I have already prime membership taken in March that time I took a plan of RS. 149 (Jio plan) and payed already in March. But today your new scheme has been launched Jio Dhang Dhana Dhan. That plan has amount upto RS. 309. I want to upgrade my plan of RS. 149 to RS. 309. So can you adjust my 149 in your 309 plan?. So please give my reply as soon as possible because your new plan launched has limited time. please reply me fast.

    Recharged my jio no [protected] on 7 april 2017 through paytm

    Paid Rs.303.00 to BILLDESKutil at 8:44 PM. Wallet txn ID:[protected] Avail. Bal:Rs.0.0

    Got this message but still didn't got any recharge.
    Amazingly in paytm wallet order history it is not showing any recharge history.

    Please if recharge failed.. Return my money..

    There is no response from jio care for this matter

        I have recharged my jio number [protected] with 303 plan my account deducted with the same money. i haven't received any message from jio regarding 303 recharge . i recharged​ my number on 7th April 2017 at 11.17 p.m so i called customer care of jio money several times but they ain't receiving my call. so i have no idea where do i get to know about recharge so i sent a mail to them in reply they told me they will reply me in next to working days. till the date i haven't received any mail from them. its a 3rd working day today but i didn't get a reply. my money has got deducted from bank account.

            Dear Sir,
            I have recharged in my jio number [protected] with Rs. 402 (prime 99+303) in 7th april then i msg receive that your jio recharge successful with transaction ID BR000046ZP2H.
            But on 10 of april i recieved msg from jio that your recharge on 7th april was not successful Transaction ID [protected]. And when i complaint jio retailer then he showed msg also that your recharge is successful in [protected] jio number.
            Kindly please confirm that my jio number is eligible for summer surprise offer or not. As i have done my recharge successful please help.

              I purchased JIO SIM on 4 April and JIO SIM provider informed me the SIM will get activated in 3-4 days, till now SIM is showing no service. I tried calling on customer care number of Reliance JIO[protected] but it ask for JIO number before proceeding, since my SIM is not activated I don't have any JIO number and hence cant register my complaint on customer care number also. Please look into this issue and resolve it asap.

                  I have wrongly recharged mobile No. [protected] for Rs.303 through my citibank credit card No. [protected] whereas my Jio Mobile No. is [protected] and the payment is successful and the amount is being shown in my credit card bill. Jio customer officials are not responding. Moreover, the wrongly recharged mobile No. is being shown as swtiched off or out of service. Kindly get the amount reverted back to my mobile account viz. But still I didn`t get recharged message from you. So I am confused now and I don`t know for which number I have recharged on 13th April. So kindly found that for which number I have recharged and revert the amount to my mobile number [protected].

                      I recharged my jio number with 309 rs Dan Dana Dan pack which says that unlimited internet and calling for 84 days but after recharging I received a message stating that it is valid for 28 days only.

                            Hello manager,
                            This is need to inform you that today i recharge my jio sim of Rs. 303 and not get the 3months Subscription.
                            I got mail from yiur side that i am entitled with 28days validity. How can it be possible to get validity of 28days instead of 3months.
                            Kindly have a look on this serious issue and have a decision to tackle this problem.

                              I was doing a recharge for my jio summer offer, i chose the option of paytm and entered everything correctly and got the message in my paytm mobile no and paytm email that the money is deducted but got no recharge in the jio account.

                                      This is my jio no.[protected] I recharged 303 for summer surprise offers at 7th Apr ONE No.BR000041BT9D but massage not coming.after 4 days 11/4/17 at 21:24 pm msg coming your recharge 303 with trans ID [protected] done on 7th Apr 17 was not not successful. So how I take benefit of summer surprise.and customer service not received our calls. Who solved my problem
