I have recharged my num#[protected] on 16april for rs 309 online and rec'd message also but now there is message that my calls are disgarded
Now my calls are not going & net is also slow down. I dont understand after my recharge online also sucessfully there is this kind problem. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible and reply to me, otherwise i need to port

From the 15th of april the net connection is so so weak.., even home page is unable to open
we are facing a lot of serious problem . i have already talked to the jio customer care but they are not resolving my issue.
i live in lucknow jankipuram and in this area network is very weak.i talked to customer care many times but unfortunately i did not get satisfactory response

My no is [protected]. I did recharge of Rs309 in DE DANA DAN offer.
As per scheme, this offer is valid for 3Months. But i got mail that offer is valid for 28 Days. I checked my current Plan in my Phone, it shows Happy New Offer instade of DE DANA DAN offer. I mail to Jio care regarding this issue but every time they are shooting mail for Internet speed issue resolution which has no relation to my problem. Pls. let me know my current paln by mail.

This complaint is based on the connectivity and internet speed of Jio in ghatkopar (W), near Rcity and the speed of internet is very slow, it's download speed is not even 1mbps and uploadâ€‹ speed is roughly around 200kbps. I have complaint to the Ghatkopar branch about the speed of internet issue, but the branch keeps ignoring it saying it's basically due to the offer that Jio is offering to its customers and suggest to wait a month more, but this has been the scenario for more than 3 months,
I urge you to look into this matter and resolve it.

I did a transaction for 506rs 2 weeks before using jio money wallet. Amount was DebiDebifrom my card but transaction got failed. I called customer care many times. Really they are useless and making customer foolish. Worst customer service ever. I dont know when they will refund my money. Its fraud and making peoples foolish. No one is picking call 1966.

Good eve. Transaction id[protected] done for mdn no-[protected] dt on 08 apr2017 by jio money wallet shows successful but no benefits credited. No response found from jio money team even after several phone calls & writing to "[protected]@jiomoney.com" (#6286954) & headcustomersupport. [protected]@ril.com. Its looks very pathetic that there toll free no "1966" where no one respond to u in any way. Really a third grade service.

I want uninterrupted services as the amount already deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful.

I made a recharge of 509 to my jio no which gives 2gb data every day... It has been 15 days i paid for it ans all d supervissrs are still not able to check y m i not getting 2 gb of data... I ve been calling thm every day from last 7-8 days ansd al of thm have been assuring me that tonight it will gt fixed bt it has been ages they are still trying to fix this... Jio is jus too much... Pathetic services... Pathetic also sounds good to be honest... Its d worst network to be with..

Now no refund my prev balance & no any response given by customer care

Kindly update the jio voice to support jiofi on iphone 5s. Jiofi climes to be access by all the devices which has 3g but not supporting on iphone 5s.

It's too bad experience with Reliance jio because their customer executives not clearly entertain with their customers actually i recharge my reliance jio no [protected] by amount of 309 on 15 April 2017 through online paytm application, Transaction id is IPT[protected] my amount was deduct from my wallet bt recharge not done when i contact with jio customer executives they said that contact with paytm only we are not here for online recharge users in fact I also complained mail to paytm bt they revert me that transaction was successful from their hands they Said contact with jio
So what can I do now where is my rs 309.

Huge dissatisfaction. Why would you cancel happy hours in paid services man this sucks for heavy users it like a drop of water. Atleast fot happy hours many o[censored]s started paying and u took that tooo unfair please reconsider about happy hours...
So please do something we are in huge diassatisfaction with jio if this happens then most of heavy, users would like to discountinue with jio in future so please take it, seriously an honest one and wish to be done something over it thanks one o[censored]r loyal user

I recharged my jio no on 7 th april 2017 at 7 pm with 402 rs... I got transaction msg from my bank but recharge was unsuccessful. I called your customer care for many times regarding this issue. Your customer care person told me to do dhan dhana dhan offer recharge of rs 409 rs on 13 th april and i will get back my 402 rs cash back within 10 days. So i recharged again with 409 rs. Today after 15 days you have not returned my summer offer recharge money of 402 rs. I have mailed n called many times regarding that but got worst response from you. On this site i have complained about this on 9th april also.

At outdoor from city speed is good.
But at my area near Reliance tower speed not normal.

It's very poor. Network full and speed low.
How can this posible..

Some time speed like 2G
Some time speed like 3G

without go to hill city area i am not remember where i am enjoy 4G.

I am every day use net on teres. Because in my home jio like 2g.

Kindly resolve speed and network issue.
And customer care & call center no any person pickup phone.
