I had made the recharge of rs.303/- on 06/04/2017 through net banking of uco bank. My account was immediately debited with the amount for which i had received the message from uco bank and i also confirmed the same by viewing my account.
However, the receipt of jio was not generated confirming the receipt of payment made by me. Since the company is in the process of withdrawing the summer surprise offer, if my payment is not confirmed,...

Sir i tried to recharge through jio money but two times transactions failed.rs 609 has been deducted and last time i tried thorugh paytm so it is successful.
Now i want my 609 back in my bank account.
No customer helpline is working, neither mail assistance is there
Please help me in this situation.

I am recharge rs303 from jio money app on DT 7 or 8 April .extra 303rupees deducted in my jio money account...

My bank a/c has been debited by rs 253 on 7/04/2017 at 11:47pm for the merchant named jio money. But their was no money credited to my jio money wallet. Two days passed but no response from there side. Its totally disappointing. I also sent an email to them and they responded me that their customer executive will talk to me within two days.

SUNITA BHARDWAJ owing jio no. [protected], has done the recharge of rs.303 with 30% offer(Rs 283.56) is deducted from PAYTM, which has taken time of 2 days . Beacause of which, i have to do the recharge urgently on the very next day of rs 402 from my jio app for prime.
