I recharged my friend's Jio no. with the Jio summer offer of Rs. 100 by myjioapp. My friend didn't get any message of confirmation from the operator and the amount is also deducted from my account .It has been 8 hours to recharge
Transaction Id-the recharged didn't got any message about the recharge is being done and the money has been already reducted from his account.. plzz help

My mobile number [protected] yesterday reacharge 10 tonight not sucessful. And not send massege. And then shop keeper said recharge is sucessful and pay money. I will pay money. But my 303 recharge not sucessfully recharge. I trying to calling customer care. He is says recharge is not in ur number sucessfully. But shopkeepar said ur recharge is done. So what i do?...

SIr, i had tried to recharge for 303 from one account 2 times my money got debited from my account and recharge failed and so i again tried from another jio account same problem occurred. Jio money customer service is not responding my cal and also nor any msges. can i know asap when my deducted amount is going to get refunded....

I am a Jio Prime member and recently I did a recharge of 499 to avail the summer surprise offer. But I haven't received any confirmation message of my Recharge yet. Also my Jio App is not showing any record of this recharge. I have tried calling Jio customer care but it's says it's busy. Please help me to get my recharge or at least refund my money back....

I have non volte phone, My Phone calling mechanism will not work without internet.

On 7th April i recharged my jio no. With rs.303 but the transaction was fail and i was said to wait for refund but nothing is done till now. My transaction ID is[protected]. Transaction was done with Airtel Payment account and they are showing success transaction.please help me to have my refund...
