On March 30th, I took a Reliance SIM ([protected]) and a Reliance JioFi2 Personal Hotspot (JioFi2_AD29DB) from Reliance outlet - Digital Express, S.A.Road, Kadavanthara. On the same date, I recharged for Rs.99 + Rs.999.
1) I was not issued any receipt for any of the payments made at Digital Express.
2)I was not informed that the Rs.999 scheme will start only after April 15.
3) My recharging for Rs.999 is not shown in records and now, I'm not getting the benefits of this scheme even after 20 days of taking this connection.
There is no transparency in the service offered by Reliance.There is no correlation between their stores & customer service department. We, the customers have to run helter skelter from store to customercare and vice versa.
I would like to get a compensation for all the loss and terminate their services.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My no. Does not work for calling
Because, yesterday i switch off my phone & restart on phone then jio volte option does not show in my no.
So i can not call in this time
