I had recharged my jio no. through MyJio app using the paytm option on 11th April 2017 at 8:54 pm. I m not a prime member so I recharged for ₹ 509/- nd paid ₹99/- so as to avail membership, but yet till now I haven't received that amount on my jio no. [protected]. 509 /- has been paid to BILLDESKutil but my jio no. didn't get any recharge. so please solve this problem.

    Today i have just made recharge of 408 ( 309+99) only prime membership is activated, 309 plan is not activated yet.

    Sent email to customer care, no response, called also, no response on the same.

    Request you to kindly activate the same into my number. or please let me know, how much time it will take for activation.

      Since 07/04/2017 till today(15/04/2017), I have visited the Reliance Jio office on 427 Gariahat Road South, Kolkata 700068(Jodhpur Park/Selimpur area) at least 5 times for Reliance Jio new connection . Unfortunately, the same answer "Our Server is down" has been given on all the occasions.You may like to investigate whether your aforesaid outlet is at all interested in doing any business.

        I have recharged Jio number [protected] with 402 rs but this number is already active with prime offer so my recharge was declined by Jio and got recharge failed message from Jio then I have called in customer care and talked with customer executive of Jio .He told me your money will be refunded and you can recharge with 303 because you are already prime member so you can not recharge with 402 then I have done another recharge with 303. Now I have need of refund money of my unsuccesfull recharge.

        I have recharged using JIO money account.

        I got call from Jio number +[protected] but i was disconnected, please call me if you have any query otherwise refund my amount as soon as possible.
        I did two recharges one for prime membership and another of 303 but jio has degraded my services and my recharge has got ruined
        My jio number is [protected] and the transaction id for 303 recharge is
        [protected]
        I had done jio recharge of ₹309 then the message came into my inbox with recharge success but the internet is totally not working. It is showing no balance. My transaction ID is [protected] and my mobile no is [protected]. Please look into my matter. Thanks.

          I had paid rs 402 to jio via Pay tm on 29 march. At 16.40 . They have not received the amount . My wallet order is [protected]. My payment shows successful. Pay tm says that the amount has been credited to u . Kindly return asap to my wallet or bank . My jio no is [protected]. I have already contacted jio they haven't got the amount and neither has pay tm . I want my money back . It's urgent . Plz revert back

            I have recharged for ₹408 (309+99) through Paytm on my number [protected] for Jio De dhana dhan offer, but the offer is not activated and my paytm wallet has also been deducted for ₹408 amount. Kindly refund the money back or activate the services. Kindly respond ASAP. I did the recharge on April 14 2017. I have seen few complains from different people regarding the same issue posted here. Need an immediate response.

            I had complained before against paytm for the unsuccessful recharge of Rs. 408
            On 15 April 2017 paytm customer care Rahul tripathi calls me from paytm customer care toll free no. 9643979797
            to assist my problem
            He said he is going to refund my money he asked my card no. And Otp
            He deducted Rs. 33690 and Rs. 15540 from my account
            Plz take serious action against paytm

            I think you are received call from Fraud not from PayTM. Because no one ask your card details to refund the money for failed transactions. They would directly transfer the money to you PayTM wallet only. If you wanna take a action against that person means complaint against him in cyber crime those who are ready to help in this matter. Also in future do not disclose the card details and OTP anyone to avoid these kind of activty.

              The issue is that I had recharged with Rs.99 for activating prime from myjio app and then Rs. 303 from myjio app on 21st of March. I am a prime member now but the 303 plan has not been applied to my account nor has it been refunded. I recharged from myjio app using paytm
              .

              Every hour I receive a message to recharge my account with the new 309 plan. Why should I do that as I did already pay the 303 amount within 21st March and I should be eligible for the summer surprise and then the 303 plan for which I have paid.

              Jio care had opened multiple service requests and assured me of resolving the issue within 48 hours but it has been 25 days and they have forcefully closed all the service requests​ saying issue has been resolved. This is a complete case of FRAUDULENCE.

              I need a solution immediately​.

                I made a payment of rs 99 on 23rd March 2017 for jio prime membership, Through jio money with net banking which was not successful. I made complaint many times Till date no refund has been made.Tried contacting customer care through call and email but no response.It took 3-4 working days to make refund but it has been a weeks but they have not refunded my money...!

                  I paid today Rs 408 (Reference: BR00004XBHWJ) for Prime Membership and DDD bundle for my Jio number : [protected]. However, the message from JM-JioPay shows a succesful recharge of Rs 225/ only. I do not undestand this. Please give me Prime Membership and three months unlimited data as promised through message on my mobile. I went to web site https://jio.com/r/EQDEM2 and paid this amount as suggested by your message. I was given a recharge of Rs 225 instead of Prime Membership and three months unlimited data. There is no mention of Rs 50 payback also anywhere.

                    This is very pathetic to use jio money app for any type of transaction.I made a jio recharge of 402 on 8th April 2017 which was not successful.At the same time money got deducted from account.

                    Tried contacting customer care through call and email but no response.
                    It took 2.working days to make refund but it has been a week but they have not refunded my money...
                    Please help me in getting the refund from these thieves.

                      I just wasted my money on to use jio money apps. there is no proper response and no followup by customer support. this was the worst service i ever had. never ever recommend anyone for jio money. paytm is far better and responsive also mobikwik, no need to ask for them expected cashback. here for each offer or any cashback customer need to struggle and take follow up. worst worst wallet service.. nothing more else.. totally you guys r looting money 💵 from valuable customers..
                      Please look into matter to concern department asap 🏬 and take action immediately and call 📞 back my registered ® number 🔢.

                        Mene 8 april ko 303 rupay ka recharge jio money Wallat se kiya. Wallat se 303 rupye to kat liye aur mere jio number par activate nahi kiya. Care se baat ki to complain recieve karne ki bolkar phone kaat diya. Complain par kuchh nahi kiya aur resolve kar diya. Mujhe mera 303 rupaye refund chahiye jo jio mone wallat se kata tha. Aur sim me nahi pahuncha.

                              I had recharged with 303 on 7th April 2017 by two times of two number i.e. [protected] and [protected].

                              The same time payment i.e. Rs. 606 had been deducted and the recharges were failed.

                              The message was shown on the site that payment will be refunded in 48 hours.

                              But Today i.e.[protected], payment is still pending in my account.

                              So I humble requesting you, please resolve this problem.

                                On 09.04.2017 i tried to recharge my friends jio number with a bundle recharge pack of (99+303)=402 using jio money app, and i used 50 rupees coupon. So i had to pay (402-50)=352. So i used my yes bank net banking option to pay 352 via jio money app. I got the sms that 352 was deducted. And the jio money app showed that transaction failed, if the money was deducted from your bank it will be refunded within 48 hours. So i complained from they're app. No response. I mailed them, they said the same thing. Within 2 days my money will be refunded.
                                I called they're toll free number[protected] no response.
                                So its 14th of april now. 5 days from the deduction.
                                That transaction id is - txn id[protected].
                                Kindly followup this matter.

                                  I did recharge on mobile number [protected] with rs 402 on 7april 2017 at 8:50 pm. But it was updated on 13april 2017. I contact to customer care. They said that you are not eligible for 3 months benefit, because 3 months benefit ended on 11 april. So my complaint is that i am eligible for 3 months benefit. Please do needfull for us because this is against the consumer rights.

                                    This complaint is over the Transaction Id[protected].

                                    An amount of 303 was transacted over the above mentioned id to pay reliance jio summer offer. Though the money was deducted from jio money, it did not get reflected in jio app and the customer care of jio denied from getting money from jio money. It's has been 1 week and me trying to contact them via customer care has been in vain. Request them to return my money.

                                      I made a recharge on 7th April at 6:13pm. The amount was not credited yet.I have raised 2 times complaints but they are not looking this.The complaints are still in open status.They told either it will be credited or they will refund.This is a real fraud.Where is my money.Please refund my money or do the recharge.I am also attaching the the screenshot for the 2 complaint that I raised with Jio.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I did ₹303 Jio Recharge from my no. [protected] with Jio Money app. After many unsuccessful (failed) attempts on two no.s [protected] and [protected], finally recharge was successful. But after some hours when I checked the history I found total 3 transactions which were showing failed earlier became successful and ₹303 pack was activated one more time on [protected] and two more times on [protected]. I felt kind of cheated from Jio and Jio Money app as I didn't intend to recharge this pack in advance.

                                        I kindlly request you to cancel these three extra subscriptions (two on [protected] and one on [protected]) of this pack and refund my money.
