    Last time recharged for 303 rs with 50rs cash back.. After one month its missing. I have tired many times calling jio customer care no response... My jio number [protected].. Please do respond as soon as possible... Atleast i wanted to know whats wrong and why this has happened..

    I have done this recharge through jio money app..

    It was 50rs cash back voucher...

    After the recharge after one month i never noticed about that app.. But again i wanted to recharge with that cash back voucher

    It was missing.. So i called customercare

    No response

    From june 1st i had taken jio sim. My cell no [protected].from that day on wards jio service was very bad net spped 0.02 r below 1mbps. I complaint many days more than two months over. My problem was not solved

      I purchased jio sim and hotspot device a month and a half back. I was provided with a plan that gives 2 gb data per day, but since last two weeks this has happened 4-5 times that my data got exhausted and i didn't even use that data. I also raised a service request id sr00000baglf on myjio app. They marked the request closed but didn't provide any reason why this happened. Through this forum i came to know it’s happening with other jio users as well.
      I don't know why but this is happening with me in between 6:00am to 9.30am. As per the usage details on myjio app, it shows complete data exhausted in one go. Jio automatically exhausts my data for no such reason and this is very disturbing and disgusting. Once it was showing that i have used 1.97 gb of data at 6.10 am, the time at which i was not even awake or using any of the devices on hot spot so l didn't download anything neither do i watched online video, then how in the world my data got consumed?

      I have called customer care multiple times but they fail to provide any information on this they just can tell me this much amount of data consumed at this particular time that i can check from jio app itself. Most of the time these customer care people listen the problem and put the phone on mute and then disconnect. This is really frustrating, these telecom companies are making fool out o[censored]s.

      Action should be taken against them.

      The 2gb daily data is nowadays gets exhausted quickly. Like today even data is not renewed already message has been sent for data exhaustion.

          We have been offered a tower installation scheme by reliance jio west bengal that they want to install a tower at our land and they have sent a confirmation letter from reliance jio conmunication, where it is written that tower will be installed for a tennure of 10 years with a advance payment of 20 lakhs and monthly payment of ₹35000. After that they started there first process by sending a agent for heath inssurance and told us that the money will be transfered within the end of april. But they they postponed with a reason this much amount is not been transfered as it need a reserve bank authority and they told us to submitt approx 2.5% of the total amount to there dristributors account. After submiiting the amount of 1 lakh to there account they told that now it is will be transfered soon before gst allowance. So they are delaying the transfer ever since then. The name of the person that we are dealing with avi rai chaudhary, tanu rai and priyanka.

          I have recharged my jio Sim twice with rupees 399 at a time and the two prices shown to be
          recharged successfully so my validity is now for 84 days or for 168 days

                Sir/mam,
                This is the complaint regarding the misbehaving with me at reliance jio store ajmer, (Address: ground floor, 31/32, near martindale bridge, ajmer). Date:31/07/2017, time: almost at 7:30p. M.
                All it starts, when i visited there with my father for purchasing a jio sim.
                He asked me the phone bar code so i gave him my father's phone and he start installing the jio apps.
                But afterwards he demand my phone and starts installing the unnecessary apps like book my show, ola cabs, etc in my phone. As i already have jio sim and jio apps installed in it. Despite i am purchasing a sim for the other phone. So i resisted and asked him, that why he was installing the apps in my phone?
                On this, he rushes, got rude and told me get out and buy sim from another shop, i'm not giving it.
                But my father is very kind person so he requested, then the man who sits on the counter gave the sim and taunting advice to me but not to his sell executive who was forcing the customer to install the unnecessary apps.
                So all i'm trying to state that we are the one who is paying money but in exchange we get disrespect.
                I don"t know how much days it was happening on to other people or it will continue, installing the apps, bullying and disrespect
                But i went through today so i could not resist myself and decided to stand against the bullying attitude.
                But seriously, how can you see your father felling sorry for the mistake that was not committed by you but that selfish seller.
                I fell mentally stressed and disgraced.
                All i want is to make aware the senior authority to make some kind of rules and regulations towards the betterment of customer at the service center. And provide the complaint register to the customer at service center.

                So i kindly request you to take some writ action against the service center and let them to get notified that someone is watching their boorishness from above. The justice should be done.

                    Myself anwesha das having phone no.[protected] reliance jio. I have recharged rs149 on 28 mar 17, 309 on 26.04.17, and rs. 399 on 24.07.17. Now they are saying rs. 149 plan will activate now and 399 after that. I asked them to refund 399 since two plans cannot be activated at the same time. They are not ready to refund.

                    They are changing plan according to their will, now they are saying that refund for the plans earlier paid is not allowed.

                      Internet was fine till i recharged. After i recharged with 399 plan, internet is very slow. I have lodged many compliant's regarding the internet connectivity issues. Nothing has been changed since. I have got a message saying we are sorry for the delay and it needs 48 hours. Next i got a message saying your compliant has been resolved in which my net is as same as before. Then i have complained regarding the issue and now they are telling to wait for 30 days. I have got one more message saying jio site will be planned in my area and that will be live 90 days. The plan validity is 84 days for 399 and as per there message i should wait till 90 days.

                      It is complete waste of money and time. It was better when cost of data was free. So refund my amount.

                        Hii. Few days ago i bought a new jio sim paying amount 498rs.. But till now it's not yet get activated. And instead of showing connectivity, the network always show emergency call. After complaining about it., near my hip centre office they send me a message telling about the sim deactivation along with the refund amount. But when i reached to the retailer for this, they denied for the same.. Kindly look into the matter and reply as soon as possible.. Along with this i'm attaching the same message which they gave to me when i complained for it..

                          Such is the pathetic situation...

                          They talk big during the sales and once the goods sold, they pay no heed to customers problems.. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible tomorrow call back my alternative number and also nothing more else???

                          Please helpout me how to gets this retaliations offer urgently or i'm requesting to all team of reliance communication that please provide any solution for the same issued and escalated this matter to concern department and take action immediately also give my docket number and call my number accordingly for the customer service experience nothing more else..

                          Never faced this before, happened for the many times i had faced very bad service from reliance jio why i don't know?

But they certainly lost my faithfulness and preference... But if they have to scam people, they certainly should be a bit smarter.​.​i have given a sample of the extra additional scam fare that they charged..                                 Hi, i am atanu pal. I have a reliance jio connection since from the day of opening of jio service (4g vioce call) bearing jio connection no-[protected]. But unfortunately we are seriously facing a network issue with this server. I complaint several times. They recorded this matter as a serious note. They assured me it will recover within 6 months. Still i am facing low frequency signal or sometimes no signals at first floor of my house. I am seriously hope less in this matter. If you want to do something please do for us otherwise i will left from this connection very soon.

                                  My jio number [protected].. Its very disgusting to say that i have recharged with 399rs on 22 july and yet i have not been able to use the services.. They always ask to recharge again.. Utter rubbish!! Its been a very worst experience with jio that i have still not received my refund. Thieves!!! When called for 100 times they always raise complaints and give me 100 different reference numbers for that complaint.. And not resolving the issue.. They promise to give a call everytime and still i am yet to receive any calls.. Liers!! I was also promised for the refund within 48 hours, 5 days, 7 days and still i am yet to receive any refund.. Refund is a far away thing, they don't even bother to acknowledge the complaint.. Its a misleading service and will advise all my friends and relatives not to use such disgusting service.. I will write on all the social sites about this misleading company who stole people's money without giving any services.. I want my refund and compensation for the waste of my precious time and money.. I will take legal actions on this company.. Please please please nobody take this service as this is a misleading company who steal money from public.. Useless company... Worst customer service.. All robots handling complaints with the same empathy sympathy statements when called.. Tired of hearing the statement when called customer service from all their advisors - sorry for the inconvenience caused!!! There are no humans handling the complaints.. They all are robots who pass the buck from one pillar to another.. I want the compensation for the "inconvenience caused" with 1000rs extra refund!!

                                    I'm using jio prepaid connection from last 6 months no any issue till that time but now from last 3-4 days my downloading speed is 20-30kbps very poor, in my sim already jio 303 dhan dhana dhan plan active. Before 1 weak my speed is approximately 900 kbps to 1mbps, so kindly request u to solve my speed capping problem..

                                        I purchased jiofi in the month of february 2017. The salesman offered me 4 free sim cards, for he gave me this idea that i'll have 4 gb per day to use. Neither i told him that i want post-paid sims nor did he bother to tell me. Now he has given me two post-paid sims with his own will. I didn't knew untill yesterday when i got two bills​ posted at my doorstep for the post paid sims which i haven't touched after the free offer ended. So i am being cheated here, for i am forced to pay for sims i haven't used at all. I am willing to report this matter to the consumer forum against jio whose delegates don't have proper kwoledge about there work or as i may dare to say it's a way of misleading customers without giving them prior knowledge that they are being given post paid sims. I may give this incident a second thought if you convince me action will be taken against that employee and i'll not have to pay for sims i haven't used at all. Moreover that salesman phone number does not exist now which was [protected] his name was ravinder. I have got bills for [protected] and [protected] each of rupees 471. These sims were registered by the name of chander shekher turki s/o makhanlal turki. Contact no.- [protected]
