I have been recharging twice of amount 303 twice and it got failed both the time. And they notified that it the amount will be refunded tn 2 working days. The amount of 303 + 303 has not been refunded yet. And the costumer care is not answering the call..
They are just posting the reply that they will work on our issue in 2 working days. But still there no any answer......

I had recharged my Reliance Jio Number (available on request) on March 29th via the Jio website, after clicking on one of the numerous messages they sent on a daily basis.

In the payment option, I opted to pay via Paytm. Here are all the transactioIDs listed below:

I have made my transaction of rs303 on 7 th of this month. Recharge was not successful but money was deducted from my account. They said like with in 48 hours ur money will be credited back. Its been 4 days now but no response from them and even their customer service is not responsive. So kindly help me to get my money back. Its very worst of its kind from reliance...

I got this summer surprsise offer notification and i opened myjio to do the recharge and i selected to pay via jiomoney and the transaction was successful but my number was not recharged with the offer. Upon lodging the complaint they told me to wait for 2 days and after that another 2 days. Just now i called the customer care and they say my number was not recharged and amount will be refunded in 7-10days.
My point is they took money...

I had complained 4 days ago about my recharge failure and balance deduction form my bank account but nobody helps e or contact me I even does not get refund back. They always says that they will contact in 2 days but it does not happen it was written that I got my refund in 2 days but nothing happen now please help me or suggest me any legal action against them...

Sir/mam my phone is not receiving any signal...it says emergency service only...i tried to reach the toll free no. Bt no use... i would be deeply grateful if cn kindly help me out... I did a recharge from Jio money app ([protected]) for a number, amounting Rs 253 but the recharge didn't happen but I got message from my bank that the amount has been deducted. The reacharge was done at 9.40 am. Now in the app the transaction details are not coming, but the other transaction are coming. I have the bank details in the message through which money was deducted. In the customer care they are not helping. Kindly look into this...

Hello, i have done 3 recharge on 7 april and 8 april . Recharge was done by my icici debit card last 4 digit 0055 by jio money. All 3 transaction goes failed and all 3 recharge money got debited from my account. So please refund my all 3 transaction money.

I recharged by Paytm to my another jio number [protected] for rs. 99 and 303,

Above amount has been deducted from my debit card but they did not charged and no message received to me.
I contacted jio customer care they inform your above amount did not received by Paytm.
Please take matter...

I tried to recharge rs.303 from my jio money wallet no [protected]. But the transaction was failed. After sometime the transaction status showing success. Neither my no recharged nor my balance refunded. Please solve this problem and refund my balance. The transaction id was[protected]. I have called several times to the customer care but they didn't received....

I have done recharge of 303 with paytm because of some network issue recharge got failed. But money got deducted from my paytm wallet.

I contacted paytm they siad like, they got success from billdeskutil that is why they have deducted. Request you to kindly check the problem. Billdeskutil order is #ipt[protected]

Paytm is saying like, check with billdeskutil if the transaction got failed please send the consent...
