On 31 st march i was trying to add money in jio money wallet after that transaction failed message appeared on screen and 99 rs was deducted from my bank account .Then i received message from jio that withen 7 day money will be refunded to my bank account. But till now money is not refunded to my bank account.

        I recharged my jio number [protected] online with the 309 scheme on the official website - www.jio.com.
        The amount got deducted from my account, but no recharge. MyJio app also not showing the recharge. The transaction id is ISBI[protected]IGABDJPUY6. Either refund the amount or make the recharge successful.
        Kindly look into the matter.

            I was recharge 309 rs. On 15 april for my jio account my money was deducted from my paytm account but recharge not done till now my billdeskutil transactionsi id is [protected] so i want my money back or do my recharge i also contact with paytm but they are also complaining on billdeskutil so please help me to get my money back so many people are affected by this type of cheating.

            At 15 April, 2017 I had recharged my Jio No. with 309 successfully through Paytm Wallet. Received a mail from Paytm that recharge is successful. and no update is being reflected in the myjio app about the recharge I have done. Please help me out at the earliest. Either give me my full refund or process the recharge.

            I purchased a Panasonic 40 inch led tv model no:TH-40D200DX from reliance digital located in fun mall coimbatore .But the wall mount provided along with this is 32 inch, which does not fit.I have been complaining this for about 2 months...I'm not getting any proper response from them.

              I had purchased a new jio simcard today i. E. 16 april 2017 from one of jio's authorised service distributor

              My new jio number which i purchased is: [protected]

              The agent asked me to pay rs 480 for the new sim with 3 months validity, i paid the same. When inquired about the break up of the 480, he said that rs 410 is for recharge and rs 80 is for new sim.

              When i insisted that sim card is free he got all agitated with me and started getting angry on me. He said that it the normal amount which is charged everywhere. I forced him to give my money back but he did not give me. He was not ready to give me bill also.

              I request you to kindly assist me in this.

                And m using WiFi from another phn jio no.[protected]
                Nd that's why by mistake from my jio app i done recharge of 308 on my this no. [protected]

But I am unable to enjoy call services and data connectivity so far. Please rectify the same as soon as possible. There is full network in my area. My outgoing calls are dropped.                                 I tried to recharge my jio no. [protected] on 16.04.2017 at 12: 10am. I tried to pay from my debit card. The balance from my card was deducted but recharge got failed. How do I get back my money. Well I am ready to provide the transaction Id I got. Please do something about this. Without any recharge balance from my bank account got deducted.
