    I am prime member of jio service from long back. On 3rd may i did recharge above number with 149Rs/- getting 2 gb free data & 28 days validity. Because of my data finished in 2 days i did again recharge it with 509 rs/- to get 2gb free up to 28 days. But after complaing on phone couple of times neither I didn't get data nor money refund. please look in to this matter personally.

      I had recharged my jio number with summer surprise offer Rs 303/- on 7 Apr, using jio website. I have payment confirmation receipt as well. But I didn't received any confirmation message or mail. To confirm recharge is done or not I called customer care on 13 Apr, service executive said it is not yet processed and benefits can't be given to you because TRAI order has stopped this scheme you will get your refund, instead you can recharge with new scheme of 309/- . On his assurance that I will get back my money, I did as he said. After some days when I didn't got my refund, I called them again. Now they are saying both plans are active on your number, money won't be refunded.
      Firstly the 303/- recharge was done on 7th but reflected on their system on 13th night.
      Secondly recharge was not done so they fooled me, to recharge twice for same benefits.

        I purchased a jio-sim from jio-center, porur, chennai. I am from another state so i gave them a reference number and address of my friend. I paid them the full amount of 408 (99+309). They told me that it will be activated on next day. Then because of some confusion jio-call-center's guy told (During call on the reference number) that please submit the new application from the same jio-care center and submit your document again. Next day i went to the same jio-care center then they told me that they can't do anything and even they didn't return my money. So i need justice. They don't care anyone's money.

            I had apply to portability to get Jio SIM from Vodafone from Reliance digital mall at Akshat chock, Mujmuhuda, Vadodara on 30- March-17. I had given Rs 400 for security deposit and Rs 99 for new connection charge. Due to technical reasons, portability was failed and my application was rejected. The mall member inform me to get all money back and would be deposited in my account as I had given through debit card. Till date no one give correct response. Now my question is how and when I get my money back?

                  On 7 april i recharge my jio no.[protected] through jio money app but recharge was not done but payment was deducted from my debit account &I regularly followup the jio customer care gives me the unsatisfactory reply that sir your refund is initiated but still im not rec. Any refund till date 11.05.2017 so i request to please help me to get back my refund Rs 253 as soon as possible.

                    Hello sir/ma'am,
                    I am arpit. I am a jio customer since jan:;2017. The problem i am facing is that majority of the time i call through jio to any bsnl or airtel number the call never get connected it shows connection failed, out of reach, etc when call through jio but when i call the same number with other sim it get connected. So what is the meaning of free jio calls if i need to call to other individual through another number.
                    When i complaint to their customer care executive they replied that bsnl is blocking jio numbers.
                    So as a customer whom i should complain to
                    The jio or the bsnl??
                    And how will it be fixed as this problem is occurring from 4 months.
                    Jio is just fraud company who makes fool of their customers
                    When i once complaint the customer care executive which was a female one used slangs and also barred my outgoing services.

                    I do accept and understand your concern but you must know the real problem here. You must complaint against BSNL or AIRTEL as above. Because the service providers like BSNL of Airtel is not providing POI to JIO user as they tried to create disappointment against JIO. POI means Point of Interface. That only help to connect between networks. If POI is not good means call would not be connected / disconnected frequently. Recently TRAI imposed penalty to service providers like BSNL or Airtel for not providing POI to JIO user. So You must understand the situation and must support JIO. Because they only help public to use internet connection with low cost.

                    And If Trai as imposed penalty then isn't this is the responsibility of jio and BSNL to slove the problem within yourself as here not you or your trai is facing problem only the customers are facing problem.

                    I just tried to explain the real fact which is happened their with you. If not satisfied with comments means you may contacted JIO as well as TRAI for resolution. But the process from JIO end for rectifying POI issue is under process and will clear within few months.

                      In our area; there is no Jio signals...it is very populated area, so many persons are using JIO sim here, but facing poor net connectivity..try to resolve problem asap

                        Reliance Jio Number [protected] not activated even after recharge of Rs.408 on 8.5.2017 vide txn no.IU[protected] and after following instructions as per toll free number by dialing one other operator number and switch OFF/ON and dialing the same number once again, it is showing as no mobile network available.
                        If not able to activate pl refund the amount of Rs 408

                          I started checking mails at 430 pm and at 4.50 pm got a message that 70 % of my 2 GB data is over.

                          I am also facing same issues in the last one week and even I lost 3 gbs in two devices with in few minutes even without watching any video. Can not work like this as nothing can be done after finishing the data. jio care is quite when sent email and 198 does not accept this complaint. jio office also could not help... they decided that the laptop is having problem, but could not prove. till last week every thing was perfect.

On 07.04.2017 an amounting rs.303.00 recharged with jio money transition id no[protected] but the said recharged not done still now and also not returned my recharged amount. After various time call to customer care but no solve my problem after left 33 days. I also call to jio money. So i therefore request my owner presently i suffering hopeless condition in this related. If help me for solve my problem then obliged thereby.

                                    Since jio network has been introduced in our country long back it has covered all the states areas, towns, cities, its network is available almost everywhere but there is unavailability of jio network in our area which is located in bokaro steel city (Address-bhatua, post-baidhmara, dist-bokaro-827009, jharkhand) the network has already reached to our nearby places around 50 km far from our area long back but till now it hasn't reached to our town and with its introduction and along with the poor availability of other networks and poor internet connection we were hoping to have jio network here in our area but it seems the wait is not going to over and the network will not cover our place.
                                    Here is a request to you please make jio network /install jio 4g tower (If you want to install jio tower in our area, then i hve an individual land suitable for tower) such that we can access it without any hassle and can also overcome the problem of having poor internet connection from other networks.
                                    This would be a great help and solution to the people staying in the district bokaro and also for the people who all are staying in the urban places near to it.

                                        I have recharged "JIO-Prime" activation and "Jio-Summer Special Offer" for Rs.402 on "4th of April" but did not get any confirmation message/call from JIO but the amount has been deducted from my bank account and got the mail also. When speaking to customer care they informed that the recharge was not done and the amount will be refunded to my account within 10 working days. The complaint number which they had raised is "SR000007WNF3". Till now refund not received. I have mailed regarding this to "[protected]@jio.com" where I got the same reply saying we will reach you within 48 hours but did not get any calls. After few days they are sending "the service request has been resolved" messages/mails which is not resolved yet. Please look into the issue and revert back as soon as possible.                                         I am experiencing a very low Internet speed below 1 mbps. I have paid the 303. For premium membership but still the speed is pathetic also I didn't get the 50/- Cashback while paying through jio money that was also fake promise. Pls increase the Internet speed n refund the 50/- towards cash back immediately.
