I called on 198 from my jio number they said they will tranfer the amount from wrong number i. E [protected] to right number i. E ([protected]), on 26/4/2016 i got a message from jd-jionet at 5.32 pm service request number sr000008q0uj that the transaction done on 24/april/2017 has been failed, bur retailer says its done by his side, now its a harassment done by jio retailer & jio company, from past 4 days i am unable to call on any other number, worst service never expected from such a big company, reliance jio
