My JIO NO. [protected]

I had recharged with 303 on 7th April 2017 by two times of two number i.e. [protected] and [protected].

The same time payment i.e. Rs. 606 had been deducted and the recharges were failed.

The message was shown on the site that payment will be refunded in 48 hours.

But Today i.e.[protected], payment is still pending in my account.

So I humble requesting you, please resolve this problem.

    On 09.04.2017 i tried to recharge my friends jio number with a bundle recharge pack of (99+303)=402 using jio money app, and i used 50 rupees coupon. So i had to pay (402-50)=352. So i used my yes bank net banking option to pay 352 via jio money app. I got the sms that 352 was deducted. And the jio money app showed that transaction failed, if the money was deducted from your bank it will be refunded within 48 hours. So i complained from they're app. No response. I mailed them, they said the same thing. Within 2 days my money will be refunded.
    I called they're toll free number[protected] no response.
    So its 14th of april now. 5 days from the deduction.
    That transaction id is - txn id[protected].
    Kindly followup this matter.

      I did recharge on mobile number [protected] with rs 402 on 7april 2017 at 8:50 pm. But it was updated on 13april 2017. I contact to customer care. They said that you are not eligible for 3 months benefit, because 3 months benefit ended on 11 april. So my complaint is that i am eligible for 3 months benefit. Please do needfull for us because this is against the consumer rights.

        This complaint is over the Transaction Id[protected].

        An amount of 303 was transacted over the above mentioned id to pay reliance jio summer offer. Though the money was deducted from jio money, it did not get reflected in jio app and the customer care of jio denied from getting money from jio money. It's has been 1 week and me trying to contact them via customer care has been in vain. Request them to return my money.

          I made a recharge on 7th April at 6:13pm. The amount was not credited yet.I have raised 2 times complaints but they are not looking this.The complaints are still in open status.They told either it will be credited or they will refund.This is a real fraud.Where is my money.Please refund my money or do the recharge.I am also attaching the the screenshot for the 2 complaint that I raised with Jio.

            Dear Sir,

            I did ₹303 Jio Recharge from my no. [protected] with Jio Money app. After many unsuccessful (failed) attempts on two no.s [protected] and [protected], finally recharge was successful. But after some hours when I checked the history I found total 3 transactions which were showing failed earlier became successful and ₹303 pack was activated one more time on [protected] and two more times on [protected]. I felt kind of cheated from Jio and Jio Money app as I didn't intend to recharge this pack in advance.

            I kindlly request you to cancel these three extra subscriptions (two on [protected] and one on [protected]) of this pack and refund my money.

              My self nikhil kumar singh,

              I have so many things & complaints about jio services,

              Followings are my complaints & i want all of resolutions & clarifications on below mentioned concern

              (1). Poor & idle customer care toll free number: here i would like to figure out that how your jio customer care service contact numbers are not working. None of the below mentioned numbers are working at present.
              – i'm keep trying to reach out to below mentioned all numbers but any of numbers are not connecting me to your customer service advisor.

              So above three mentioned toll free numbers are not diverting my call to your customer care service executive.

              Now my another complain for jio money service.

              Please see below mail message from my bank idbi.

              Here you can see the money transfer confirmation email that rupees 402 is deducted from my bank account.

              I have transferred 402 rupees to my jio money wallet account: [protected]
              And this is my transaction id[protected].
              I am attaching a snapshot of it.

              I recharged for rupees 402 using jio money app so as to get 50 rupees cashback, but i couldn't find the recharge confirmation message for 402 rupees. Why? And my transaction id is[protected] and the transaction status is showing successful.

              I have also got 50 rupees voucher coupon and i am attaching a snapshot of it

              I'm attaching snapshot proof of this transaction id

              I need back my 402 rupees to my bank account. Also need clarification for this miss behaved activity from reliance jio team.

              Also please note that i need the prompt response from your senior for this inconvenience.

              And if i will not get any feedback from reliance jio money service. Then i will report this to consumer forum.

              So request to your team to do need full work in this matter.

                I had recharged through jiomoney wallet to get 50 rupees cash back coupon on purchase of jio summer surprise offer on 402 rupees i got only 50.rupees cash back coupon with message from jio money that u have got 50 rupees cash back coupon in ur jio money wallet and actually it exists but jio team say ur transaction is fail.but jio money team say see ur transaction history in ur jio money wallet in it show transaction successful am attaching documents of transaction history which shows transaction successful but they r saying transaction fail

                  I am a jio prime user and have done a recharge of 310 rupees, which the sales person informed me will be reflected in my sim card within 30 mins, after I paid the amount in cash. However I have not recieved the activation message nor is my sim card activated for the past 4 hours.

                    Digital express mini at satana road malegaon is refusing to give sim. they are asking to pat rs. 410 for sim. at first my daughter (17) went for sim. they told that they dont issue sim to minor. then i went there with my wife & brother. we needed 3 sims. but they told that as per company's policy, we have to pay Rs 410 for each sim. is there any condition from TRAI? pl solve. they are looting.

                        Recharges are not successful...Im complaining since 6th April...
                        Complaint no is SR[protected]
                        Jio money people are not responding...
                        Jio care people blocked my calls to customer care...I don't know what to do now...I complained through Twitter and email and messages and Jio care and Jio money care...No response no refund...i lost 402₹.This is my last hope... Please resolve my problem.

                          I made a payment of rupees 99 on 02/03/2017 at 6. Am for jio prime membership, through my jio aap with net banking, the amount debited and not credited to my jio account and i made complaint through 198 customer care and they promised refund within 7 days. It not refunded or credited again i made a recharge on 14/03/2017 it credited and i became a prime member.

                          But the first recharge amount blown to air because it is not credited yet i am making calls to every 3-4 days they will say that it will refunded in 48 hours, and now it is 40 days over and money in their account.

                          I don't believe that india's richest person mukesh ambaniji do not want this money, but he has to look an eye on their customer service what they do for jio and their customers

                            I've recharged for my jio number using jio money app, 303 offer with 50 discount, but amount of 253 has been deducted from my account. I once more recharged, but the same, transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I've called their customer care, but response. Similarly i've emailed [protected]@jiomoney.com and also to another email, which is shown in their website. Till now no body has contacted me regarding the refund issue

                                I just want to recharge my jio sim of rupees 402, prime 99 and one plan of ruppes 303, when I started to recharge every thing give of my debit card then my account also debit rs-402, but the recharge was failed and feedback massage is if the money was deducted from your account it's credit within 48 hours, that day is 09/04/17 and now 12/04/17 I hope 48 hours is over, but till now no amount will credited and no response from jio.

                                        I have already prime membership taken in March that time I took a plan of RS. 149 (Jio plan) and payed already in March. But today your new scheme has been launched Jio Dhang Dhana Dhan. That plan has amount upto RS. 309. I want to upgrade my plan of RS. 149 to RS. 309. So can you adjust my 149 in your 309 plan?. So please give my reply as soon as possible because your new plan launched has limited time. please reply me fast.
