Dear Madam /Sir,

I have recharged on June 1st at about 7.30 am, but so far absolutely no internet connection. The money has been debited from my account. Four times I have called the customer care. Standard answer after one hour, next person after 4 hrs, third time after half an hour and finally the lady told me it will take 48 hours.
I don't understand this funda of 48 hrs for a internet connection after recharge. I can understand if it was for the first time.
Or is it another way of making money from customers?

    Dear sir / madam,

    I am facing network issue from last 9 month at my billing address 49, haji suleman building g-16 mahimi manzil no 2 navpada bandra east.

    No network in my mobile when i am at home and i am unable to avail any service incoming n out going phone calls sms n internet.

    I did more than 20 complaint from all this 3 no regarding this but from last 9 month i am getting only few sms that my quire is resolved nd when i complaint again n again getting the same msg but my problem never has bean solved. Some time customer care tell me that my problem is solve in 7 day 15 day 45 day now they r asking for 3 month this all parrot speech. Its very irritating is any chance to improve my network???

        On 21/04/17 i applied for jio connections and paid rs 408/- but unfortunately there was some problem in my aadhar and connection not happened. So person available at reliance digital told me that it will get refund as soon as possible.
        But till date i had not got my money refund below are details:

          Hello there
          I've an lyf 4505 with imei[protected] purchased on[protected].

          I waa getting a problem that my phonewas automatically switching off. I gone to jio service center twice and they didn't bother about my phone gets done.
          They told me that they dont have relairing tool and all. They didn't even received my phone and didn't provide me job sheet as well.

          Please tell me if i've a mistake tl bought lyf phone.

            I'm raju bhattacharya. I used to jio sim nov 2016... But, already i recharged 99+309 plan... Jio latest offer high-speed 128 kbps/s... But, not to facility of this my number.. Many times i have been calling customer care and i have not had any profit till today. Hopefully, let me know. And if there is any problem in the direction of the it company, then the company has the liability, no customers are there. And now the customers are not so stupid. I told about the inconvenience. Hopefully, by clearing the matter between 2 to 4 days, it will provide the right service. And if not, then i will be forced to leave my family and my friends with the jio service. Because where the service is good, i will go there.

              I tried to recharge my phone nmber [protected] with 402rs from jio money application directly from my sbi bank account on 7th of april till today 2nd of june no refund is initiated and jio money customer care are not answering my call and jio complaint helpline people are telling me different resolution with every complaint.. They are just trying to escape.. This is the worst service i ve ever had... Guys please tell me what to do next jio people are not helping me in any way... What action should i take

                I am living in kundli sonepat (Hr.) i am using jio no. Before 3 months. Starting days speed is good. Then after recharge of 99 & 309. You says speed 135 kb per /s but you are lieing. Only speed 1.67 kb per /s its
                Unbelievable. I have complain many time but take no action.

                  This is for the second time i am complaining about deduction of money without any recharge and the same money has not been credited into my account.
                  Earlier i had made a complaint regarding this to custmer care but there also i didnt get any benefit, i had sent a mail also regarding the same but also after so many days they didn't refunded my money into my account.
                  I did my recharge on 15/04/2017 of ₹ 309 for two time which got failed and from that time jio team had not refunded my money.
                  Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
                  I am attaching the screenshot of the mail which i had sent it to custmer care with transaction id which were failed. Kindly help me out of this problem.

                    I have jio sim and using it through jio's jiofi instrument. I have a 2 gb daily plan which entitles me a usage of 2 gb per day. Since a week i have been noticing that when ever after the utilization of the entitled 2gb internet service i recharge my number with the booster plan of jio the net doesn't work properly and its validity gets over before i could even utilize it. Its a straight forward scam by the company. The internet works completely fine the whole day until i recharge with a booster plan. First they make us a prime member and then they do such mischievous act. Its a fraud.

                      I have loaded amount 309 to Jio money through net banking on 24th May 2017, since i got error message, i got to know it was sucessfull when I check with Jio Money care. But i dint get recharge benifit of 309. The payment got decline and your recharge not sucessfull pls contact jio money care for further status this was told by Jio care when asked for 309 benifit. After i contact with jio money care they raised the complaint # SR[protected] and asked 48 hours for resolution. Since the issue not resolved again called but they asked me to wait another 48hours by esacalting the issue. Again i called back after 3days for resolution but same they reapeted i have to wait another 48hours. I was surprised instead of finiding resolutio they are giving excuses. Today 30th may 2017 @7 pm talked with customer executive Prashant to know status and i asked for superviser assurance for better resolution, but he was not listening instead he was talk so much that i didnt have sence how to speak with adviser it seems. I was surprised though i waited one week patinence for resolution i was getting word from him. This was one of the bad worst experience with jio, we have paid our amount and we waited one week and we have to get words from them if ask status. He was spoke unmannerly and unethically which should have least behaviour every customer executive. Should know how to behave with customer and how to give response to customer when they needed. Should not make more complicte and dragging somewhere instead of giving proper response to the issue.

                        I am not able to access to jio call since 10 days and I have even recharged my jio then also I am not able to access to jio call so I kindly request you to make a solution of this request. This jio is with my friends also and they are getting access to this jio calling but I am unable to get access to this calling. I request you sir to kindly resolve my problem. I appreciate your efforts to make this calling but when I will not get access to this going then this is all waste my Internet is working a lot but my calling is still unaccessed.

                          Hello i am using jio since so long my issue was i wasn't getting good speed in my home i had registered compaints several times regarding that since april 16th i had cooperated with your company but today your representative had indirectly proved me an liar indirectly depending on speed test app which is developed by an human i've tried to explain him but he haven't understood i had also tried to asked him to give his engineer or any official person contact number so that i can show him in front of his eyes that i am not wrong & they declined that too & then asked for refund they told it's not possible, they don't​ listen & trust their geniune customer they depend on an tool and give their opnion disrespectful & disappointing thing from world's best & largest network.

                              I have made online complaint to JIO through app that since begining not getting even 2g speed forget about 3g or 4g. On dated 29.05.2017 I got call from JIO that your internet speed issue has been resolved, I told her as I am talking with you and can't confirm your claim, hence 0lease don't close service request however she refused and asked me to resubmit your complaint if issue not resolved.

                              But ridiculously problem get worst thereafter and now even not able to file complaint through app as enough JIO speed is not there and through wifi connection app not accepting.

                              Very bad experience despite making all payments well in advance .

                                Your network is great during these days but we are facing poor connection at my locality..
                                — the signal strength for voice calls is very weak
                                — calls are getting diverted
                                — call interruptions are happening
                                — call dropping is also a problem
                                — call jumping is a serious issue

                                So i request you to solve these issues for me asap.

                                        More than 50% of the time the internet does not function. I do not know whether it is due to my ignorancec of otherwise. The tiny instructions book that has come along with the kit is not readbe at all. The letters are so small.

                                        As i am an online tutor, every minute is precious for me. Could you and your team do something to tide over my difficulty.

                                        If the problem is not sorted out within the next few hours, i will be constrained to take up the matter to the highest authority - even mukeshbhai — as a customer is being harassed by the nonfunctioning of the system.
