I had opted from idea and came to jio by purchasing iphone 7 plus which had an offer of 1 year free subscription something worth rs. 1499/- per month for 1 year.

I had been using my permanent postpaid number 9*46 and wanted the the free subscription on that number so i ported idea and purchased iphone 7 plus on 17th feb 2017 from reliance digital (Himalaya mall - bhavnagar). During purchase i was told that yes the subscription will start on the ported number 9*46. After march or april the subscription started on my number 9*46. But from 10th june onward i was unable to make calls and internet speed was reduced.

So i called jio customer care and they said the subscription has been cancelled from this number (9*46) as it's started on some other number ending with 26382. I was surprised to hear that. I asked for the full 10 digit number so that i can knows on whose number it has been subscribed.
But they refuse to me the full number and only give me last five digits of the number.

Neither that number *26382 belong to me nor i have any such number on my name

I have been complaining from 10th june, but they say they can't take the complain as it's shows a different sim no. I dont understand how can you subscribe other number (Someone else number)
When the name on the bill of iphone (V solanki) and *26382 (Owner unknown) are different.

I call reliance digital and they said the same issue has been faced with their other iphone customer.

Till today i have not got and satisfactory reply nor any solution.

Their reply "the subscription will not start on this no."

This is not fair. I had joined jio for a postpaid connection in future as i have always been using postpaid connection.

My screen was damaged of water 11 and from last 1 month i am waiting for the part. Just waste of time and energy as I have to visit frequently service center at Mangalore. Kindly take the issue seriously and solve the problem.

I have complained several times but it was neither refunded nor recharged yet...

      My jio number is [protected] but typed to recharge [protected]. I am feeling extremely low because of the error committed. I'll be grateful to jio or someone if the issue can be resolved. I had paid through jio.com via my pnb credit card. I want my number to be activated by jio as they can easily omit the error to rectify. Every telecommunication company must keep this issue in their service list to be resolved with ease as per complaints or request.

        I have booked a jio sim and my store vendor submitted my documents to jio office on 23th may 2017. But i have not get any call confirm from jio office for approval and any verification call yet. I have contacted jio customer service care also not get any resolution. I am not expecting from jio company like reliance. This is disgusting, no value for customer. I think jio should learn from other telecom service provider. Each and every time when i called jio customer care office they are saying that they register my complain, but not provide me any complain no, last time i get, but she told me it will take more 2 days to solved my issue. I am really unhappy with this service. My complain no is 00000a31fs

          I have jio sim (No. [protected]). I have recharge it with 100 rs. Talktime balance and i am able to make calls for some days with the talktime balance. But now i am not able to make calls with this no. Even having 66.46 rs.in my balance. They are saying that i have not enough balance to make calls. Please resolve the issue soon so i can make calls.

          I have jio sim (No. [protected]). I have recharge it with 399 rs.dated on 4/8/17.after 9:00 pm(4/8/17)i am not able to make calls with this no. Even having 399rs.in my plan. They are saying that i have not enough balance to make calls. Please resolve the issue soon so i can make calls.

            Purchased prime membership at tirupati on 9.3.2017,
            Cost rs 99/- (Not registered)
            Rs. 303/- debited and god knows when it will kick-in.
            Payment details provided 3 times - with no response

            Probably complaint numbers # 4601271, #6570856 and other unacknowledged letters
            Innumerable phone calls
            Innumerable visits

            I am getting the similar response from their customer care dept - collect the money from tirupati for the past few months (Will they reimburse my travel, stay and inconvenience costs?

            Or

            This is the hyderabad office, its not our responsibility

            But grievance is - illogical responses & loss of money, time, peace of mind etc.

            Please help.

              I took a reliance jio connection [protected], paid for prime membership and also recharged for 3 months on 14th april. On 4th june, my jio connection stopped working. I was unable to make any calls (Worked only once after that) and data service completely disabled. I raised a complaint sr00000a3f7r for the same and jio guys closed it without resolving the issue. I am unable to reach jio customer care because my sim is not working and their number is not reachable from any other number. No responses to my emails either. I gave my alternate contact number [protected], however no one contacted me ever. This is pathetic service anyone can offer and i need strict action against this behavior. I need to reinstate my connection.

              I received a call only to surprise me more. I was asked basic questions like... Did you recharge ? This information should already be available with JIO. Also, I already mentioned in my email comm about recharge for 3 months in advance. What is your OTP ?

              He did not answer any of my questions like why the phone was deactivated ? Why is it not working ? In fact in response... Person even talked rudely with things like "Abe phone rakh" which crossed all the limits and confirms JIO is unprofessional.

              My number remains deactivated. No one letting me know why was it discontinued. It appears to be a big scam.
              All I need now is...
              1. Why my number was deactivated without my knowledge ?
              2. Can I have my number activated immediately ?
              3. What happens to the lost services / inconvenience ? Why JIO troubles customers ?

                I got a jio sim with jio number [protected] along with apple iphone 7 as a promotional offer that if we buy iphone 7 we will be given jio services free of cost for one year.
                I was told that i will get free services for one year after new year offer ends in march 2017.
                But my sim card is not working since five days and i am facing lots of issues without internet and no calls

                I managed to callcustomer care somehow
                But he was unable to resolve my issue.

                I already told him my imei number but all in vain.
                I also sent my phone's bill on platinumcare but i did not get any reply even after 4 days. I sent msny reminder msils. But no reply.

                Sub.: Complain against BP-JIOTWR of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited on application No 56897245 dtd.18.07.2018 for Tower installation in my vacant land at Gurupally(w), Santiniketan.

                Dear Sir,

                I like to draw your kind information to the above matter that their official person of Reliance Jio Infocomm namely Mr. S. K. Jain (Mob.[protected]) contact with me regarding installation of Reliance Jio Tower in my vacant plot at Gurupalli(W), Santiniketan, Bolpur, Dist.- Birbhum and according to his advice I have submitted scan copy of my all documents along with their registration form with fill up & counter sign by me and sending through my whatsapp on dated 18.07.2018. After that I have received a massage on same date from BP-JIOTWR that my documents has been verified and approval of mobile tower installation has been successfully.

                After the completed of submission all process Mr. S. K. Jain ( Mob. no – [protected]) to contact with me on dated 19.07.2018 and advice to pay few amount (Rs.14300+Rs.36600) for processing & selection charges to their S/B Account No –[protected], SBI Bank, Kurla Complex, Mumbai (IFSC Code –SBIN0004380) and as per instruction of Mr. S. K. Jain, I have paid through NEFT from Union Bank of India, Chandannagar Branch to SBI Branch, Bandra Kurla Complex for Rs.14300/- on dated 10.07.2018 for processing charges & 2nd time I have paid Rs.36600/- through NEFT from Union Bank of India after receiving a massage from MD-SBIINB through Mr. S. K. Jain on dated 21.07.2018 for advice to pay for (P.F.) R.T.G.S selection charges in the above mention S/B Account at SBI Kurla Complex Branch..

                Further I received a 3rd time massage in my what’s app no [protected] from MD-SBIINB through Mr. S. K. Jain on dated 21.07.2018 for requesting to pay in branch of Rs.28600/- charges for NOC with clearance charges. Mr. S. K. Jain inform me through MD-SBINB that your prize/advance payment with reference number PCR2585965 for Rs.2500000/-has credited on my account is not successfully and the cheque is pending in SBI, Head Branch and if you not pay of Rs.28600/- your approval will treated as cancelled. I disagree to pay the amount and inform to Mr. S. K. Jain that as per your commitment without reason & without written notice your authority can not be cancelled my approval order. I heartily requested to Mr. S. K. Jain for installation of tower at my plot and credit the advance amount in my Bank Account otherwise you will be bound without any condition to refund my all payment.

                Lastly Mr. S. K. Jain (Mob.[protected]), Mr. Rahul Sribastov (Mob.[protected]) & Account holder of the above SBI Branch Monish Kumar (Mob.[protected]) of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited has inform me over phone that my approval order of installation tower has been cancelled and my all payment deposited through NEFT of the above refer S/B Account (Rs.14300 +Rs.36600) will be refund within 10 to 12days.They have further inform me that if I get refund of my money to pay them Rs.8525.00 as for cancellation charges. I disagree to pay the amount and asked them without any reason and signing legal agreement paper how you have cancel my approval order & whay I will pay Rs.8525/- as a cancellation charges for refund of my money without any reason. The reasons are, however, beyond of my knowledge. This is very illegal & unjustified and fraud practice . I thought that they are all cheating me.

                Sir I & overall public of India known as very well about Reliance Industries and their reputation. But some bad aliments person are fraud practice & cheating the public in the name of Reliance Industries.. Therefore in the above situation I need necessary help & Co-operate from your end and necessary action at your end.

                In the above situation, I have already inform & report with written to Chandannagar Thana ( G.D.E No-1584 dated 31.07.2018) for requesting necessary action at their end.

                Therefore I need necessary help & Co-operate from your end and want to refund total money Rs.50900/-as early as possible. I am retire & Senior citizen person. Hope your kind co-operation & prompt action will be highly appreciated.

                  I called several times to jio customer support. I am facing very low network. Even not able to call as well as can not use internet. However, every time, i get respond from customer care that they are resolving my issue only. Whenever i ask ticket number they says - our app is down once it will be up i will get a msg with ticket number.
                  Now it is since 2 month i have not received any ticket number. Not even issue is resolved. Don't know what type of customer service jio provides.
                  Never saw this much of bad quality service.
                  They dont have idea about telecom business.
                  Who wants quantity? What about quality?

                    I have recharged jio prepaid mob no.[protected] on 8.6.2017 with operator reference no.[protected] (Paytm ref. Order id.[protected]). Afterwards through chatting with the customer care the non activation was informed. They have confirmed the recharge of rs.309 and told me, it will be activated within 48 hours. However even after passing the 48 hours, nothing was done.

                          [protected] is my jio number. My problem is that jio is saying that they are providing very decent internet speed but it's 100% fake because from the last months... I'm not getting good speed, but i've recharge this sim 99+303, in spite of that those things are going...
                          And recently one problem coming, it's not just happening with me.. It's also happening with the others... That is suddenly my jio showing data balance 0, without download anything. Which is very march irritating.
                          I have also complain to jio customer care but the problem not solved.
                          So please help me... Sir.

                            I bought the jio sim card 4 days ago and rechaged with 99 for prime and 309 for jio dhan dhana dhan offer, which provides 1gb high speed 4g data per day for 84 days. So as promised by jio, i should have get 1 gb of high speed 4g data. But after consuming 600 mb data, the data speed comes to about 12-20 kb per second. It happens daily. I raised a complaint regarding this case but jio customer care didn't solve​d it showing many excuses.

I described the problem briefly and raised a complaint regarding this case but jio customer care didn't solve​d it showing many excuses.

                            Now, clearly i am unsatisfied with the resolution given so i contacted with customer care again but they are showing just excuses and didn't even update my complaint.
                            I also emailed the jio appellate authority about this case. But still no response.
                            We are not use that much data but jio coustomer send a message your using 70% or 90%.

                            This is not fair cheating
                            I used jio from launching. internet is working good but my complaint is about calling services. most of the time call is not happen due to server is not reachable... otherwise your jio is awsm but due to this problem i m dissatisfied ..so kindly help in this issues.

                              I am using a 4g lenovo notebook. Sim is inserted in no 1 slot. I went for an international tour and came back in the second week of may ever since jio is not working. Neither i am able to make a call nor message nor use the net facility. For the past 3 months i did not encounter any problems. I think its after my tour only i am unable to operate.
                              I have checked all the means like in the hand set whether all the data is on. Even removed the sim cleaned and then inserted. Even messages whatsapp is not working. The are saying that sim is not working. Please rectify to use the jio sim.
                              Not able to use any of the jio app like tv, music, magazine etc.
                              Kindly rectify for me to use the jio sim seamlessly

                                I thought jio telecommunications will be the best with the tariff plans but the company proved me wrong. Jio telecommunications is good with tariff plan only but not with the proper network. Facing a lot of problem for incoming and outgoing calls. I made big mistake by porting from airtel to jio. Really very very bad experience. Vijayapur (Karnataka) 586103.

                                  Jio is not good now in kerala. After i [protected]@rs 303 jio not provided proper network. Any time signal strength is poor. I checked it sitting under jio tower. But no use i get only one signal bar. Some time no signal. Jio is sucks indian peoples. Before we recarge they provide a good service but now very bad service. Ambani only want to theft peoples identity.

                                    I have top up the jio with rs 309/- on 08.06.2017. I have not received recharge message to my phone -[protected]. I am using jio shim in rooter for net purpose. Please confirm whether jio shim is top up or not. Send feed back to my phone above said number. Or give me a contact number for contact with jio organizing team. Contact cell in vijayawada also send to my phone number.

                                      I had done recharge on 8th april but they had taken my money 303 but had not given benefit till now i have contacted them from since two months but i had not got the resoultion pls help us to get our 303 rupees back or want the benefit of that plan they always keep on sending messages that the problem has been solved but it has not been solved

                                      I have done the recharge of rs 49 plan of data so that I will get back 600 mb for 3 days but i didn't get it back what is this you tolerating the customer

                                        My name is tenny and we are using high speed jio internet connection (Dongle). We are facing some internet problem from the beginning. Our internet drains and getting message from jio that you consumed 90% of your internet and speed will reduce to 128 kpbs.

                                        Please note following.

                                        Yesterday we contacted your jio customer care and informed about it, so your agent told me to download my jio in my mobile. Yesterday i switched off my dongle at 9:38 pm. Today i switched on my dongle, computer and mobile at : 6:45 pm (Evening) within 7 minutes i received your message that you consumed 90% of your internet. (Msg rcvd at 06;52pm). We are unable to download even jio app in mobile because of low speed.

                                        1. No one is sharing my internet.
                                        2. Only 2 devices are connected to it (My computer & my mobile)
                                        3. My connection is secured with password.
                                        4. We are not downloading or updating anything.

                                        We are expecting your kind response as soon as possible.
