Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer not working
This is to inform you that I am a customer of Jio since November 2016. I had recharged with Rs 99 and Rs 149 last
month only. Since i was studying online, i could not figure out when my entire data wiped off. Today, 30-Apr-2017 at about
12 pm, i recharged my sim with Rs 309 which was stated as providing unlimited data and calls for 3 months. But i did get
any data activation till now. The dealer told me to reboot my phone after 30 mins and it will start working. But it did
not work even hours after that. I called your customer care 3 times with different executives. All of them said that i
will get the data benefits after 28 days.
The question is, if i have recharged today, that means i need the services today, not after 28 days. I had an
important online class today which was valid till 30th April only. I had an immediate requirement of data. They suggested
me to get a recharge of Rs 51 FOR 1 GB data for 24 hours. I asked the dealer who said that any such recharge was not
poosible. He even confirmed it with your zonal manager in my presence. I had to recharge my Airtel number so that my data
requirement can be fulfilled. I had to shell out additional amount even after Rs 309 on the last day of month.
Kindly refund my Rs 309 for my Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. I am extremely disappointed by this poor service and
cannot afford to trust this service anymore. On top of it, they are advising me to do another recharge of Rs 301 so that I
can avail data services till these 28 days. I had chosen Jio because it seemed cheap but now it has turned out to be most
costly and worst services. If refund is not possible, just activate my data services within 24 hours.
Looking for a prompt and positive action in this regard.
