while recharging my jio number. [protected] shop owner recharged wrong number that wrong number is [protected] please arrange to recharge any way possible
But the jio customer care doesn't seem to help this get corrected but other companies have this policies for correction. other services providers do reserves that transaction but not jio so good lession to know service quality of jio

    Dear Sir,
    I am complaining this 4th time and I didn't get any response from jio people till now.
    During 5th to 8th April, I did ₹303 Jio Recharge from my jio number with the help of Jio Money app. After many unsuccessful (failed) attempts on two no.s [protected] and [protected], finally recharge was successful. But after some hours when I checked the history I found total 3 transactions which were showing failed earlier became successful and ₹303 pack was activated one more time on [protected] and three more times on [protected]. As of now no extra subscription is showing on my oth numbers. Jio and Jio Money app deducted my money unfairly from my bank account.

    I kindlly request you to take further action and refund my amount as soon as posssible..

    Right after lodging the complaint I got a call from a person ([protected])who told his name Rahul and said that he was from Consumer Complaints' jio department. He was in a hurry to refund my amount and constantly asking for my debit card details.

      I recharged 2 jio numbers with my jio money app on 7th april 2017 but neither the recharge was received nor the amount was refunded in my account.

        I was recharge 149 and i used 3gb data but i have plan validity till 20may. And now i recharged rs 309 ur 3 month complimentary plan but now my net not working. I spoke to ur customers care they said my new plan 309 will activate in 20 may17... But i m suffering now in between both plan.

        Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

          Dear Sir/ Mam

          Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer not working

          This is to inform you that I am a customer of Jio since November 2016. I had recharged with Rs 99 and Rs 149 last

          month only. Since i was studying online, i could not figure out when my entire data wiped off. Today, 30-Apr-2017 at about

          12 pm, i recharged my sim with Rs 309 which was stated as providing unlimited data and calls for 3 months. But i did get

          any data activation till now. The dealer told me to reboot my phone after 30 mins and it will start working. But it did

          not work even hours after that. I called your customer care 3 times with different executives. All of them said that i

          will get the data benefits after 28 days.

          The question is, if i have recharged today, that means i need the services today, not after 28 days. I had an

          important online class today which was valid till 30th April only. I had an immediate requirement of data. They suggested

          me to get a recharge of Rs 51 FOR 1 GB data for 24 hours. I asked the dealer who said that any such recharge was not

          poosible. He even confirmed it with your zonal manager in my presence. I had to recharge my Airtel number so that my data

          requirement can be fulfilled. I had to shell out additional amount even after Rs 309 on the last day of month.

          Kindly refund my Rs 309 for my Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. I am extremely disappointed by this poor service and

          cannot afford to trust this service anymore. On top of it, they are advising me to do another recharge of Rs 301 so that I

          can avail data services till these 28 days. I had chosen Jio because it seemed cheap but now it has turned out to be most

          costly and worst services. If refund is not possible, just activate my data services within 24 hours.

          Looking for a prompt and positive action in this regard.

                I have purchased jio sim ([protected]) for my new 'panasonic eluga ray max' mobile.

                My residance is situated at villege chinchani (On main road chinchani-dahanu, tal :dahanu, dist:palghar, maharashatra, 401503. (Map attached).

                My complains are:

                1) i frequently not able to get network coverage and when get it is very poor at my residance and nearby area.

                2) i am not able to call from my jio sim [protected] from my residance location.

                3) many other jio consumers have the same complaint

                Please resolve the problem asap and give feedback

                    Jio is extremely slow. I had purchased prime membership and 499 recharge pack but still the speed hasn't improved. The daily data of 2GB simply gets wasted. This is how they cheat customers. The speed is hardly around 100 KB/s. Streaming is not possible. Normal pages load slower. It's already May 2017 but still Jio doesn't care about improving its quality of services.

                      I have recahrge my no wid rs 408 today at 1:48 n i have got to know that my service will be reactivated in two hours.
                      Then after 4 i called customer care they told me that they have submitted my requeat n it will be start in 1 hour the se thing they told me till 6.

                        I had recharged my jio no.[protected] for Rs. 309/- each on 15/04/2017 and 17/04/2017 which was not processed and i contacted to customer care for balance deduction on the above dates and the said that you can do another recharge we will refund this amount in 7-12 days and i recharged the same again which was processed.
                        Now i had received a SMS from them on 28/04/2017 that my 2 recharges has been processed for Rs. 309 each. Now they are saying that we are not able to refund and only one refund will be processed.
                        I have the call recording as well for the conversation on respective dates.

                          A sum of rs 99/- were pain online on[protected] thru my sbi visa card, followed by payment of rs 303/- were paid through sale counter. As is understood, deposit of rs 303/- was not acceptable by the company until the amount of rs 99/- is paid. On contacting customer care people asks for the transaction number. Which is not available with me at present. I have copy of the sbi card transaction bill for month march 2017 which shows payment made to jio

                            Then i contacted to jio money customer service care but no one accept ed the call so i had written mail many time for refund but only they replay that their adviser contact withen 2days
                            But no one contact till that time

                              Reliance jio infocomm — recharged with 402 rs on 29 march 2017 but not showing any plan and tried for customer care but not responding properly. Money got deducted from account. Mobile - [protected] and in my jio app no plan is showing and i am also not able to make any calls as it is saying no balance. Also in the transaction history there is nothing. Please refund my money or recharge it as soon as possible.

                                I have paid for the premium plan of rs 303/- for 3 months voice n internet free. I also didn't get the cash back of rs 50 when i paid through jio money app. And i hardly get a speed of 1mbps. And lot of times the call gets disconnected. The major problem is very frustrating internet speed not at all 4g it's worse than 2g speed. What's app messages don't go n web pages give a error ' your are offline '. I need this fixed immediately n need a compensation.

                                My Jio 4G Network is slower than the 2G networks here in Chennai (EAST COAST ROAD) even after having prime membership... I'm facing this problem from for than 6-7 months. Now I want to switch over again to Airtel or Vodafone because probably they will provide me better connectivity.

                                  Had done 2 jio recharge on 2 numbers of my family members through your jiomoney app and for first time from first phone the transaction got failed while money was debited from bank! Second time it got successful and then later from second phone also exactly same thing happened one time unsuccessful second time successful then later even registered complain for my money which was debited 4 times from bank but didn't receive my money in bank even after 10 days of complain now another damn issue is my internet on both phones isn't working! Called customer care they said that recharge isn't done on both numbers while money has been debited from the bank 4 times! Kindly refund my money so that i can do dhan dhana dhan recharge

                                        I have made Recharge of Rs. 303 from Jio Money app on 7th Apr, 2017. The app shows recharge is successful but as per customer care executive, the recharge wasn't take place. So he gave me assurance that my money will be refunded within 7-10 days. 20 days have been passed but refund is not paid to me yet. Whenever I try to call Jio money nobody is attending the call and the jio customer is denying my request saying it is different department. They cant do anything on it. It is like they are cheating the customers. Please help me to resolve this issue.
