I have done recharge of 303 rs on this number
But after 4 days the recharge is automatically deactivated
I used net for 4 days and it worked fine
But now the recharge plan is deactivated
Reply as soon as possible
Your call came twice but got disconnected after 2 minutes
Please call again
And solve my problem
My 303 rs is wasted and no one is listening to it
Never in my life i have faced such a problem
Every sim service provider like airtel and vodaphone never do this to their customer
It has been now 5 days since my problem and now also the coustomer care centre is saying it is a technical issue and will get solve soon
But the thing is when will that time come
And they are nog at all filling the complaint

      I did a recharge of 303rs. After successful recharge i was able to use all its services but after 4 days the plan got deactivated automatically. Customer care is not solving the issue instead they are just doing my time waste
      Please reply as soon as possible. As i am not able to make calls and use net since 3 days
      Recharge was successfullydine on 17th april 2017
      It was for 3 months but got deactivated on 4th may 2017

          refer my email dated 14 April 2017 it is sorry to inform you that no action is taken by your end.

          I have recharge my mobile number [protected] in jio prime
          offer on[protected] for Rs 99/- through internet
          Banking. Rs 99/- debited from my bank account number
          [protected] on[protected] but message shows that recharge
          failed. Payment reference number received is
          IGAAWRPIY5 (attached bank account statement).

          Secondly, Again I have recharge my mobile number [protected] in jio prime
          offer on[protected] for Rs 99/- that is successfull. ( Bank account statement attached.)

          Kindly take necessary action in this regard and credit Rs 99/- in my bank account number
          [protected] State Bank of India Dhariwal branch as soon as possible.

          Kindly check your record and check it from my bank account statement attached with this email that I have recharge two times. First recharge on 1st March through internet banking which is unsuccessful and 2nd recharge on 3rd March through sbi debit card which is successful. Kindly take necessary action in this regard and refund rs 99/- into my bank account as early as possible.

          i have recharge my mobile number [protected] in jio prime offer on[protected]. Rs 99/- debited from my bank account but message shows that recharge failed. payment reference number is HSBI[protected]IGAAWRPIY5. Kindly look into the matter and return rs 99/- in my bank account.

            I did a recharge using Jiomoney of 303 on 5th April 2017.
            Transaction was successful and it is shown in Jiomoney.
            However, it did not come in Jio account.
            When contacted both the customer care, both have replied, it is fault of others.
            Both are denying any issue from their side.
            Now Jio has activated my 149/- plan instead of 303.
            This means, my 303 recharge has gone in air and money is eaten by Jio company.
            Also, now 149 is activated for no reason.
            Contacted both the customer care several times. Called them, emailed them, sent them msg. on FB. Most of the times reply is we will get back to you.
            For few other times, its negative reply.
            So now fact is, Jio and Jiomoney which they claim are different companies have jointly disappeared 303 INR. Also wrong 149/- plan is now active. so total of 452/- at stake.
            This needs investigation.

              Very poor network in my area. My address is P.O_Nilakh chariali, Dhemaji, assam 787110. The nearest jio tower is recently launched at Sripani which is almost 4/5 km away to north from my area. Please upgrade your network, otherwise all jio customers of Nilakh area will rejoin airtel. Coz a tower of airtel is under construction right now ar Nilakh chariali.

                When i went to jio recharge dealer i asked him that it is working properly or not he said yes then i recharged my jio no[protected] on 27 april 2017 then i call on jio helpline no 199 then tell that they check the problem and update me on 30 april 2017 then they tell me that in yOur area dehradun (dalanwala) there is a newtork problem so they will tower there in 90 days i want to ask that if there is no network why would they refuse that in that area there is network problem i want my money back 408 its is 84 days recharge and they will take 90 days to put there tower what my money not free i have earned it is not 10 or20 rupee that i forget it for company that dont have network AND one more when i purchase my LYF WATER 8 handset in november 2016 it is told me that yu will get 1 year data and calling free nothing get they make only fool of customers Because jio founder have lots of money so why they care about any one they have to earn money in any way

                  I have made payment of Rs. 149 through My Jio app using UPI payment option on[protected]. The amount was transferred successfully to [protected]@icici. But the recharge was unsuccessful but my account number got debited. I haven't received refund till now. I contacted jio care many times but they are not resolving this issue. I can see that many customets are complaining about this issue. Its been 40 days I haven't received any refund. So please kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

                        With reference to subject cited above that i recharged for rs.303.00 on the mobile number [protected] on dated: 07/04/2017 at 11.13 pm having transaction id[protected]. There was my credit balance of rs.50/- in jio money wallet and balance of rs.253/- payment made by hdfc credit card. Status showing in app is success as well as banker also confirmed the payment.

                        I regret to inform you that jio mobile service is telling me transaction is failed may be amount is laying with jio money
                        So many calls msg. Done through jio money and several calls also connect to jio customer care but not attending any calls and not responding since the date of 10th april.

                        Moreover now my jiomoney app is also blocked since last 20-25 days i am in contact customer care as well as on mail but no body is replying

                            On 21/04/2017, i contacted jio money for refund of my failed transaction till now i didn't get the refund. I have already contacted more than five times each time, the executive tells that i will get the refund in 48 hours till now i didn't get the refund.

                                  Reliance jio is cheating people of India. I have recharge jio no [protected] Tra. ID[protected] date 07/04/2017 time 23:12:32 with 303 recharge but recharge not done though I have received success message on jio money app. I log a complaint for this they said it will take 48 hours. Then I ask after 48 hours they told me they will refund it after 12 days. Then after 14 day asked for then they 48 hours. I continually asked for but till now I do not receive my money back. When I ask for money they said if I have taken you. There people talk rudly. They received the call after 20-30 min. I request Mr Ambani appoint the person who knows how to talk to the customer. I think this is worse experience I face while talking to customer care. Very very bad service. Really not expected from Reliance jio.

Again i have visited concerned stores still my issues has not solved i'm unable get my amount returned from concerned stores.

                                        I have raised complaint (refund my amount Rs.608/- ) through calling to customer care at 198, My Service Request No: SR000008UIIV, I got sms from Jio My service request has been successfully resolved. again i have visited concerned stores still my issues has not solved i'm unable get my amount returned from concerned stores.
