I had upgraded to 2 gb speed under plan 509 on april 13th and got the confirmation.

But i am getting the message constantly that my 1 gb quota has exceeded.

I have taken up the matter with customer care many a time with the details of confirmation received from jio. Still they are sending a standard reply the confirmation o[censored]pgrade is pasted below:

"dear customer,
Thank you for choosing jio.
Recharge of rs. 509 is successful for your jio number [protected]. As part of the recharge, you are entitled to the following benefits:

    I have done recharge of rs. 402/- (99+303) summer surprise offer on my jio no. From my debit card of vijaya bank on 07/04/2017 at 22:15:32. Amount was deducted from my account but still i have not get any message from jio and my outgoing services has been barred and internet speed has also been reduced. Jio officials are saying that they are not in a position to tell something.
    I cant understand what is problem with my recharge?
    Please help to resolve this issue.

      I have done my Jio recharge of Rs 309 under de dhana dhan offer on 15 April 2017 through Jio app. The transaction was successful and money is deducted from my bank account. But now my jio app is showing zero balance and I am not able to do outgoing call or SMS. I didn't get any confirmation text message. And I forgot to take snapshot of transaction id of Rs 309 that was shown successful on jio app.

      Dear Neeta_Chand,

      If your transaction is successful means you will receive the mail to corresponding mail id which is linked with JIO number. If you forgot to take a snapshot of that recharge successful message in mobile means you may check the Mail id which is linked with. And mail to reliance Jio Customer care with those data. Hope this will help you out from that.

        My Jio Number [protected] using Jio WiFi dongle. Every early morning I get the message 90% of your 1 GB consumed without suing it. I have recharged Rs.99/- & Rs.309/- but till date the scheme is not implemented.

        Wasted my money by paying for the wifi dongle of Rs.2000/- and not able to use it.

            Sir/madam
            I recharged my jio number [protected] with 303rs. I used my sbi bank Internet Banking using jio app. My money deducted but recharge not completed. Find below the transaction no.
            IGABCFXBH3 for Rs.303.0 (Summer Offer)

            I am attaching the image with this email showing bank statement. I contacted the care. It was said it is failure not recharged. He suggested me to contact bank.
            I contacted bank and they said amount transaction is successful so will not be refunded.
            Relianace Jio is not giving me recharge so i recharged for 309 that was successful. If it is fault of your service, why should a customer suffer and bear a loss of his hard earned money. It shown just money collection by unethical practices. I know you are very helpless and customer is of no value for you people. Rs. 303 is not big amount for me but it shows very bad customer reddressal forum of Reliance Jio specifically.

            I have tried to contact online chat care, but no one response any time. No emails are answered. It shows a pathetic customer care service by Reliance Jio. Reliance is a big name but such poor customer service is very bad on its image.

            Will you solve the problem or not? Please do the needful.

              On 6 april i did recharge my jio no frm paytm amount was deduct from my account but recharge status was pending till 48 hrs so i cancel my order from paytm and submit the refund request. So i did my recharge from jio site and it was successful. On 8 april i received msg that my paytm jio recharge is successfull. I called paytm custmr care no they told me that i had to call jio customer no because they couldn't recharge one number two times they gave ne reference no [protected]. I called so many times jio customer care no but no one pick the phone. I had already submit my complaint kn jio site but no reply no response.
              Kindly refund my amount asap

                  I had added Rs5600 in jio money wallet on 4th April.For some time it showed in my wallet and few seconds later the balance started showing zero.I tried to call on customer care number but no one is answering calls .I mailed them 5 times still no reply .I don't understand where to complain .I went to there local customer care office but they are also helpless .I want my money refunded as soon as possible.today 17 days have passed I have mailed customer care, head customer care, nodal officer.but no one is replying([protected]})

                  Customer care guy solved my complaint. But as soon as I posted my complaint phone started coming on my number asking for my details .Beware of such calls

                  My problm is solved
                  I have done recharge of 99 rs for prime membership for my jiofi and 309 rs as recharge (Dan dana Dan) offer but still no view of any recharge on my jio app
                  Mane aaj apna jio recharge krwaya... retailor k pass wo sucessful show ho rha h... bt mere jio no pr hua hi ni... i was tried to contact jio customer care many times about 50 bt no one receiving mi call and i cant find the solution plz solve mi prblm

                      My name is rajeev sharma. I am complaint of reliance jio internet speed to low in my room, some days before the speed was good because band 40 worked in room but now its only works on my roof and in my room now working band 5 which provide good coverage but downloading speed only 50 kbps. I just want good speed. Customer care executive did not help me i think they did not know nothing now they block my co. No from customer care no. Pls help me

                      Sir no reply of my complaint yet. I am very disappoint. I don't get any phone from jio to resolve my problem and speed is too slow yet. I sanding you a screenshot of my phone where you see that what is speed. So pls resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i quit jio and sujest to my family members to do this.

                      I another time complaining you about jio internet speed in my room. Problem didn't solve yet i said to you that where i am living the speed is very good on my roof because 40 band works there but when i come down in my room band 5 works which provide good coverage but I want good downloading speed which i was getting from start when i purchased jio sim but from 5 days it seems dal. When band 40 will work in my room speed will be good. Coverage was good before and speed also but now only coverage is good but speed is too poor like 50-100 kbps

                      So pls resolve my problem of reliance jio band in my room.

                        I have recharged my jio number by rs.309 through billdeskutil by paytm but i have not got the amount on number by myjio aap. Amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Please tell me how can i connecte to you. Or when i get recharged or my money back in my paytm wallet. Contact me on [protected]. I am not able to call any one except jio member no text. And my internet speed is reduced by company

                            I am Nishant today i.                               I had done the recharge two times on 7th april, 2017, but it did not get recharge, and the amount got deducted from bank, i had called customer care thrice, they lodged complaint, but still didn't get my refund! Finally when i done the recharge of 303 it got successful on 8th april. I had to pay 253+253+303 for just one reacharge. My jio no. : [protected]

                                      I recharge my jio number with 303 rupees and money is cut from the bank but failed to recharge jio number but shown recharge sucess in jio money...I want my money back or else my jio number should be recharge..
                                      i made 5 transactions of 303 for all recharge succes in jio money and money deducted from bank account but not getting any confirmation on my jio number And HENCE recharge unsuccesful.
                                      Kindly solve this problem as early as possible..

                                        The above hotspot number gives a lot of issues, though having paid properly and on time, initially during the free offer period, the speed of internet was perfect, and now the quality has gone down drastically, the connection gets lost very often, cannot use the same continiously for the day!!! Please check else I will have to discontinue though being your prime customer.
