Dear sir
This things happened everyday that allover the night my data is switched off and when i switch on my data it's showing that i have used 90% of my 1 gb data. And the most pathetic thing is i switch on my data at 7:10 am in the morning and in gio app it's showing that data is used at 6:47 am 562 mb. So how it's possible that if my data is switched off how it's showing that i am used that time. Every day this things happened which is totally unfair. So it's my request please take a step against this issue immediately and give me a solution..

I also get return my deducted data balance which is total 3 gb 4g data.

Please help me.

      My sim having no [protected] is lost and is in the name of janakiramayya ramajogi alternate contact number is+91 [protected] now i am at visakhapatnam andhrapradesh the above sim was taken at chennai tamilnadu
      I am not in a position to go to tamilnadu in three to four months here at visakhapatnam jio center opposit to kalyan jewlers siripuram visakhapatnam of andhrapradesh expressed their inabilty on this and said they cannot rpt they cannot do any replacement other than andhrapraesh. I am aged 65 years and i am a prime member of jio and i paid rs349- also as per u reference
      Kindly consider my issue at the very earliest now i gave this number to all my friends and other operational purposes...

          I have paid rs. 303.00 to retailer for recharge of my subject jio phone no. [protected] on dt. 30/03/2017, but message received that transaction has been declined & my phone didn't recharge, more over money not refunded to me till date. Retailer not returning my failed transaction money & saying that he do not receive back any money.in this whole episode i have lost my hard earned money.

          I am requesting you pl. Arrange to return my money or provide the complete details of transaction taken place in the bank account of retailer & provide all the messages sent to his phone number regarding payment failure & money return. Since i am unable to recharge my phone for further use, this type of cheating practice by the retailer's may earning the bad name to your company.

From then onwards i have mailed their customer care and jio money and few of their officials in no of times, but they responded my mail few times and then onwards they stopped answering my mail also.

                        Hi, this is the 4th time i am facing this issue. I started browsing at 6:15pm and at 6:40 pm i have received a message saying that my data pack is exhausted for the day. I only had used 2.5mb in the morning and went office. Actually this is the 4th time happening the same issue in my number and do not have proper response from the customer care team as well, they are asking me to recharge with 50rs data pack. This is a request to people who face the same issue please make it known to everyone by sharing over here.

                        Hi, I am facing the same issue of data exhaustion without using the Jio device. And to ensure it is not being used, I switch it off when I am not using it. Despite that, my data gets used up and I get the cut-off speed of 64 kbps or whatever is the reduced speed. And upon checking the data usage on the phone, it shows that I have used less than 400 mb. The customer service is really ####### and stupid as they will never understand the plight and will repeatedly tell you to reset device settings or change your phone's auto update settings.
                        This is clearly a case of product service theft and violation of cellular consumption norms.
                        I'm also facing the same problem from past 4 days...after all its reliance and they are experts in cheating..
                        iam facing the same problem, for the last 7 days . the wifi is always in blue colour, gets disabled on its own, and without usage..i get a mail saying my data limit is over, does anyone one have a solution for this?
                        I am also facing this problem. Within 5 mins my jio 1.5 gb data pack was exhausted.

                          My jio no.is [protected], I called up at 198 to clear some query about recharge on 4th of may he told me to make recharge of 309 I did it still didn't get benefit, next he told me to do recharge of 51 and said it is valid up to 22nd may I reconfirmed it from him before recharging and he said he is damn sure but when j recharged with it, it gave only for day validity..Now when I m calling appellate or 198 they r just saying sorry but sorry cannot compensate for wastage of our hard-earned money we cal team before recharging to be sure of plans not be fooled by them

                          I got a fraudulent cal from no.saying they are from team jio and they asked me about my card details from which payment was made and also took cvv no.and otp generated convincing they will definitely refund but ended up deducting ₹9999 from my account

                            Every sim service provider like airtel and vodaphone never do this to their customer
                            It has been now 5 days since my problem and now also the coustomer care centre is saying it is a technical issue and will get solve soon
                            But the thing is when will that time come
                            And they are nog at all filling the complaint

                                I did a recharge of 303rs. After successful recharge i was able to use all its services but after 4 days the plan got deactivated automatically. Customer care is not solving the issue instead they are just doing my time waste
                                Please reply as soon as possible. As i am not able to make calls and use net since 3 days

                                It was for 3 months but got deactivated on 4th may 2017

                                    Banking. Rs 99/- debited from my bank account number
                                    [protected] on[protected] but message shows that recharge
                                    failed. Payment reference number received is
                                    IGAAWRPIY5 (attached bank account statement).

                                    Secondly, Again I have recharge my mobile number [protected] in jio prime
                                    offer on[protected] for Rs 99/- that is successfull. ( Bank account statement attached.)

                                    Kindly take necessary action in this regard and credit Rs 99/- in my bank account number
                                    [protected] State Bank of India Dhariwal branch as soon as possible.

                                    Kindly check your record and check it from my bank account statement attached with this email that I have recharge two times. First recharge on 1st March through internet banking which is unsuccessful and 2nd recharge on 3rd March through sbi debit card which is successful. Kindly take necessary action in this regard and refund rs 99/- into my bank account as early as possible.

                                      I did a recharge using Jiomoney of 303 on 5th April 2017.
                                      Transaction was successful and it is shown in Jiomoney.
                                      However, it did not come in Jio account.
                                      When contacted both the customer care, both have replied, it is fault of others.
                                      Both are denying any issue from their side.
                                      Now Jio has activated my 149/- plan instead of 303.
                                      This means, my 303 recharge has gone in air and money is eaten by Jio company.
                                      Also, now 149 is activated for no reason.
                                      Contacted both the customer care several times. Called them, emailed them, sent them msg. on FB. Most of the times reply is we will get back to you.
                                      For few other times, its negative reply.
                                      So now fact is, Jio and Jiomoney which they claim are different companies have jointly disappeared 303 INR. Also wrong 149/- plan is now active. so total of 452/- at stake.
                                      This needs investigation.

                                        Very poor network in my area. My address is P.O_Nilakh chariali, Dhemaji, assam 787110. The nearest jio tower is recently launched at Sripani which is almost 4/5 km away to north from my area. Please upgrade your network, otherwise all jio customers of Nilakh area will rejoin airtel. Coz a tower of airtel is under construction right now ar Nilakh chariali.
