I want to register a complaint about jio money. On 7/4/2017 i recharged to 3 jio number through jio money but recharge not done & my money has been deducted from bank. Also no one jio money customer care executive is receiving calls.

    Because, yesterday i switch off my phone & restart on phone then jio volte option does not show in my no.
    So i can not call in this time

    Whenever someone tries to collong me through my Jio number, it says that the subscriber you are calling is busy or either switched off... I'm not able to send messages from my Jio number also..
    Saalo khutto call bhi nhi receive kar rahe ho or khate ho nhi sir pot nhi karna jio aap ko sab se best speed dega or ab to 2 kb ya 0 kb hai bas
    Pls sir m apna no pot kara leta hu ok jio network sab se bed hai
    Jab bhi dheko to network nhi hai or jio kahte hai sir aap ke side network problem hai kaam chal raha hai kabi thik he nhi hopata isliye jio sab se bakar hai

      On March 30th, I took a Reliance SIM ([protected]) and a Reliance JioFi2 Personal Hotspot (JioFi2_AD29DB) from Reliance outlet - Digital Express, S.A.Road, Kadavanthara. On the same date, I recharged for Rs.99 + Rs.999.

      1) I was not issued any receipt for any of the payments made at Digital Express.
      2)I was not informed that the Rs.999 scheme will start only after April 15.
      3) My recharging for Rs.999 is not shown in records and now, I'm not getting the benefits of this scheme even after 20 days of taking this connection.
      There is no transparency in the service offered by Reliance.There is no correlation between their stores & customer service department. We, the customers have to run helter skelter from store to customercare and vice versa.

      I would like to get a compensation for all the loss and terminate their services.

        I am recharge 99 rupees for prime membership from jio money app. My transaction id[protected]. After this one massage riveted me that yours 99 rupees richarg unsuccessful yours 99. Rupeea back yours jio money account. But rupees 99 is not credited so far. When i complaint to jiomoney customer care. My complain no.-sr [protected]. Of dated 03.04.2017.                 Unfortunately after top up of INR. 99 & Subsquently INR.303 on 7th

                april 2017, I am yet go get SMS about my top up and the JIO outlet

                says no one has recceived SMS on that day and was requested to Contact

                198, I have called 198 but in vain. The speed has become poor and I am

                unable to tether the connection whereas those without top of Inr.303

                is only working Good. As such I will be forced to post about this

                cheating attitude in all social sites if the complaint is not resolved

                immediately.

                  I recharged my jio number-[protected] through my jio app using jioMoney on 30th march of Rs-402.
                  The amount was deducted but recharge was not done. I complained several times to the customer care and also emailed several times but no reply given from jio. My complaint number is - SR000007Q4E0 which was laudged on 5th april but even today is 19th april and you not resolved that. You are doing totally illegal thing, you cant withhold the money this long. Everytime you give false commitment that the amount will be refunded in 24-48hours and i heard this thing 4 times. I must say you are the worst service provider i ever have seen, this was my last transaction through jio and i also recommend others not to use jio money at all.

But still now plan is not activated this jio no. I have tried many times to customer care 198 & 199. But they say there is no information as to them.

                          Really thanks to consumer forum for better services and particular Jio service very much poor. Network problem all time all location(Kolkata). Call dropped. All Customer support executive services are very poor. Always give wrong information.

                            On 7th-april-2016 i tried to recharge my 2 jio numbers with inr 303.
                            I have tried it multiple times and payment has been deducted 5 times out of which only 2 transactions were successful, rest 3 had been failed.

                            Jio money app was showing that i will get the refund within 2 working days.
                            After waiting for 2 working days i had contacted to jio team via email / twitter but i am not getting any satisfactory response from their side.

                            Still I didn't receive the deducted amount back. Whenever I call to customer care they say that we have noted down your request and your failed transaction will be reversed within 2 working days.

                            No satisfaction at all! Bad service experience
                            I have recharged rs.303 on 7th april at 7.30pm ...via icici banking got the payment successful but no confirmation message from jio and even in jio account under "My plans" ..its not showing about 303 reacharge ..customer care not connected due to busy network ..how can i know if the plan is activated or not ??

                              I have done my recharge for 408 on time. But from 10th april onwards i am getting only 20kb/s speed on my JIO network. I contacted them daily but resulted in vain. They promised me they will restore my speed and betrayed me. I spoke to their senior and he told he will call me back within 48 hrs and guess what..he didn't !! Now i lost all my trust in Jio. But this is happening only under the tower near my home.  They actually know under which tower I'm using more data and they decreased my speed. If this problem exists for one more week, damn sure i will break the sim into two. If you people have the same problem. Better go for other networks. Because they don't even response to your complaint. SHAME ON YOU JIO

                                I installed jiomoney app on my mobile and tried to add an amount of rs. 720 to jiomoney wallet through net banking. The online transaction was successful and the amount of rs. 720 was deducted from my bank account but the jiomoney wallet displayed the message of failed transaction. I did not receive this amount in my wallet.

                                Even after sending mails for this issue there is no reply from their side. There was only an auto-generated mail from their side as a reply. After 3 days, neither i have received refund of amount nor any satisfactory response yet.

                                It seems that this jiomoney app has been developed to cheat the users. I would have been lucky if i had read any of such review before installing the app.

                                I have received the refund back in my bank account. I have neither received any e-mail or phone call but when I checked my bank account summary I found that the refund was done. Thanks to Consumer Complaints as I had registered complaint only on this website and after this I received the refund. Thanks to all.

                                But this is also true that I won't use JioMoney app in future as it highly unreliable. I strictly believe that this app must be avoided if it causing inconvenience to a large number o[censored]sers.
                                I have recharge with 499.the plan is 2 gb per day..but I receive daily only 1 gb.what's the problem iam not getting 2gb daily.
                                I too paid 400 as security deposit and didn't get the confirmation SMS for summer surprise offer, , it's in my my jio credit and still I don't know whether I availed the summer surprise offer or not, , help me pls

                                    I received a fraud call from +91 [protected] asking for all my card details. I refused. Pls be aware and assist me in the issue.
                                    I have been trying twice to register for the jio prime membership but my money gets refunded after a week. ([protected])
                                    Had recharged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I am prime member of Jio services so i recharged for 303/- but yet now i didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /-which has been paid to Billdeskutil. Return my money or Recharge my jio.
