    I have recharged rs.408 on 15.04.2017 my failed transaction id-iiur[protected]. I have raised complaint since i dint get any response yet from your end. I have been patient for this issue since 30days. My contact no-[protected]. & already i sent mail twice since i dint get any resolution. Here i attached invoice copy of your jio transaction details please pertain on it. Kindly do needful.

      Past 2 3 days my jio data exausted about 600 to 700 mb at fixed time 12:somethingam i check all things and ristricted background data and of[censored]pdates which is already off.. But today 17 may 2017 again my data sucks i talk to customer executive 2 3 times but they do not even listning my problem please help me my my jio number [protected] and for customer service i give 1 star.

        My Name is Vipul, Yesterday 16/05/2017 on 7:00 a.m. i was done the recharge of rs. 309 jio dhan dhana dhan scheme and plan was successfully activated also got me the message from jio but my internet connection not working so i do the 4 times calls and complain to the the customer care but they told me that your previous scheme rs.149 is running so the rs.309 scheme is pending, I am telling to them mr. chetan patel & other executive Vipul (they both are handling the call one by one regarding my complaint) my previous plan's gb has been finished so i have done the new recharge of rs.309 but my internet connection is not running while i recharge rs . 309, why it is pending ?, they both were rudely talk with me and not forwarding to call the senior person or team-leader, and they have not answering about the solution and also informing you don't have get the 84 days validity ony give 56 days validity while i am done the recharge for 84 days validity i have an message and also having advertisement in my mobile jio application. still my mobile internet and outgoing is not working please help for this.

            I have done a wrong recharge on 11.05.17 vide transaction id :[protected] to jio no.[protected] which was previously allotted to me and got inactive since nov, 2016. After that i was allotted a new jio number i. E.[protected]. But i have wrongly recharged my old jio (Inactive) jio no.[protected].

            Please reverse this recharge to my correct number i. E. [protected]..

              I have applied for jio sim through online and my sim got delivered by some representative on[protected] and he has collected cash of rs. 410 the person told it will be activated in 1hr and he has generated jio no - ([protected]) but its almost 10days now still the sim is not activated and if i call that representative he says he will come to my residence to activate but he is not coming and he will not pick the calls also even i tried customer care they also not able to solve this issue, please take some action against this persons the details of the representative are below.

                Sir i am jeetjyoti das and i have lost my jio sim. I have got a new one but the sim proceedings are not being done till now. I have visited their office more than 3times. Each time they make an excuse. Its more than 16days today, my sim is still not activated. I have a 303rs and 99rs recharge already done in this no. My jio no is [protected]. And my new jio sim 20digit no is[protected]. Please resolve my problem.                 i have visited the jio infocomm yesterday and i have visited reliance jio infocomm today... but nobody has attended me except the guard. The guard told me to wait yesterday and today... but nothing more than that. You can check the visitors register i have enter my name Jeetjyoti das and i wish to meed chinmoy talukdar but he has not attended me. the service area incharge of this office is Mr. gautam sharma. its 2hrs pass till 10.15am and i am still waiting in the jio office.. address is mentioned in the previous complain. All the workers here pretend that this is not there problem and try to ignore the costmer

                  I had purchased Jiofi M2 router on 18th August 2016. Firstly the device was working alright in the Jio Welcome Offer and Jio New Year Offer.

                  But on 7th April, 2017, the device received a firmware update after which the a strange issue started.The details are:

                  1) Whenever i turn on my device, the internet connection works fine for first few minutes. But then it gets stuck at a speed below 30kbps(kilobits per second).

                  2) The problem mostly happens when i take my device to a area which has a good reception. The signal stength at my terrace is -77dBm and at indoors is around -100dBm. The issue generally does not happen when I am indoor.

                  3) The issue gets resolved for a minute when i change the APN settings manually but after a minute it again sticks at its whopping 30kbps speed.

                  Even after numerous complaints to the Customer Care, the issue did not get resolved. They are saying that there is no issue at their end. But I also checked it on my friend's device and he is also facing the same problem.

                    Jio has started the illegal practice of showing the daily data of 1 gb as consumed with a few minutes of surfing low usage servic like yahoo mail, news etc. Today morning I logged on and wanted to finish update of windows from 68% interrupted yesterday and when it reached 98% it was shown that I have used up 1 Gb date with a few minutes. I have complained about this typing of cheating the customer of data by showing false data usage and reducing the speed to which is supposed to be 128 kbps but even that is not true it is almost zero. beware f continuing to use Jio after the so called free period.

                            I bought Reliance JioFi device from a jio retailer in my area, Panki 208020 on 28th, March. At that time recharges of Rs. 99 and Rs. 303 were done on the device.

                            Rs. 99 recharge was successful but services for Rs. 303 was not received. The shop owner convinced me that the recharge was successful and they had this id which I am attaching in the mail which they said is only generated after a successful transaction. I called customer care so many times but nothing helped.

                            It has been more than a month now. Now, I'm really frustrated with the company's attitude towards this problem.

                            If this problem is not resolved asap, I'll move this case to the Consumer Forum tomorrow. No more waiting from my end. I'll also contact high authorities of Jio Infocomm. This is ridiculous and highly unprofessional.

                              Previously i was airtel customer i choose jio ([protected] for migration 8 may 2017 i have applied for jio connection till date i have not received any confirmation tried to call to customer care but in every interaction they will provide me complete no and resolution time 48 hours, morning i have called customer care they are not ready to connect me to there supervisor or manager. I was calling from my airtel number ([protected]) i speak with ajay and he is not ready to give his full and manager details to talk this is my humble request please investigate this issue and give solution in time.

                                  It is with profound anguish that i report gross misdemeanour on part of jio - the organization which had promised high professional standards.

                                  1. On 30th march 2007 i had applied for registration plus initial recharge of rs 149/- for mb [protected]. Accordingly rs 249/- was paid via sbi netbanking

                                  (30-mar-2017) to transfer
                                  Inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments
                                  Isbi[protected]igabaxgrk8 transfer 249/-

                                  From my sbi a/c [protected]. But no recharge or registration done.

                                  2. On 07 april 2017 i applied for online recharge for rs 303/-
                                  Vide inb reliance jio infocom bill_rejioi payments
                                  Isbi[protected]igabcezfx9 transfer 303.00

                                  Once again no recharge done neither amount refunded.
                                  On filing complaints with 198 and sbi helpline i am informed that management has resolved the complaint, but no details, no refund, no recharge.
                                  Sad to say jio recharge outlets confirm that many customers have lost their money to this gross malpractice of reliance jio. It forbids me from online recharge hence forth.

                                  Can i get a response pls?

                                      I live in Jalandhar, Punjab and I have Paid for the jio offer for my jiofi. But what i find is that even after recharging for 309 being a prime member. My net is not working!! And it was supposed to be 4G right? It isn't even 2g at present!! 1Gb limit thii? 1MB download ni kr sakta meh 1ghante meh!!! Please do take some *Serious actions* relating the issue and i hope my this Complaint wont be ignored! Otherwise you'll have a risk of losing your precious customer!
