Dear Team,
I have recharged my jio number [protected] on 10th July 2017 of Rs. 309/- with transaction Id [protected]. As per recharge condition this is valid for 56 days from recharge date but now in my jio app showing 17th Aug. is last date to stop said number internet. I have mailed to [protected]@jio.com but no proper response received. 2 times i have talked to customer care and they told that this will automatic resolve but I am being received again and again service stop sms. Please resolve my query on urgent basis.

When 56 days will be completed from 10th July (recharge date) this is not clear and when I am forwarding mail again and again, they not reverted.

    Purchased a Jiofi device on 10th May 2017, paid Rs. 999 and exchanged my airtel dongle. On which I should get 5 GB more data for 10 times on next recharge as per given T&C. Then after, I did a recharge of Rs 399 and I didn't see any type of extra data on My Voucher section to redeem it. I am asking repeatedly and waiting for a solution since 2nd August, 2017. Submitted a complain on 7th August and 48 hours are already over, but there is no solution. I cant find any other way and ported out due to such kind of dishonesty policy. I won't like to use the rest of the data of Rs.399 that I recharged recently. curse you, the pride of Jio will be demolished very soon.

      I recharged my device with 999 plan and with repeated complaints that no service is being provided they have only provided me a complaints number and even after 27 hrs no service has been provided. My jio number [protected] and my complaint number is sr00000bvxgv. It is quite a harassment and let down in services. I failed to understand what kind of company takes so much time to solve an activation issue.

        Last month probably 20 th July 17 I have switched over from Docomo to Jio and paid Prime member cost and JDDD 399.

        Unfortunate most of the day execpet one or two times the Jio is not working ( unable to make call and receive any calls / even unable to send the SMS )

        My friends and office staff are not contacting me. For these last two weeks almost I received lot of complaints. ( You may check my income and outgoing call details ).

        I have gone to Chennai T Nagar & Porur branch, but yet not rectified.

        Please check and revert on urgent basis.

          . I recharged the plan of rs.399 on 2 august, 2017 on our jio no. [protected] via my jio app. Our amount was deducted from the account but the recharge was unsuccessful.
          Till date, i've already contacted your concerned advisors 5 times. They always give different explanations and falsely assure that the amount will be reflected back in my account within 7 days (The ' seven working days has already been completed today').
          I'm highly unsatisfied by your service regarding this. At least, the assurance must be self-explanatory. I'm yet to get an assured and satisfactory action regarding my problem from your part.

          Hope for the quick and swift action.

          I have bought a new redmi 4 phone from Amazon and jio offers 5 GB additional data up to 6 recharge
          I got a new sim recharged it with 309 and I didn't get the additional data even after 3 days
          I have contacted the jio customer care but there is no response

            I have recharged my my jio number through paytm, it is successful from their end and i got the operator ref no. [protected] order successful.
            But i did not get any confirmation message to my jio number.
            I recharged this morning at 9:40 am.
            Please do send acknowledge message to my number that it is recharged.

            I complaint about worst network problem/ connectivity issue in our locality . My service request no. SR00000B8EAM . But still no action can be taken, thats why we dont recharge our no.

              2. Date & time of recharge: 31st march
              3. Payment mode: online
              4. Name of the bank: hdfc bank

Exact error message: after this recharge, i had recharged with 309 on 15th april since jio has sent me the notification that previois recharge will be carried over. 149 plan was activated on 21st april but on 26th april 309 was activated. Due to this i had not utilized the benefits of 149 plan and my money got wasted. I had complained at that time too that both plans should not be be activated silmultaneously and i had asked to stop the 149 plan and reactivate it once the 309 plan gets over in accordance with jio notification. Now that my 309 plan has expired, i was expecting 149 plan to be activated but that has not been the case. If jio had informed me in the first place with correct information that both plans will be activated simultaneously then i would have recharged only when my plan 149 had expired so that my 149rs would not have wasted

                On sunday[protected] i had visited your kamothe outlet to port my existing mobile number to reliance jio. The staff informed me that the system is down and asked me to come back on tuesday[protected]. When i visited on tuesday, office staff informed me that still the system is down and cannot perform the port operation and again asked me come after two days. I enquired about the outlet contact number the staff told me that the landline number is not working and they don't have any alternate number. So i asked them that how will i come to know that your system is up for porting do i need to visit daily to your outlet? On this the staff replied that it's your problem and you are the one who need to port your existing number.
                This is how you trained your staff to talk to customer?
                The outlet staff is under presumption that they are running the reliance telecom rather than mr. Dhirubhai ambani.

                Kindly take an action against such behavior and train your staff to be polite.

                    I am rajasekar from pondicherry

                    I have purchased lyf flame 1 from local retailer, after three months mobile charger connector pin get losed, so i have taken the mobile to nearest jio centre, they adviced me to change board on chargable separately connector alone is not possible to change. And asked me to use as it is.

                    After two months my mobile hanged and i have removed the battery to reset from that my device is not powering. Again i have taken to jio, now they infomed me that there is short circuit problem due to connector. And now they replaced connector alone and tried for power on. Still same issue and they returned my mobile without servicing. And asking me to bear the amount to change board.

                    My question is.

                    Why they have not change connector on first time. If they changed my mobile will not dead.

                    How the short circuit will be my problem, i am using micromax mobile more than three years, still they is no problem in connector.

                    They are accepting un officially this is product issue but not ready to replace new board.

                      I here by like to inform you that sir whenever the electricity is gone in my area the jio signal also goes out with it. Consumers in this area are suffering very much for this problem. May be your jio tower is without backup generator or something else i don't know but please rectify the problem asap.

                        I have been using jio postpaid [protected] for a long time and recently did a recharge of rs 399 to continue services (On 6th aug17). Now the amount has been debited and i received a confirmation message from your team. But services to my number are still suspended. I had contacted your customer care on call and chat but got different responses everytime. One advisor said that teh amount has been declined, other said that the amount has been received and services will be resumed shortly. Some suggested to cisit nearest store... And more. I humbly suggest you to get your processes in line and educate your service staff to provide uniform resolution. Kindly suggest what will happen to my account now.

                            Ported to jio on 5th aug 2017. Using a non-volte mobile. Can make calls using jio voice app only. But calls and message can't be done can use internet. It was sim complaint. Went to replace sim at jio centre 2 times. But not got replaced. The customer care team not give attention to my complaint. They just doing their own business. Not even take a single movement to replace my sim.

                              Made payment of 399 but no solution made till now it shows amount credited but plan is not active jio customer care guys said different things everytime last they said u have to do again select a plan then recharge with 399 and the one i did is in my credit balance i don't know what that means!! Simply terrific!! Even not refunding my amount so i can recharge again

                                  Description : i am not able to make any call with my jio connection as it shows insufficient balance on my postpaid sim. First of all i have validity till 12th august and my connection is postpaid. So in both cases insufficient balance doesn't make any sense. I am very tired speaking to the pathetic customer care service which always just reopen the case and don't provide any resolution.

                                      In our village single is strong bar but in data speed some area high speed and some area data speed is very terrible. And that time network is high but data speed ia 0 even surfind is also terrible. Slow slow slow why u create this type network. Plz boost your signal, and provide best 4g data speed. We recharge for 4g and we get speed not even 2g speed plz check your network in our area so we better use your network. And feel something grate for jio. And we do in our village best work.
