I had upgraded my jio sim to prime on 14 april through paytm. The amount 309rs transaction failed, but the money was deducted from my account. Then on 16 april i tried to recharge again from my account on 16 april, it was successful. But i di, nt received any refund.
Please see through this matter as early as possible.

I had recharged my jio no. [protected] through my jio app using paytm option. I am prime member so i recharged for 309 but yet now did not received that amount on my jio no. [protected], rs 309 has been paid to billdeskutil. But my jio no. Did not got any recharge. So please solve this problem

I recharged rs.408/- on 5th may 2017 through myjio app (Online sbi net banking). Reference id of net banking is igabgkrzs6. Here attached statement of jio number, recharge of rs.408/- is shown. But in my jio app says that "you are not subscribed to a plan for this service. I can not open any website with 4g speed and cannot call to anyone.

When i called two times on [protected] and one time on 198, they had given different...

Many first recharge 7th ko kiya & 8th ko mny confirm kiya ki mayra recharge failed ho ya success then customer valo nay kha sir aapka recharge failed ho gya or y rs aapky account may aa jaygy aap 2nd time dubara recharge krlo aaj he to aapko summer offer mil jayga. Then mny 2nd recharge kiya vo success ho gya 10th ko. And jio valo nay mayra...

I have been using reliance jio sim for 6 months for my internet now. I even registered for jio prime and got my number recharged. But, the daily 1 gb fast network which was promised is not been provided to me anymore. It has been 1 month now since this problem has occured. I even called the customer care hundred times, even they were not able to resolve my problem. They are saying my device is not eligible for 4g network which is just absured...

I made a recharge of rs 408 on 14th april 2017... For which my account was debited but the offer didn't got subscribed in my no [protected]... The customer care executives has given assurance to refund the money within 7 days.. Now more than 20 days has passed... But no money has been refunded.. My account.

This things happened everyday that allover the night my data is switched off and when i switch on my data it's showing that i have used 90% of my 1 gb data. And the most pathetic thing is i switch on my data at 7:10 am in the morning and in gio app it's showing that data is used at 6:47 am 562 mb. So how it's possible that if my data is switched off how it's showing that i am used that time. Every day this things happened...

I recharge my mobile with 303rs but recharge was unsuccessful.i called customer care .they said they will refund my money on12.4.2017.but till now my money not refunded.now they said wait for 7to12 days.it disgusting me and annoying...

I have paid rs. 303.00 to retailer for recharge of my subject jio phone no. [protected] on dt. 30/03/2017, but message received that transaction has been declined & my phone didn't recharge, more over money not refunded to me till date. Retailer not returning my failed transaction money & saying that he do not receive back any money.in this whole episode i have lost my hard earned money.

For recharging for my wifi on 22.3.2017 whose details given below rs 999 was debited from my account but it was not recharged. From then onwards i have mailed their customer care and jio money and few of their officials in no of times, but they responded my mail few times and then onwards they stopped answering my mail also.

I recharged my mobile no [protected] and [protected] from 253 rupees each through my sbi debit card on 7 april. The transaction was failed and today is 5 may but the money is not refunded....

Do needful and block my sim as soon as possible.
