    I have recharged my Jio number with amount Rs. 303 on 7th April 2017 at time 22:15:47. The transaction ID is:[protected]. The amount got deducted and it is showing as success. But my number is still not converted to Summer Surprise offer. I have checked it on 8th April Morning and raised a complaint with Jio Customer care Request ID is: SR000007YKHN at 08:28 AM. I have explained everything to the executive who answered the call. But the ticket has been closed without any resolution. When I called Jio care for update on the ticket they said the ticket has been closed saying "Recharge is successful". I told them that I have not received the recharge benefits to my mobile number. They have opened another ticket with the number: SR0000080YFJ. This is regarding: My Jio number is not converted to Summer Surprise offer though I have done a recharge of 303 on 7th April 2017 using Jio Money.
    Today in the afternoon I have call JIO care for status update, the executive said that the teams are closing the ticket with same resolution stating the recharge is successful, he promised to escalate this issue to his next level or his higher authorities and arrange a call back to me by end of the day.
    Today in the evening at 5.21 PM I have received a message to my mobile stating that Jio Prime Benefits has been applied to my Jio number. The service request SR0000080YFJ is being closed. I do not understand if my Jio number is already in Prime Membership plan. I did recharge of 99 last month only. How come they have credited the my account with Prime Benifits again.
    Immediately I called up Jio care and Kubendren has answered the call. Without even asking what is the issue, he started asking me to call Jio Money care. I tried to explain the issue to him, he is not in a state to listen to me. I asked him to transfer the call to his Manager or the supervisor but he denied it saying that they do not have anyone. Later he said he will check and came back after a minute and asked what is the issue. I have to explain him the issue again from first. Then he said to wait.

    If anyone responsibe official of Jio is present here, please take care of this.

      On the 31 march I am adding my money from my Canara bank account to jio money wallet for the recharge of 303₹ but at the time of OTP I put the OTP then it processing and that time error found my money from bank account was deducted and not added to jio money wallet I m trying to call jio money care it's about half nd hour the call is on waiting nobody responding now 11 days gone I didn't get my refund I want my refund

        I have recharged today on 11.04.2017 and my mobile number is [protected] for reliance jio summer plan for rupees 303 and recharge got failed but amount got deducted from my sbi account. Request you to refund the debited amount to my bank account. Below is the details of amount which got debited during recharge. Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

          Hi Team,

          I tried to contact the jio money care too many but they didn't giving me proper response. I have some money in my wallet. Whenever i go to forgot password option application ask DOB and other information i provide always correct but it shows wrong credential. At the time of purchasing sim i provide my aadhar card according to aadhar card my all detail is correct and authentic but still why it's showing error.

          I contact so many to customer care number but they didn't pickup any call

            I have recharged my jio sim with 402 rs ..actually at first it said that i should try to recharge it afterwards then i recharged jio afterwards ...but later a messaage came that i have been credited an extra 402 rs and a total of 804 rs was credited from my account ...so that's why i need a refund of 402 rs

                I have a reliance 4G router with SIM card. I connect my devices - mobile and laptops to this router. I have been having problems since Friday - April 3, 2017. I stay in Agrini Apartment, Andalpuram, Madurai. The connection is very erratic and I am not even able to make voice calls using Jio number. When I complain they come and check the speed at some time and say it is ok and not do anything else. I even have records on my speedtest app where the upload speeds sometimes is as low as 0.09 MBps. Upload is the main problem. This makes is impossible to make video calls. Even voice calls sometimes. And sometimes even websites refuse to load. I have been using Jio since August without any problem and so paid for 12 months. And now I get this service. Is Reliance going back to their old ways? I require urgent solution

                  Dear Team,

                  I have taken jio sim ([protected]) on 2nd April in Bangalore. My alternative number is [protected]. Since it was not activated on 9th april also, I have raised a complaints on 9th April at 1:00 PM, which they said will be resolved in 48 hours.
                  Today again I called jio customer care, to the surprise they have closed my complaint by mentioning my number is switched off and the jio sim is not activated till date.

                  Trying to escalate this matter to the highest level for the poor service of jio, so that the jio will be activated within shortest possible time.

                  One person claiming himself as a Jio representive have called me from mobile number [protected] asking me my debit card details. As per him I need to do recharge again.
                  Please check with your team, and confirm if the same was fraud call or was actually from jio representative.

                  I have received fraud call from [protected] claiming himself a representative of Jio of consumer care.
                  I have raised a consumer complaint for non-activation of jio sim, then after I have received a call from above number. As per him, I need to do recharge again for activation of the sim and he was asking for my debit card details for the payment, however i didnt gave.

                    I have been recharging twice of amount 303 twice and it got failed both the time. And they notified that it the amount will be refunded tn 2 working days. The amount of 303 + 303 has not been refunded yet. And the costumer care is not answering the call..
                    They are just posting the reply that they will work on our issue in 2 working days. But still there no any answer...

                      Hi,

                      I had recharged my Reliance Jio Number (available on request) on March 29th via the Jio website, after clicking on one of the numerous messages they sent on a daily basis.

                      In the payment option, I opted to pay via Paytm. Here are all the transactioIDs listed below:

                      Billdesk TransactionID: IPT[protected]
                      Paytm transactionID: [protected]

                      I paid Rs. 402/- (Rs. 99 for prime membership + Rs. 303 for monthly recharge)

                      However, the recharge has not bee done on my account. Yesterday (April 10th, 2017), I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with Jio customer service, and also dropped an email to their appellate authority, but could' t get a resolution.

                      I trusted Reliance Jio with my money, but they just don't care.

                      When I try to configure 3g phone with jiofi hotspot jio number [protected] the configuration asking for OTP sent to alternate no but I have not received OTP on [protected] or [protected] I suspect your person who sold the hotspot device as registered his mobile number. So I request you to change my alternative no to [protected]

                        I have made my transaction of rs303 on 7 th of this month. Recharge was not successful but money was deducted from my account. They said like with in 48 hours ur money will be credited back. Its been 4 days now but no response from them and even their customer service is not responsive. So kindly help me to get my money back. Its very worst of its kind from reliance

                              I got this summer surprsise offer notification and i opened myjio to do the recharge and i selected to pay via jiomoney and the transaction was successful but my number was not recharged with the offer. Upon lodging the complaint they told me to wait for 2 days and after that another 2 days. Just now i called the customer care and they say my number was not recharged and amount will be refunded in 7-10days.
                              My point is they took money at instant for which they were unable to do the recharge and now after 3days of calls following up and torture they say they will refund my money within 7-10 days for which they took 1sec to get.
                              If jio has the money (I have transaction id and same was provided to them) why didn't they completed the recharge

                                I had complained 4 days ago about my recharge failure and balance deduction form my bank account but nobody helps e or contact me I even does not get refund back. They always says that they will contact in 2 days but it does not happen it was written that I got my refund in 2 days but nothing happen now please help me or suggest me any legal action against them

                                    Sir/mam my phone is not receiving any signal...it says emergency service only...i tried to reach the toll free no. Bt no use... i would be deeply grateful if cn kindly help me out... I stay away from home and this is creating a great HARASSMENT to me... my phone shows tower bt isnt receiving signal...it has been happening since last 4 days...kindly do somethin to help me out.. i cnt cl the customer care cuse it says i am not registered in network
