        Every time the network of Jio sim is poor, it always fluctuate sometimes the network bar becomes full and then after few minutes it completely goes off. I am very dissatisfied with the speed of Jio 4G, even the 3G network of other sim cards are faster than Jio. That's all of my problems.

But i received message that i usage 70% of quota 1gb... Why...?? Jio thief internet data.. Why.. I do not get proper service.. Why... Jio this type bheviour with us.. Why??

              Purchased router along with plan of 303 & paid Rs.2, 500/- to Ur service provider agent Mr. Piyush Punwatkar M.No.[protected] a weeks before. The Jio sim is activated but I m continuously receiving the msg. of recharging the Phone by Rs. 309/- else there will be disruption. I complained him abt it but he has claimed that the Service centeris informed & behaved rudely with unwarranted talks. Pls. help..

                    Even though multiple calls(which they never receive I was on call for 1 hour...calling them is immaterial), mails, facebook post jio didn't help. All they said is that they are regretting the issue caused and I should give them some time to check the issue... its been 3 days but no reply even after multiple mails and post from my end.

                    Hi, recharged happened twice on my num [protected] through jio wallet, plz help me out..

                    During first transaction a failed message appeared although it succeeded so immediately I went for another transaction but later when I check the wallet history I found 2 successful transaction...The wallet registered num is [protected]

                          I did a recharge of 408 via my jio money account on the number [protected] . I used a voucher of 50 cash back. I didn't receive the recharge. I dont know what happened to the money. Nobody picking call at service centre. Please understand it's not a small amount for me. Looking forward for your solution. I'm attaching the screenshot of transaction details.

                            On 31 st march i was trying to add money in jio money wallet after that transaction failed message appeared on screen and 99 rs was deducted from my bank account .Then i received message from jio that withen 7 day money will be refunded to my bank account. But till now money is not refunded to my bank account.

                                  The amount got deducted from my account, but no recharge. MyJio app also not showing the recharge. The transaction id is ISBI[protected]IGABDJPUY6. Either refund the amount or make the recharge successful.
                                  Kindly look into the matter.

On 15 april for my jio account my money was deducted from my paytm account but recharge not done till now my billdeskutil transactionsi id is [protected] so i want my money back or do my recharge i also contact with paytm but they are also complaining on billdeskutil so please help me to get my money back so many people are affected by this type of cheating.

Received a mail from Paytm that recharge is successful. and no update is being reflected in the myjio app about the recharge I have done. Please help me out at the earliest. Either give me my full refund or process the recharge.

                                        I had purchased a new jio simcard today i. E. 16 april 2017 from one of jio's authorised service distributor

                                        The agent asked me to pay rs 480 for the new sim with 3 months validity, i paid the same. When inquired about the break up of the 480, he said that rs 410 is for recharge and rs 80 is for new sim.

                                        When i insisted that sim card is free he got all agitated with me and started getting angry on me. He said that it the normal amount which is charged everywhere. I forced him to give my money back but he did not give me. He was not ready to give me bill also.
