Complaint about wrong data usage details.

I am using jio sim from bigning and I also have updated 99 rs membership and other 3 months recharge package in which daily 1gb data is free but I am highly dissatisfied with the data because it always shows fake details of data usage. Not only me but also my so many friends are facing same problems. On 5th July I was traveling and there were network issues so I couldn't use my data properly also I was tired so I slept early around 9 or 10...

I have a connection of JIO which is with me for long time and have paid 309 in the month of March 2017. Till May end it was working fine and there after I went out of India and my phone was switch off as i didn't active international roaming. When I came back on 29th June, I could see that i am not able to call nor i am able to internet which was active before leaving India.
I have paid 309/- on 5th July 2017 again for the quarter of july to sept. my number is [protected]

    Surfing speed of Reliance Jio is good and even don't face any hurdles while streaming on YouTube but download speed is extremely low.I get merely 20 to 30kbps speed.Even 2G data packs are faster than Jio.If the company is promising to provide 4G download speed then it should fulfill it.I'm paying the company according to its data plans but if I'm not getting the benefits properly then on what basis should I continue using its services.A few days ago I was receiving atleast 150kbps speed but now Jio hasn't remained 4G anymore I guess.

    Jio signal is very weak near our area whereas it works far better than other areas in Bangalore. It literally falls here and internet doesn't even work.

      i have recharged my jio no with Rs.303 on 9th April 2017 by jio money app and received msg. from jio money that my recharge had successfully done. but my mobile balance was showed zero. i complainted to jio complaint Helpline no. 198 ; near about 20 says they said that they register my complaint and working on it; after that they told me to call jio money no.1966 so i called there; now it's 4months they both have no result for me. i continousely called both jio money and Helpline but both not provide me exact information. jio money asked me my recharge is successfully done that i have to call jio Helpline "why my services r not working as my recharge had already done ?" but jio helpline told me that my recharge hadn't done . they both harshing me from 4months . not their any higher authority pick my call their advisers put my call on hold for hours after then they told me there supervisor called me back but no person called me back. now I wants compensation with my balance money of Rs. 303 becoz they already hrashed me from last 4months. i have all proofs with but there is written that no phone no. or any bank accounts information should not be shared here.

        I recharge my jiofi. no. [protected] with amount INR 999 on 15 june 2017. I already have jio dhana dhan 303 activted on my no. which is going to expire on 22 june 2017. They increase the limit of offer to 20th july 2017. But this plan is useless for me they are making fool o[censored]s by providing 1 GB data per day which consumed in some hours without using so much. They are not able to provide me either service for this recharge or refunding my money.
        I feel cheated and try to make conversation with jio officials but they are helpless and doing nothing.

          Dear sir/madam,

          We cash purchase jio fi2 wify device & seem from your dealer mr. Anand soni dt.23.06.2017 but till date it is not activate. We visit to jio fi 2 service station at worli but we cant get activate this jio sim, the senior officer told me that, you should do register complaint in jio customer center.
          Many time i called to your dealer mr anand soni but every time he give reason for extend time. He give reason that bhandup mall light is off and server is down we cant recharge or activate any number from our server.
          Yesterday mr. Anand soni assured me we will refund money but now he not picking any phone and not refund money.
          We are humbly request you please active my jio fi2 (Wify) seem card card then we will enjoying net facility in my tour and work place. We are attaching your sim and device information. Mr. Anand soni mobile no.[protected].

          Please take action against that fraud person and please help for active jio fi 2 seem.

            I have raised Request SR00000AQJBX with Jio

            From Monday 3rd July...not getting Signal it says no signal and no network found it start from 09 AM and it improve by 15:00.

            I have multiple times requested there is no signal but customer care says check your speed how can we check speed where is NO signal frustrating...need some one to fix this issue urgently

              Reliance Jio recharge was done on 25th June for Rs.309, validity for 84 days, but from 4th July voice cal stopped, net is slow, then what is the plane shown seems to be fake, jio care people chat with no solutions, if we come out from online they leave immediately, but if we start asking there is no proper answer. As per the plan for 84 days from 25th June, it should be working till Sep16th it should work.
              Whether i can get any solution through you.

                  On 28.06.17 my jio fi unit blast while on charge. I immediately, call the local dealer mr. Ankit there told me to contact at co. Office at chandausi. There mr. Mohit attended and told me that it's a first case of accidental blast in his knowledge. He asked to handover the device for inspection and to proceed further at higher level. Mr. Mohit assured me to send the device to me on the next day. He didn't report me the progress till now and he is neither taking my phone nor reverting sms for last 3 days.
                  Please sort it out earliest.

                      This is with reference to my Jio sim not working from 20 days (after activation). My Sim# [protected], I already lodged complaint (#SR00000ADCRB dtd. 21/06/2017, SR00000AHQXL) on the same. I took the replacement sim on 21st June after discussing with your team/customer care. Sim#[protected]. They assured/ committed that, the sim will be working from the same day evening and still not working. Today morning, I had a discussion with the Jio customer care and again suggested to wait for one more day and I understood that the team is not activated my new Sim in your data base. It looks like, there is no proper response team to take it and resolve the issues with in 48 hours. We will be getting the messages that the complaint will be resolved within 48 hours. I already recharged almost 20 days back, I requested not lost the money and data charge. I request you to consider and give the grace period after my validity date. Hope you understand my situation. Now I don't know whom to contact for money back and no one is giving proper response,

                      I had paid Rs. 408 for the new package/plan and I was going to Reliance digial Jio customer care in indiranagar almost 10 times. Not getting support.

                      I got another SIm yesterday too. that also not working.

                      This is happening with few of my colleges in my company.

                        Jio telecom service in my locality is having very pkor network strmgth and very slow internet speed. I have made complaints against this issue several times but the customer care department dont find a resolution for my complaints. They given me so many messages that says, my network problem will solved within 48 hours. But my issue with the network and internet speed hasnt changed yet.

                          My Name is Upendra Thakur mob no [protected]. I am new JIO user. On 30-May-2017, I got call from jio customer care in the above mentioned bsnl no as the sim is registered under that number. He said me that "you are a prime member of jio you are applicable for data and call benefits for 3 month, recharge with 309". I didn't recharge 309 till that time but his call attracted me towards the benefit so i decided to recharge but i didn't remember my jio no. so he gave me my no. and i recharge 309. But after reaching home i found that he gave me wrong no. I contacted him he said that it will be reversed within 48hr. Even though I talked with his senior(Abdul [protected]) he said me that this mistake is from their side and will be rectified within 48hr. But 1 month passed no action has been taken.
                          So I request you to take necessary action because I have faith on this consumer complaints board.

                            I have taken a package from #reliancejio which entitles me 2 gb internet data each day from #jiofi2. Last 10 days within 1 hours it is accounts for consumption of 2 gb. Initially when i contacted them they refused to register my complain stating it to be actual consumption without realizing that within 1 hour 2gb consumption is not possible. Rather they gave silly excuse like:
                            • streaming of videos or music.
                            • uploading and downloading of photos or other large files.
                            • apps that sync regularly or run in the background.
                            • apps that require a continuous internet connection.
                            • online games.
                            • any large os updates/ upgrades.
                            • you can uninstall the live app’s, which consumes mobile data at the background.

                            Subsequently i monitored myself and found that in 45 minutes when actual data should have been 80 mb the billing system of reliance jio accounted for 1.21 gb. I also intimated them that whatever they have mentioned above, as the source of data consumption, was not applicable in my case. After this they said they have registered a ticket, but till this date the problem is unresolved.

                            For past 10 days i have not been able to use internet despite the fact that i am eligible for 2gb of data daily.

                            Recharge transaction was failed but the transaction was successful for the recharge of jio prime at [protected]. I contacted the customer care of jio. They accepted the complaint but still they are not able to solve my complaint.
                            I am unable to make calls from my jio number from the last 2 days . I m unable to receive calls even .
                            I've been getting only 40kb/s for about a month which is not 4G speed. This is insane and illegal. JIO isn't providing speeds and giving false statements about high speed other private companies are providing 4G speeds as they demand.JIO gives only 3G/2G speed thats not what we paid for.
                            Kindly take action as soon as possible.

                              I wanted to purchase JIO Router under Jio’s dongle exchange offer today June 29, 2017. Despite having told me about the exchange scheme in the beginning the Employee at your outlet Uttam Complex, Plot No. 10/23, Chopasni Housing Board, Jodhpur took Rs. 608 from me and gave me the sim but denied giving cashback offer on router in exchange for dongle, without the Jio router. (Order No. N000002UK9Y3. the sim is useless for me, I feel very much cheated and disappointed. Please reimburse my Rs. 608 with compensation for the mental agony caused or I shall be compelled to initiate legal action for the same.

                                I am Shubham Mathur. I recharged my jio number "[protected]" with Rs 408 i.e. Prime Membership (Rs 99 + Rs 309) from my Paytm account successfully on Tuesday, 27/07/2017. I am not able to make any calls as it says there is no balance in it. Just for your more information my mobile supports 4g, data pack is on & proper signal is coming. Please refund my money or recharge it as soon as possible.

                                  I am facing signal problem on jio but from last 7 days no solution provided..all customer support executives provide different statements.
                                  finally they told me to replace the sim.. i replaced it now but now its 3 days completed and still no network is coming and they are talking rudely and no response from jio.

                                  i checked my phone with other jio sim that was working perfectly.

                                  very bad service and no one is responsible person in Jio.. to whom we need to talk we dont know...

                                    I recharged my mobile link send by jio mobile for 3 month offer Rs.209/- by paytm wallet gatway, payment deducted from my account but mobile not recharged. I complained regarding this to paytm they said my payment was successfully done and transfer to merchant account they send me confirmation message also but Reliance Jio Infocomm not giving any confirmation they got this money initially. after so many complain I got reply from jio now they accept they received money but recharged some other number and they cant return my money.
                                    I dont know how I get my money back can any one help me I have all reply from paytm and Jio Moibile they send me.

                                      In Oct. I purchased Iphone 7 in Reliance Digital Store with JIO sim Unlimited calls +data+ sms offer till Dec.2017. but now they are asking me to recharge. When I had call with customer care ppl they said that it will be resolved but without resolving they have closed ticket. I called again and asked about the same but no reponse from past one week
