I am the customer of jio telecom service, but after launching jio teleservice no network in my area, many customer in this area, i am complaint to jio customer care but no response by him...

Last nite i had a word with your customer care executive who told me that maintenance is going on in your area, so internet will start by tomorrow morning 10am.
But still i am facing that same issues.
I have also registered and complaint against this issue at your customer care also....

Jio number [protected] is in postpaid plan for which we paid bill of rs 309 on[protected] transaction number:[protected] but still it is not activated for making calls. We paid it either return the amount and activate the number.
Once we call customer care, without any prior information provided, they are saying it as deposit amount where as we thought that we paid the bill amount. This is not fair behavior of the concern. Kindly...

I had purchased an apple iphone 7 32 gb from reliance digital store, edapally, cochin on 27/03/2017. The primary reason for my purchase was reliance jio/apple offer which provided me absolutely free services (As explained by their representative at the centre mr. Wahab) to use the phone and net connection till december 2017. I was using these facilities without any problem till the night of 09/06/2017 after which i started getting a message...

Before 31st march the data peed of jio was awesome and full network tower used to come but now even after recharge the data speed of jio is too slow even from 3g only three and two tower signal come in mobile. Customer care also not give satisfactory reply on speed problems. Airtel 4g speed is better as compared to free and slower jio. My jio no. I have done two recharges of amount 408/- and 309/- on 1st june 2017 through my jio application of reliance jio using my internet banking of bank of baroda account but the recharge didn't end successfully, and the money was deducted from my account.
