I m very much disappointed by the response I raise compliant on 27 march regarding refund of amount by dealer, but still no response by your company for last 20 days.
Reminder i send u 2 times but just u r replying give us 48 hrs to revert but no revert is their from yourside.

The dealer charged 100 rs and the order cancel but he refused to return my money.

Hi Team Jio,

I recharged My Jio no [protected] on April 14, 2017 for activating Jio prime Membership through Online (www.jio.com ) via my debit card and the amount (Rs. 408) was deducted from my account. I have received a payment confirmation notification.

As per debit card statement my recharge was successful but the JIO Prime Membership is not activated yet. There is no confirmation message received from Team...

I had recharged via billdeskutil but at 4.18pm. Amount 309 is deducted from my paytm wallet but my recharge was not done yet. My jio number is [protected] transaction id is [protected]. Amount deducted 309.
I want my recharge to be done or else i want my single penny to be returned as soon as possible....

I complained Jio regarding poor network with complaint no's
SR000002S04G submitted in Oct 2016, SR0000002Z33G submitted in Nov 2016,
SR00000876MS submitted on April 2017
but nothing was done so far. Every time i was told that a new site is being planned in your area. Earlier it was free but now i have paid . How could they deny services after charging me ? Please help

Hello sir,

I have recharge from jio money 302 plan 9 times on 08/04/2017 but recharge is not successful but my money is deducted from bank account when I call customer care they didn't give any response. i raised my ticket report an issue but they didn't give any response. I want my complete balance money as my confidence on jio money is lost... I have waited for more than 1 week hoping to get the error corrected.

I have recharged my jio prime number of [protected] with rs.402. The recharge was even successful yet not received any confirmation message. In my jio app too i am not yet mentioned as a prime member...

Jio is now becaming soo irritating.. I have a histroy with jio in past.. i complained two times in grievance.. my last Grievance with Registration No.DOTEL/E/2017/10086.. they came to my house and tell me that a new site will go live finally at the end of april.. they said it is the last chance..i said fine before 12 april through internet was slow but i can atlist browse and download at 200-300 kbps..

but from 12th april...

I made a transaction on 7th April 2017, of Rs. 303 through JIO money but the recharge failed. Although status of Transaction id[protected] is displayed as Success for mobile [protected] the recharge was unsuccessful. It's been 8 days now but they have not provided the refund yet. Called up JIO helpline several times, they promise to refund the money by 24 hours everytime and close the complaint. Please process the refund asap....

I have done a recharge of Rs.303 towards summer special offer for Jio on 06th Apr 2017 through Jio money. The amount got deducted and still the recharge is not done. I have called the customer care daily asking for update and requesting them to process the recharge.

Still its not been done even after waiting for 10days....

On 15/04/2017 12:14:13 I have done a wrong recharge, instead of [protected]

I had done recharge on [protected] with netbanking transacton ID IICI[protected] ad Reference number BR00004ZOV86

Other service providers do reverse the transaction but not JIO so good lesson to know service quality of Jio...

I transacted Rs. 248 /- twice vide following transactions.

These transactions are failed.
Yet I have not received these amounts till today.

I had recharged my jio no. through MyJio app using the paytm option on 11th April 2017 at 8:54 pm. I m not a prime member so I recharged for ₹ 509/- nd paid ₹99/- so as to avail membership, but yet till now I haven't received that amount on my jio no. [protected]. 509 /- has been paid to BILLDESKutil but my jio no. didn't get any recharge. so please solve this problem.

Today i have just made recharge of 408 ( 309+99) only prime membership is activated, 309 plan is not activated yet.

Sent email to customer care, no response, called also, no response on the same.

Request you to kindly activate the same into my number. or please let me know, how much time it will take for activation....

Since 07/04/2017 till today(15/04/2017), I have visited the Reliance Jio office on 427 Gariahat Road South, Kolkata 700068(Jodhpur Park/Selimpur area) at least 5 times for Reliance Jio new connection . Unfortunately, the same answer "Our Server is down" has been given on all the occasions.You may like to investigate whether your aforesaid outlet is at all interested in doing any business....

I have recharged Jio number [protected] with 402 rs but this number is already active with prime offer so my recharge was declined by Jio and got recharge failed message from Jio then I have called in customer care and talked with customer executive of Jio .He told me your money will be refunded and you can recharge with 303 because you are already prime member so you can not recharge with 402 then I have done another recharge with 303. Now...

I had paid rs 402 to jio via Pay tm on 29 march. At 16.40 . They have not received the amount . My wallet order is [protected]. My payment shows successful. Pay tm says that the amount has been credited to u . Kindly return asap to my wallet or bank . My jio no is [protected]. I have already contacted jio they haven't got the amount and neither has pay tm . I want my money back . It's urgent . Plz revert back...

I have recharged for ₹408 (309+99) through Paytm on my number [protected] for Jio De dhana dhan offer, but the offer is not activated and my paytm wallet has also been deducted for ₹408 amount. Kindly refund the money back or activate the services. Kindly respond ASAP. I did the recharge on April 14 2017. I have seen few complains from different people regarding the same issue posted here. Need an immediate response....

The issue is that I had recharged with Rs.99 for activating prime from myjio app and then Rs. 303 from myjio app on 21st of March. I am a prime member now but the 303 plan has not been applied to my account nor has it been refunded. I recharged from myjio app using paytm

Every hour I receive a message to recharge my account with the new 309 plan. Why should I do that as I did already pay the 303 amount within 21st...

I made a payment of rs 99 on 23rd March 2017 for jio prime membership, Through jio money with net banking which was not successful. I made complaint many times Till date no refund has been made.Tried contacting customer care through call and email but no response.It took 3-4 working days to make refund but it has been a weeks but they have not refunded my money...!...
