I am a subscriber of jio. But from past 6 days there is no signal of jio network. My jio no. Is [protected]. There is no use of jio. We are not able to take the advantage of having jio. It's waste of money using jio. When there is no network we are also not able use the free calling facility and we are not able to use any of the subscribed facilities. This a very disappointing on part of such a big company. Please see to it that it is resolved as soon as possible. We are not obtaining any help from customer service.

    I had purchased jio lyf flame model from authorised jio stores at bhopal. I was given a 2 years warranty. But after 6 months only problems started arising. Recently the battery puffed up. Before that the glass screen had come out. For last 20 days my wife is running around at jio service centre kolar bhopal but nobody is paying attention in attending calls. Even they are not telling where to purchase the battery and by when it will be available. Pl help in getting the battery.

      I have been charged twice rs309/- for a recharge made on above jio number.
      The first recharge was unsuccessful so i made second recharge, but second was also unsuccessful. On both transaction my account was debited.

      Jio customer care says "i have checked your account and found that the two recharges has been successful on your number for the transaction id br000075gizh and br000075gegdand i hope you are enjoying the services."

      They do not talk about the excess money deducted from my bank account.

      Further jio says about recharge that "not applicable if already recharged with jio prime + rs. 303 or above plan."

      So how can they charge twice for the same plan on same date and few mins away.

      No steps taken to return the extra Rs 309 taken by Jio, Customer care team says that the amount shows them to be in queue and they cannot return the amunt. Customer care team also do not informs what plan the next 309 will be put in? there is further steps describe on JIO website for grievance redressal.

      just now received call from +91-[protected](Ahmedabad local, Gujarat) and he is asking me to make complaint to rbi to claim the money. he asked to search www.rbipaymentauthorization.com and asked for my email address. when i told him that they must have same in their records just then he started abusing and cut the call.
      how on earth rbi comes into picture for transaction between customer and jio website...

        This is to highlight the trauma and pain that i have been going through since 11th june 2017 when i paid rs. 408/- to purchase a jio sim. Until now my sim has not be activated.

        For last 10 days, i have been told that we are in the process of activating it, we will be activating it etc. Etc. But nothing was done. I was always apprehensive about jio and hence never got a jio sim even during the free period. Finally when i decided to give jio a try, this happened to me.

        This is the most pathetic experience i have ever had. I could have gone on social media and cursed jio but i would refrain from doing that. I don't want to have anything to do with jio and hence asking for refund of rs. 408 that i paid using credit card.

        My order number was: no00002rhfyt. Please refund the money asap.

          Past one week i am unable to do any through jio net work because it is totally failed to give signal in our area: mysore kuvempu nagar. I totally disappointed with jio network and jio voice. My jio number : [protected]. This is seems to be collapsing itself or cheating the valued customers. How i can do my business with jio if it continues like this. Do some thing to improve the prob lem with you lte signals.

            I am in Thirur Area in thiruvallur District in tamil Nadu in India . in my Area there is No proper tower connection and signal . I am not able to call properly so kindly provide a new tower and give very fast speed internet to my area . We are not wealthy persons but We are studying only by this internet so provide good speed for my studies.

                My jio mobile number is [protected]. Actually im using my internet for online gaming. Sometimes when i play games there is showing a message connection lost. But I'm in a good service area. Also this sim is giving me a speed range of 200kbps to 1.2mbps. that speed is very low for a 4g sim. Sometimes my connection getting lost. No network coverage happenes. Call quality also poor.

                    I am useing jio fi and i am fcing network issue due to i am unable to use jio.
                    If jio is unable to resole the issue then i have to swith on other network.

                    I try to suite complaint in this regards but your customer exicative hussane deny to register it so please give reason for that.

                      Hi jio team,
                      I have visited the jio kalyani nagar, pune store. The jio employee did not behave well. And i was not provided the sim because:
                      1. I had the printed e-aadhar copy. The store man told me that it's company's
                      Policy to have the adhar card and not the e-aadhar.
                      I dont see any logic and it looked strange to me as e-aadhar is even being used as a valid document for passport./bank account opening.

                      2. I tried all the options but i could not generate the bar code from my jio app in my mobile. I was told by the jio store personnel that i can't get a sim without it. I have a brand new mi note 4 mobile with me.

                      Can someone please look into it? The jio store guy was not at all supportive. How can i get a sim?

                      While roaming jio voice call is not working I have shown to jio authorised dealer but the problem is not working in roaming it's very worst.only data is in activation in roaming.

                          Hi team,

                          I bought an iphone from reliance store worth rs.82000 with a plan for 1 year free subscription to jio in dec 2016.
                          After using the phone and sim for 6-7 months, on 10th june 2017 my outgoing was stopped and i was told to recharge.
                          Have spent hours on the call with customer care, everytime i get a different reason.
                          Have written to [protected]@jio.com, on 10th june 2017 and all i got my reply for an email with more than 1000 words was a copy paste template to just recharge my phone.
                          I have visited jio center in midc andheri east, but they are not really helpful, and say they will see what to do.
                          Jio customer care numbers keep me hanging and dont tell me anything for hours after which i get a reply that nothing can be done or its a mistake of reliance store.
                          The store also says they cant do anything, and they say they have done everything correct.

                          I only wish to get my number and plan restored, and compensated for the 1 week that i havent been able to use my phone.

Road, mulund (West), mumbai - 400 080., hereby request you to kindly lodge complaint against reliance jio infocomm ltd, who have affixed reliance 4g tower in front of our society (Traffic island), opp. Ambaji dham temple, rajgor chowk, m. G. Road, mulund west, mumbai 400 080.

                            As per bmc rule for gbm tower, minimum distance of 55 mtrs from the residential area is compulsory, which is not in our case (Actual distance is about 15 mtr), which is illegal.

                            So kindly do the needful.

                                Last nite i had a word with your customer care executive who told me that maintenance is going on in your area, so internet will start by tomorrow morning 10am.

                                    Jio number [protected] is in postpaid plan for which we paid bill of rs 309 on[protected] transaction number:[protected] but still it is not activated for making calls. We paid it either return the amount and activate the number.
                                    Once we call customer care, without any prior information provided, they are saying it as deposit amount where as we thought that we paid the bill amount. This is not fair behavior of the concern. Kindly resolve this issue

                                      I had purchased an apple iphone 7 32 gb from reliance digital store, edapally, cochin on 27/03/2017. The primary reason for my purchase was reliance jio/apple offer which provided me absolutely free services (As explained by their representative at the centre mr. Wahab) to use the phone and net connection till december 2017. I was using these facilities without any problem till the night of 09/06/2017 after which i started getting a message that my outgoing calls have been barred and net speed reduced as i have failed to recharge my number. Upon multiple enquiries (Atleast 10 calls) with their customer care number 198 i have now been told that since i did not insert my sim before april 2 this offer has been withdrawn. I was never informed of this condition when i purchased the phone and the representative was aware that i was porting my number from vodafone to jio on march 27 and hence this process would not be complete by april 2.

                                      I want reliance jio to hold to their promise and restore my line immediately.

                                        Dialing and receiving both is not happening it shows "fail to connect try another mode" kindly provide solution for this
                                        We unable to use the phone and thrice we call to cust care but issue not resolved, all generic answer even if we followed that pathetic instruction but it not successful.

                                        No 31st March 2017 I recharged with 402 /-, same is deducted from paytm wallet but not get my Jio number recharged with the 402/-and not even get money back in paytm wallet . Transaction ID is #IPT[protected]
