I recharge my jio number with 303 rupees and money is cut from the bank but failed to recharge jio number but shown recharge sucess in jio money...I want my money back or else my jio number should be recharge..
i made 5 transactions of 303 for all recharge succes in jio money and money deducted from bank account but not getting any confirmation on my jio number And HENCE recharge unsuccesful.
Kindly solve this problem as early...

The above hotspot number gives a lot of issues, though having paid properly and on time, initially during the free offer period, the speed of internet was perfect, and now the quality has gone down drastically, the connection gets lost very often, cannot use the same continiously for the day!!! Please check else I will have to discontinue though being your prime customer....

I call jio Customer Care they said recharge is failed and you will get refund within 7-12 days.
I checked my account Balance and jio money app so far i haven't receive any refund.
Yesterday complete 12 days of recharge but I didn't get refund .
Provide me refund fast......

Sir, i am from mathabhanga, west bengal...dist - coochbehar...in our town there are no jio tower...it is not a village it is a town...there r many tower in many village but i can not understand that why are no tower in my town...what's wrong with us?...so please give us a strong 4g tower as soon as possible...thnq .....

from a cell phone number (i.e.[protected] I have received a call and then he used vulgar talks when it was mid night on 19th April, 2017. It is unknown number for me. Please take steep against this number....

Please return my money. When i was recharging jio summer prime offer with rs303-/ 6 april tonight that time my account 2time balance deducted by mistake. So i kindly request to refund my money. Mean in my account money had deducted rs606-/ that night. Otherwise i will go to knock the door of consumer forum

I had pay 309Rs.Company promised to give 4G net and free voice call after recharge this scheme but i had not enjoy this speed even one day after paying money. After contact customer care they told me scheme is still not activated and complaint may resolve within 90days.where as my sceme days is 84.customer care not replying setisfactory.pls help...

408 recharg krne pr bhi net nhi chl raha hai...

On March 30th, I took a Reliance SIM ([protected]) and a Reliance JioFi2 Personal Hotspot (JioFi2_AD29DB) from Reliance outlet - Digital Express, S.A.Road, Kadavanthara. On the same date, I recharged for Rs.99 + Rs.999.

1) I was not issued any receipt for any of the payments made at Digital Express.
2)I was not informed that the Rs.999 scheme will start only after April 15.
3) My recharging for Rs.999 is not shown...

I am recharge 99 rupees for prime membership from jio money app. My transaction id[protected]. After this one massage riveted me that yours 99 rupees richarg unsuccessful yours 99. Rupeea back yours jio money account. But rupees 99 is not credited so far. When i complaint to jiomoney customer care. My complain no.-sr [protected]. Of dated 03.04.2017. Unfortunately after top up of INR. 99 & Subsquently INR.303 on 7th

april 2017, I am yet go get SMS about my top up and the JIO outlet

says no one has recceived SMS on that day and was requested to Contact

198, I have called 198 but in vain. The speed has become poor and I am

unable to tether the connection whereas those without top of Inr.303

is only working Good....

I recharged my jio number-[protected] through my jio app using jioMoney on 30th march of Rs-402.
The amount was deducted but recharge was not done. I complained several times to the customer care and also emailed several times but no reply given from jio. My complaint number is - SR000007Q4E0 which was laudged on 5th april but even today is 19th april and you not resolved that. You are doing totally illegal thing, you cant withhold...

I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 309/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. [protected] 309/- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any recharge. So please solve this problem...
