    I have a jio number [protected]. The pack expired on 20 july 2017. I recharged with rs 399 twice. Amount was deducted but number not recharged. Tried contacting customer care but of no avail. Really pissed offwith the service. They should clarify and if recharge is not successful they should refund funds. And also recharge should be done. It is really disappointing

    I am facing a similar problem. My data got exhausted around 19 July and recharged with 399 but unable to use net, neither have I received an invoice for the payment to on my jio account
    Your case are still going somewhere, but I'm stuck because they are not receiving my call for a long time.

    My number recharged Rs.149 plan twice at the same day, second recharge money is waste ah?

        Sir i did recharge of 399 on yesterday from the website u have send it in my message... I recharged it through paytm for 399 pack but later on i came to know that it was paid through billdeskutil order #jpt[protected]... But when i am checking in my account it's showing nil... I called in customer care complaint number but no one is picking my call since yesterday... Please kindly clear my doubts what it is whether it's recharged or not... But as per my knowledge and d info send by the company my last recharge would b over by today itself... So i'm waiting positively whether it's actually recharged but i need confirmation.. So plz kindly reply me as soon as possible...

          I have done wrong recharge done through mobikwik order: rj[protected] to [protected] (Wrong num) dated 20-7-17 of rs 399/-. I have contacted jio care to reverse it to my correct number [protected]. They are saying that they dont have options to reverse my recharge. But every other telcom provider will reverse expet jio. Last time i had same problem with vodafone they have reversed the amount. Why isnt jio reversing the money?

              A long delay. It should have been started maximum of 12 hours. My other service provider no.[protected]. In case of any problem pl contact on that no.

                  That recharge gives you plan for 84 days allowing you to use 1 GB/day 4G LTE data with unlimited Local/STD calls and SMS'. I don't think you are supposed to get any balance of Rs. 498/- in your account. But if you're talking about 'services', then its just a different case and there is really no point in discussing that here. As you know, no one in here can actually help you to get your issue resolved. Please contact Reliance Jio for any queries. I'm pretty sure, they'll do their best to help you regarding your issue. Thank you.

                                Sir i am not satisfied in this Jio company because 10 to 15 become i am not found internet . There are many people's are using internet but i have not any conection. 3 days become 17.07.2017th i can't call any one the out going call is off. He replied me without imei no i have not done this and not responced give me he waste my 3-4 hours in this discussion and he replied me inside phone not have imei no.                                       I carried out a recharge on my mobile number for 303 rupees through jiomoney, which was unsuccessful. The amount was supposed to be refunded. However, the amount has not been refunded. Complaining here after numerous phone calls, e mail to customer care, senior customer care and nodal office. Issue has not been resolved.

                                      Every time i call the customer care, i hear a new story from their side. Under no circumstance they transfer the calls to the supervisor. The usual reply, "i will make sure it is resolved in 48 hours and i will inform the back end." i get a complaint number every time and it goes unresolved every single time. Please look into the issue.
