Its been more than 10 days of the Horrific incidence and all i am doing is waiting for a concrete and responsible response from a Big Organisation like Reliance Jio...and i must admit that i have been disheartened and highly disappointed by the kind of shabby responses that i have got from various employees of Jio...and all this makes me wonder about the kind of hiring and compliance happening there at Reliance jio
I got a call from a few people one was "Aalekh from the chairman's office, from a mumbai landline no.[protected] who asked me to reiterate the whole incident and assured to revert back, next i get a call from a Gurgaon landline no.[protected], claimed that we r investigating the matter and will get back to you soon on this and then Mr.Manish from Customer Care called me from his cell no.[protected] and explains that the HR, Circle Head and He himself investigated the whole matter and have come to a conclusion to terminate the services of that employee-Komal, when i asked him how would that help me all he could provide was assurance and his cell no.stating that as and when i see her near my house i must call and inform him...PHEW...WOW WHAT A RESPONSIBLE RESPONSE FOR A SITUATION AS GRAVE AS THE ONE I HAVE BEEN IN.This makes me understand that even you guys are aware she is a potential threat as she is a psycho, so if, GOD FORBID SHE TRIES TO HARM ME I MUST CALL ON MANISH'S NUMBER AND WAIT...Applause for the whole team for HANDLING SUCH A SERIOUS SITUATION SO INSENSITIVELY and then he started urging me to still go ahead and BUY A JIO SIM FROM THEM(NEED I SAY ANYTHING ELSE).
Great you are extensively promoting your brand, sponsoring events like award functions but seems like in all this branding and number game you guys have lost your human touch and become so damn insensitive and callous towards my complaint of such a serious nature, wherein i had to go through such a hard time and am still surrounded by the fear o[censored]nknown, all your shameless guys wanted was to encash this opportunity and SELL ME A JIO SIM...U GUYS ARE UNBELIEVABLE.
Now comes my questions:
1.How on earth am i to benefit from this girls termination?Is her termination going to redeem me of all my miseries that i had to go through due her psychotic behavior?
2.How is her termination going to ensure that she doesn't pose as a threat to me or my family in the future, in case she threatens/harms me or my family members, as Reliance Jio very smartly is going to shrug off the responsibility by claiming that they had already fired this employee Komal.
3.Provide me an undertaking cum apology letter from your end stating that she would not harm/harass me or my family members in the future and if she still does i shall hold Reliance Jio responsible for her misdeeds as all this drama started because of my belief in reliance jio, as she was representing you, a big name, i had no reasons to doubt her.Mind you she has all my personal details like phone no., address etc.
4.Who is going to pay for the endless Trauma, Harassment, Agony, Fear and Health Complication that i had to bear because of your wrong Hiring of a psychotic lady.
The only reason you guys are Terminating her services is only because you have also understood how she is a threat to your organisations name, otherwise no one would have cared to even revert.
EITHER PROVIDE A LOGICAL SOLUTION AS YOU GUYS ARE WELL AWARE THAT YOU AND YOUR WEIRD EMPLOYEES ARE AT FAULT OR BE READY TO FIGHT IN THE COURT OF JUSTICE
I am going to file a FORMAL POLICE COMPLAINT AS ADVISED BY MY LAWYER AGAINST RELIANCE JIO AND ITS EMPLOYEES FOR FURTHER TRAUMATIZING ME AND SHRUGGING OFF THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES BY NOT PROVING ANY LOGICAL SOLUTION TO MY SITUATION RATHER EN CASHING IT TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS TO ME, AT VASANT KUNJ POLICE STATION, and ENSURE YOU GUYS PAY FOR ALL THAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH BECAUSE OF HIRING POTENTIAL CRIMINALS.
