I thought jio telecommunications will be the best with the tariff plans but the company proved me wrong. Jio telecommunications is good with tariff plan only but not with the proper network. Facing a lot of problem for incoming and outgoing calls. I made big mistake by porting from airtel to jio. Really very very bad experience. Vijayapur (Karnataka) 586103.

    Jio is not good now in kerala. After i [protected]@rs 303 jio not provided proper network. Any time signal strength is poor. I checked it sitting under jio tower. But no use i get only one signal bar. Some time no signal. Jio is sucks indian peoples. Before we recarge they provide a good service but now very bad service. Ambani only want to theft peoples identity.
    Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Taking follow up last 4 days but still couldn't provide any solution
    They are just wasting time and trying to show they are working.

    Many emails, calls but situation is as it is only their solution is wait for 48 hours.

        I had done recharge on 8th april but they had taken my money 303 but had not given benefit till now i have contacted them from since two months but i had not got the resoultion pls help us to get our 303 rupees back or want the benefit of that plan they always keep on sending messages that the problem has been solved but it has not been solved
        I have done the recharge of rs 49 plan of data so that I will get back 600 mb for 3 days but i didn't get it back what is this you tolerating the customer

          My name is tenny and we are using high speed jio internet connection (Dongle). We are facing some internet problem from the beginning. Our internet drains and getting message from jio that you consumed 90% of your internet and speed will reduce to 128 kpbs.

          Please note following.

          Yesterday we contacted your jio customer care and informed about it, so your agent told me to download my jio in my mobile. Yesterday i switched off my dongle at 9:38 pm. Today i switched on my dongle, computer and mobile at : 6:45 pm (Evening) within 7 minutes i received your message that you consumed 90% of your internet. (Msg rcvd at 06;52pm). We are unable to download even jio app in mobile because of low speed.

          1. No one is sharing my internet.
          2. Only 2 devices are connected to it (My computer & my mobile)
          3. My connection is secured with password.
          4. We are not downloading or updating anything.

          We are expecting your kind response as soon as possible.

            Jio prime offer promised a good internet connection and high quality voice calls for three months after payment. It's just been a month and my volte ain't coming since 4 days. I'm not able to make any calls. I'm not even able to use my internet pack. Also, i'm not able to receive any calls. It's very difficult for people to contact me or for me to contact people. This kind of a service is not what we expect from a company owned by the richest man of india. Kindly help.

              To whom so ever it may concern,

              I am writing this e mail complaint to you all after i encountered something very weird yesterday 1. E.8th of june 2017, and no words can express the mental agony and distress that me and my family have gone through in the last 24 hours.

              I was chased to buy a jio sim since 24th may 2017, by komal k, cell no-[protected], claims to be from jio corporate office, gurgaon, i agreed to purchase the same on 8th june, she said that she'll deliver the same at my residence address, i texted her my address at 9.55 am and she promised to be there in 2 hours time, i kept on waiting and then she called around 2 pm afternoon, stating that she was busy in a meeting thats why she couldn't come and now she'll come around 3, i said fyn but not later than that as i have to go sum where, at 3 noon she sent a message that "not possible to come today, will send someone tomm", i was hassled at the kind of services provided and for kept me waiting the whole day and replied "highly unprofessional", and after this my agony started she continuously kept sending me weird messages, i was highly irritated by now and was wondering what has happened to this female, and replied that i am going to report her unprofessional and disturbing behavior to reliance heads... After this started the real nightmare she kept calling me continuously and kept abusing me... I blocked her number around 7.30, then she started sending me messages on whats app and started threatening me by saying "how dare you block me", now u see what i gonna do... By this time i was quite afraid and immediately informed my husband and family members.

              At 7.53 evening i received a call from [protected], the called said he's a cop and has received a complaint against me by komal k, cell no-[protected], for threatening her... I was totally taken aback by the psychotic behavior of this lady, explained the whole situation to him that she's a teleccaller or sales person and has behavioral problem and i made a complaint in women cell against her on the same day, complaint no. For the same is 1850015.

              The horrendous experience that i have gone through cannot be explained in words, the trauma, the mental agony cannot be described here. I am just wondering what if i was a guy, she wouldn't have hesitated to file a molestation or rape case against me for no reason.

              She's a potential threat to me and society as she is not only a psycho but has all my details like address, phone no. Etc.

              Would you guys take full responsibility in case something happens to me or my family, i still fail to understand what wrong had i done that she went to such an extent.

              I am still in a state of shock and unable to understand what triggered her come out with her psychotic behavior.

              Amazing customer services.

              I demand someone looks into this matter with highest priority and as she represents your organisation, you guys owe me an explanation, or else i would be forced to file a defamation case against her and her organisation at your risk, cost and consequence.

              To all the jio Employees,

              Its been more than 10 days of the Horrific incidence and all i am doing is waiting for a concrete and responsible response from a Big Organisation like Reliance Jio...and i must admit that i have been disheartened and highly disappointed by the kind of shabby responses that i have got from various employees of Jio...and all this makes me wonder about the kind of hiring and compliance happening there at Reliance jio

              I got a call from a few people one was "Aalekh from the chairman's office, from a mumbai landline no.[protected] who asked me to reiterate the whole incident and assured to revert back, next i get a call from a Gurgaon landline no.[protected], claimed that we r investigating the matter and will get back to you soon on this and then Mr.Manish from Customer Care called me from his cell no.[protected] and explains that the HR, Circle Head and He himself investigated the whole matter and have come to a conclusion to terminate the services of that employee-Komal, when i asked him how would that help me all he could provide was assurance and his cell no.stating that as and when i see her near my house i must call and inform him...PHEW...WOW WHAT A RESPONSIBLE RESPONSE FOR A SITUATION AS GRAVE AS THE ONE I HAVE BEEN IN.This makes me understand that even you guys are aware she is a potential threat as she is a psycho, so if, GOD FORBID SHE TRIES TO HARM ME I MUST CALL ON MANISH'S NUMBER AND WAIT...Applause for the whole team for HANDLING SUCH A SERIOUS SITUATION SO INSENSITIVELY and then he started urging me to still go ahead and BUY A JIO SIM FROM THEM(NEED I SAY ANYTHING ELSE).

              Great you are extensively promoting your brand, sponsoring events like award functions but seems like in all this branding and number game you guys have lost your human touch and become so damn insensitive and callous towards my complaint of such a serious nature, wherein i had to go through such a hard time and am still surrounded by the fear o[censored]nknown, all your shameless guys wanted was to encash this opportunity and SELL ME A JIO SIM...U GUYS ARE UNBELIEVABLE.

              Now comes my questions:

              1.How on earth am i to benefit from this girls termination?Is her termination going to redeem me of all my miseries that i had to go through due her psychotic behavior?

              2.How is her termination going to ensure that she doesn't pose as a threat to me or my family in the future, in case she threatens/harms me or my family members, as Reliance Jio very smartly is going to shrug off the responsibility by claiming that they had already fired this employee Komal.

              3.Provide me an undertaking cum apology letter from your end stating that she would not harm/harass me or my family members in the future and if she still does i shall hold Reliance Jio responsible for her misdeeds as all this drama started because of my belief in reliance jio, as she was representing you, a big name, i had no reasons to doubt her.Mind you she has all my personal details like phone no., address etc.

              4.Who is going to pay for the endless Trauma, Harassment, Agony, Fear and Health Complication that i had to bear because of your wrong Hiring of a psychotic lady.

              The only reason you guys are Terminating her services is only because you have also understood how she is a threat to your organisations name, otherwise no one would have cared to even revert.

              EITHER PROVIDE A LOGICAL SOLUTION AS YOU GUYS ARE WELL AWARE THAT YOU AND YOUR WEIRD EMPLOYEES ARE AT FAULT OR BE READY TO FIGHT IN THE COURT OF JUSTICE

              I am going to file a FORMAL POLICE COMPLAINT AS ADVISED BY MY LAWYER AGAINST RELIANCE JIO AND ITS EMPLOYEES FOR FURTHER TRAUMATIZING ME AND SHRUGGING OFF THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES BY NOT PROVING ANY LOGICAL SOLUTION TO MY SITUATION RATHER EN CASHING IT TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS TO ME, AT VASANT KUNJ POLICE STATION, and ENSURE YOU GUYS PAY FOR ALL THAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH BECAUSE OF HIRING POTENTIAL CRIMINALS.

              Amazon se bhi problem ...
              Itna sab dekhkar to koi bhi samjh jayega ki sahi kaun hai...

                Device gets overheated within 1 hour and after that stops working i have already selected low power usage settings still iam facing the probelm customer service is very bad they wont help i need my device changed or 2000rs back this is unacceptable please message me and resolve my issue i need the device changed this was not happening previously but it is happening help

                  I am from saharsa bihar here jio network is almost not working and some time it's working but only voice date network is 0.001% only
                  After rais a complained at caustmer support he making excuses and even not registered the complained and never give complained number

                  I also asked is there any chance to improvement then he told me dont know sir

                  And this is not a joke i don't want your free service if you are able to provide good network with better data speed then please do the same or not then mail me back on [protected]@gmail.com that you are not able to improve your service

                    My lyf wind6 mobile was shut down and was not switch on so i saw it to our sasane nagar, hadapsar service center, after that they made issue about tuch screen, and told battery has dead but after some time he told that battery got ok but tuch screen issue which they did it because of bad handling, after making complaint with manager he give assurance to do it ok as it is, after two days when i went to take my mobile, i saw they formated the mobile and changed old touch screen, because of this mattern my mobile is getting hang and getting reboot again n again after 2-5 mins. I am really frustrated with it. Mobile is getting too hot from puchased date. I took this mobile after lonching jio card of 5th i took it on 7th. Plz give resolution, don't tell to visit same serveice center. I am not satisfied with threre service persone, who were trying to blame on me, about his mishandleing.

                        Launching great services which aren't useful. Idea of reliance brothers is good, but implementation is bad which is fetching them crores of rupees.

                        Coming to problem statement: i have taken a jio sim, that so called 3 months offer for 300change+ 99 for promo account+30 sim charges = 430/- roughly and placed in jio supporting mobile phone.
                        the signal strength at city centre places is damn weak.
                        1/100 calls if it connects, it connects to wrong persons.
                        that 1/100th call that connects, call drops many times.

                        Internet speed is good, but if it has to connect. Which will never happen when required.

                        Raised compliant, and they said will come back in 48hrs and never give details about what has happened and the resolution details.
                        +
                        When i call customer care executive, they tells they are increasing the bandwidths and it takes 60days to resolve.

                        Then why the hell you give the services when no singals are there? Simply looting our pockets. Beggers are better than you literally. They ask and take.
                        But you guys are looting the people without they knowing it.

                        Do not spoil the reputation of reliance (Which doesnt have any).

                        You go where ever you want, please refund my hard earned money.

                          My jio number [protected] was recharged on 7th of april with rs 303 jio summer surprise offer but after one month its been barred. I raised complaint on customer care but the customer officers tells me to contact retailer as my recharge was failed. So i did but the retailer says the recharge was successful and he even showed me the status of reference id no. Br000041aofr and it was successful from his wallet. So why was it just for one month and not summer offer. Please solve my problem as i have always believed jio the best operator. My details are below:

                            We had opted for reliance jio data fibre in oshiwara tarapore gardens, despite 7 days the service could not be up and running and we requested for a refund. It has taken the team a full 3 months to have the device collected with no sign of a refund despite assurance of a 10 day workaround window.

                            This is extremely frustrating and there is no single point contact in reliance jio to resolve for that.

                              Being post paid no. Rcvd frequent msg to immediately rechrge my no. Otherwise services will be barred. Ur call centre infd that as of now we dont hav any plan fr post paid no's so don't recharge it is meant fr pre-paid users.

                              Rcvd msg regarding rs 309 recharge daily till this date. Fearing my service will be discontinued, recharged my jio no with rs 309 online via jio.net. (Recipt attached)

                              My out going was barred the next day i recharged my no. Fr which i raised service req id sr00000vokz. To my surprise same couldn't be resolved till date fr unknown reasons.
                              I contacted ur exectives 6-7 times, chatted online via myjio app, mailed to jiocare (Along with my jio payment detals attached) - all invain

                                    I have raised complain on 2nd June for network connectivity issue and customer care assured and told me, it will take 48 hours to resolve this issue but still on 6th June, i am facing issue and no one is bothered about customer problem.

                                      Reliance jio is worst in terms of voice call. I am facing severe call drop problem. The call hardly completes one minute successfully, if you are lucky enough.
                                      Many times the other person can't hear your voice while you can listen them.
                                      Even though the signal strength is more than 60% but still the calls connect after several attempts.

                                      What is the use of giving unlimited voice calls if you can't give the necessary service.
                                      It's completely waste of money, time and energy.

                                        This is Prince. I am jio user recently i was in vizag your network signals and internet speed was too low. I agree in vizag main city speed is good but in nearby mandals and small towns very wrost. Why u making people fool on the name of 4g services ur internet speed was even slower any other 2g connection. I[censored] r not able to provide 4g services across the country u may quit from telecom war. Under the scheme making India digital stop fooling people. Last advice strengthen ur signal and improve internet speed. I am not asking that we need 100mbps speed just provide us only 10% that someone would be able to do his work. I[censored]r not able then we have only one choice switch to best network provider in that area.
