I have problem this month of coverage of jio. i m from mumbai kandivali east . you network is very poor in our area . i lost my money for jio. i call 10 times of your customer care bt not get action on it. and very bad experience of jio. my no is [protected] and second [protected]. this two number has problem.

    I have a jio number which reference number is [protected], the problem is no outgoing calls has been made from jio to others network. Only Jio to Jio is possible to connect I staying is Asansol in west bengal Please solve my problem otherwise I will not recharge next time. I think You with look in the matter.

      I want to say that my order number of jio new connection was rejected by company on 5 may 2017.company said that they will refund my amount of rs 408. But still i couldn't got that amount. The retailer couldn't got the money so he is saying when he will get the refund then he will give me refund and also saying that there is 90% chance of not getting refund.new jio connection number is [protected] and order reference number is NO00002LSRW0.PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING REFUND.

          Recharge on my Jio number [protected] of (99+303) on 4th of April 2017. (Prior to TRAI Notice & prior DDD offer launch)

          •Credit Card Payment was made for the recharge; amount (99+303) got deducted from my account.

          Payment Transaction Number (provided by retailer) :[protected]

          •By mid of April 17, my Jio connection was disrupted. When I contacted customer care I've been informed that 303 recharge was not successful on my account due to some error from Jio care.

          •I’ve been informed that not be worried and I’ll be provided the benefit of 303 recharge. (false commitment by customer care executive.)

          •Since, I was getting SMS to recharge of 309/_ to get service continue, I recharged for Rs.309/- online.

          •Again, I got the SMS that 303 re-fund has been initiated, will be refunded in 7 working days. (no refund till now)

          •Again contacting customer care executive I was been informed to compensate the 303 benefit request has been put and my service would be extended to avail 303 benefits. ( repeated false commitment)

          •Post 7 working days, I have been informed that 303 have been refunded to retailer (jio store) account and I need to collect from retailer.

          •And, I was informed that I won’t be getting benefit of 303 and nothing was updated in system. (failure of service commitment, fooled customer)

          •When, I went to retailer for refund, he refused saying that they haven’t received any refund.

          •The Jio retailer (Jay-[protected]) has complained (#SR[protected]) to claim the refund from company. Also, informed me that company said earlier about refund but now company don’t have any information when it will be refunded.

          •I contacted customer care several times, now they are asking me to check with retailer, and they don’t have any information about it. Neither, I’ll be compensated for 303 recharge benefit.

          •I asked to escalate the issue and arrange my discussion with seniors/supervisors. I’ve been informed that call backs will be arranged within an hour, someone said 24 hrs, another time said they will contact retailer, other was within 2 hrs call back will be arranged, but I or retailer haven't received any call backs. (failure of service, Ignoring customer request.)

          I'm still liaising with jio care on email but now specific information till date.

          Appreciate if you could help me to close this 45+ days ageing request.

            I made the recharge of 408 for free calling and data on 10th may, but from 13th may evening it was not working when i called customer care they said you made the recharge of 149 on 31st of march which i didn't, i told them the same the launched my complaint on 14 evening at 6.18 in the evening miss soniya so called as Team leader over their she assured me that my services will be activated within 24 hours . then on next day 15th may i called jio for the status of my complaint at around 12 noon they said your complaint was not launched we are launching it right away will get resolved in 24 to 48 hours Mr. Gautam the floor supervisor assist me .now on 16th May i called for the same i said what is the status just resolve my complaint Mr. Gautam assured me that any how my services will be re-activated before 6 pm . now at 5.30 pm i received a message that complaint is resolved i cross checked but it was not . On 17th May i called they were keep on telling me that it is resolved after that when asked for Operational manager they transferred the call to Mr. Balaji Chadran So called as Operational manager of Jio he said i am sorry cannot give you any statement and indirectly he said we will not reactivate your services i asked for refund he denied i asked for complimentary data till they are not reactivating the service he denied and said we cannot do any thing .
            Now I didn't did any recharge of 149 these people are truly making us fool these people wasted my time money everything, what type service jio is giving customer service people are not giving any resolution what is this really today is 21st may still my services are not activated .
            I want resolution money refund i am truly disappointed with the bloody services of jio and their customer services

              I have recharged of ₹303 on 6 april threw jio money app. But not get benefits of this recharge i call to customer care on 27/04 they told me this amount will be refunded into your account. You will do new recharge of ₹309 so i have recharged this but still not refunded the first recharge amount. My txn id[protected]. They always telling me to resolve in next 48 hrs

              I have recharged 303₹ on 6 april but I not get benefits for this recharge. My service was totally stopped. I called to
              jio customer care on 27 april For this resolution they suggested me to do another recharge of ₹309. You will be refunded the money of your first recharge amount of ₹303. According to jio customer care opinion I have done another recharge of …₹309. But still not received the first amount of recharge ₹303. After 20 days they were telling me you will credited the first recharge benefits . And I have complained again for refunding the money not to be credit the benefits . Please I request to you for refund the amount of ₹303 properly. Not to credit the benefits of my first recharge .

                Sir I would like to tell you that Am having internet data speed very slow I have already recharged with Rs303/- and now I get good speed in evening And some time in night After 12:00 O clock But In moring and afternoon i get speed like am just using a 2G network sometimes lower than 2G I had contact with your customer care But They did not resolve my issue i have also sent a mail to [protected]@jio.com But they did not cope with me at all please I request to solve this issue as soon as possible thank you.

                  20 may 2017 1.10 am i recharged with 309 for jio number.
                  When net was not activated i called customer care. He told that within few hrs it will activate.
                  Like wise when called after some time still net was not active. Customer care executive told that it will take 24 hrs. Surely net will activate.
                  This 24 hrs commitment given by two executives.
                  Helplessly when called after completion of 24 hrs. The executive told now 48 hrs to activate net.
                  Mr. Chandra surulia the floor manager also endorsing same not activated the net even after 24 hrs was completed after recharge.
                  If this was the scenario why customer was given false commitments
                  This is harassment to customer.
                  At this forum if complaint is not resolved i will be compelled to escalate to top management.

                  I hope the issue will be resolved immediately before 48 hrs.

                        Bought a jio dongle with sim on 16th may 2017 after getting assurance from the jio company people by call on 15th may 2017. Network worked for 2 hours. I called the customer care many times from the evening of 16th may 2017. Each time a different reason was given ranging from network congestion, dongle problem. I waited for 48 hours for network problem to be resolved. I am now asking for 2000 Rs refund for the jio dongle .

                            Customer care answer - they able to track the transaction on mention time and recharge fail and they said money can't be return.

                            Please rectify the issue and please explain what is going to happen what my money if recharge is not happening.

                              I did recharge for 408 rs. On 15th april still my plans are not activated properly. Prime membership only activated but 309 pack not activated..
                              I raised complaints on both jio customer care and jio money customer care services.. I calling them more than 20 days. Nobody was responding properly.. Still my problem resolved.. Please do the refund immediately.

                                I am recharge in my jio mobile no. In three times. First two times failed & 3rd times success. In two times the one time failed transaction refund but another times failed transaction is not refund. So please do needful earely as possible against failed transaction of 402₹.
                                I complained in jio care approx more than 10 times but no result found. Complain no SR000009DFHS.
                                I also complaint in jiomoney.

                                  I had recharged with Rs/408 on my Jio No. [protected] through Reliance Jio application on 15/04/17 but the service was not activated. Later I had received a message saying that the money has been credited to the jio money wallet but it didn'the happen till now.
                                  I had tried calling on jio customers care but no response.
                                  I have also filed a complaint to [protected]@jiomoney.com but no one replied. Please could you help me with this

                                        On 7/04/2017 I had recharged my phone amounting 303₹ by Jio money my jio number is [protected] App but the recharge was failed. And from that time I had made hundreds of call and emails the y only give arguments like to wait 24 hrs, 48 hrs but that never came, my complaint number is SR[protected].
                                        On every new call, after given interval of time the customer support says to wait for 48 hrs please resolve my problem.
