I have been recharging twice of amount 303 twice and it got failed both the time. And they notified that it the amount will be refunded tn 2 working days. The amount of 303 + 303 has not been refunded yet. And the costumer care is not answering the call..
They are just posting the reply that they will work on our issue in 2 working days. But still there no any answer...

i have face same issue i try to communicate with JIO by mail, massage and call also but they never responding.
I am not get my refund after 4 days and i try to communicate with JIO by mail, massage and call also but they never responding.
My prblm is also same. 7 th april 253 SBI card se deduct hua. Jiomoney successful dikha raha hai but us nmbr par rchrg nhi gaya. Mene 10 bar se jada phn kiya customer care me, mail kiya jiocare, jiomoney-care and appellate me par 9 din ho gaya, refund abhi tak nhi mila.

    I did a recharge from Jio money app ([protected]) for a number, amounting Rs 253 but the recharge didn't happen but I got message from my bank that the amount has been deducted. The reacharge was done at 9.40 am. Now in the app the transaction details are not coming, but the other transaction are coming. I have the bank details in the message through which money was deducted. In the customer care they are not helping. Kindly look into this matter soon. I want my money back. I have proof.

          Transaction failed.Payment deducted from bank account

          Hello, i have done 3 recharge on 7 april and 8 april . Recharge was done by my icici debit card last 4 digit 0055 by jio money. All 3 transaction goes failed and all 3 recharge money got debited from my account. So please refund my all 3 transaction money.

            I tried to recharge rs.303 from my jio money wallet no [protected]. But the transaction was failed. After sometime the transaction status showing success.               I have done recharge of 303 with paytm because of some network issue recharge got failed. But money got deducted from my paytm wallet.

              I contacted paytm they siad like, they got success from billdeskutil that is why they have deducted. Request you to kindly check the problem. Billdeskutil order is #ipt[protected]

              Paytm is saying like, check with billdeskutil if the transaction got failed please send the consent mail regeding the transaction failure. I will send that mail to paytm they will revert the amount in my wallet.

                  I had made the recharge of rs.303/- on 06/04/2017 through net banking o[censored]co bank. My account was immediately debited with the amount for which i had received the message from uco bank and i also confirmed the same by viewing my account.
                  However, the receipt of jio was not generated confirming the receipt of payment made by me. Since the company is in the process of withdrawing the summer surprise offer, if my payment is not confirmed, then i will be loser of the benefits despite making the payment much in advance.

                              Hello..[protected]..This number is using by my sister Leena Jha and taken by submitted on the name of Kaushal Jha. currently she is using in BIHAR Manigachi area..Last three days she unable to access anything related to Jio..neither phone nor data..But the antenna is showing in network area..kinldy help her.                               Check whether phone has VOLTE facility which is help for Voice calls. If available enable / active the same for uninterrupted call service. If VOLTE facility is not available, just download the Jio Voice app for the same. After doing as above, your issue is not cleared yet just call to Jio Customer care better help.                                   My bank a/c has been debited by rs 253 on 7/04/2017 at 11:47pm for the merchant named jio money. But their was no money credited to my jio money wallet. Two days passed but no response from there side. Its totally disappointing. I also sent an email to them and they responded me that their customer executive will talk to me within two days.

                                      Hello Reader,
                                      I got a recharge of 303 plan on my Jio Sim [protected] and [protected] on 7th of this month. The retailer confirmed that the recharge is done but I did not receive any confirmation regarding this neither via SMS nor via MyJio app. Please help me out and tell me how do I confirm whether my recharge is done or not. If the recharge is not done please help me to get back the refund for both the numbers. I would prefer the recharge more.

                                      Better you may ask resolution from JIO Customer care along with the Recharge transaction ID which can be obtained from the Retailer where you recharged your number. This would help you to get resolution against your complaint.
