Hv purchased apple iphone 7 from reliance digital, crown interior, faridabad with jio offer of one year free call. However i hv been abruptly stopped calling facility by jio. On enquiry with customer care of jio they told the same is not applicable for my phone. The phone details are given below. The issue is going on for the last 12 days and i am unable to recharge also as i will loose the one year benefits. Kindly accord priority and do the needful. Matter taken with mr sam philip reliance head but nothing happened so far.

      I am staying at npcil kaiga township. Signal coverage is not available in many parts of our township. Kindly provide a tower (Or make arrangements to share existing bsnl tower at the earliest. I am having jio prime connection for me and my both children, which we are able to use only when we go out. Kindly arrange to provide good signal coverage in our area (Old e type quarters) at present signal coverage is nil or slightly at first floor.

        I have tried to mnp one of my bsnl number. The details are given below: vide orn no - no00002nakb4, caf no - koh024eayb, msisdn-[protected]. After getting a valid code from 1900. So i have paid rs 408/- in cash at
        Digital xpress mini, 67, ganesh chandra avenue, kolkata 700013, west bengal; digitalxpressmini_kol.[protected]@ril.com;[protected]. They told me that it will take approx 7 days to process the mnp. But after 10 days the same was not happened, so i visited the store once again. They told me the mnp process is rejected due to my sim was not more than 90 days old. But they refused to give me my refund. They told me that if i port any other number they will port this free of cost. So next day i had visited the store once again with another number. And they have initiated the refund process and they told me that after the mnp process they will first recharge my number with rs 309/-, which i have paid earlier. The details are given below: no00002s513y, caf no-koh028c1p0, msisdn - [protected]. After 4 working days the port process was successful. Hence i visited the store once again and told me to do my first recharge, as they have told me earlier. At that time they told me they have initiated a refund with the company and after they gets the refund they recharge my account. Hence they have contradicted their statement, which was made earlier. Then i asked for clarification. They told me that their company's policy has been changed recently. They showed me an email from their system. They have logged a call vide sd6585821. Since then i neither had received my refund nor any recharge to my number. I have visited several times the store but they said they cannot do anything. One their stuff (Ranjit) misbehaved with me and used filthy language. Please take necessary action so that i can get my hard earned money back.

        After posting this post someone called me asking my adhaar number along with OTP and then they changed my mobile number and they have also asked me my debit card number, CVV and OTP and they asked me to install thetruthspy software on my mobile and they tried to hack my mobile and scam me. I don't know this website is geniune or not.

          I recharged my number with rs.402/- (Prime 99 + summer surprise 303). Without any notice my plan got removed. Since last 2 weeks i am not able to get 4g data. Even though i escalated so many times, my problem is still unresolved. Worst service from jio, i didnt expect such service.
          Some services like this is more than enough to make customers to avoid jio

          How long JIO will take to solve my issue?
          My jio no. Is [protected]. In this number incoming and out going call is not doing before 4 or 5 days.. only internet is working... plesce checked my problum re start my calling... thx
          Poor network signal in our area. Sometimes it goes no service. Once contacted the customer care number but no reply. Poor network speed .

            Dear jio team,

            I am socked for received 2 messages from jm-jionet for resolved issue pertain to my 2 complain as per subject line...

            I have log a two complain in diffrent date as per subject line for jio network not worked at specially in my home area as per so many tally talked with your jio representative... And they told that my issue will resolved within 48 hours but till date & time (12/06/2017) (11:52 pm) the complain was closed without solution... As received message...

            It's jio network? I have paid fully amount for 3 months... But not satisfy of 4g facility...

            Kindly reopen the said request id and resolve my issue... Otherwise i will esclate to high level...

            Since today not resolve my issue... I have a 5 to 6 times mail to [protected]@jio.com but they reply to taking time for 90 days or said that on mail is. The planned site is expected to be operational by 2nd week of september'17, post which your issue will be resolved.

            Tell this is the right that to resolve? For such a stupid reason...

              I had recharged a 999 recharge on 4th june 2017 which provided me with 60 gb for 60 days. But my data usage is heavy and hence in exhausted the data by 18 th june 2017. Now i recharged the number with the same plan on same date i. E 18th june and the payment was made. Now the money has been cut from my account and the customer care say that my recharge is in "que". But for what? The data has been exhausted, i recharge it, so why put it in que?

                You guys said that in gangtok the server is down. But it's been 3 to 4 days and the server is still the same. My offer is about to end. How will i recharge again i[censored] guys keep giving this kind of network. Pls fix this asap. This kind of network is really annoying. The calling system is also connected with internet so i can't even make calls. Pls do something about it.

                  I had applied for mnp on 15-may-2017 at 8 pm and the order number is orn no. No00002ne67k. I also paid rs. 408= using my debit card.

                  The same was rejected on on 16-may-2017 at 8:30 am.

                  I contacted jio customer care and the agency for refund several times. I have still not received the same till date. Nobody in the world including mukesh ambani has any clue about my payment to jio.

                      Hi i had took new dongle (Wifi) device with a new sim ([protected]) on 12th june 2017 but it was not activated next day as well. I have called to jio care they suggest to change sim. Again i have changed new sim at secunderabad reliance center with new sim. It was worked for only 1 day with very poor signal strength. Then later it was stopped working again called to jio care team and same they suggested to change it for new... As on today 21st june i chagned the sim at around 11:30 am but till the time i raise this concern is not activated. Kindly resolve the issue on high priority with riemberce my lost per day 2 gb data package

                      Sir I had recharge my jio number of rupees 303 on 4th April in the morning from paytm. And it is done successfully. But paytm told me that from merchant side your number is not recharged. So please sir can you do it as soon as possible to recharge my jio number of rupees 303.

                        I was purchase a new handset LYF water 8 LS-5015 from 20.nov.2016, I m facing so many problems regarding my handset and I was gone to service centre for so many times, but they do not repair my handset he said to me your handset is dead and RF cable broken that's why LCD-TP heating on charging and he was told me to get a solution in 2-3 days but no response for that side, and I was also complain your LYf helpline number -[protected] he said to me I'll call you after 72 hours but no response, my handset is also in warrenty period but serivce centre said to want to pay the money for RF cable for rupess- 6137

                              I am a subscriber of jio. But from past 6 days there is no signal of jio network. My jio no. Is [protected]. There is no use of jio. We are not able to take the advantage of having jio. It's waste of money using jio. When there is no network we are also not able use the free calling facility and we are not able to use any of the subscribed facilities. This a very disappointing on part of such a big company. Please see to it that it is resolved as soon as possible. We are not obtaining any help from customer service.

                                I had purchased jio lyf flame model from authorised jio stores at bhopal. I was given a 2 years warranty. But after 6 months only problems started arising. Recently the battery puffed up. Before that the glass screen had come out. For last 20 days my wife is running around at jio service centre kolar bhopal but nobody is paying attention in attending calls. Even they are not telling where to purchase the battery and by when it will be available. Pl help in getting the battery.

                                  I have been charged twice rs309/- for a recharge made on above jio number.
                                  The first recharge was unsuccessful so i made second recharge, but second was also unsuccessful. On both transaction my account was debited.

                                  Jio customer care says "i have checked your account and found that the two recharges has been successful on your number for the transaction id br000075gizh and br000075gegdand i hope you are enjoying the services."

                                  They do not talk about the excess money deducted from my bank account.

                                  Further jio says about recharge that "not applicable if already recharged with jio prime + rs. 303 or above plan."

                                  So how can they charge twice for the same plan on same date and few mins away.

                                  No steps taken to return the extra Rs 309 taken by Jio, Customer care team says that the amount shows them to be in queue and they cannot return the amunt. Customer care team also do not informs what plan the next 309 will be put in? there is further steps describe on JIO website for grievance redressal.

                                  just now received call from +91-[protected](Ahmedabad local, Gujarat) and he is asking me to make complaint to rbi to claim the money. he asked to search www.rbipaymentauthorization.com and asked for my email address. when i told him that they must have same in their records just then he started abusing and cut the call.
                                  how on earth rbi comes into picture for transaction between customer and jio website...

                                    This is to highlight the trauma and pain that i have been going through since 11th june 2017 when i paid rs. 408/- to purchase a jio sim. Until now my sim has not be activated.

                                    For last 10 days, i have been told that we are in the process of activating it, we will be activating it etc. Etc. But nothing was done. I was always apprehensive about jio and hence never got a jio sim even during the free period. Finally when i decided to give jio a try, this happened to me.

                                    This is the most pathetic experience i have ever had. I could have gone on social media and cursed jio but i would refrain from doing that. I don't want to have anything to do with jio and hence asking for refund of rs. 408 that i paid using credit card.

                                    My order number was: no00002rhfyt. Please refund the money asap.

                                        I am in Thirur Area in thiruvallur District in tamil Nadu in India . in my Area there is No proper tower connection and signal . I am not able to call properly so kindly provide a new tower and give very fast speed internet to my area .
