Previously i was airtel customer i choose jio ([protected] for migration 8 may 2017 i have applied for jio connection till date i have not received any confirmation tried to call to customer care but in every interaction they will provide me complete no and resolution time 48 hours, morning i have called customer care they are not ready to connect me to there supervisor or manager. I was calling from my airtel number ([protected])...

Since last 20 day I am register complain about my incoming & outgoing call issue. so they people give only date but still problem not solve.....

I have already raised a request about signals. Still my problem was not solved.

Inside office signals are getting. To make calls or to access internet I should come out office.

This is really pathetic. I request you to please consider my request and solve it quickly

I live in Jalandhar, Punjab and I have Paid for the jio offer for my jiofi. But what i find is that even after recharging for 309 being a prime member. My net is not working!! And it was supposed to be 4G right? It isn't even 2g at present!! 1Gb limit thii? 1MB download ni kr sakta meh 1ghante meh!!! Despite so many operational issues, i decided to go for jio, paid 99+399 to the dealer on KG marg, NewDelhi on thursday 4 May 2017, who promised to sort out my outstation id against my employment with the ministry of social justice here. Now he says it may take a week and he can only forward the application, collect the money, no receipt was given. but he gave me the pack with sim. May I know if this will ever get activated or...

I did call in call center 16:06. Bhoomi was on the other side about my exhausted data but she didn't replay me well and put my call on by side. My number is[protected]. It was reliance jio's fault thaugh i am not getting satisfy answer from jio's customer care representative side. Even she was so rude. Say your customer care representative to answer properly and don't exhaust someone data without being use....

I have subscribed for jio prime membership. I am facing outgoing call issue since Feb 2017. Not able to call any number getting IVR message ' Ur outgoing call service is described.
I raised many service request, several time call jio customer care number also visited jio care shop every time they launch new complaint and after 4-5 days they closed even without calling me....

I lodges complaint for bad data speed at my location but customer care person say that my mobile handset do not support apps like google you tube and gana app etc. But main problem is that mobile network cant reach proper at my location and do not give efficient data speed. Bcoz when i change my location it run good rather than particular location please resolve. Its so embarrassing......

I am prime member of jio service from long back. On 3rd may i did recharge above number with 149Rs/- getting 2 gb free data & 28 days validity. Because of my data finished in 2 days i did again recharge it with 509 rs/- to get 2gb free up to 28 days. But after complaing...

I purchased a jio-sim from jio-center, porur, chennai. I am from another state so i gave them a reference number and address of my friend. I paid them the full amount of 408 (99+309). They told me that it will be activated on next day. I had apply to portability to get Jio SIM from Vodafone from Reliance digital mall at Akshat chock, Mujmuhuda, Vadodara on 30- March-17. I received a message from JIO On[protected] at 20:14 stating that against my service request successfully resolved
but the refund is not received yet...

On 7 april i recharge my jio no.[protected] through jio money app but recharge was not done but payment was deducted from my debit account &I regularly followup the jio customer care gives me the unsatisfactory reply that sir your refund is initiated but still im not rec. Any refund till date 11.05.2017 so i request to please help me to get back my refund Rs 253 as soon as possible.
