    I forgot my jio money id and password i tried to call jio care but they not responded afterwards i wrote email to jio care i have written 4 emails but yet they not responded my jio number is [protected]. Please help me to solve my issue. I have amount in jio money ans there is no way i can reset my password jio care is not even responded once

      Recharge done on 7th april, recharge shown as successful in jio money still today no intimation of recharge failure but benefit of rs 303 not given and after 15th apr recharge denomination of 303 stopped and now my outgoing calls are barred since last 3 days. Very much aggrived as unable to make a call inspite of recharging in offer period jio money no by which recharge done = [protected] jio number upon which recharge done [protected] transaction id :[protected]

        I had done recharge of rs. 303 & rs. 499 in cash for my 2 jio sim [protected] & [protected] respectively from a reliance jio outlet in thakur complex kandivali east mumbai 400101. Its one month & still its not done. Recharges hardly take 10 mins but its taking too long with reliance jio i am tired of visiting their iutlet everyday for a month. They r nt even refunding my money and they r also nt recharging my nos.

              I made a online recharge from my jio app of rupess 402 on[protected] but from jio server the recharge got unsuccessful so i got it recharged in cash of rupees 303 and it s was successful amd i got benefit after 12-13 days no refund of online transaction has been initiated after making complain jio employee they issued me the benefit twice even if complaining specifically for the refund they said thier is no refund regarding the transaction because benefit is already been given to you its a fraud after specifically mention for the refund they issued me the benefit which i already got on[protected] in cash pf rupees 303

                I have recharged a jio number on 7th april 2016 for 303 but recharge was failed and payment deducted. At that time transaction status was showing failed. But next day when I recharged again that number rechrge done and the last transaction started showing successful. I complained the through email, call, twitter everywhere but no response. waited for a along time called them many times but after waiting alot they connect me executive which disconnects my call playing hash sound. I provided all the screenshots to them via twitter as well. but these ####### are asking more info.

                    I am unable to make HD calls from my Jio Number. I have complaint to Jio Customer Care but they always send me a message that they are checking and solving my problem and they also asked me to wait for 48hours. They have send me this type of message many of the times but I don't think that they are giving their best to resolving my issue.
                    Many of the times, I have wait for 48hours but there is no serious response from them.

                            I had upgraded to 2 gb speed under plan 509 on april 13th and got the confirmation.

                            But i am getting the message constantly that my 1 gb quota has exceeded.

                            I have taken up the matter with customer care many a time with the details of confirmation received from jio. Still they are sending a standard reply the confirmation o[censored]pgrade is pasted below:

                              I have done recharge of rs. 402/- (99+303) summer surprise offer on my jio no. From my debit card of vijaya bank on 07/04/2017 at 22:15:32. Amount was deducted from my account but still i have not get any message from jio and my outgoing services has been barred and internet speed has also been reduced. Jio officials are saying that they are not in a position to tell something.
                              I cant understand what is problem with my recharge?

                                I have done my Jio recharge of Rs 309 under de dhana dhan offer on 15 April 2017 through Jio app. The transaction was successful and money is deducted from my bank account. But now my jio app is showing zero balance and I am not able to do outgoing call or SMS. I didn't get any confirmation text message. And I forgot to take snapshot of transaction id of Rs 309 that was shown successful on jio app.

                                Dear Neeta_Chand,

                                If your transaction is successful means you will receive the mail to corresponding mail id which is linked with JIO number. If you forgot to take a snapshot of that recharge successful message in mobile means you may check the Mail id which is linked with. And mail to reliance Jio Customer care with those data. Hope this will help you out from that.

                                  My Jio Number [protected] using Jio WiFi dongle. Every early morning I get the message 90% of your 1 GB consumed without suing it. I have recharged Rs.99/- & Rs.309/- but till date the scheme is not implemented.

                                      I recharged my jio number [protected] with 303rs. I used my sbi bank Internet Banking using jio app. My money deducted but recharge not completed. Find below the transaction no.
                                      IGABCFXBH3 for Rs.303.0 (Summer Offer)

                                      I am attaching the image with this email showing bank statement. I contacted the care. It was said it is failure not recharged. He suggested me to contact bank.
                                      I contacted bank and they said amount transaction is successful so will not be refunded.
                                      Relianace Jio is not giving me recharge so i recharged for 309 that was successful. If it is fault of your service, why should a customer suffer and bear a loss of his hard earned money. It shown just money collection by unethical practices. I know you are very helpless and customer is of no value for you people. Rs. 303 is not big amount for me but it shows very bad customer reddressal forum of Reliance Jio specifically.

                                      I have tried to contact online chat care, but no one response any time. No emails are answered. It shows a pathetic customer care service by Reliance Jio. Reliance is a big name but such poor customer service is very bad on its image.

                                      Will you solve the problem or not? Please do the needful.

                                        On 6 april i did recharge my jio no frm paytm amount was deduct from my account but recharge status was pending till 48 hrs so i cancel my order from paytm and submit the refund request. So i did my recharge from jio site and it was successful. On 8 april i received msg that my paytm jio recharge is successfull. I called paytm custmr care no they told me that i had to call jio customer no because they couldn't recharge one number two times they gave ne reference no [protected]. I called so many times jio customer care no but no one pick the phone. I had already submit my complaint kn jio site but no reply no response.
                                        Kindly refund my amount asap
