I visited the Reliance Jio store located at Trimulgherry to get my father's mobile number ported. The first time when I visited the staff there were not friendly. They asked me to come back after 2 days, they told me that there was some problem with portability. I went back after 2 days that is on Sunday with my mother.
I clearly told the staff that I wanted to port my parents number to Jio. I never wanted a new sim, that was the reason I visited the store second time. The staff told me that my mother's phone was a 3G phone and so portability will not work. So I asked them if my father's phone number can be ported. They checked and told me that my father's phone can be used for Reliance jio. So I told them my father's phone number and asked them to do the porting.
They finally ended up giving me a new sim instead of porting.
Now, when I went back to inquire, they are speaking rudely and they are not ready to refund or port our number.
I feel extremely cheated. My father's phone is a single sim phone and I cant even use the new sim.
I should either be refunded the money or my father's number should be ported.
