I tried to recharge my jio no. [protected] on 16.04.2017 at 12: 10am. I tried to pay from my debit card. The balance from my card was deducted but recharge got failed. How do I get back my money. Well I am ready to provide the transaction Id I got. Please do something about this. Without any recharge balance from my bank account got deducted....

Mene abhi 309 ka recharge kia hai acxout se money kat gai hai but jio me recharge nhi aya...

Dear Team,

While recharging my wife's jio number,[protected], I recharged wrong number.
That wrong number is[protected]. Please arrange to recover any way possible.

It's not at all fault of company, it's my fault only. I request Reliance Jio to please recover my money.

Recharged Jio number [protected], amount-408.00, It is paid through paytm unfortunately today is the last date for jio offer or plan.Paytm showing the payment is sucessful but Waiting for operator confirmation.could anyone confirm it ASAP because i made this payment before the due time...

Today i clicked on the link sent through msg on my jio number [protected] for activating dhan dhana dhan offer.
Accidently i typed 308 in place of 309 amount. My money transected from my paytm wallet but i did not get any recgarge msg on my jio number. What is billdeskutil, i use paytm regularly but by this time these troublesome stuff came in front of me.
I request to company for refunding my money. Plz solve my problem as early...

My problem is not solved i have recharge for 303 on 7 april by retailer so recharge is done by retailer but jio customer say that recharge is not successful so i complaint for what action do for jio customer care for not my recharge is done so plzz resolve my problem fast. but ajio refuses to acknowlege and send me my products
is asking me to get in touch with jiomoney since the money is with them according to ajio.com.
but jio money is not answering their customer care calls and emails

I have recharged on apr 7th with my debit card from jio office in rcp ghansloli for rs 99+rs 303.

The money rs 402 got deducted from my bank account, but i got message that only rs 99 prime membership recharge was done and rs 303 recharge was not done.

As i'm a prime member so i've reached for 303 dandhanadhan offer but it is showing that i've paid to bifeskutill what does that mean??? Does it mean that i've paid or i lost the money i've received a msg that 303 was debited plzz tell what's going on...

What is the problem with this Paytm..n what is this billdeskutil, couldn't understand it. I have recharged my jio number by rs.408 through paytm, it showed about "billdeskutil"and i have not got the amount on number. Because it got failed but amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Plz fix this problem. Or tell weather it will refunded in paytm or it will get recharge after sometimes. Please resolve it soon....

I successfully recharged accidentally with 309 rupees pack on april 15th 2017 to a wrong number [protected] whereas my actual number is [protected]. But the jio customer care doesn't seem to help this get corrected. But other companies have their policies for correction. Please help us and Get oue recharge corrected. They doesn't seem to communicate us on this topic....

I reside near marthandam (kalluthotti- marthandam road). I have purchased jio sim when it was launched. I am receiving signal very rarely and could not use it for my purposes. If this continues I don't have any other options other than changing to other networks. So please take necessary steps to make the signal easily available for us in our locality....
