now. I was called him so many times and also compliant at jio customers care but don't get any response. Please help me to get my refund. Jio number [protected]. Thanks

                  I wanna tell you, one single call is not going without network problem call drops, internet issues is very big not able to connect 4g network speed is like 2g,

                    And the customer service executive are so incompetent that they dont even understand my problem.. And even if some understand, they dont know how to solve it..

                      I have very poor internet connection, my no: [protected], even though its show in 4g but it seems like connecting in 2g, jio signal show full but always internet is very very very slow.

                      Sometime voice call drop is also happening, normally it happens calling other service provider.

                      Please resolve these issues asap.

Please note that in last year this number was allotted to me but your store people at lodhi colony, khanna market, new delhi - 110003 denied me sim on the pretext of declining of mapping. Next day i got a verification call but could not do so. My alternate number is appearing against this number.                           I have recharged twice 309 on 20th march 2017, now on 20th july my o/g calls and msg & data has been stopped as the validity of one recharge is over and i called customer care 198 on 20 july and told them about the double recharge and they said it will be activated and they raised a complaint and said it will be solved within 48 hrs, but it did not activated so i called them and asked about the complaint they said it will solved by 23rd but it did not happen then again, then i said them to connect me to their technical team tem they set me on hold for 35 min but it didnt get connected. When i asked them the said it will be okay by 24th their technical team will call and resolve my problem, but today at 24th @12:39pm i received a msg my problem will solved within 48 hrs. Is this the way to solve problem by the technical team of jio. 1 problem taken for 4 days. Or else the techical team must be on sleep. From 4 days i am facing too much problem

                              Well aware before the date line of jio 303 offer, i did my recharge on 19 july 2017 with an amount of 399 through inb by united bank of india by ref no reliance jio/[protected] of ifsc: utbi0atlg62. The company sent me message of recharging and it makes me frustrated whether it is unreliable mode of transaction in case of jio but it never happened to others.

                                I have a jio prime number and do the recharge of rs 309. I live in panipat refinery township, haryana. The internet speed is just terrible. It hardly reaches above 100 kbps when 1 gb of data is left and when that is over i hope you can understand what would be the condition. If it is a very lucky day then we get a speed of like 400-500 kbps. I hope you guys will look into the matter. People say they have forgot about buffering but i can't. You can surely understand my condition. Look into the matter. I am totally frustated with the speed.

                                    I am a reliance joi customer i stay in north bopal area of ahmedabad, gujarat. There are 3 jio users in my house and all are facing the same problem of call drop, voice break we cant even contact to customer care they are also saying that even the cant hear us after colling many times they told to update to latest software update but it is already updated even they said that they are having many consumers problem from our area due to less signal so please solve these problems or we have to transfer to other network unfortunately.                                       Dear sir, my jio number is[protected]. This number is registered under the prime scheme. Before two weeks, i got it recharged with rs. 309. After getting recharged. Network worked properly but since last week its network is so poor. It is giving feeling of 2g network. I am trying to contect on your customer care when this problem arise, but till now no one has picked up the call. One more thing from the starting my jio sim is unable to call directly. It is needed for vice calling app. So you are requested to look into the matter and hops that this problem will be solved very soon.
