I had purchase jiofi dec 2016, activatge with jio sim upto march 31, 2017, so far no issue

But — when i paid online to recharge for offer on 8th march 2017, jio prime 99rs and jio 303 rs. — though i was debited 402 — m/s jio said they did not receive and to ask my bank icici, for further refund/issues.

In spite of proving that debits are present in my account even to date, no refund/reverse charge done, no response is given for emails, phone calls, service representatives just say they will refund in 7 days!!
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
UPC # AT881267 rejected. Refund for order number NO00002NE67K is pending. Nobody on earth including Mukesh Ambani does not know how to refund. Worst customer service, dummy retailer.

      I had applied for JIO connection on Dated 21 April vide order NO00002KS7VR & had paid Rs.408 to the rep. of JIO but later it was conveyed that the application has been rejected & fresh application on 4 May 2017 was submitted & registration to me vide NO00002M2UOM .But it is very strange to mention that after lapse of about Month Iam not able to get connection nor getting my refund. I had approached all the channels but still nothing has come out.
      Will it be communicated to some responsible authority who can resolve the issue?

But i couldn't able to install jio voice app in MT 500. kindly let me know whether MT 500 is suitable if so please inform me how to install (correct procedure). at the time of installation error message is "number not in use" .           I have purchased Reliance jio SIM [protected] last month. Since beginning I experienced poor network coverage and almost no data connectivity either at home or workplace. And I now SIM has completely gone dead since last 8 days. No internet connection also.
          I live in Salisbury park Pune pin 411037 and my office is near Pune station Pin 411001. Both areas no coverage. Please help.

            Sir, i tried adding money to jio money on april 9th 2017 for rs.253 for two times (Totally rs.506). Two times money was detucted from my bank account but it was not yet refunded.. It is more than one month. I have not got any refund. So i want my money back. Refund it as soon as possible.. I have attached my tansaction details in this complaint.
            I have mailed also but your customer support in not respond abruptly.

              Jio advertised its ISD tariffs to be Rs.5/min for calling Australia +613, +612, +618 etc land lines and mobile phones ending +614. At the time of recharge, they have only one ISD plan for Rs.501. Recharged with Rs.501 and figured that the calls are getting deducted at a higher than Rs.5/min. Upon calling customer care and enquiring following up for nearly 2 months, I am now being advised that this rate cutter plan of Rs.501, is offering the calls at Rs.7.2/min and the same is charged. And that they do not have any plan to honour the advertised Rs.5/min calls. The rate cutter plan is actually expensive than their standard tariffs. This is just misguiding the consumers like me. To date, no resolution to this issue. No call backs from company. They log a complaint and close it off saying it's resolved without contacting me or advising or confirming the resolution.

                    Worst ever payment application! I wonder how could Play Store approve it? Seems not even passed alpha testing! Not allowing to login inspite of correct userid and password. Even the Forgot password does not work. I have money in its account which I want to transfer back to my bank which I am not able to! Such a cheater app I want my 150 RS back! Inspite of so many cheap reviews how could it's rating be 3.8 😣 This is how you people make money and give free data, voice calls and SMS! Application got updated and it deleted my account asking me to re-register everytime I open application and hence it is evident my money in the wallet just vanished. How can Google Play store maintain such poor quality application? No body ever replies from Jio Customer Team so please don't ask me to mail you.

                          I would like to talk about refund my money from jiomoney.

                          When i recharged at that time payment gets failed then i talked with support team and confirmed that recharge is not done.. So i have recharged from other phone for jio summer offer. I have made payment twice for summer offer due to jiomoney third class service... Now, they are showing transaction success and they are cheating people... Fake service... Fake site...

                          Customer executive called me in night around 11:30 pm and they are asking me my Debit card number, CVV number and ATM PIn. How rude and third class customer care

                          I request multiple times and i can't share those details..you can give credit in Wallet or transfer in my account.

                          They are cheating customers like us

                            More than one week I am struggling with this complaint that my voice call and LTE Volte facility is not working. I took my Jio sim From​ Kerala for job purpose iam I am here in Patna, I won't be able to go to my state for the next 6 months, for rectifying this problem 3 times I mailed to [protected]@jio.com and 2 two times I went to the jio care in Patna
                            Telecommunications Service Provider · Shop No 2/13, Ground Floor, Braj Laxmi Mansion, Mauza Dhakanpura, Sahdeo Mahto Marg, Boring Road. So many times I called customer care in 199 through my friends Jio number, day before yesterday a customer care representative name Richard promised that I can get new sim card with the same number for​that I went to the jio office in Patna today with my Aadhaar card and photo which they prescribed. But it was a hopeless experience for me the jio care staffs are not able to help me. Now I am disappointed the response from the customer care, I am wasting my time and money for this untrusted customer service.
                            Looking forward to see good result through this mail.

                                      Recharge on my Jio number [protected] of (99+303) on 4th of April 2017. (Prior to TRAI Notice & prior DDD offer launch)

                                      •Credit Card Payment was made for the recharge; amount (99+303) got deducted from my account.

                                      Payment Transaction Number (provided by retailer) :[protected]

                                      •By mid of April 17, my Jio connection was disrupted. When I contacted customer care I've been informed that 303 recharge was not successful on my account due to some error from Jio care.

                                      •I’ve been informed that not be worried and I’ll be provided the benefit of 303 recharge. (false commitment by customer care executive.)

                                      •Since, I was getting SMS to recharge of 309/_ to get service continue, I recharged for Rs.309/- online.

                                      •Again, I got the SMS that 303 re-fund has been initiated, will be refunded in 7 working days. (no refund till now)

                                      •Again contacting customer care executive I was been informed to compensate the 303 benefit request has been put and my service would be extended to avail 303 benefits. ( repeated false commitment)

                                      •Post 7 working days, I have been informed that 303 have been refunded to retailer (jio store) account and I need to collect from retailer.

                                      •And, I was informed that I won’t be getting benefit of 303 and nothing was updated in system. (failure of service commitment, fooled customer)

                                      •When, I went to retailer for refund, he refused saying that they haven’t received any refund.

                                      •The Jio retailer (Jay-[protected]) has complained (#SR[protected]) to claim the refund from company. Also, informed me that company said earlier about refund but now company don’t have any information when it will be refunded.

                                      •I contacted customer care several times, now they are asking me to check with retailer, and they don’t have any information about it. Neither, I’ll be compensated for 303 recharge benefit.

                                      •I asked to escalate the issue and arrange my discussion with seniors/supervisors. I’ve been informed that call backs will be arranged within an hour, someone said 24 hrs, another time said they will contact retailer, other was within 2 hrs call back will be arranged, but I or retailer haven't received any call backs. (failure of service, Ignoring customer request.)

                                      I'm still liaising with jio care on email but now specific information till date.

                                      Appreciate if you could help me to close this 45+ days ageing request.

                                        I made the recharge of 408 for free calling and data on 10th may, but from 13th may evening it was not working when i called customer care they said you made the recharge of 149 on 31st of march which i didn't, i told them the same the launched my complaint on 14 evening at 6.18 in the evening miss soniya so called as Team leader over their she assured me that my services will be activated within 24 hours . then on next day 15th may i called jio for the status of my complaint at around 12 noon they said your complaint was not launched we are launching it right away will get resolved in 24 to 48 hours Mr. Gautam the floor supervisor assist me .now on 16th May i called for the same i said what is the status just resolve my complaint Mr. Gautam assured me that any how my services will be re-activated before 6 pm . now at 5.30 pm i received a message that complaint is resolved i cross checked but it was not . On 17th May i called they were keep on telling me that it is resolved after that when asked for Operational manager they transferred the call to Mr. Balaji Chadran So called as Operational manager of Jio he said i am sorry cannot give you any statement and indirectly he said we will not reactivate your services i asked for refund he denied i asked for complimentary data till they are not reactivating the service he denied and said we cannot do any thing .
                                        Now I didn't did any recharge of 149 these people are truly making us fool these people wasted my time money everything, what type service jio is giving customer service people are not giving any resolution what is this really today is 21st may still my services are not activated .
                                        I want resolution money refund i am truly disappointed with the bloody services of jio and their customer services
