I have recharged 399 into my mobile [protected] through JIO app.I got the message recharge successfully but it is not reflected on the current plan for my JIO app. My transcation ID BR00008MBBQK.

I refilled my jio on 10.7.17 with an amount of rs.309.00 for 84 days. But today i am not able to communicate through my jio no [protected] from the very morning.
I am unable to contact you in any way and book my complain. I do not know the cause of it. Please explain and rectify the same. The service, i get was satisfactory throughout. But why the trouble crop up?...

I recharged my jio number for 399 rupees on 2.24pm in jio website, status was success but i did not receaved the data till now.
My ref id : br00008lazme.
Is the any issue in releance jio site?

In any other networks after recharging immediately effected, but in jio that was not happenening... Is is so sad...

Please rectify my problem as early as possible....

I have a chartered accountant, aged 33 years old, i have paid refundable deposit rs. 400/- on a/c no. [protected] which is provided mr. Jayesh sutariya, premium relationship manager, +[protected]. Payment is return in my account due to wrong account no. So i though that i made mistake in typing at that time i felt guily my self, i m educated and i made mistake (But actually it is not my fault) then i made payment from my kotak bank...

I am ceo of bank of baroda had visited store in jogeshwari west for sim replacement the staff was very rude and 3 times i have visited the store they are not replacing my sim and just giving me addresses of other stores your customer service executive are also not helping me if this kind of service is rendered by you i dont think me and my staff will continue with jio my number is [protected]...

Sir i am not satisfied in this Jio company because 10 to 15 become i am not found internet . There are many people's are using internet but i have not any conection. 3 days become 17.07.2017th i can't call any one the out going call is off. I Recharged 15.06.2017th so why it is created this types problem.. I request to you please help me....

I carried out a recharge on my mobile number for 303 rupees through jiomoney, which was unsuccessful. The amount was supposed to be refunded. However, the amount has not been refunded. Complaining here after numerous phone calls, e mail to customer care, senior customer care and nodal office. Issue has not been resolved.

Every time i call the customer care, i hear a new story from their side. Under no circumstance they transfer...

Pankaj tyagi of modinagar jio office says me that i am not doing more activations of jio so from head office they got a mail to take back the e-kyc machine. And now he is not returning machine. I have Subscribed to Jio 399 Plan which provides unlimited data via State Bank of India net banking. Twenty hours have passed since my payment has been made, however, the plan is yet to be activated for my mobile number.

The same problem had occurred before in the month of April-2017, when i tired to subscribe to the Jio Dhana Dhan Summer offer from the same bank account. However, the benefit was provided to my mobile number...

Sir there is network problem in our area. No jio tower are installed in our area. We face many problems in our area. We are jio users. So please install jio network in this area.

I added money in jio money 1000 but after few days when i saw account, it was found empty without any transition.. I mailed many time for getting proper reason but they just made a auto generated mail every time, and gone 6 months still wait for a valid reason for it. Also visit nearest jio center but they do not take interest in jio app. So they also said to mail this issue., money is does not matters but trust, it is.. I lost my trust for...

The worst customer service from jio... Im facing network problem last few months for resolution i contacted customer care service many times.. But they are unable to provide permanent solution for my problem.. This time they are asking for 48 hrs then again for 7 days but after all these time periods problem is same poor network slow internet speed like 2g network... Im complaining about this problem since 23march.. But still not permanent...

I have done the recharge of reliance jio on my number [protected] on date 17/7/17. Also i have get continue massage from reliance that recharge your number, so i made the payment second time. So the second time payment is system fault. So i need my second recharge money rs.399 refund in my account.

Please do needful action and refund my money back.
