Hi

my transaction of 2500 shows gone from jio money wallet to ajio.com
but ajio refuses to acknowlege and send me my products
is asking me to get in touch with jiomoney since the money is with them according to ajio.com.
but jio money is not answering their customer care calls and emails
am so scared if jio money is shut and eaten up my money.

i have called the company on its 1800 number a gazallion times and i have written 100 emails. they just dont respond.

    The affine cipher the letters of an alphabet of size m are first mapped to the integers in the range 0..m - 1. It then uses modular arithmetic to transform the integer that each plaintext letter corresponds to into another integer that correspond to a ciphertext letter. The encryption function for a single letter is

    where modulus m is the size of the alphabet and a and b are the key of the cipher. The value a must be chosen such that a and m are coprime.
    Considering the specific case of encrypting messages in English (i.e. m = 26), there are a total of 286 non-trivial affine ciphers, not counting the 26 trivial Caesar ciphers. This number comes from the fact there are 12 numbers that are coprime with 26 that are less than 26 (these are the possible values of a). Each value of a can have 26 different addition shifts (the b value) ; therefore, there are 12*26 or 312 possible keys.

      Hi,

      Regarding my jio number [protected].

      I have recharged on apr 7th with my debit card from jio office in rcp ghansloli for rs 99+rs 303.

      The money rs 402 got deducted from my bank account, but i got message that only rs 99 prime membership recharge was done and rs 303 recharge was not done.

      The jio person who has done the recharge told me lie that customer care has confirmed my recharge was done. His tech support id is 60329401.

      Now more than 8 days have passed and after raising complain sr000085ntx
      My money was not refunded back to my account or my jio number was not recharged.

      I have called customer care from last 7 days and they have assured issue will be solved in 48 hours, also i have spoken to mr. Varun kumar (Assistant manager - customer care), but my issue is still not resolved.

      Kindly refund my money back to my account asap and resolve my issue.

      Attached here the ej recharge invoice copy also. Also pls check the tech support id for person who recharged my number 60329401.

          What is the problem with this Paytm..n what is this billdeskutil, couldn't understand it. I have recharged my jio number by rs.408 through paytm, it showed about "billdeskutil"and i have not got the amount on number. Because it got failed but amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Plz fix this problem. Or tell weather it will refunded in paytm or it will get recharge after sometimes. Please resolve it soon.

            I successfully recharged accidentally with 309 rupees pack on april 15th 2017 to a wrong number [protected] whereas my actual number is [protected]. But the jio customer care doesn't seem to help this get corrected. But other companies have their policies for correction. Please help us and Get oue recharge corrected. They doesn't seem to communicate us on this topic.

              I reside near marthandam (kalluthotti- marthandam road). I have purchased jio sim when it was launched. I am receiving signal very rarely and could not use it for my purposes. If this continues I don't have any other options other than changing to other networks. So please take necessary steps to make the signal easily available for us in our locality.

                i am jeevan with jio mobile number [protected] recharged with DDD offer of Rs 408/-. Money has deducted from the bank but jio DDD offer is not activated.                     I m very much disappointed by the response I raise compliant on 27 march regarding refund of amount by dealer, but still no response by your company for last 20 days.
                    Reminder i send u 2 times but just u r replying give us 48 hrs to revert but no revert is their from yourside.

                    The dealer charged 100 rs and the order cancel but he refused to return my money.

                      Hi Team Jio,

                      I recharged My Jio no [protected] on April 14, 2017 for activating Jio prime Membership through Online (www.jio.com ) via my debit card and the amount (Rs. 408) was deducted from my account. I have received a payment confirmation notification.

                      As per debit card statement my recharge was successful but the JIO Prime Membership is not activated yet. There is no confirmation message received from Team Jio and waiting for confirmation of JIO Prime Membership. In place of this I received recharge of Rs. 225.

                          I complained Jio regarding poor network with complaint no's
                          SR000002S04G submitted in Oct 2016, SR0000002Z33G submitted in Nov 2016,

                          but nothing was done so far. Every time i was told that a new site is being planned in your area. Earlier it was free but now i have paid . How could they deny services after charging me ? Please help

                            I have recharge from jio money 302 plan 9 times on 08/04/2017 but recharge is not successful but my money is deducted from bank account when I call customer care they didn't give any response. i raised my ticket report an issue but they didn't give any response. I want my complete balance money as my confidence on jio money is lost... I have waited for more than 1 week hoping to get the error corrected.

                                Jio is now becaming soo irritating.. I have a histroy with jio in past.. i complained two times in grievance.. my last Grievance with Registration No.DOTEL/E/2017/10086.. they came to my house and tell me that a new site will go live finally at the end of april.. they said it is the last chance..i said fine before 12 april through internet was slow but i can atlist browse and download at 200-300 kbps..

                                but from 12th april i am unable to browse.. unable to call.. call disconnecting always.. every website is taking 2-3 minute to open.. and network is going and coming with a interval of 2-3 second.. this is a horrible issue...
                                I ALREADY FACED THIS ISSUE IN FEBRUARY. IN THAT TIME A SITE (TOWER) NEAR MY HOUSE WAS TEMPERARY DOWN.. AND THAT IS WHY PROBLEM OCCURRED.. BUT AFTER COMPLAINED THEY HAVE RESTORED IT.. NOW SAME PROBLEM AGAIN... PLEASE TELL THE NETWORK TEAM TO RESTORE THE SITE..

                                I have complained in jio today's moring.. complaine number SR0000087WUK.. without calling me within 2 hours they resolved it saying that new site is expecting go live in 90 days.. it is the commom response i am hearing from october.. check the histroy in previous complain..

                                Its not because of new site.. because i used to get decent speed before 12th april.. and any call of mine never dropped..so, it's existing tower issue.. but your network team so lazy to fixing it.. thats why without checking they giving a instant response about new site..

                                I WOULD BE HAPPY IF YOU TAKE THIS STRICTLY.. AND HANDEL THE EXISTING TOWER BY NETWORK TEAM.. BECAUSE I AM NOT FACING THIS ISSUE WHEN I AM LEAVING MY AREA..
                                SEND THE COMPLETE DETAILS TO NETWORK TEAM...

                                    I made a transaction on 7th April 2017, of Rs. 303 through JIO money but the recharge failed. Although status of Transaction id[protected] is displayed as Success for mobile [protected] the recharge was unsuccessful. It's been 8 days now but they have not provided the refund yet. Called up JIO helpline several times, they promise to refund the money by 24 hours everytime and close the complaint. Please process the refund asap.

                                      I have done a recharge of Rs.303 towards summer special offer for Jio on 06th Apr 2017 through Jio money. The amount got deducted and still the recharge is not done. I have called the customer care daily asking for update and requesting them to process the recharge.

                                      Still its not been done even after waiting for 10days.

                                        Other service providers do reverse the transaction but not JIO so good lesson to know service quality of Jio
