Hello sir/mam
Tommarow I was recharging my another jio no. [protected] from ATM card .
And m using WiFi from another phn jio no.[protected]
Nd that's why by mistake from my jio app i done recharge of 308 on my this no. [protected]
I don't know what happen I was recharging my 1st no [protected] and both no. Are in different phn so pls help me nd tell how can I refund or recharge back my 1st no [protected]

    I would like to tell u that i have just done a recharge of rs.309 plan of jio and when i make payment of it my money has deducted from my paytm account but i did not get any message from jio about its membership.

    Kindly check this issue and please return my money to paytm wallet. Paytm.

      I am jio user from last 4 months and I am having asus zenphone laser 2 phone .It was working good in Agartala but now i moved to melaghar. since I am here and not getting any network signal while other with jio sim getting full network. What should i do now. Even when i went near the network tower same problem is happening.

          Sir i have complained many times in jio costumer care regarding network problem and speed...when i call in costumer care they are telling that problem will be resolved...but the same issue is happening.Now when i call ...they did not pickup the phone...

            I recharged with rs408 (rs 99 prime member+rs309monthly pack)on 15 april 2017. Nd according to thata plan ishould have become a prime member nd also get a 3 month free service ...but nor I became a prime member nor I got any free service ...hope I look forward to this matter

              I am using Jio No [protected] and yesterday i recharged with 408 (99 for prime membership and 309 for 3 months). But I am unable to enjoy call services and data connectivity so far. Please rectify the same as soon as possible. There is full network in my area. My outgoing calls are dropped. I am unable to connect any website.

                  I tried to recharge my jio no. [protected] on 16.04.2017 at 12: 10am. I tried to pay from my debit card. The balance from my card was deducted but recharge got failed. How do I get back my money. Well I am ready to provide the transaction Id I got. Please do something about this. Without any recharge balance from my bank account got deducted.

                      While recharging my wife's jio number,[protected], I recharged wrong number.
                      That wrong number is[protected]. Please arrange to recover any way possible.

                      It's not at all fault of company, it's my fault only. I request Reliance Jio to please recover my money.

                              Today i clicked on the link sent through msg on my jio number [protected] for activating dhan dhana dhan offer.
                              Accidently i typed 308 in place of 309 amount. My money transected from my paytm wallet but i did not get any recgarge msg on my jio number. What is billdeskutil, i use paytm regularly but by this time these troublesome stuff came in front of me.
                              I request to company for refunding my money. Plz solve my problem as early as possible.

                              One more thing is that company helpline number is just jokinf, since no one responded my call during 20 min. Continuous ring.

                                My problem is not solved i have recharge for 303 on 7 april by retailer so recharge is done by retailer but jio customer say that recharge is not successful so i complaint for what action do for jio customer care for not my recharge is done so plzz resolve my problem fast.
