Hi, subsribers pls be alert i would like to share my bad experience that i recharged jio summer surprise package bundle pack of rs.402 (99+303) through my jio app online with my debit card the transaction was successful and i got a message the amount was debited from my bank but i couldn't find in recharge history in my jio app so i went to retailer and recharged by cash, the next day i called the jio customer care and logged a complaint, finally it was helpless they said we have not received the transaction in our gateway kindly contact your bank, when i contact my bank they said your transaction was successful so contact the jio team finally i have become a football fool, therefore i have the proof of online transaction and passbook details the jio team is not ready to help, solution is to contact your bank as per there record

If the recharge is not visible under MyJio home screen as well as in the account statement, we request you to check your bank account / eWallet for refund status as refund is initiated for most of the failed recharge cases.       Sir,

      I have brought jio wifi device from a reputed shop "new meher communication" address: shop no. 4-b, raj plaza, rajpur road, dehradun.. Shopkeeper ph. [protected], [protected] on 27-march-2017 bill no. 25914, tin number:[protected] but since 5th-june-2017 my device is not working properly and since 20 days its not charging even.

      I went to the jio office which is in it park, sahastradhara road, but inspite of my complaining there again and again they are not properly treating it and there guard is misbehaving.

        Dear respected sirs,

        I have given the request for mnp from vodafone to reliance jio for following two numbers [protected] & [protected] at jio office which is located in mathikere, bangalore near ramaiah college bus stop person name rajesh i hope and i paid 900 inr which is collected extra money for activating my number and i asked him for the excessive charges but he said remains activation charges also i asked him for the bill or confirmation slip but he said we are not providing any bills or slip (Jio team - is there activation charges? 282 inr also are they not able to provide bills for the amount paid?) finally i received sms saying that in correct information so we unable to process the request like that and they called to my wife who doesn't speak local language or english instead of calling her they would have called me to verify but they didn't done. As per jio office person advice the amount which i provided is waste then need to pay again is this a jio service?

        The amount i paid to him through online and the transaction details also were attached in this for your kind reference.

        If jio is not taking the service i don't bother i can move with other network which has good service. But i need my money back.

          We are facing no service from jio telecom service, we are not able to use jio network totally zero signals, please resolve the issue, we are here 7k associates, everyone is facing same issue. If you provide best signals to us we will continue with your network, we wont renewal the jio pack. Please resolve issue asap.

            I purchased jio fi at niranjanpuri ramghat road, aligarh on 04.07.2017. I forget to take jio sim which was free with jio fi device. When i went to shop and talk to mr. Harsh about my free sim connection he will talk very rudely. I request your good self please look into the matter and provide my new sim with this jio fi device. When i talk to him (Mr. Harsh) i feel he sold my sim to another person and when i request to him talk to customer care he refused to talk (Aur kahna laga ki ye log to kuch bhi kahte hai). I simply purchased the jio fio device to bank branch. So i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible
            And provide a free new connection with my jio fio device.

              Sir, i have no complaint regarding your network and the speed but strangely i am facing problems in opening a particular website which is very important for me as i have paid membership of it. I m facing troubles in opening testbook.com. I have already contacted testbook for this issue and they responded quickly and remotely controlled my pc to get the idea of the issue. After working around 20min in my pc they finally concluded that it's not the problem in the website, in fact, the problem is in jio network. Your network takes a huge amount of time in loading the web page when all other pages were opening smoothly. And surprisingly that is correct bcoz when i open testbook.com with tata docomo network it doesn't even take a sec to load. Please solve the issue. My no is [protected]

              I complaint many times but every times they take 90 days time for solve my problem. But not solve my problem.

                Hi i complained on sunday morning about jio network problem, i am living in sector 120 noida, they told me they will resolve problem within 48 hr, they call me just know or told me just upgrade fota app in ur mobile and ur problem will solve, and telling i am closing ur request, i told him there isn't this kind of app is in iphone 6 and don't close my complain, without listening they cut my call and closed my complaint, that was already happed 2-3 times. Again and again same thing jio customer care repaating to make fool of there customers...

                Jio 4G data is not working in the internal lanes of 8th cross road, venkatapura, koramangala 1st block, Bangalore-34. Only voice call is working. Please check the network connectivity in the bylanes here. Near the venkatapura government primary school. Once I come to the venkatapura main road or the beginning of the 8th cross road, 4G data works, But in my home in the bylane inside, there is either absolutely no connectivity or extremely slow like 5kbps(practically useless)

                    I had done recharge on my jio no. Of 408inr through retailer but by mistake it has been recharged on wrong no. I had complained on jio customer care but their executive said he can't reverse my amount on my correct no. Expect jio other connection doesn't have this problem last time same problem had occurred at my airtel no. And they had resolved it by reversing my amount on my correct no.

                    There is no reliance tower into my village Barwasni, Distt.: -Sonipat, State:- Haryana, Pincode:- 131001. It is hardly 8kms away from sonipat. All peoples have to go outside of village to get jio sim network. Please fix it as soon as possible.

                      I have jio no. But its working with net like phone calling and any things. And decrease charge quickly so, i chaged the phone 24 hrs. how to manage this. So, i feeling bad pls, agree my feelings and i leave from jio family. Already i send port request on 27 june. But any reponse not give to me

                        As we are living in india and reliance jio making aadhar card to issuing the SIM card and if person aadhar card does not belong Maharashtra state they are not issuing the SIM.they are using the centre system to discriminate the people based on state.This system is totally ridicules as even if we ask to them SIM using paper based method they are not willing to give.Kindly Justify the behaviour.

                          I have Jio sim, using in my 4g phone mi note 3. There is no network for calling only internet is working. I have recharged it my 99/- then by 309.

                            My Jio app shows 5GB booster pack of Rs201 but when I recharge through SBI App Jio give me SMS Pack. So it is a fraud by company. When I call at customer care they also unable to resolve this problem.

                              We have a small telecom business in the name of AMS Communication in Chennai, Chintamani area. We had approched the Reliance Jio Center for retailer ship of E-recharge for which we paid Rs.2000/-
                              Its been more than 4 months( since April 2017) since we have been following up with the center to fix our login app and also we had customers who wanted new connection, for which the Reliance Jio Center had to help with the Biometric.
                              On continuous follow up with them, they failed each time to repond.
                              Now, our only request to them is to refund the Rs.2000/- for which they say the money is blocked with their head office in Ahmedabad and now they even refuse to pick and answer our calls.

                              The customer id that was assigned to us was[protected]. My parents being senior citizens who take care of the telecom business is completely harassed with their behaviour .

                              My humble request is kindly with the refund.

                                I am using jio sim from bigning and I also have updated 99 rs membership and other 3 months recharge package in which daily 1gb data is free but I am highly dissatisfied with the data because it always shows fake details of data usage. Not only me but also my so many friends are facing same problems. On 5th July I was traveling and there were network issues so I couldn't use my data properly also I was tired so I slept early around 9 or 10...

                                I have a connection of JIO which is with me for long time and have paid 309 in the month of March 2017. Till May end it was working fine and there after I went out of India and my phone was switch off as i didn't active international roaming. When I came back on 29th June, I could see that i am not able to call nor i am able to internet which was active before leaving India.
                                I have paid 309/- on 5th July 2017 again for the quarter of july to sept. my number is [protected]

                                  Surfing speed of Reliance Jio is good and even don't face any hurdles while streaming on YouTube but download speed is extremely low.I get merely 20 to 30kbps speed.Even 2G data packs are faster than Jio.If the company is promising to provide 4G download speed then it should fulfill it.I'm paying the company according to its data plans but if I'm not getting the benefits properly then on what basis should I continue using its services.A few days ago I was receiving atleast 150kbps speed but now Jio hasn't remained 4G anymore I guess.

                                    i have recharged my jio no with Rs.303 on 9th April 2017 by jio money app and received msg. from jio money that my recharge had successfully done. but my mobile balance was showed zero. i complainted to jio complaint Helpline no. 198 ; near about 20 says they said that they register my complaint and working on it; after that they told me to call jio money no.1966 so i called there; now it's 4months they both have no result for me. i continousely called both jio money and Helpline but both not provide me exact information. jio money asked me my recharge is successfully done that i have to call jio Helpline "why my services r not working as my recharge had already done ?" but jio helpline told me that my recharge hadn't done . they both harshing me from 4months . not their any higher authority pick my call their advisers put my call on hold for hours after then they told me there supervisor called me back but no person called me back. now I wants compensation with my balance money of Rs. 303 becoz they already hrashed me from last 4months. i have all proofs with but there is written that no phone no. or any bank accounts information should not be shared here.

                                      I recharge my jiofi. no. [protected] with amount INR 999 on 15 june 2017. I already have jio dhana dhan 303 activted on my no. which is going to expire on 22 june 2017. They increase the limit of offer to 20th july 2017. But this plan is useless for me they are making fool o[censored]s by providing 1 GB data per day which consumed in some hours without using so much. They are not able to provide me either service for this recharge or refunding my money.
                                      I feel cheated and try to make conversation with jio officials but they are helpless and doing nothing.
                                      Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      We understand that you are unable to view the recharge on MyJio app.
                                      If you have an existing plan active on your account, then any recharge done is queued. The queued recharge will get activated only after the current plan expires. In this case, the queued recharge can be checked on your account statement under ‘Upcoming plan’ section. Account statement can be downloaded from MyJio app.
