Reliance jio is worst in terms of voice call. I am facing severe call drop problem. The call hardly completes one minute successfully, if you are lucky enough.
Many times the other person can't hear your voice while you can listen them.
Even though the signal strength is more than 60% but still the calls connect after several attempts.

What is the use of giving unlimited voice calls if you can't give the necessary...

This is Prince. I am jio user recently i was in vizag your network signals and internet speed was too low. I agree in vizag main city speed is good but in nearby mandals and small towns very wrost. Why u making people fool on the name of 4g services ur internet speed was even slower any other 2g connection. I did a recharge of 309 on my jio number data is working but calls are not working. I complained to customer care so many times but no response and one of them was so rude that recharge is done rest we dont care, so I dont see if this matters to jio people but if you are reading you are the dumbest people with idotic technology, you dont even know how to manage, i am getting the suggestion to ypgrade mobile, those mobile companies are top...

I've been monitoring daily usage of JIO 4G data.
They r cheating on almost every customer.
Just refer today's case...see screenshot from Jio app.
Today its Sunday so I wake up at 10.30 AM & to my surprise Jio app showing I have already consumed 900+ mb of data while I was sleeping (Data usage was also switched off before sleeping).

Don't you think its a big joke???
Jio drama is over... I will not...

I was applied for new reliance jio sim connection online. Jio executive Mr. Purushottam from madhumilan square indore was came to my address and done all process. He asked me to payment type and I was used debit card for payment. He swapped card in his pos machine then my account was debited but no recharge done in my jio sim. On 31/05/2017 i applied for jio connections ([protected]) and paid rs 408/- but unfortunately there was some problem in my aadhar and connection not happened. So person available at reliance digital told me that money non refundable. But i was called to jio care there every agent told me that money will be refundable

Dear Madam /Sir,

I have recharged on June 1st at about 7.30 am, but so far absolutely no internet connection. The money has been debited from my account. Four times I have called the customer care. Standard answer after one hour, next person after 4 hrs, third time after half an hour and finally the lady told me it will take 48 hours.
I don't understand this funda of 48 hrs for a internet connection after recharge....

I tried to recharge my phone nmber [protected] with 402rs from jio money application directly from my sbi bank account on 7th of april till today 2nd of june no refund is initiated and jio money customer care are not answering my call and jio complaint helpline people are telling me different resolution with every complaint.. This is for the second time i am complaining about deduction of money without any recharge and the same money has not been credited into my account.
Earlier i had made a complaint regarding this to custmer care but there also i didnt get any benefit, i had sent a mail also regarding the same but also after so many days they didn't refunded my money into my account.

I have jio sim and using it through jio's jiofi instrument. I have a 2 gb daily plan which entitles me a usage of 2 gb per day. Since a week i have been noticing that when ever after the utilization of the entitled 2gb internet service i recharge my number with the booster plan of jio the net doesn't work properly and its validity gets over before i could even utilize it.
